"Osaka is Stillwater’s sushi go-to. Grab a seat at the mahogany bar and pair a sake pour with a red snapper, scallop, or salmon roe roll — Osaka also offers an array of vegetarian rolls, from peanut and avocado to sweet potato tempura with sweet soy sauce. Appetizers like the pork gyoza are also worth sampling." - Justine Jones, Eater Staff

The "Kiss of the Geisha" sushi roll was some of the best sushi that I have ever had. We asked for a recommendation from the friendly server, and that roll hit the spot! Spicy, crunchy, and the fish and crab were excellent quality. Good portion of Wasabi on the side. The saki options offered were great as well. Sitting at the sushi bar is a fun and entertaining experience. Great sushi chefs and great servers.

Went on a Tuesday night, not too busy. Very attentive server. Our favorite was the pork gyoza appetizer. We also split some sushi and ramen, which was good.

Coming from Southern California, I have been craving and missing really GOOD sushi. I have not been able to find it, even in the cities, until now! The sushi here is great. And has been great every time I’ve gone. It’s been empty each time I went, and I can’t understand why. Maybe I am missing their peak hours. Don’t let that turn you away though! The sushi and the service are stellar!

Google
Black dragon and number 9 are our faves. Tried the mango one this time too and it was very good. Also had the spring rolls and chicken choo choo

Google
DoorDash delivered my fried chicken wings and they had this random piece of plastic inside of the containr and the chicken had a funky smell. Never again.

Google
Very good sushi rolls and great location.

Google
The food was just ok, but in comparison to some of the other food options around it's not worth the money. I feel bad saying that only because the staff was so friendly! It's just too bad the overall feeling was dingy. As my husband stated, "It's the perfect place to go if you're in the mood for a chessy 90's sitcom Christmas episode. You know the one where something tragic happens to the family and they end up at the only place open on Christmas for dinner."

Google
My favorite place to get sushi! I love the Pink Lady roll and Mexican roll. The most friendly staff and very attentive. Highly recommend!!!

Yelp
At least this place didn't give my girlfriend hemorrhoids. We've named it Boris. Bad hemorrhoid. Grocery store caliber sushi, it's ok I guess, not great

Andrew W.

Yelp
Incredibly good food. At a very reasonable price. Also fashioned the chopsticks with some paper and a rubber band for our toddler so she could use them - big points there. I'm surprised they didn't have more customers when the neighboring bars are full. Come eat here - one of the few non-american cuisines in stillwater!

Jim M.

Yelp
I'm hardly an expert on sushi, but my wife and I went there last night on a whim. We had fantastic service, and we both thought every single thing we ate was fantastic! The waitress helped us navigate a fairly long and complex menu. We found things that we both really loved. We highly recommend it!

Yelp
Tonight we tried Osaka for the second time. The first time was after the re-opening during Covid. It was awful. I hate to say it, but this time was just as bad if not worse. The sushi had brown avocado slices on it, and the fish was tasteless. The pad Thai was also like no other pad Thai I've ever had. Tons of peppers, no peanuts, and just a weird flavor. The service was very mediocre, and the atmosphere is sticky and old. To be in an upscale city, it seems the standards would be higher.

Joline E.

Yelp
We grabbed sushi takeout from Osaka because it was in between mealtime and we were famished! The salmon nigiri was soft and sweet and super satisfying. The mackerel sushi was fresh, not pickled, and we much preferred that! The Escolar was a little different than the super white tuna I've had before but buttery and rich nonetheless. Overall great fresh sushi and good value, thank you!

John H.

Yelp
Amazing food. Everything I've had there is great. Even my 9 year old son loved the sushi.

Sara H.

Yelp
Amazing sushi! Interior is a little lacking, not much of a drink menu, service can be slow. But, the sushi makes up for the rest! Seriously as good as what I have had on the coast.

India B.

Yelp
What my friend and I witness last night, February 11, 2023 was BEYOND APPALLING!!! I normally don't write reviews. But I MUST SPEAK UP after my friends and I WITNESSED Employee ABUSE by the Sushi Chef to the older white woman server. This Sushi Chef came out of his station around to the bar and began SCREAMING at her!!!! Everyone one of were EXTREMELY UPSET Witnessing this Horrific Abuse!!! We ONLY Fine at Osaka in Stillwater because of this Older White woman's exceptional Service!!! My friends and I will spread the word to never give Stillwater Osaka our business to Osaka again if this sushi chef remains EMPLOYED!!! We feel for this woman!!! NO EMPLOYEE should be abused!!!

