Went for the Amex platinum deal, overall a good experience. Burrata was great, spice level just nice. Pastas and meat dishes were nice. The desserts were perfect for my partner and I, he really enjoyed the quality coffee gelato and I liked the heavy sweetness of the butterscotch (had to steal some of his waffle tho). Was seated outside, so do know it can be very humid even with fans blowing.

Been a very long while since I last went to Mozza (the last was when they were still at MBS). Overall, the food is good. I particularly like their pork chop as well as the new dish which I believe is called ghili (is a prawn dish with bread crumb). For starters, we always go for mozzarella though we added their grilled octopus which was lovely in taste, esp the taste of grill. The service is still impeccable. We have good exchange with both the sommelier and our waiter. I cant remember but my compliments to him for being attentive and also hospitable - a bespectacled tall, not bad looking guy with good English and able to converse in Mandarin too. We were seated at the garden area which is lovely. A little warm for me but I believe would be comfortable for most, esp ladies. Able to hold a decent conversation too (and I am a little hard of hearing. 🤣) Oh yes, I had my Hilton card so a decent discount too. :)

We came here for the Table for Two benefit with Amex Platinum. Came with no expectations since it’s free. We were both very impressed with the dishes, all the dishes were very chefy. Really satisfied. Tried 3 cocktails - Yuzu cucumber, the whisky based penicillin, and the grape atlas - All very nice and appropriately strong as well. Service was friendly and nice too. Wife thinks Platinum very worth it now. Wife slightly drunk tho. Very happy!!

Had the pasta tasting menu and opted for the wine pairing, which complemented each course beautifully and elevated the overall experience. We started with a light ravioli where the cheesy flavour really came through. The second course was the amatriciana. It was delicious, though the guanciale was slightly chewier than I would have preferred. The lasagna that followed more than made up for it, especially with its crispy top layer that added a wonderful textural contrast. The final pasta was a fennel sausage cavatelli, flavourful and satisfying, even though I was already quite full by then. Dessert was a delightful posset to end the meal on a bright and refreshing note. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. A truly delicious way to carbo-load.

Amazing vibe, even outdoor dining is chilling too~ Great service from staffs definitely. Absolutely love their wagyu steak, juicy & tender! ($98) Also love their burrata with chilli garlic! (It was a huugeee burrata btw) The meat lover pizza is just not to my likings, it is very salty and too many meats without any veges. Every bite of the pizza i take i gotta drink a few sips of water..

I believed that the pastry chefs have put in a lot of time and effort to be so innovative with such design 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 4. Server was very observant and took the initiative to bring the next dish, immediately without me alerting him 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 PS: Is a guy wearing glasses, didn’t manage to get his name, if not I would have gladly compliment him. Anyway I have just made another reservation next month, see you soon and looking forward to my next delicious pasta soon. Once again, kudos to the team for making my 1st dining visit a memorable experience, which also makes my wife want to come back again 🙏🏻

Came here for the table for two from AMEX, happy with the quality of food and service. However between each dish, the wait time could be rather long as it's very busy Appetizer was the best for me especially the fusion with the chili flakes. The beef cheek pasta was little strong tasting for my wife, but luckily I was ok with it. Iberico pork is good too, having some nice char at the sides of it. Deserts was however too sweet for me but it might just be me

Spectacular. Simply presented dishes that look normal or plain. But looks can be decieving. Partner and I had the 3 course lunch set - caprese and meatballs - ravioli and bolgnese - butterscotch budino Flavors from starter to dessert were very well balanced, not overpowering, every layer having its own purpose. The meatballs were seasoned to perfection. The burrata in the caprese (which tend to be bland) was paired perfectly with the pesto The ravioli had an excellent cheese filling paired well with the acid from the balsamic vinegar The bolgnese looked simple, but once you put it in your mouth and start chewing it is anything but. Perfectly cooked aldante pasta, bolgnese was well seasoned and incredible tasty with a great mouth feel. The star of the meal was the spectacular ending with the budino. Butterscotch can be overly sweet if not used properly or bitter of overcooked but the budino was creamy with a hint of alcohol or whisky 5/5 stars. Wait staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive. All in all an excellent experience. Will be back!
