The food was good but found it slightly overpriced. We had the recommended number of dishes by the server which came to around £160 for 2 people and were really full. Recommend the Hokkaido milk bread, the sesame cheesecake, the hamachi and the cod cheeks. The service was excellent, the staff were very helpful and polite and even swapped our ice-cream flavour for us for the dessert.

Visited the newest Angelina for my birthday. Had great food, sat at the counter watching the chefs do their thing - beautiful. Highlights for me were a salad with strawberries and tofu, also the best ox tongue I've ever had. Off the grill, melted in my mouth like tender steak. The ricotta-stuffed flowers were also great. Top marks for the chefs doing their thing, and for Bruno + the team for the great service - very happy vibes. Yes, it's in the City, but the vibe is not all soulless suits - there's a pleasantly mixed crowd and worth travelling for. Highly recommend this place and the OG Angelina in Dalston too.

Absolutely amazing meal - one of the best I have had ever. The food was incredible; every dish tasty and different. Staff also very friendly but professional. Could not fault it and can't wait to return.

My partner chosen spot for our Sunday late lunch / early dinner. Beautiful flavours in every dish. My favourite got to be the courgette flower and black sesame cheese cake. 🥰 There were no choice for mocktails but the staff kindly offer to make one up for me. We had a counter table which was comfortable. Love watching our food being cooked and prepared fresh. A very present and fulfilling experience.

Amazing food, great hospitality and a really special spot; we have visited for our anniversary and everything was fantastic , place was packed, great casual atmosphere and yet we still didnt wait long for food and service; well done to the whole team! The food was top notch as expected but usually this kind of places are let down by the service; however not Angelina; everything was spotless, from the chefs, down to the waiter asking and checking on us throughout the meals and final special touch was glass of sparkling on the house for our anniversary. Definitely worth another visit just to try the rest of the delicious menu.

The food was absolutely amazing!! Service was incredible. Martin and Bruno were so lovely they made our experience here so special. Such friendly and welcoming people. Each dish was absolutely impeccable! The Sicilian red prawns, Tongue and wasabi and tagliolini was particularly delicious!

The restaurant is stunning, but it was sadly the best thing about our experience eating at Osteria Angelina. After seeing a great write up for this new restaurant I was really hoping it’d be as good as its sister restaurant in Dalston. Sadly I was left disappointed after my experience eating here and feel there is lots of room for improvement, especially the service. It was busy for a Friday night and it felt like they just didn’t have enough staff. It took nearly 30 mins from seating to place our order. I asked for recommendations and was flippantly told “it’s all good”… not particularly helpful or inspiring. Several times over the course of the night our food was served to the wrong table, and then moved to ours after they’d sat on the wrong table for a while. They were rushing plates out so sometimes they arrived messy. The plates were chipped and they’ve been open two months?! And then service charge was 15%. If you’re spending £130+ for two people with just one alcoholic drink each, I would want a better experience. Food was yum but I just couldn’t rave about it after such a disappointing experience.