Francesca Z.

Yelp
Always so delicious. Being back from California, it's so comforting to find a great sushi spot. Great prices, fantastic portioning, amazing service.

Kate P.

Yelp
I've lived in Stillwater for over a year now and haven't really ventured out for dining. I moved from Boston which is as the city with many options for seafood. I've been craving Sushi for awhile now and decided to try out Osaka. It was delicious. Everything was fresh, the rice cooked perfectly. The crab cheese wontons reminded me of my favorite ones I get in NYC! I will definitely be back!

Alex W.

Yelp
Very nice staff. Hard to find good sushi in Minnesota but this sushi is fantastic! I can only speak for the rolls which were delicious and very well priced. The staff was fast and attentive. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner!

Inma G.

Yelp
Felt safe dinning there during covid. Super good tempura and we ordered the sashimi + sushi dinner for two and it was plenty!

Mark M.

Yelp
What a fantastic place! Sushi chef Oscar was fantastic!!! Pink lady roll Seared ahi tuna Sit at sushi bar is a must!

Andrew O.

Yelp
We ordered delivery through Door Dash. Delivery was on time and easy to place. The food was excellent. The rolls were all fresh and delicious. The main course (beef dish) was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. They accepted our special requests and even wrote a nice note on the bag. We will definitely make Osaka a regular dining option.

Taylor S.

Yelp
Tonight 7 of my friends and I went to Osaka for dinner. My girlfriend ordered a roll to go when we were done eating and it was 9:30. They close at 9:45. The sushi chef proceeded to start screaming at our server because she took the order instead of refusing to serve us. He called her horrible names at the top of his lungs and then screamed fuck you at her. Twice. My friend and I went to the counter to defend her because she was very sweet and very small. She does not deserve to be spoken to that way... especially in a room full of people. We love the sushi there but none of us will be going back. We were easy and do not drink so it's not like we were there for a long time. I think the owner of this restaurant needs to fire that sushi chef immediately. It will cost him more business if he doesnt.

Leah N.

Yelp
Charming and delicious destination Osaka! Great service and super clean environment! We had everything from sushi to sweet and sour with our family of 4 and everyone was very happy with their meal! Will definitely be back!

Bradley H.

Yelp
To my surprise, this is as good as any ramen I've had anywhere. The lobster ramen is amazing, and the broth is complex and perfectly spicy. We love Stillwater, and now we are regulars here. The service is great and the food is consistently great. We have now been back twice in a week, traveling from Minneapolis! They are also kid friendly, a huge bonus with a 4 year old.

Eva G.

Yelp
This is by far the best Sushi place in St. Paul. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by the sushi chefs who make you feel so welcome! You can go sit on the restaurant side, but personally I liked interacting with the sushi chefs and seeing for yourself how they mix and make the sushi!! The taste is amazing because they know just how to mix their sauces and ingredients right! The head chef Fuji was hilarious and extremely generous!! On top of the happy hour prices he made us a delicious chicken roll on the house and even treated me with a special birthday treat!! I have been to different Osaka's around the twin cities, but this is by far the best sushi place!! Will definitely return!

Kim C.

Yelp
I really really love their sushi bar. I have been here a few times during their happy hour and they have some great rolls for only $5 or $6 each. My favorite is an off-menu roll called the Minnesota roll. Spicy chicken rolled with rice/cucumber/avocado and topped with spicy snow crab and tempura. I had our very first date with my guy there so it holds extra special memories. We sat next to each other in the booth and shared a variety of rolls. Unfortunately on that day, I asked for the minnesota roll and they said they lost the recipe. But the lovely waitress had them make it from what I remember was in it (and it was wonderful). I had the hibachi once and that was fun too. Our chef was fun and did the usual chopping of the veggies and meat and flipping it into your open mouth. Lots of fun to witness the show. They get 1 point off for pricing. Unless you go during happy hour, rolls can run up to $20 each and hibachi for 2 will set you back $80 (with drinks and appetizer). It's a great occasional place to eat (or a first date!). One thing I also noticed... Although the waitress was great, there weren't enough of them and we had to wait quite a while sometimes to get her attention.

Marissa R.

