Ops East Village - Review - East Village - New York - The Infatuation

"The best pizza in Bushwick is coming to the East Village. Ops is opening a sequel on 2nd Avenue with an expanded menu featuring lasagna, suppli, and thin-crust, St. Louis-style pizza. Their signature sourdough Neapolitan pies will also be available, alongside cocktails, wine, and a soft serve sundae. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Bryan Kim

Fantastic spot. The food is excellent — the Ops salad is especially creative, with a new twist each day. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the dishes come out quickly. The pizza menu isn’t large, but every item is outstanding in quality and has a nice blend of ingredients.

Amazing crispy pizza with fabulous toppings - we got the taverna cheese, pops, and mama. Favorites were the pops and taverna. They’re still getting started so the wait time was pretty long for the pizza but totally worth the wait. Amazing selection of natural wine as well. Highly recommend! Reservations recommended. Update: tried the bread and olives and mozzarella. Great appetizers! Also tried the rojo - very yummy. Wished they had extra peppers for a stronger flavor but still delicious.

Ops is a creative & fun new pizzeria in the East Village, with a full kitchen, great bar, and inventive pies. Try the tavernetta - a crispy thin pie cut into squares. The cocktails are reasonably priced and the front lounge makes for a great date spot, while the larger dining room below accommodates groups of 4-6 comfortably. The staff is kind and welcoming, and we had a great time! Thank you Ops!

Cool new spot in the East Village! Loved the atmosphere: warm, dimly lit, and perfect for a relaxed evening. The natural wine selection is great, and the pizza was good. I can already picture myself coming back in the winter. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy night out.

I thought it was good not great. I also think they forgot our order so we waited about 30-40 mins for our pizza. I only mention this because other tables that came in after received their food ahead of us. None of the pizzas really blew us away. The margarita was the groups fav!

Ops has been on my list forever, was so excited that they've opened a location in the East village. Food and drinks were all great, the salad is ridiculous! We also enjoyed the suppli, fried potatoes and meatball pie. It is very loud so it was hard to talk

Loved this place and would definitely go back. On a sister's trip to NYC, last night of trip. Had dinner and it did not disappoint. Emily was our server and she was awesome. She recommended the Fritto Misto, so good. We ordered the Iron Age with sausage, excellent. Also split the Panna Cotta and Olive Oil cake which tasted very good. Great atmosphere.
