The Original ChopShop on Legacy Drive in Plano is outstanding. I get my Kale Cleanse here every day, and the consistency and quality are always perfect. The staff knows me by name and already knows my drink, which says a lot about the level of care and attention they give their customers. Everyone is genuinely friendly and always happy to see you. It feels welcoming every single visit, not transactional. Highly recommend this location.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. Been going here for years . I’m usually in the McKinney area but found this location by my job . Had a not so good experience the first time and customer service reached out and turned the situation around. I really appreciate that and will continue to come to this location. Love the food . Everything is freshly made and good for the body ! Thank you for reaching out

This was my first time visiting this place because of the bowls that they have. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the food. However, the customer service was mediocre to say the least. I requested a side of bread with my bowl and I felt like I was inconveniencing the employees. Which is totally crazy because they serve sandwiches. It was not busy at all, and I feel like the lack of customer service is concerning.

Clean establishment with friendly employees. I had some questions about the menu that were kindly answered. The teriyaki chicken bowl with cauliflower rice and roasted veggies was a 10 out of 10. Really fresh and flavorful. I also got the muscle malt shake that was tasty but a little on the watery side.

Great experience!! The store is very clean and the food is awesome! The staff are all very attentive and helpful. Even though the store was busy whoever was available to help would stop what they were doing to help! That is top tier customer service!! There’s a lot of places that you can get good food, But good food and good service are not easy to come by all in one. I definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for something clean and filling, but also good tasting. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!!

Food: 4 stars for taste - but I paid extra for double chicken and barely got 4 ounces, I ordered a green curry bowl and got a tablespoon of curry sauce on it. Service: you don’t interact with a human AT ALL you order on a computer, have to self scan any item that you want in addition, and it hits you up for a tip when you checkout. this was our first time here and we were obviously a little bit confused about the process. Staff looked at us for about five minutes, but didn’t interact at all. We will not be coming back.

Ordered the raw vegetable salad online. Pickup was smooth. Staff was friendly. I'm not a big salad person but the ingredient list looked good so I gave it a go. Added the red pepper hummus. This salad was SO good! Menu has lots of healthy options including smoothies & juices. I look forward to going back.

Food was good here, but this place was very dirty. There was only 2 parties od people here and we both had to wipe off a table to be able to sit down ... not a big deal if they were busy .... but that wasn't the case ... at all. Their bathroom was even filthier with trash on the floor .... not good! The bowl i ordered was large with plenty of food but you order on a computer screen so there is nobody to ask or answer questions about what you're ordering. I live really close by so I'll be giving it another shot..... one more shot!

Food is great, doesn't upset my stomach like Jersey Mikes and Chipotle and not owned by BlackRock. 10/10 go here

Original ChopShop is a great clean option when you want a quick bite! I ordered the Brekkie wrap and it was simple and nice. The wrap comes with your choice of protein between turkey, ham, prosciutto or bacon. They had an array of self-serve Tabasco hot sauces! Ones I didn't even know existed like chipotle and jalapeño! The cashier was really nice and efficient. It was a great experience overall.

Got a pitaya bowl with peanut butter to start the day. Added some vanilla protein to it and it taste the same! Love the chop shop

I had a fantastic experience using the Chop Shop app to order food for a large group. Two events. The manager and assistant manager were really helpful and the food was perfect. This is a very well run business with good food.

The food is great here. It's very fresh and healthy. It's very pricey. The protein bowls amazing. The Red Chili Lime Bowl or the Korian Spicy Bowl.

This is my 'go-to' when i need healthy drinks and dessert. The Coconut Chia Pudding is the best!

I loved their menu and the concept of protein bowls. We did a takeout here, tried the green curry tofu bowl and I was disappointed. To begin with its dry, very less green curry in the bowl. The brown rice felt a bit uncooked, overall the dish needs a bit of spice or flavor or maybe just more of the green curry to this and it should be good! The portion size is good for one person and is a balanced bowl, just wished it was flavorful. There is an option to add more green curry to the bowl, note The restaurant charges for extra green curry sauce.

Holy shi* it took 40 mins to get my food during lunch. No warnings about the wait either the front staff is just standing around not knowing what to do with themselves. I'm never coming back. Being late to work isn't "vibes"

Pros- friendly staff, clean place, great tea selection, healthy options Cons- pricey, very small portions for the cost, chicken is dry, ordering extra toppings is not worth it because they barely give you anything

Must say for a first time meal from here, I was totally disappointed. First thing I see when I opened up my to-go order was this rotten avocado that I couldn't even cut with a fork. Not sure why someone would accidentally put this in my bowl but really ruined the experience and my lunch!