Yelp
Please anyone that comes to stillwater And loves great service and sushi, take my recommendation and come to this sushi restaurant, it's amazing, and it's FRESH! I'm not joking it seriously is high quality food for great prices. Please come and see it for yourself!!! You won't regret a thing. Only thing you can loose is not seeing osker`s smiling face ( sous chef) and the only way that's possible is if you don't give it a try!

Madeline W.

Yelp
Esquisite service and delectable sushi. Convenient location for any downtowners, parking may be difficult but certainly worth it. Bring a sweater cause it gets a bit chilly here. Great place to spend my Friday night at and will be happy to revisit soon!

Maggie H.

Yelp
I always forget how much I love Osaka until I dine again. This was my first visit at the Stillwater location. I thought this location was new because it seemed unfinished from the outside and inside was completely dead (but nice). It's towards the end of the main Downtown area so it's kind of hard to miss but totally worth it. I can't imagine that I will ever eat anywhere else downtown. There aren't any great vegan options (that are affordable anyway). So we landed at Osaka! Our server was Ashley (I think...) and she was great. Quick and always around, eager to please but not fake about it. My only negative is because the place was so dead we could hear the employee conversations but not a huge negative... I ordered the green tea and from my understanding it's the only tea they serve. Which is just fine because it's real green tea brewed with brown rice so it's insanely hearty and earthy. I felt almost that I was drinking a broth instead of a tea. I can see how some may not enjoy this but most tea drinkers will be joyed. We tried the tofu skin Inari not really knowing what it was but wanting to order five more after we had. Tofu skin is tofu that's been deep fried which makes it flatten and chewy. They then make a little rice bean bag out of it and it's amazing. I was already planning on ordering more before my other rolls arrived and even googled how to make them... I also ordered the AAC (Avocado, asparagus and cucumber). This was my first time having asparagus in sushi and I enjoyed it. It added an extra element and texture. I had ordered the sweet potato roll at the same time but our waitress missed this. Once I asked she put the order in right away and we just had to wait for the potato to deep fry. When it arrived I couldn't wait to devour it! I was sad to see it go. The sweet potato was savory, soft but with a crispy outer edge and the rolls were drizzled with a sweet, sticky soy. My partner tried one before they were gone and said he would eat vegan for the rest of his life if it all tasted like that. (He ordered your typical Philly roll and of course loved it). Our waitress told us that all the time is happy hour... and she wasn't lying. Everything was so affordable, I wanted to stay and eat two of everything! With an order of three rolls, the inari, two drinks and tea our bill was $27. Pretty bangin' if you ask me.

Yelp
Looks small on the outside but is very spacious and comfortable inside. server was lovely and the food was delicious. Wait time was not uncomfortably long and our portions were worth what we paid. Not a lot of options for veggie sushi but you can never go wrong with avo roll. Absolutely my new fav sushi place.

June H.

Yelp
It's a great place to go and get takeout for sushi but if you're going to go there and hang out at the bar- don't! The sushi guys are great and very personable but the waitstaff is lacking in personality.

Spinelli A.

Yelp
Very good sushi and the staff is always friendly! We ordered the Lisa Crunch roll, King Dragon roll, and the crabmeat cream cheese wontons and we loved all of it. Our favorite was the king dragon roll

Carol D.

Yelp
We enjoyed our hibachi meal. The food was good and came quickly, our waitress was very friendly and helpful. Unlike many hibachi restaurants they do not cook the food in front of you. They also don't have a kids menu.

Stacie L.

Yelp
Highly recommend!! I'm a sushi snob and I can't say one bad thing about this place! Best wontons I've ever had! And even better sushi rolls! Do yourself a favor and try this place!

Amanda S.

Yelp
Warning: NOT LIKE ANY OTHER OSAKAS I eat at Roseville Osaka, and Maplewood often, and have been to other locations as well. This location was different. it was as if I was in a strip mall Asian restaurant. Service was ok. I ordered the Hibachi, which costed the same as the other locations. It was served in a elementary school lunch plate. Steak/chicken was VERY salty. The onion soup was cloudy. I was not impressed. Nothing like the other locations. I have heard however the sushi is good at this location. I went home feeling tired, and like I hate ate was too much salt. MSG must be used here.

Hans N.

Yelp
Was there on a Sunday evening. Not very busy. Service was excellent. Ordered two standard rolls. Was very tasty. Prices very descent. I'd recommend this place.

Paula B.

Yelp
We were pleasantly surprised at how good this really was the sushi was as fresh as I've eaten. It was my first poki and it was so good. The salmon sa-sa was unique. The drinks were typical. All and all a good meal for the price.

