One Vanderbilt

I visited this place back in November 2023 but completely forgot to leave a review. Now, almost a year and a half later, I’m finally doing it—better late than never, right? 😄 The panoramic view of New York City from up there is absolutely stunning. It's quite crowded, so I recommend buying tickets in advance. Even with a ticket, you'll still need to queue and go through airport-style security. The tour is one-way, so once you're up, it’s hard to backtrack. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the visit. One unforgettable moment for me was stepping out onto the balcony on the 93rd floor at 9 PM, with the temperature outside at -1°C—what a thrill! It’s definitely a great spot for sightseeing and snapping some impressive photos. While the main attraction is simply the sweeping city view, and there's nothing overly fancy beyond that, it's still a spot worth experiencing.

The Summit experience is NOT to be missed. We booked the VIP tour, which I highly recommend. No waiting in line, professional photos, etc. Our tour guide, Phil was exceptional. He was incredibly informative, engaging, and gave a us top tier, A+, out of this world tour! He deserves a raise!!

The glass elevators and mirrored rooms at Summit create a surreal experience, making it a must-visit for tourists and locals alike. Whether you’re here for business or just to take in the views, One Vanderbilt is a true NYC gem!

Incredible experience to be fair. Really amazing views of the city and the best height apart from helicopter. Interesting concept, very well delivered. Staff are q uite pushy and not the most welcoming. Feel like cattle rather than guests but otherwise an incredible job. A definite must-see for New York. I'm not great with heights but loved it

A unique experience with all the mirrors and balls, creating a fun and interactive atmosphere. However, it did feel a bit overcrowded at times. Still, a memorable visit overall

This is an amazing place to take pictures with great views. And definetly bring your dates here if you want. I wouldn’t buy the over priced foods or drinks at the top portion lol but that’s my opinion.. you can go to a local spot near by for something cheaper. Also be well aware the place will Offer to take pictures of you and who ever through their own system but you’ll have to pay for it if you want the pictures. Digital I think is $25.

Visiting One Vanderbilt is a memorable experience, but it comes with a few caveats. First, it’s worth noting that your designated time slot doesn’t seem to matter much—they don’t really check it. Even with a booked time, expect long waiting times and lots of queuing. The wait includes the typical “USA-style” video show and preamble, which can feel drawn out, but it does help build anticipation. That said, once you get to the top, the experience is absolutely incredible. The views are extraordinary, offering unparalleled perspectives of New York City. The design and layout of the observation deck are stunning, making it one of the most unique viewpoints in the city. Despite the wait and the price of admission, it’s completely worth it for the breathtaking experience. One downside is the photo package. While the staff takes some great pictures during your visit, you can’t purchase individual photos. Instead, they require you to buy the entire set for an additional $25, which felt excessive. We opted not to buy it. All in all, One Vanderbilt is a must-see one time attraction for its spectacular views and unforgettable ambiance. Just be prepared for the wait and additional expenses!
