"For fans of fancy cocktails, this restaurant and bar features a whiskey lounge that happens to draw a strong following for Twins games. The patio keeps the fun going even during cold days thanks to its bonfire pits." - Justine Jones

"One of the newest distilleries in town, O’Shaughnessy focuses on Irish American Whiskey crafted by world-renowned distiller Brian Nation. The distillery’s giant, gleaming copper stills are photoshoot-worthy, while the upstairs venue is at once cozy and refined, with cushy seating and floor-to-ceiling windows." - Alex Lodner

"I went to O’Shaughnessy’s second-annual Hallowhisky Party co-hosted by The Current on Saturday, October 29, enjoying whiskey cocktails, finger food, a photo booth, and live music by the Cactus Blossoms." - Stacy Brooks

"O’Shaughnessy Distilling Company’s new facility features a flagship whiskey made by a renowned master distiller, with tastings, tours, and a bar bites menu. The 30,000-square-foot distillery includes three bars, an outdoor spirits garden, and a rooftop terrace. The main attraction is Keeper’s Heart Whiskey, a blend of Irish and American whiskeys created by master distiller Brian Nation. The whiskey is incorporated into the food menu and served in various drink options. Daily tours and tastings are available." - Tierney Plumb

"A new distillery in Minneapolis' Prospect Park neighborhood, O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co. has recruited Irish master distiller Brian Nation—who worked for brands such as Jameson—and wooed him with the promise of building his own program from scratch. The project has also brought in Pip Hanson as food and beverage director; Hanson is described as one of Minneapolis's (and the world's) most respected bartenders whose revolutionary Marvel Bar program changed how many approach drink mixing in Minnesota, after which he ran a world‑class bar program in London before returning. The distillery has been in the works since summer 2019, is currently hiring staff, and is expected to open sometime this year." - Joy Summers
