We discovered this restaurant on the top 50s best discovery list, and fortunately, it was located directly in front of our hotel. We made a reservation at 9:30, and the process was smooth. The ambiance is elegant with a Japanese influence, and the tables are spacious enough to accommodate all the dishes. The service was delivered one course at a time, allowing us to savor the evening. We began with mocktails, which were pleasant but not exceptional. The nigiris, tenderloin gyoza, which were the highlight of the meal, the spicy tuna roll, glazed salmon, and beef with potatoes were all outstanding. The desserts were nice but slightly too sweet for our taste. We concluded with a pleasant tea served in a French press.
The atmosphere was delicate, with low lighting, moderately loud but enjoyable music, efficient servers, and a sushi bar—making it a truly nice place. Overall, the food was well-executed with quality ingredients, mostly predictable but definitely meeting international standards. Highly recommended in Bogotá.
