Great Vineyard! Definitely more large scale and busier than some others, but worth a stop. You get your tasting from the bar and can go sit outside or they have a large Inside area. The view is worth it alone, beautiful from the patio area! Service is quick and efficient, but definitely no time to sit and talk with staff about the wine. More of a turn and burn operation. Wine was great!

My wife and I have found our favorite winery! Brought a case of My Love Lenoire home with us. Will be returning on our next trip to Blue Ridge. See you soon!

We had quite a nice time here. It was bigger than expected but it wasn't too busy. Very nice atmosphere with a view of the mountains and a lot of space indoors and out. We're not very big into wine but were able to sample, find what we liked, and buy a few bottles with no issues. They also had some live music which was nice and not overpowering. It was a nice relaxing visit.

We came here today for a bachelorette party and had a wonderful experience here. The staff were so welcoming, especially Lee and Kelly. We’re not from the area so we didn’t know what to expect. Out of our whole weekend, this was our favorite stop! All of us left with one or more bottles of wine, my favorite was the Notchaway White. Thank you so much and we will definitely come back and visit again.

This winery came highly recommended by Teesha Morgan (a realtor from Blue Ridge) and we are so glad we listened to her suggestion! This place is nestled in the mountains and had amazing views. I always love seeing the vineyards as I sip on a glass of wine. A local artist was singing when we arrived and there were several families and friends enjoying the afternoon outside. The employees were amazingly friendly and answered our questions about the varieties of their wines. I love muscadine grape wine which is what they carry. I would definitely like to return sometime!

A nice place to take a rest and enjoy the scenery. They produce their own wine but you come for the view. The live music was a nice touch and made it very enjoyable.

We were greeted with the peanut man at the door in his food truck. He was very nice and welcomed us before entering. When we got inside there was seating like a dining area with windows and doors along the back wall to take in the beautiful scenery outside. To the right you enter double French doors to place your order. Everyone was extremely nice and so welcoming. I really don't drink wine so i rated the frozen sangria and i loved it. They had someone present playing music and singing it back. There were several seating areas along with fire pits and more. The food truck was delicious. I ordered wings and fries. My friends order the nachos and sliders. No one had anything bad to say. It was a great experience. I highly recommend.

We went to Ott Vineyards and Winery after a recommendation from our Airbnb host in Ellijay, Georgia. She said this vineyard had the most beautiful mountain views, and she wasn't wrong. I loved the winery vibe; the staff was super welcoming and gave us recommendations for the wine. The day we went everyone was outdoors enjoying the live music and gorgeous weather. I reordered a glass of the Rose and my husband a wine slushy. Both were pretty good. There's a deck to the left side, which is only +21 and up, and then the rest is open to anyone. I loved the lounge chairs facing the mountains and vineyards. It was such a relaxing day to hang out, listen to live music, and drink wine. The winery does not offer food on-site; however, they have food trucks in the afternoons. The day we went, there was one food truck. This winery is pet-friendly.

We had a great experience. This is a nice, local winery and vineyard with live music, signature wines, and food options. They have ample indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is pretty ample as well. We were able to taste several different wines and purchased a few to take home for our cellar. This was a quick but rather pleasant experience. The setting is beautiful.

What a great experience. They have wonderful seating spaces both inside and out with spectacular views of the vineyard and surrounding area. We ordered both wine flights and a sangria slushy...all very good. We had our kids with us and they were able to roll down the hills and tire themselves out. Note that kids are not allowed on the extended patio due to risk/liability if a child were to fall. We felt that the items we ordered were well-priced, especially with the good service and great views. There is also local merchandise sold inside.

This place was really fun. We came while they had some kind of open mic or something. Several different musicians played. Some were phenomenal others not so much but it was fun. The wine and food were delicious. The service was impeccable. Definitely will return.

We stumbled upon this winery on a recent weekend getaway. The view, wines and customer service were amazing. The owners had an excellent rapport with several "regular" customers as well as tourists. The venue is beautiful both inside and out. We loved that we could bring our dog and the weather was nice enough to sit outside on the patio and admire the mountain and vineyard views. There was a food truck there and the owner also seemed very friendly, although we did not eat anything on this trip. Highly recommend!