The name of this restaurant makes me imagine a cutting board, sharp knives and all the fresh veggies you can imagine. I like to think that this is what their kitchen probably looks like too-I wouldn't be surprised, since their food is fresh and tasty! I've ordered catering from Original Chop Shop a couple of times and have been very pleased with the service as well as the quality of the food. Our first order was missing one meal, and when I brought it to the attention of the store, they immediately made it right. Someday I'll make it in to the actual location, but for now I'm glad they do delivery and will continue to use them when we have group meetings and lots of hungry people.

Team had lunch here yesterday and not 1 complaint. We had a variety of orders, and everyone loved their meal. I had the spicy shrimp protein bowl with added brussel and avocado and it was DELICIOUS. I am looking forward to eating here Again.

Teriyaki grilled protein bowl was amazing. Lots of meat, perfect amount of sauce. I added a fried egg and got the sweet potato hash. It was delicious. We also got the raw salad with steak and added goat cheese. Steak was good and salad had great flavor. Clean restaurant, friendly staff and quick service.

Only had their protein shakes which I think are reasonably priced at $7. I think it's a bigger size than their juices which are 16 oz for $6.75. I like the Jacked up PB&J the most. I was surprised to see they have a more "veggie" based protein shake called Pina-Kale-Ada where they use apple juice and soy milk which I liked too. Their app is easy to use and convenient for ordering ahead. You can easily customize and remove any ingredients you don't want. Definitely need to try one of their food items and regular juices.

Kind of a run-down place...chipped and scratched tables, etc. Food was so-so...I made the mistake of getting their "forbidden rice" in my bowl...it was BLACK, tiny grains, and tasteless. Stuck in my teeth all night...little black specks. Will not return.

Love the Original Chop shop. I am vegan and travel to Plano often for work. This is my go to...last week I ate there twice and am back to Dallas next week and am sure I will be back. Love the green tofu curry bowl and also their green juices. Food is fresh, portion size is perfect and I always feel good after eating here. See you next week!

I've heard great things about this place. It was pretty good but a little pricey for the size of the bowl. I got the teriyaki chicken with black rice. It was pretty good just a bit too much sauce for me. Everything else was good and flavorful. I also ordered an iced coffee that was not great at all. Stick to the food menu. Spicy Korean was average again a little too much sauce. Next time I would ask for the sauce on the side. The kids pb&j which was very good. Overall I would go back.

I've been to ChopShop 3 times now and their food is always very good! I love their beet and goat cheese salad it is filling and delicious! They also have a great selection of sandwiches which I've had once and was also super tasty! I love the atmosphere of the store and the service is very good!

Ordering options: Online, Walk-In, or Kiosk I personally enjoy the different ordering options as it caters to everyone's choice of ordering. This is a fast casual place with many tasty healthy options. I personally like their smoothies and protein packed bowls. I think that some people who think that health conscious restaurants would lack flavor but that is not the case here. I am a person who craves tasty healthy guiltless food and I'd say that this is place is a wonderful choice.

This place is awesome. The manager, Kyle personally handled a mishap that happened with my lunch order. He reached out to me directly after sending in a message, and even personally delivered a fresh new bowl to my office about 10 minutes away. That's how customer service is done! I will forever go to this OG Chop Shop location and recommend to all.

The Original Chop Shop never disappoints. Always so good and satisfying. I had to try the acai bowls this time and it hit the spot on a hot day. Refreshing and so good. Of course I got the tofu curry bowl and chicken prosciutto as well. Everything here is so good, lots of flavor, filling, and leaves you satisfy. Definitely recommend

Solid af healthy option. Portion sizes are on point. Sorta sucks that their spicy Korean sauce was sweet. I assume that's bc....most ppl can't handle actual spicy food? Who knows. It wasn't the greatest cut of beef that you'll be eating with the Korean bowl...but...will it do? Yes. As far as healthy options go in the area, I can't complain over a tasteful, well seasoned, reasonable portioned meal. So, there you have it.

Great bowls and very filling, cute ambiance. The chicken bowls were delicious and you can customize them as you need, very up to date with a self order order Kiosk but also a person to take your order at the register if you prefer. We must have walked in After the lunch rush so tables were not wiped down.