Charles G.

Yelp
So so yummy! Clean and quiet! Great variety of rolls! We enjoyed the view of the river right across the street.

Jenifer Kate H.

Yelp
The sushi here is consistently good, but the service is consistently bad. Long waits, requested items that are never delivered, crappy menu knowledge. Sitting at the bar is a much better experience than the dining room. Better "service" (you can easily ask for what you need and they can't disappear on you). Also it's fun to watch Chef Fuji do his thing. This is not as big as the other locations. And I find it kind of odd that they don't allow kids in here. Parking in Stillwater generally sucks, but there is a big public lot right across the street from Osaka, which makes it an easy place to stop for a quick lunch or dinner. Okay fine, I'm just kidding about the kids. But this location really is smaller than the other Osaka's and there is no teppanyaki chefs here so if you have kids who love the table show, bring them to the Maplewood location. I'm not kidding about grocery stores though. Minnesota has now banned anyone under the age of 11 from grocery stores. If that seems believable to you, I love you, and I'm pretty sure we could have a lot of fun together so call the sitter and meet me at Osaka.

Patti I.

Yelp
Caveat: I am not a sushi fan. Hubby and I came here for a tempura fix. The restaurant is clean and pleasant, and service was good. We both ordered the shrimp tempura meal. Our meals each came with a very good bowl of miso soup and a simple salad of iceberg lettuce with one tomato slice and a creamy dressing. The tempura portion was really large: five shrimp, slices of zucchini, sweet potato, and zucchini, and a broccoli floret. The batter was a little heavier and greasier than what I'd like, especially the broccoli. The little spaces between the broccoli buds were filled with batter that ended up being thick and doughy, not crispy. If we come here again, we will share one tempura meal and one appetizer portion of shrimp tempura.

Tristan A.

Yelp
I placed a online order thru their site and it said they were open at the time and accepted the order. I get there to pick it up and they are closed and wouldn't be open for another 2 hrs. I call back when they open to cancel the order. They still charged much account and said they can't do refunds. If you can electronically debit a card you and refund it electronically. Had to place a claim with Wells Fargo to get my money back.

Wanderlust G.

Yelp
If I could rate it a zero I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life at a restaurant. We eat at the Osaka in both Woodbury and Maplewood often. We decided to try the Stillwater location since it is just a block away from our condo. We assumed it would be as amazing as the other locations and since we live so close it would be perfect and we planned to eat here often. We both ordered the Hibachi steak and shrimp to go. We ordered it online on their specific online platform. We upgraded the white rice for fried. Their ordering platform states it comes automatically with steak (which was chewy), shrimp (which was rubbery), lomein, white rice (that paid for and we upgraded to fried) , vegetables, salad and soup. It states this very clearly on their website. When we got home and opened the containers.....No soup, No salad, No lomein and white rice. I called immediately and told them of the error. The woman on the phone said they don't serve the lomein, salad and soup with to go orders (I explained to her that their website said it does she said it's not her problem) Seriously? I asked her about the fried rice I upgraded and paid for. She said the order didn't contain it (I have the receipt proving it was and I was charged for it). No offer for them to make it for me and me pick it up, no explanation for why their website states one thing and they don't follow it (the sides that are supposed to automatically come with the meal) other than "the website is wrong". I went there the next day asking to speak to a manager. The same rude girl from the day before said they don't have one. Who's in charge? Who do I speak to? She and the sushi chef both told me "it's not our problem", never offered to make it right and actually had the gall to try to make ME feel bad that they made mistakes. I never raised my voice, I never threatened or said anything derogatory, I simply wanted a refund at the very least for the rice they charged me for but never got. In the end, the food was NOT even nearly as good as the other Osaka's (in fact even if I hadn't had such a terrible experience there with the bad service and over charging we wouldn't go back because what we DID get was frankly mediocre at best). We not only won't be back, but I work at a very prominent hotel where guests ask me daily about restaurant options. I'll be sure to be honest with them about our experience there. I don't want our guests being treated as poorly as we were.

Ben U.

