This restaurant gave me an allergic reaction and honestly couldn’t care less. I ordered through door dash and received the wrong order, and did not realize until I had taken a bite that it was incorrect. I immediately realized that the taco I was eating had an avocado sauce on it. Well, I am severely allergic to avocados. When I called them to explain the situation and urge them to be more careful, the person on the phone did not apologize, they did not address my concern at all and they did not seem to care really at all that they almost sent someone to the hospital. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me the manager would call me back once they were finished on another call. I still have not heard from said “manager.” I am extremely disappointed and honestly pissed that there is no sense of care or concern or urgency to set the wrong right. I got very lucky that I didn’t eat much of it or my reaction could have been much worse. But still considering you almost sent someone to the hospital, you might want to double check your customer service. I understand mistakes happen and I’m not usually one to raise a stink but as a customer, I would expect a little bit more respect when handling this particular situation situation.
**I have been a fan and eaten at this restaurant many times but never this specific location. I have never had an issue at any other location.**
