Only YOU Hotel Atocha

Although we only spent a night at this hotel, it was a delightful experience. The staff were great at check in. Very accommodating. The hotel is very hip, quirky and modern. Although the building is old, the rooms were very good, nicely decorated and updated bathrooms. It is directly across the street from the Atocha train station, excellent location as you can walk to the station. I highly recommend this property.

The hotel provided a delightful escape from the bustling city, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding after long days of sightseeing. The staff's warm welcome and friendly service truly enhanced our experience. A special thank you to the breakfast attendant who made my birthday extra memorable with a surprise cake. The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide selection of delicious options. The hotel's convenient location, just across from Santa Justa station, made exploring different cities in Spain a breeze. A short 10-minute train ride to Atocha station connected us easily to the city center. My mum and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return on our next visit to Madrid.

I loved the view I had, it was so clean and anything I needed was figured out as soon as possible. I enjoyed the overall experience as a guest, the presentation of everything they did, starting from when you walk into your room with a greeting card, chocolates and a drink provided by them. The concierge was so sweet! She provided so many options, for things she knew and if she was unfamiliar she would go out of her way to get me recommendations or answers to questions! The views/places she recommended for my stay truly were amazing. ||The breakfast was lovely - we were attended to most of our time here by this lovely woman named Paula. She answered every question, request, and held wonderful conversation but still able to attend to her job. She was very kind and truly a gem to get to know during our stay.

I just arrived today and the staff members who checked me were is so welcoming and super accommodating. From storing my luggage until my room was ready to bringing me cold water every so often, they cared about how I was after an overnight flight from Miami. Ms. Esther Gómez Front Desk Agent is world class. We had some email exchanges before I arrived and I felt like I was meeting a new friend today. To top it off, I met Ricardo this evening in the bar, I am guessing he is one of the managers because he takes ownership for all of it. Ricardo is a real professional. This is my first stay at this hotel and it certainly will not be my last. This hotel is truly a unique boutique.

During my stay at the Only You Atocha Hotel in Madrid, the staff stood out for making my experience very pleasant. I received personalized attention and excellent service from the beginning, whether it was allowing me to have dinner close to the kitchen’s closing time or the daily cleaning and impeccable state of the room. I would particularly like to highlight Nicolás at the front desk, who warmly installed a coffee maker in my room so I could enjoy a cup of coffee when I checked out early in the morning.||I suggest the hotel maintains this excellent level of service for its guests.

We had an exceptional stay at Only You Hotel in Atocha, Madrid. Our son fell ill, and the reception staff, especially Alvaro, went above and beyond to help us, arranging a doctor and a taxi to the hospital. Their kindness and support were invaluable during a stressful time. We also appreciated the complimentary late checkout, which was incredibly helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and hospitality. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Right from the start everyone made us feel at home. Mercedes the guest experience concierge helped us with all our needs even helping us buy train tickets ! She was so helpful and so pleasant. Our room was a junior suite with an extra bed and it was comfortable, spotless, even the TV had a welcome sign with our name on it ! Hands down the best experience overall

Listen , I love Madrid Spain and this is my 2nd trip and I have a great tip for you!!! ||I booked my stay at "Only You" hotel across from the Atocha train and bus station!!! Price is lower than most but the great thing is location!!!! 1st took bus with our luggage to the bus station across the street , only $5 euros each! 2nd we are taking the speed train all over !||It's so ez if ur caring luggage! ||This is the place to stay when arriving and leaving when ur moving around Spain !!!! And it's close to the park retiro and capital and museums !!!

Lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated and maintained. Wonderful happy helpful staff in every department. A comfortable haven after a long day of walking in the sun visiting the many wonderful places in Madrid. Our room with king size bed was perfect. The cafe in the lobby a great place to rest and chill out. Rooftop bar restaurant excellent. We Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for three nights and I could not be more pleased with my stay. First off the decor of this hotel, was amazing! It had a touch of history and a modern twist. Don't be alarmed when you see a dark hallway, there are motions lights and they will turn on! I loved all the mirrors in the room, it made getting ready a little special. The roof top bar was equally private and relaxing. There was a large craft cocktail menu and a small bar bite menu. I also was very impressed with the breakfast set up. Plenty of local cuisine to choose from and an omelette station, nuts, fruit, fresh juices and yogurts. I think for me, it was the small things I liked a lot about this hotel. The cute messages along with it; sayings on coffee mugs, relaxation terrace, just everywhere! I can't recommend this hotel enough! The location to the train station and Park is right around the corner.

Modern, sleek and amazingly well managed. Excellent service - all our questions answered all our needs met. Right in the center of Atrocha train station and metro - extremely convenient to transit around the city. Rooms are on the small size but very cozy and clean. Rooftop restaurant was the best and the design of the hotel is all eye candy with its funky structures and patterns.

Last year I had lunch with a friend at Only You's lobby restaurant. The food and the service were great! The decor is eclectic and modern. This is a very nice hotel just steps away from the Atocha train station.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's hospitality is as amazing as the design and comfort of the hotel. They have a beautiful breakfast station starting at 7am, it's I believe $20 pp, buffet style, however you won't regret it. The rooms are modern and beautiful. There are many attractions to walk to during the day such as the museum and many restaurants, and markets are within a 10 min drive. You won't regret it.

The Only YOU Atocha on the Paseo Infanta Isabel opposite Puerta de Atocha railway station is a beautiful, Lázaro Rosa-Violán interior-designed hotel. Step in and you are greeted with a sweeping, fluid, borderless amalgamation of hotel lobby, restaurant, bar, barbershop and bakery. I would come back to this hotel for its design alone. The rooms are spacious and carry on with the same nostalgic theme. The breakfast area is amazing too. So is breakfast itself (much, much better than the similarly priced H10 Hotel I also stayed at). Service is friendly yet professional. I have three gripes, a) the hotel is close to the Puerta de Atocha railway station but not much else, b) I hate the corridors, and c) the restaurant (attached to the bar) downstairs needs to improve. This is our second stay at this wonderful hotel, just across the street from the Atocha train station. I can't say enough about this place: the rooms were quiet, clean, spacious... And the staff was extraordinary. The food was great. The pastries were great. We'll plan to stay there when we return!

We took the yellow bus for 5 euro from the airport directly to 1 block away from the hotel-- so easy. Then we were lucky enough to check in early at 11 am . The concierge was helpful with a map and recommendations for restaurants and what to do . The restaurants and tapas were delicious. The hotel is close to the Museums and metro. We were able to get everywhere by walking or by public transportation. The staff were friendly and bilingual. Great for us because we can only speak English Would return again

The hotel receptionists lied to my face. Prior to checking in AND while checking out, I asked to make adjustments to my dates since I was flying home early due to personal medical needs. I was told by two receptionist that my stay would need to be adjusted by booking.com. I reached out to booking.com and they told me the hotel should have taken care of my changes in accommodations. So either the hotel lied or booking.com lied, either way both services failed to meet my needs especially during a time where it involved medical issues. Will never use either service again and will inform others as well to use other sites since its been made clear they do not care about guests once they get their money.
