"OneTaco has eight locations in Austin, and nearly all of them come equipped with a giant trompo and a station churning out fresh tortillas. The al pastor street tacos are solid, with flavorful meat that can be a little dry at times. But the double layer of tiny corn tortillas holds up well. These won’t be the best tacos you’ve ever eaten, but you’re not looking for anything life-changing when you’re watching sports at Little Woodrow’s and seeking nearby sustenance.

"The Austin Mexican restaurant chain’s got a delightful queso blanco on its menu, all the better to pair with some of its tacos. There are multiple locations, including this one in Brentwood. Takeout and delivery orders can be placed online or in person; there are typically indoor dine-in areas." - Nadia Chaudhury

"OneTaco opened its eighth location in Austin on April 14. It features a menu of tacos, coffee, and aguas frescas for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A grand opening party is scheduled for April 30 with various activities and a contest, with proceeds benefiting the 4ATX Foundation." - Nadia Chaudhury
Just stopped in for a Barbacoa taco. I was expecting a bigger taco for $4.75 but it’s small like Taco Cabana’s and loaded with raw onions. The personal size queso is a decent size, but for $9.42, I can get a full size TexMex lunch meal, with a tea and tortillas back in San Antonio, so not sure I would return.

I ordered barbacoa tacos which they didn’t ask me if I wanted flour or corn. I assumed they would be corn since I was looking at the street tacos on menu. Once I got them I noticed they were on flour. So I asked if they could be changed and they said no that’s the way they came. Then after I sat down to eat I noticed their menu said they were offered in flour and or corn. The pastor tacos I ordered had too much fat. My advice do better and you’ll have customers returning.

I love their food - especially their migas and potato, egg and cheese tacos. It certainly tastes authentic. You have to try their street corn, horchata and their iced coffee made with horchata (so good!).

First time here and definitely recommend! Their chips and queso was delicious! My husband and I got the personal size and it was plenty for both of us. I got the Gringa taco and the Pollo taco, so yummy! The Gringa was the perfect amount of spicy and sweet with salsa and pineapples, I can't wait to eat another one! The only thing I disagree with is their name...One Taco...because they are so delicious, you can't eat just one! 😂

I was just there, was very disappointed. When you first walk in it’s really hot and humid don’t know if there is an AC problem. Ordered my food, came out pretty fast. All my carne asada tacos were cold and undercooked. The meat, tortilla everything. New cook from guanjuanto looks like he don’t want to be there. Didn’t even try to make tacos hot. The place honestly has so much potential, but clearly there is poor management. Wish best of luck and hopefully everyone puts a little more effort in making every clients experience exceptional. One last thing you can’t call yourself authentic when your tacos are served on store bought corn tortillas.

The tacos are so good! The nachos were fantastic! The street corn was scrumptious! I will come back for more every time I’m in Austin.

Some of the best Al pastor in town - right off the trompo with some fresh pineapple. and the taco Norte was amazing too! Salsa and queso are on point as well. Fast and efficient service, and you can bring drinks from the bar.

Yelp
Finally got to try this spot and they didn't let me down. The server recommended the asada so I got that and they were awesome! My friend got the birria and they were very good too. The consume isn't over salted or anything. Really like this spot for the indoor air conditioning. Also located next to a bar that's really nice. I'll do a separate review for that one!

Yelp
Amazing Tacos made with high quality ingredients. The meat is cooked to perfection and the recipe is great.
The Taco recipes have their own flavors and unique taste so you would have to try it, but it was stupendous. An foodgasm if you will...

Yelp
First impression: this place is so clean!!!! We LOVED our breakfast tacos. They were authentic Mexican tacos and delicious. The salsitas were spicy and fresh. The ladies that helped us were so sweet and helpful.
I ordered the migas/huevo & papá/huevo tacos. Both were 11/10 amazing. The cheese on both tacos are fresh. My favorite was definitely the migas.
Trust me, you're gonna wanna order 2-3 tacos, they are SO GOOD!!!

Yelp
This is a brand new location attached to Little Woodrow's with one entrance on the Little Woodrow's side and another entrance on the left side of the building with its own walk-up window for taking to-go orders.
OneTaco has several locations in Austin and this is much the same with cheery colors, porcelain topped metal tables with advertising, LED signs, and other decor like framed shirts along the wall to the bathroom.
They have a wide variety of tacos including breakfast tacos and vegetarian options. There's a margarita machine and bottled sodas. Jarritos Pineapple Soda is a winner!
This is a pretty small space with probably half a dozen tables for two or four people. But Little Woodrow's has a covered deck in front with picnic tables so it's fine to eat outside when the weather is nice.

Yelp
Best tacos Al pastor I've had in Austin! I'm from Mexico City...so I've had plenty of good pastor. These are good!!!

Yelp
Staff is friendly and the tacos are great. Highly recommend the carne asada taco with chips and queso. I am snooty about my tortillas and these are home made which I love. They also have aguas frescas and the limeade is top notch. Oh and they are generous with their portions whether it's the meat in your taco or piling on the toppings for your nachos. Highly recommend!

Yelp
This place rocks! If you're on the run, the best tacos in town! Delicious, fresh ingredients, made to order. The salsas are amazing too!

Yelp
Not great service- not great food- not great prices- not a great experience. If you want to pay premium for sub-par, than here is your joint

Yelp
This place besides having an incredibly friendly staff has the best tacos al pastor and barbacoa. I'm from Mexico City so it's a blessing to have that flavor here!