Absolutely love this place! I've been 3 times in the past couple of weeks. Everything has been great. It's tasty, healthy, and guilt free eating. I joined the rewards program and already starting earning free drinks and goodies. My new favorite go-to

Absolutely LOVE this place. Living in Legacy West, it's a great option for quick, healthy eats. I love the red chili lime shrimp bowl and the green curry tofu bowl. The juices are delicious too- my fav is the kale cleanse.

I know they are busy at lunch but. I ordered a Moroccan Turkey sandwich with no red peppers. I got a wrap with one piece of Turkey and a bunch of lettuce with two grapes and a couple of bites of cucumber. No dressing. No avocado No yogurt. I'll Ty them again maybe but not customize

Whyyyyy did it take me so long to try this spot . I got the danish as a wrap with chicken and oh my God. Whoever created their menu has a knack for food pairings . The combination of flavors is amazing . The bleu cheese goes perfectly with the apples, pears, dates . Just yummy yum yum

We are in the area for a soccer tournament. We were looking for a healthy place to go to fuel my boy for his upcoming game. We found the Original ChopShop with Yelp and are both SO glad we did. The aesthetics of the restaurant are calm, clean, and crisp. When we first walked in, we were greeted by CJ who stood at the counter prepared for us. There was a great selection of drinks in a small cooler to the left of the counter. Although I didn't get one, I saw several flavors of kombucha and even boxed water. The meal selection was quick and easy and CJ was very welcoming to us and shared a few things from the menu we may enjoy. My son had the teriyaki bowl and LOVED it. I had the shrimp bowl and LOVED it. I got 1/2 forbidden rice and 1/2 sweet potatoes as my carb. CJ recommended this and I'm so glad he did. We both enjoyed fresh teas from the "tea bar." I really enjoyed my elderberry iced tea. We both loved the location, the feel of the restaurant, the friendliness of CJ and the others, and the food. Thank you Original ChopShop! You guys rock!

Love this place! I was in the area for a wedding and had an early flight. I checked into my hotel and needed something to tide me over until dinner. I found this place and it was great. I love when a place has its own focus and does it well. Healthy food that doesn't skimp on flavor. I tried the cheat day wrap with turkey. Wow, what a surprise. The entire wrap was nice and warm. That alone was a nice change. The blend of brown rice, egg, cheddar cheese, avocado, and turkey was perfect. The side of salsa lime sauce was really great as well. I decided to have one of the fresh juice drinks as well. The "face lift" was really nice with a zing from some fresh ginger. I wish these places existed in my area! So if you find one near you, try it.

Came here for lunch with a friend and food was great. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl with rice and was pleasantly surprised how well the vegetables were grilled and how well the ingredients of the bowl went together. The food came super fast and the portions were pretty big, and there was lots of seating both inside and outside. Would recommend for a healthier spot, and I'm definitely coming back to try the brunch options next time :)

Update: love the salads! \\ kale caesar - delicious fresh crunch - the portion size was perfect for one meal - the dressing wasn't too heavy or salty--but if you're unsure, you can always ask for it on the side Seemed like a convenient place to meet up with friends. Ample parking, great location.

Clean, healthy food that tastes really good. You will pay for that healthy and tasty though if you have a decent appetite. Portions are on the smaller side. I have to order two items to actually fill me up for dinner and typically add extra protein - a bowl and salad, a salad and sandwich- which ends up being well north of $30. Working on my healthy so worth it to me, for now

Alright place. Got the chicken kale sandwich. Bread was really dry. Also pretty small. Place is probably better for salads and bowls.

I placed a curbside pick up order for a curry tofu bowl with veggies (put option to get rid of cauliflower, snap peas and cilantro) hash and added and over easy egg ( that was an extra charge). I also a ordered a tea. I did not check my food when I left (should've known better). I did not get my tea, my egg was fried over hard and burned, lastly all of the ingredients I asked to be removed were still there. Super disappointed. Update: I called the shop and they let me know that when you order online something get lost between the computers which is why I did not get the customizations (which I don't get bc I got the egg just not done correctly) but I talked to Dominic and since my order was almost completely incorrect he refunded me with no problems.