Yelp
The customer is always right, except at Osaka. We continued eating at Osaka for years, even though the service kept declining and interior of restaurant is falling apart (like wooden booths with splinters in the seat or ants crawling on the booth). We kept going back because it is convenient, and the sushi is usually good. Today, we arrived and there was only a party of 10 people, and the rest of the dining room was empty. We were seated right away, but the ordering process resulted in us waiting over 45 minutes for our sushi. We were very hungry by the time the food came and most of it was great, but the Mexican roll (which we've eaten there at least a dozen times) had a "burnt" flavor, similar to burnt oil. We informed the server, and she asked to take one of the pieces of the roll to "Oscar" the cook/manager. We were informed that there was nothing wrong with it, and we could come back any day but Monday and Oscar would give us another one for free. We asked that it just be taken off our bill. She told us Oscar said no and we could go to the kitchen to discuss it with him, because he was too busy to come to our table. The server said she was sorry, but she is stuck in the middle between the customer and Oscar. We were so tired and frustrated that we paid the bill. On the way out, I informed Oscar that there was something wrong with it and he told me no there wasn't. I let Oscar know we'd never be back.

Judd Y.

Yelp
Outstanding sushi. Lately, we've only been able to get takeout, which is still outstanding. Dining in is the best due to their great service and friendly staff. Need gluten free? It is perfect here.

Aaron S.

Yelp
We have always loved the Osaka restaurants in the Cities, so decided to give this one a try. Time does not allow me to list all of the issues that evening, but here's a quick synopsis: Having to ask numerous times for refills and drinks. Our meals arrived at 10-15 min intervals (my plate, 10 min later my wifes, 15 min later my dad's, ect ect through the whole evening). Canceled part of our order when we asked if they could speed it up. Brought it out later with our to-go boxes. Mixed up the orders and brought the wrong food. Skipped out on the ginger salad and soup course for our hibachi. Brought the salad our later (with our to-go boxes) after asking twice. Were then told that they were out of all soups so they just skipped that part and didn't offer a comp. Our waitress stated that 'most people don't eat those so I just don't bring them out'. Had to ask numerous times for a rubber band to make my son's 'cheater chopsticks'. And a general 'gruff' attitude from the waitress the whole time. They did take a small percentage off of our bill due to issues with the meal. Approached the manager on the way out to mention our experience. Our waitress walks up, barges into the conversation, laughs at my wife when she says we had bad service, and then ARGUES with us about it. I grabbed my wifes hand at that point and exited the restaurant before tempers flared. On the way out I asked for the owners phone number. I was informed that the manager does not have his number (really? who actually believes that?), but they gave me a 'generic' Hotmail.com email address. As of this point, I still have not gotten a response back from my email to that account. (go figure!) While regrouping on the sidewalk outside, two other groups exited the restaurant. The first one approached and said 'we just watched what happened, and there's NO WAY we are going to eat here this evening!'. The other group were some locals that had a nearly identical experience as ours. They stated that this was the last time they would ever be eating there. They didn't even wait for their bill or the manager, but instead, put a $20 down on the table and walked out. We have eaten at Osaka in the Cities more than 70 times and have never had even close to this experience! This will be the last time we ever eat at this one.

DeMae A.

Yelp
Okay place. Sushi is a bit overboard as trying to be different. Took 15 minutes just to get water when we sat down. Another 20 minutes just for our soup and salad. We finally got our meal. They forgot to bring us our California Rolls. When I asked about them when they brought the check she was like "Oh yeah we didn't charge you for them" knowing they didn't bring them to us nor said anything to us about it. Slow service. We sit people who say 20 after we arrived get their food before us. Not pleased at all. This is the third time we received bad service there. Plus trying to have a conversation while the bus-lady was throwing the dishes into the tub loudly was not enjoyable at all. Need to revamp their wait staff

Patrick E.

Yelp
Came here with my family, tried a variety of dishes- and all of them were excellent! The Korean barbecue dish was flavorful- they do justice on the authenticity of the taste. The curry was phenomenal- this is what true curry taste like- it has that gradual spice and the kick comes a little after you take a bite- it's not weak like most americanized Chinese/Japanese restaurants- nor is it extremely spicy- great balance. I would recommend this item. Had the chance to try their "Coon Rapids Roll". Simply delightful! The balance of the oyster and salmon and the sauce was fantastic. One of the best sushi I've had in Minnesota- and to think that one would be located in Stillwater! Great service! As a young adult, I enjoyed the upbeat-techno-dance music. Not sure if it's appropriate for dining, but the food will help you forget your surroundings.

DeMae A.

Yelp
Bad service-we left after 20 minutes of no service. No one even brought us water. If we have to wait over 20 minutes just for someone to bring us water, we were worried how long it would be for our food.

C S.

