Opium’s cocktails use local ingredients and usually come in vessels made by Thai artists, such as hand-thrown ceramics and blown glassware. Get the Opium Oath, a clear, mezcal-based cocktail that tastes like toasted sesame, chamomile, and cucumber. For a dramatic effect, the bartenders drop fake red blood into the drink, as a nod to the blood oaths seen in Chinese films.