I'm writing this review after 3rd consecutive same experience. First of all, a simple salad bowl with protein shouldn't cost more than $10, but it could be $15 or more here. Secondly, they take more 20 mins to put a salad bowl together and this is when there wasn't heavy crowd still. Got here many time early lunch time and ended up taking my food with me because they wastes all the lunch hour to just bring your food out. SMH

This is my second time here and definitely not my last! Their food is affordable, healthy, and delicious!! They have a large menu with a variety of foods that you would very likely not get tired of, and the environment at their shop is great! Even my puppy loves it :) The patio is dog friendly, and they provide water bowls for your thirsty pup! After eating you can also take ur pup on a walk across the street around the fountain at the shops!! Their food is a great healthy alternative to other places in the area at a great reasonable price. I would definitely recommend ChopShop to any food lover!!

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, and I'm glad I did. I tried the teriyaki chicken bowl with brown rice. Everything was so fresh. I wish it was a little spicy but flavors were good otherwise. My friend and I dined in, and although we were near the end of our meal, they started dusting the lighting fixtures so dust particles started surrounding us, so one star off for that. Staff were friendly and helpful when it came to ordering. They also have fresh juices, definitely recommend.

I really like the food here I had no issues with the location on Preston and park. However this time around I ordered at the Shops of Legacy location. I had placed an order for a spicy Korean steak bowl and a cookie. I had my coworker pick up my order and no one there told her if the cookie was unavailable or not all they did was highlight on the receipt. DON'T BOTHER CALLING because I was on the line waiting for someone to pick up for over 20 minutes and gave up.

Disappointed again, but this time the Legacy location. From my standpoint not being impressed with 2 locations means the company is just not good at making tasty food. Our department ordered lunch for us, and I was skeptical of having Chop Shop after not liking the salad from the Allen location. Since I knew I wouldn't like the salad, I tried the green curry bowl with tofu and brown rice. It looked delicious! However, once I started eating it, I became disappointed. It was definitely a very, very, very watered down version of actual Thai green curry. There was barely any sauce which had a decent flavor, but still lacking the spice and flavor punch real Thai green curry gives. Healthy does not mean bland. Ethnic food can be healthy, but Amman, it's like they sucked the flavor and enjoyment out of it. If you're looking for a bowl consisting mainly of rice, a few veg, and some tofu dabbed with green sauce, this is your dish. Looks great, sounds like a good idea, but actually overpriced disappointment.

Glad this place just opened. We love the selection of different bowls here. They align with our type of diet we typically eat: high in vegetables and packed with flavor at the same time. We enjoyed their grinder sandwich. this sandwich came with ham, turkey avacado on a soft wheat bread. All the entrees here are full of delicious super food ingredients. I do wish these entrees offer a larger option.

Smaller portions than I thought but really delicious, health conscious food! Love that sauce

This was my 3rd time at the ChopShop and my first at this location. I got a salad and added a fried egg--soo delicious!! I would say my overall experience at this restaurant tells me that the salads are amazing but the bowls are meh.

Yummy yummy yummy! I actually couldn't believe how good this was! I had the red Chile lime shrimp bowl and it was delicious. You can build the bowl with whatever base you like (white rice, brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes, etc...). I got mine with brown rice. So yummy! I'm going to have to figure out if they have these in STL where I'm from!!

Amazing service and Food, So Clean and Everything was literally Great !! I got the Thai coconut chicken I think it's my new favorite item off the menu really filled with flavor and all Ingredients are crazy fresh...paired with a cold buster Fresh OJ for some immune support

For breakfast - it's great! I have ordered the avocado toast and the sweet potato hash bowl, which are both extremely filling and yummy dishes. Parking for breakfast is easy, but since it is located at the shops at legacy, I could see it being difficult to find parking during rush hour. I haven't ordered much else off the menu, but the two dishes I have ordered I thoroughly enjoyed. I also really like how the hash bowl was made from a recyclable material, which is always a plus when a company makes an effort to be eco-friendly!

Wow! Thats too much of sweet potato in a bowl. May be it is not my type. I liked the sauce taste. The place looks neat.

YUM! I popped in for an açaí bowl and was not disappointed! I was able to make it gluten free by requesting gluten free granola. Overall, great consistency and generous helping of fresh strawberries and banana on top. The coconut flakes and granola break up the smooth consistency of the açaí purée and make it fun to eat. Not a huge fan of the frozen blueberries mixed throughout but it's not a big deal. I will definitely be coming back if I'm ever craving a healthy treat!