Yelp
We stopped in there today and had the 5 Roll Boat. It was fabulous!!! The place was also very clean. We would highly recommend this place to anyone. We'll be back for sure.

Persis M.

Yelp
Lovely food. The food looked beautiful. Tasted amazing. Awesome service. Lost my jewelry and the waitress went through the trash to find it. Can't get any better. I would give it ten stars. Definitely worth trying.

Shelley I.

Yelp
Really great atmosphere! Lovely decor. Great menu selection and nice pictures! Very reasonably priced! The waitress we had was a bit slow -service wise. All in all, it was a very nice place.

D L.

Yelp
I have been to the other Osaka in the Twin City's and they are about 1 star. This one is different and with Oscar behind the counter the food/ service is great.

Christine S.

Yelp
Very good sushi at a reasonable price. Highly recommend the spicy yellowtail roll! The edamame we ordered for an appetizer was delicious as well. The location is great as it is near the eventful downtown Stillwater but is perfect for quieter dining. The service was great as well as the variety of options on the menu. There are some vegetarian/vegan options.

Dave J.

Yelp
I normally don't write reviews, this is a hard review to write because I like this restaurant. The normal service and quality of food has always been good to great at this location. I own a local business and eat at this restaurant regularly during the week. I even tell my customers if they enjoy sushi, Osaka is a great place to go! The service during the week is good. But on the weekend there's one server that appear to only work on the weekend, has to be one of the worst servers I have seen at this type restaurant. She should be working in a short order restaurant with no in-action with customer or co-workers. I don't know her name, but she is the older women (maybe 60). She makes the eating experience not enjoyable when I get her as a server. She has no knowledge of Sushi or Asian food and she working in a Sushi/Asian Restaurant. She the type of server that is only concern about her tip. A week ago Friday, I came in, she quickly comes over again, I told her I wanted the other server that serves me during the week. She told me that she was to busy, she appear she wasn't. She just wanted my group knowing the tap would be larger. I believe that's why I get her a lot. Good tips come from good service and food. I had her as a server at the beginning of September on a very busy night, our food was delayed because the amount of customers and I was not concern. She comes to the table, started pointing fingers at Kitchen and the Sushi Cheif for the delay, instead of saying sorry for the delay as a team player. I have ask her to see the manager or owner, she tells me their not available. I have asked her for the other server and she said NO. Last night (Friday night) I was there, she was not there, you could feel there was no tension and the staff looked happy. For food, Osaka has great Sushi at a good price. The staff is great, with the expection of her. I keep going back, but I can't deal with her. My customers that go to Osaka tell me the same things about this server. Management needs to know one bad egg can drag a business down.

Walleyecrue W.

Yelp
When walking in at 7pm, struck by how empty the restaurant was for a Friday evening. We were one of 3 tables. That should have been the indication to order a drink and split. Nope. Stuck it out and fairly clear why this place can't continue to stay in business. Food was bland and the sashimi did not strike us as being fresh (and a bit too warm?). Not sure what the hell was going on with the ramen, but it was unlike any other we've enjoyed elsewhere. Instinct told me to drive into the Cities and go w/what we know is great sushi. If your instincts are the same, follow them.

Matthew G.

Yelp
The Pictures of the sushi on the menu were excellent and accurate. Well, at least from my date's perspective. I am color blind, so how the hell should I know? I must say, the food was tasty AF. I was pleasantly surprised at the clean atmosphere of the bar area. Usually Sushi joints are shitholes, stocked with a staff that you can't understand, but thank goodness this place is staffed by college kids who say things like "rad" and "awesome". The Mai Tai I enjoyed could have been a bit stonger to give me the booze goggles to hide the sadness and shame on my date's face, that she has to eat with a chubby asshole, like myself, at a cut-rate sushi joint in the middle of the American Midwest where there the fish is as fresh as a pair of soiled boxer shorts after running Grandmas Marathon. The male server we started with pulled a disappearing act akin to an alcohol fueled prom romp that the cops would call a date rape, and put Anna in his place who was just lovely. She ran the tab very fast and thanked us for stopping in, as she should of because if you see the photos I took, we were the only two idiots in here. Def. recommend!

Yelp
Sushi is great, especially the black dragon role. The service was sub par but nothing too bad. The 3 star factor comes from the fried rice. We found a few eggshells in it and it wasn't very pleasing. Waitress didn't seem to care much but she was nice besides that. No discounts were offered.
