"You want to go viral in Miami right now? Serve some combination of coffee (or matcha) and cinnamon rolls from a cute little trailer. 16 New Miami Restaurants To Try Right Now - Miami - The Infatuation

"This quiet parking lot on US1 is home to a tiny trailer filled with pastries that are as good as anything you’ll find in an actual bakery. Ophelia has breakfast sandwiches on fresh english muffins, gorgeous olive oil cakes, and a coffee cinnamon roll that’s already in the running for the city’s best. Ophelia’s combination of being cute and good is basically catnip for influencer hype. So if you want to try this place without dealing with lines and a cleaned-out display case, go as close to 8am as possible on a Thursday. There are some benches and tables under a big oak tree if you don’t want to eat in your backseat." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino, ryan pfeffer, ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino, ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino, virginia otazo, virginia otazo, virginia otazo, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino

The 19 Best Bakeries In Miami - Miami - The Infatuation

"It sounds like a spot where high schoolers hang out in the backseats of their cars, but this parking lot in Coconut Grove is home to a tiny trailer filled with pastries as good as anything you’ll find in an actual bakery. Ophelia has breakfast sandwiches on housemade english muffins, olive oil cakes topped with cream and blueberries, and a coffee cinnamon roll that’s in the running for the city’s best. The sweet pastries aren’t overly sweet, and the savory options aren’t too heavy. Ophelia - Review - Coconut Grove - Miami - The Infatuation

"We understand it sounds like a spot where high schoolers hang out in the backseats of their cars, but this quiet parking lot on US1 in Coconut Grove is home to a tiny trailer filled with pastries as good as anything you’ll find in an actual bakery. Ophelia has breakfast sandwiches on housemade english muffins, olive oil cakes topped with cream and blueberries, and a coffee cinnamon roll that’s already in the running for the city’s best. The sweet pastries aren’t overly sweet, and the savory options aren’t too heavy. photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc Get there as close to 8am as you can if you don’t want to deal with lines and a cleaned-out display case (and know that they’re only open Thursday through Saturday). It’s not the most comfortable summer dining experience, but there are benches and tables under a big oak tree right next to the lot if you don’t want to eat in your backseat. Food Rundown Coffee Cinnamon Roll It’s everything you’d expect from a fantastic cinnamon roll (soft, gooey, warm). Plus, some amazing things you wouldn’t, like a sour tang from the coiled dough and a peppery coffee glaze. photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc Scrambled Egg, Cheddar, and Smoked Bacon Breakfast Sandwich The star of all three breakfast sandwich options here is the fresh english muffin. The little golden disc fits neatly in the palm of your hand and is the ideal balance of sturdy and soft. We tried all three, and the bacon, egg, and cheese came out on top. PlayMute video credit: Julia Malavé Banana-Walnut Bread In every bite, you get the banana, at least one shard of walnut, and a fat ribbon piping of cream cheese frosting. A triumph of banana bread engineering. photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc Olive Oil Loaf Cake Your spoon sinks into this loaf like quicksand. It’s soaked so thoroughly with olive oil, you could wring it out like a sponge and have enough oil to fry an egg. photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc Banana Cookie Too many banana-flavored foods taste like scratch-and-sniff stickers, but this one tastes like a literal bunch of bananas got stuffed inside a soft sugar cookie. photo credit: Cleveland Jennings / @eatthecanvasllc" - Virginia Otazo

The breakfast sandwich had fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon , and fresh toasted English muffin. The sandwich was delicious but it was served cold and the amount of egg in the sandwich caused the eggs to fall out making it difficult to eat. There is no seating so you have to take it to go and/or eat in your car. The pastries are mouth watering from the Coffee Cinnamon Roll ,Banana walnut Bread , Olive Oil Cake and Chocolate Babka Bun. The Pepperoni Hot Pocket was also tasty and warm and a nice alternative if they run out of their signature breakfast sandwich and you want something savory. The prices are reasonable and it’s definitely worth checking this place out make sure you get there early as they run out of food and there is usually a line.

What’s super cool about this place is that it’s in a random spot. I always see lines for it when I drive-by on US1 Today I went into Trif and I was not disappointed even though I showed up right before they closed. They stayed open for me. Plus, I was limited on the amount of options I had but they still had amazing options. I had an apple thing and then an olive oil thing which I thought I was going to hate, but I actually liked it the most Overall, a must go to. But be warned on the weekends there are longer lines.

Google
One of my favorite Miami pastry chefs opens a shop (selling out of the cutest mobile food trailer), creates one of a kind bakery items, all satisfying different palates. Worth the drive (from Broward). We got our goodies and devoured them at a park nearby. Not pictured are lattes we purchased🤌🏼. A great way to start your morning. Only open select days of the week.

