Intended to just make a quick visit to the bookstore. Stopped to admire and enjoy the Prayer Tower and was overwhelmed by the Glory of God!

One of the prettiest colleges in the US. Building 4 new buildings debt-free. 13 consecutive years of enrollment growth. Highest % of employment within 6 months after graduation of any college in the country. Dedicated to creating leaders that can bring positive change in the world. Well worth attending and donating to!

I toured the most beautiful college campus that I have ever seen. Oral Robert's University in Tulsa has almost a space age feel , like the Jetsons or the Starfleet academy went here. It's most famous alumni include Kathy Lee Gifford and Joel Osteen. Such a beautiful sunny day here in Tulsa. My pictures turn out so much better on sunny days like this. #liveagreatstory

ORU is an exceptional school and undoubtedly one of the best in Oklahoma. The professors and staff are wonderful, professional, and dedicated to helping students succeed. Michael Willcoxon is an outstanding online counselor, and his kindness played a significant role in my decision to choose ORU. This school truly is a blessing for many students.

From a visitor perspective, beautiful campus. Architecture is awesome. Garden areas were beautiful and well maintained.

Wow, I have no Idea how I ended up at ORU but I did and I hoverboard all over the campus to check it out. It's actually a really amazing place.

My experience as a student of ORU is something I will never forget. You learn concepts of the whole person not just intellectual knowledge but spiritual, about all of you, about who you are in Christ, and who he is in you, all of you. It was the best years of my life. There’s no other university on earth like it.

Love this place! I did my Masters Degree here years ago and came back by recently to reminisce. This campus holds a special place in my heart! And will always be a place where I feel close to God!

This university claims that 100% of its faculty are Christians, but from my experience, that couldn't be further from the truth. After a serious personal crisis, I followed every rule, submitted all the necessary documentation, had my requests for accommodation approved, and thought everything was in order. What I wasn't told--until it was too late--was that they had already taken steps behind the scenes that completely contradicted those approvals! By the time I found out, the damage had already been done. They had no problem charging me fines and racking up a balance while pretending everything was fine, all to make money off of me. I was left with unexpected charges and a huge mess to clean up. This is not just negligence; it's deception, and it's happening at a 'Christian' institution that is supposedly committed to integrity and compassion. If they can't even follow their own policies, how can they expect anyone to trust them? If you're looking for a place that practices what it preaches, look elsewhere, because the administration here clearly has no interest in doing so. My situation was grossly mishandled, and it's deeply disappointing to see the university I once praised the Lord for allowing me scholarship and admittance into become such a perverse distortion of the Christian values they claim to uphold. Don't get me wrong, the professors and teachers are WONDERFUL. You can tell that they clearly care for their students. But if you're expecting to see Christian values or genuine care from the administration...be prepared for a rude awakening.

A World renowned University with excellence in Academics and Sports. My favorite part is how safe you feel as a student being with other smart Christian students. These people become your friends for life!! Their focus is on helping the students to grow into the Whole Man( woman ). Take a HARD look at this college if you have kids or grandkids. It's worth more than they charge!

It's worth taking a look at because it's unusual looking.Sort of sci fi ! I can't comment on the other reviews because I think they are ex students.But as an example of rather odd architecture , it's well, not a must , but of interest.

This is probably the best Christian University in the world. The academics are incredible, graduates are EXTREMELY sought after, and the spiritual growth you receive here was more than I ever could have asked for. If you think you CANT afford it, think again...they will make a way for you to come just like they did for me!

Beautiful campus! It is definitely the friendliest college I've ever been to. It's a world class school with an incredible business program. I've met so many people from different countries here and am so thankful for the opportunity to be in an international school. This college has changed my life.

Quality. That's the best way I could describe my educational experience at ORU. Most people are familiar with the antics of the Roberts family or Oral's sensational tactics to get $$ or whatever, but aside from that, there is a real value to the education you get here. The campus is beautiful. That's not a word I use often so enjoy it lol. But really, the grounds are phenominal. The people are friendly, and the staff is top notch. My mother graduated from here for undergrad and masters. My childs mom and myself also. So yea, there' s a little pressure for my child to go here as well lol. It's worth a trip to Tulsa if you're considering which college to go to. I really enjoyed my time spent here.

Best years of undergrad, many lifelong friendships made, lots of great memories. The nursing school staff was great especially (whole person education..mind, body, spirit).

How can institutions that "educate" their students, by telling them that the earth is less than 10,000 years old; and that evolution is a myth, be licensed by the State of Oklahoma to offer a university degree? Have students, who have decided to attend Oral Roberts University (or any other "evolution-denying college or university" for that matter) ever considered the great number of employers who won't hire anyone from a religious fundamentalist-type school.? Fundamentalism is incombatable with what educated is supposed to mean; and those responsible for permitting fundamentalist colleges and universities to be legitimized by the state, should seriously reconsider their actions in this regard. Most definitely; graudates of religious fundamentalist schools, should not be licensed to teach in the public schools -- where "open-mindedness" is supposed to be the "rule" -- not the "exception..

ORU offers a whole person eduction that focuses on developing every students mind, body, and Spirit. I made lifelong friendships and received a excellent education. If your looking for a university to develop your skills and help you impact your world, ORU is the perfect place for you.

Are there negative stars? This school sucks. If you are gay you will be tarred and feathered and kicked out. If you get pregnant they will tell you to either gets tried fast or have an abortion. Very expensive tuition. The dorms should be condemned! They are infested with brown recluse spiders, mice, bees, hornets. They force you to attend chapel services twice a week and hit you if you fall asleep during their droning chatter. Please, don't send your kids here. It will only fuck them up.

I love ORU! I had a great 4 years there and would recommend it to anyone looking to get a liberal art education in a Christ-centered environment. Like most Christian institutions, it's not a perfect place. But the good outweighed the bad.
