Didn't ship me adapter to make the oven work with the oven and hose+regulator purchased.

Got our Ooni pizza oven and at the same time got the gas adapter, pizza peel and some skillets. Turns a fresh 10" supermarket pizza into something special and we also now always do our steaks in it by Pre heating a skillet and cooking 2mins each side, perfect medium rare with that crispy edge taste you just don't get with frying or grilling. We're also trying other meats. Mmmm tasty

This does NOT come with the pizza peel! For a high-end mini pizza oven around $700 CAN that has pictures of the pizza peel on the box itself, you would think that it actually comes with the pizza peel. Not even an automatic "Hey, did you forget to add the pizza peel to your order?" at checkout. Nothing. When the pizza oven arrived, we then ordered the peel and the customer support person was very helpful and sympathetic - thank you! BUT, boys will be boys and couldn't wait another week for the peel to arrive so we started looking for our longest spatulas, etc. in the kitchen. The first try was sketchy but it worked. The next day, we tried it again with a little thinner dough. Without the right pizza peel, the pizza got stuck in the Ooni, caught fire, had to turn it off, smoke in the backyard and neighbours peeking to see if things are good. It's a good oven and they helped us with our issue. However we're not sure why they would not include such a mandatory utensil with the pizza oven. For leaving so many of their customers with this foul and potentially dangerous experience after purchasing, we are rating it a 1 for now. Fingers crossed they'll fix this for their future customers.

I can confidently say that the Ooni Koda 16 Gas Powered Pizza Oven is a game-changer! I purchased this oven during the COVID-19 lockdown and have had endless amounts of fun experimenting with it. The oven is incredibly efficient and versatile, and I have been able to cook an array of dishes in it, not just pizza! One of the things that stands out to me about the Ooni Koda 16 is the incredible team behind it. They are always available to answer any questions you may have, and their customer service is second to none. Additionally, their YouTube channel has been an invaluable resource for me, providing tutorials and tips on how to get the most out of my oven. I would recommend the Ooni Koda 16 to anyone interested in pizza ovens. It's a high-quality, versatile oven that's easy to use and provides excellent results. The team behind it is fantastic, and their commitment to customer service is truly impressive. As for me, I will definitely be upgrading to some of the newer range of ovens that Ooni offers once my Koda 16 breaks😝 which I'm sure won't be for a while given its durable build quality. I'm excited to see what else Ooni has in store for the future! Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the Ooni Koda 16 Gas Powered Pizza Oven. It's an amazing investment that is sure to bring you endless amounts of joy and delicious food. Absolutely LOVE my Ooni! It’s such a nice addition to kitchen tools and gadgets. It’s really more than that, it’s a lifestyle. We never order pizza anymore, and have saved so much in delivery making it ourselves. We make pizzas at least once a week. I put the ooni on my balcony and bought an adaptor for small camping tanks - easy and safe! It’s also small enough that I can slide it under the bed in the spare room some evenings/through the winter (condo living). Great investment!

IN A NUTSHELL I HOPE YOU HAVE NO ISSUES WITH YOUR OVEN IF YOU DO GOOD LUCK IN GETTING HELP When it did work the Pizza was awesome crisp and well cooked in about 90 seconds or so. So the ONE STAR is for awful customer support 4 STAR for the oven I had the OONI coda propane oven for a few months used it about 5 times and started to have issues with the flame, it turned off once I released the knob. Tried to called OONI no way to reach anybody. Once you write to them it takes a while before you get a reply. then after going tru a multiple of checks. I was asked to return the oven and a new replacement would be shipped for FREE. Every time there is a n issue a new person responds and there the issues begin to multiply no one seems to know what is going on. They shipped a replacement oven from the US to Canada, a rather simple process. Instead of indicating it was a replacement on warranty. They issued an invoice indicating it was a sale. In addition they indicated that the receiver would pay duty and tax a total close to $100. I informed OONI they said they would correct the situation and that I should not pay any duty and tax. In addition they indicated they had payed already the tax and duty. UPS send me a note indicating this was not the case. So I send once more a note to OONI to contact UPS and get the paper work resolved. Figured this would get done. No way nothing was done by OONI to correct the situation. UPS refuses to leave the oven if I did not pay. So I refused the shipment. Service is AWFUL

I think I must be Ooni’s biggest fan, as of today I’m on my seventh oven… Yes you heard me, seven! Ive bought them for friends, family, holiday homes and of course me. The ovens just keep getting better and better, are well-made, well priced and produce genuinely restaurant quality pizzas. And they’re a Scottish company 🥳

Really disappointed by the lack of transparency. Nowhere on the website does it mention that the ovens are actually manufactured in China. However, most customer social responsibility elements (I.e. ESG) are top of page.