If you’re craving Michelin-caliber pastries without the white tablecloths, Ophelia is a must. This adorable food truck bakery, open Thursday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., turns out some of the most refined baked goods in town—so arrive early, because they do sell out. The menu reads like a pastry lover’s dream: olive oil cake, a pistachio raspberry cake, gooey chocolate chunk cookies, rich choco babka, and amazing treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Each item feels carefully crafted, with flavors that balance sophistication and comfort. Don’t overlook their coffee—it’s excellent, especially when dressed up with their house-made syrups (vanilla, lavender, and beyond). For something savory, the breakfast sammie is a standout—add the bacon, trust me. It’s perfectly crisp and brings the whole sandwich together. While I’ve heard they occasionally set out tables in the parking lot, I didn’t spot any during the week. So consider this a high-end “grab-and-go” experience—ideal for mornings when you want something special without the wait. Already planning my return. 💛☕️🍪

Google
This review is long overdue. I could give y’all an extensive list of positive, indulgent, delicious, and adjectives to describe their treats- but you must just check them out yourself. You may just mutter “mmms” and “mhmmms” as you bite into their BECs. I sure do. My friends too. My favorite has been the coffee cinnamon roll. So simple. So good. Ticks all the boxes. Service is also something you’d be lucky to experience. Ana and her team are a gem to this city. Thank you, Ophelia.

Google
Hidden gem in Coconut Grove! It’s a must try! Love all their baked goods; whether it’s on their savory or sweet menu! Iced Honey Lavender Latte is amazing! Go early because they might run out quickly! Also please be patience as their staff are trying to do the best to their abilities, don’t get abruptly rude when I know some of you have driven from far away to try their items. If the item you wanted is not available venture a little of out your comfort zone and try something else. I’ve tried almost all their entire menu and you won’t go wrong with anything! You gotta remember they’re also a micro bakery. Highly Recommended!

Yelp
Come with me to Ophelia, located in Coconut Grove. Ophelia has become the latest hype in Miami, and they 1000% deserve the hype. On my first visit, I tried their Bacon, Cheddar, and Egg breakfast sandwich, and it has become my favorite breakfast sandwich to date. The fluffy eggs, thick-cut crispy bacon, the sauce they use, and the bread come together to make a juicy and delicious bite every time. From their baked goods, I had their Banana Walnut Bread, Pistachio Raspberry Cake, Coffee Cinnamon Roll, Chocolate Orange Babka, and the Prosciutto Cheese Roll. All of the baked goods I had were fantastic. My favorites so far are the Banana Walnut Bread and the Coffee Cinnamon Roll; the texture and flavor of both are perfect. I also had an iced latte with honey lavender sweetener, which was pretty decent. Overall, I love Ophelia. There is a charm to their small truck filled with delicious food. The service is nice and friendly. I have already been back since this first visit and will definitely continue to visit.

Yelp
We stopped by Ophelia and tried a little bit of everything. Drinks were excellent, the honey lavender iced latte was smooth and unique, and the brown sugar latte was delicious. The food: The bacon breakfast sammies were incredible. The bacon was cooked to perfection and honestly one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had in Miami. The olive oil cake with blueberry compote was absolutely to die for, rich but perfectly balanced. The pistachio raspberry muffin, however, was a letdown. It was dry, crumbly, and lacking flavor, definitely something I would not order again. The vibe: This place gets very busy and there is always a bit of a wait, but the line moves quickly. Unfortunately, there is no seating so you are left to eat in your car or standing outside in the Florida heat which takes away from the experience. Bottom line: Ophelia delivers amazing drinks and standout food, especially the breakfast sandwiches and olive oil cake. Just skip the muffin and be prepared to enjoy it on the go. Final Note: for what they charge they should at least put some little bistro tables and chairs around the truck.

Yelp
They came up all over my IG feeds, I had to try! I asked about the two pastries that called my attention Olive Oil Loaf Cake and the Coffee Cinnamon Roll, the lady was vary gentle and nice and went above and beyond to explain each to allow me to make an informed decision. First of she told me those were two of their most popular pastries. Then she said the loaf cake had a bit of citrus flavor and the cream on it was lemon flavored with berries over it, while that sounded delicious I am not into citrus flavor deserts, then she said the cinnamon bun had a coffee cream over it which cut into the sweetness of the bun, that was the selling point. I ordered the roll. I ordered a late with oat milk and brown sugar cinnamon. The cinnamon roll was disappointing. The dough was somewhat in explicable like undercooked, not sure, and the coffee cream over it tasted like just sugar no coffee flavor, that was absent. I wasn't blown away by their coffee either. For the hype, I expected at least that the brown sugar cinnamon would have been a homemade syrup and it was not. Not bad, but not good. Also both things cost $12, over priced considering their are not cutting edge over the top. My opinion to stand out and be better than the many options out there, they need to do something that is truly unique. I think that's their intent but they are falling short, this is only a review on the items I tried. Cute esthetics for the little camper coffee. Very kind and knowledgeable in explanation of the deserts. Wish them the best of luck.

Yelp
Right off a US1 where you might miss it if you don't know it's there. This is definitely a grab and go spot and best to go early in the morning or else the line tends to get long. The egg sandwich was good but what really stood out was the coffee and baked goods. My favorite was the raspberry pistachio cake but the banana bread is a must try.

