"Opening next month at 5717 Legacy Drive, Original ChopShop will bring its menu of salads, sandwiches, and smoothie bowls to Plano. To create one of the restaurant’s popular “protein bowls,” diners start with a base—brown rice, sweet potato hash, or quinoa—choose a protein such as chicken, steak, tofu, or shrimp, and finish with a variety of veggies, sauces, and toppings.
