"A new distillery in Minneapolis' Prospect Park neighborhood, O’Shaughnessy Distilling Co. has recruited Irish master distiller Brian Nation—who worked for brands such as Jameson—and wooed him with the promise of building his own program from scratch. The project has also brought in Pip Hanson as food and beverage director; Hanson is described as one of Minneapolis's (and the world's) most respected bartenders whose revolutionary Marvel Bar program changed how many approach drink mixing in Minnesota, after which he ran a world‑class bar program in London before returning.
