One of best in Italy! Worth to visit from the world. Almost 3 star food!
Wines were also crazily great! Hope they will not increase price too much.
I heard, chef was working at 3 star "Piazza Duomo" I visited.
And he came back to home town, to open his own restaurant.
Then got 1 star just 1 year after opening.
They were serving wines by the glass with using CORAVIN!!!
So we cannot feel any damage even by the glass.
Not only wine quality, but also lineup was super crazy!
Trebbiano of Valentini which is the very best white wine in Italy
which is impossible to get in Japan and cost over 200$ in market.
Barolo of Voerzio is known as crazy wine also, cost over 250$ in market.
They were serving such crazy wines by the glass for around only 20 euro!!!
Not only wines, foods were crazy also.
Basically trying to show the virtue of great ingredients,
cooked rare with delicate sauce. Many dishes were used Japanese style.
Any food quality was amazingly awesome!
Restaurant locates very inconvenient place,
but worth to visit from anywhere in the world.
Which means 3 star, in soon future.
