What a wonderful place. Feels rustic and wholesome . Food and staff are excellent . Made me feel so welcomed.

The food was decent, but unfortunately the staff was unable to split the bill for our group. Quite disappointing for a place like this.

Wonderful. We were welcomed with such warmth we immediately felt at home. I’m not sure the name of the head of the restaurant (I read Mauro in other reviews), but he was a delight. He was attentive and helpful with the menu. All staff were wonderful. They were relaxed and friendly. Typical Friulano dishes with excellent ingredients. We started with the frico and polenta as an appetizer - hands down the best in the area. The fresh pasta used in the cacio pepe and mushroom pasta dish- was the best I have had in the year I’ve lived here. The gnocchi was beyond delicious and again perfectly executed. The pork cheeks were braised beautifully for an Italian “goulash”. The ambiance was beautiful- no abrasive overhead lighting to ruin the rustic coziness. Just a warm glow of the fireplace and well placed soft lighting. Thank you for the delicious experience. We will be back again and again. Xx

Had a 5-course set menu for a going away party. Really enjoyed the food! Every dish was spot on (favorite Italian food so far). The wait staff and chef were very friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Very good kitchen and a very original and inspiring menu of interesting taste combinations. Good wine advice. We had a splendid evening in a very nice and cosy atmosphere with very friendly people.

Took my family from the states here for their last dinner in Italy. Amazing! Although the menu is in Italian, the owner came out and explained each dish to us. He also brought out regional dishes like San Daniele crudo and Frico for my family which made the dinner more of an experience.

Friends reunion from the polite person who answered the phone to the kind and helpful girl who served us with the smile and explained each dish checking with the chef for gluten free version . Well well the good is outstanding thank you thank you thank you !! Be back when I am back in Italy !
