I have been here with two friends for dinner. I like Liguria and was already familiar with its sea and mountains. However, there is a third element, the "orto".
Orto by Jorg Giubbani does a great job in explaining, preparing, and well, cooking, dishes that cover all these elements alone, but also in combination. A special mention goes to the selections of herbs, really on point.
I would recommend the degustazione "Avanguardia Ligure" and also the pairing with the wines. It was all worth it, the focaccia, not on the menu, was like a cloud!