Yelp
I have been seeing this truck pop up on my page a lot ! I knew I had to give it a try. It is on US1 . Easy parking. There was a line as soon as we got there. Expect a 10-15 min wait. I ordered : Latte with lavender BF sandwich Pistachio Pastry Everything tasted so good ! It tastes so fresh. Everybody that worked there was so nice. They kept on updating up on what was selling out. Things were selling out QUICK. Make sure to come here early, It is a grab and go spot. A great spot for the weekend mornings. Casual. I am definitely coming back here again. I want to try more of the pastries. Prices were decent.

Yelp
Food is their forte! Their breakfast sandwich is DELICIOUS and their prosciutto/cheese number is a hit, too. The cinnamon roll could be better if it was nice and warm. I wasn't blown away by their coffee. Not bad, but not good. I went on a Thursday morning and though there was ample parking, there was no seating (which I saw they had at one point... not sure if it's weekends only?). It was very annoying to have to either takeout or eat/drink in the car.

Yelp
I had seen videos of Ophelia on social media and knew I had to go check it out. Even though it was too hot of a morning to be waiting outside on line, it was completely worth it. Tried a few of their sweet treats and from their savory selections, I had the Gouda jalapeño scone. A must have! Their coffee was great and some standouts from their pastries were the banana bread, the cinnamon roll and the banana cookie. Will definitely be back to try some of the items that were sold out and for their scones again.

Yelp
The people working here were so nice! The little pastry window is so cute. I ordered the Calabrian cheese scroll that had prosciutto in it, it was one of the best pastries I ever had! Cheesy and crispy , buttery and a spicy kick! I wasn't a huge fan of the cold brew, it tasted very watered down. I like my coffee more concentrated. I would definitely come back for more delicious pastries.

Yelp
Super cute lil coffee/bakery trailer parked alongside US-1. Only open 3 days a week & until they sell out. The staff were super sweet & friendly. I had a delicious COLD BREW & a RASPBERRY PISTACHIO OLIVE CAKE. Delicious & can't wait to catch them again for a LATTE & what I hear are their amazing CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES!

Yelp
The bacon egg and cheese was deceptively delicious but not cheap as it was about 10 dollars at the time of writing this. The coffee con Im roll was pretty good. The servers were very nice and respectful. The Ambiance is just a mildly shaded parking lot.

Yelp
Loved my visit to Ophelia. They had a tent to protect us from the rain, and plenty of pastries in stock at 11:15 on a Friday. Everything I tried-- the chocolate orange babka, Calabrian prosciutto cheese roll, and mango kougan amann-- was fantastic. My husband liked his cold brew, and the savory bacon, egg, and cheese roll was warm and overflowing with gooey egg and crunchy, thick bacon. No regrets!

Yelp
Stopped by on a Friday morning for some cinnamon rolls and an espresso. Parking was super easy. Service was friendly and attentive. It took a few minutes to get our order after we placed it, maybe a bit longer than we expected but not terrible. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The coffee glaze adds a flavor you don't typically get with a cinnamon roll. Can't wait to try some of their other treats. Will definitely return.

Yelp
I am so happy and proud of Juan and Ana! Warm friendly service, delicious food and great coffee! Eat local! Support Local! If you looking to cater your next office party! Reach out! I went to the office one day, after returning from an opening and I saw a box of their baked goods in our break area! Jalapeño Cheddar Rolls were left! Let's just say, that day was my cheat day for the week! I crushed 3 of them. Absolutely delicious!

Yelp
Fire food and coffee. Nothing healthy so be aware. They even had hot pockets - the pastries were amazing only open Th-sun- really nice staff

Yelp
Great addition to Coconut Grove. The service is great and always a pleasant to deal with. There is a wait but always worth it. You get to know and speak to nice people while waiting in line so that's a plus. The breakfast sandwiches melt in your mouth. The food, drinks and pastries are reasonably priced.

Yelp
This cute little shop on wheels packs a big punch on flavor! The team is so friendly and very welcoming. Tried the breakfast sammie and have to say it was 10/10. Eggs were fluffy and perfectly scrambled with cheese that didn't over power but had just enough flavor to make me smile. The mayo dressing was well thought out again to add to the dish and not shine too bright. Can't wait to go back and check out the other options.

Yelp
The Coffee and the pastries were amazing. The staff were very friendly. We are going back in the morning!!!

Yelp
These pastries are delicious. My favorite was the coffee cinnamon roll but I haven't tasted anything I don't like.

Yelp
Ophelia in Coconut Grove is a delightful little trailer serving up next-level breakfast and pastries. Their housemade English muffin breakfast sandwiches are on point, the coffee cinnamon roll is in serious contention for best in Miami, and banana‑walnut bread is next‑level rich . Staff are super friendly, and the vibe under a big oak tree with benches is charming. Heads-up: go early, they sell out fast!