There is ample seating inside and out, a cute gift shop with unique items and a nice bathroom for guests to use. We will definitely be back. I've been to Ott Farms a couple times before but realized, I've forgotten to leave a review. Spending some time at Ott Farms is a wonderful way to relax and unwind. The view is just gorgeous with the vineyard right in front of you with the mountains as a backdrop. Weather you're inside enjoying the live music and fireplace or sitting outside taking in the view and sunshine, Ott Farm's is the place you want to be. I was very impressed with the amount of seating both inside and outside and the weekend live music and food trucks was a definite plus. "Infatuation" a very nice Red Zinfandel was amazing. I even purchased a few to take home. And their appetizers were delicious. We had the Pimento Cheese dip with Tomato Basil crackers and the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Both were amazing. I loved their tasting room. So big and cozy with a very impressive gift shop filled with cool items from the local artists

This was our second visit in 6 Months. Same beautiful view, the wine is good, staff is friendly. The music this time wasn't great but absolutely recommend. They had a food truck "off road grill and treats" typical fried food truck fare..... nothing great.

Found this place on yelp- was drawn in by their wine selection and their French-American vines. Tried four reds, three whites and a rose. This is by far my favorite North Georgia wines I've ever had. Well balanced, nice finishes, not overly sweet. Would say they could give California and Oregon wines a run for their money. Highly recommended. Please check this place out.

It's now become our new favorite vineyard in north GA. It has such a peaceful, laid back feel. Gorgeous view, slightly elevated, with many seating options. We love the deck bar stool seating, and the comfortable wooden chairs down below. It also has table seating on the deck, and plenty of seating inside too. I love seeing kids on the grassy area, and that people can bring their dogs. We love their wine tasting flights- 4 tastings, your choice. Great value! Great wine! We also love their dips and cheese plates. The first time we ordered the charcuterie board of meats, cheeses, pickles, jams, crackers. But the next time we went a month later, that wasn't available- sad. We did love their homemade spinach artichoke dip, and goat cheese, jam, honey, cracker plate. I also want to try the trout dip! They also usually have a separate food truck-- it was burgers and bbq last time I believe. The live music from local bands is nice. There are many bridal parties, birthdays, etc, usually there, celebrating, but it's never seemed chaotic or obnoxious. Everyone seems low key and happy. It's a great mix of people, diverse, and good for people watching- my fav. The service and staff are great, and helpful. Kind, even when so busy. It's a very humble, local type spot, that doesn't seem pretentious, like some-- yet very nice and well put together. Love the feel. We will keep coming back! Liked the views and the wines. The place was super busy for a weekday and only had 1 person working, my only suggestion would be to hire more staff.

Came for the first time and the outdoor area is beautiful. It has a great view of both vineyard and mountain. It's not super massive but there's a good sized space both outside and inside for people to sit and enjoy. They did well with it and put some fun seating in a variety of configurations (tables with chairs, chairs with patio umbrellas, shaded vs sunny). I had a glass of rose and it was tasty too.

This is probably our fourth time here and every time we come there isn't enough help. There's always one person working behind bar and line is backed up. Views are great but getting tired of them not hiring extra help.

This place is so beautiful!! We didn't get to walk down near the little waterfall, but we will definitely be back! The slushy was the highlight. So sweet yet so sour, I literally fell in love. My wine tastings were good, but I'd love to try the fruity ones next time. The ones in the picture were the sweet wines.

Very nice vineyard with decent live music and a great food truck. The wines here are good, and the view is absolutely beautiful! They also have a great assortment of food and merchandise. There were lots of tour buses with people doing tours of the vineyards. The service is good but take your time here as they take a while with just one server and lots of customers.

This was a great winery. We went on a Friday afternoon and they had a live musician playing and a food truck vendor. The wine was pretty good as well, the frozen peach Bellini was so refreshing on a hot day. There were snacks to purchase abs a gift shop. The only down fall was the lack of AC (they had it in the pouring room but that room cannot accommodate too many people). The workers were friendly and helpful. Great views! lol

This place was amazing! The gift shop had all kinds of neat take aways and great prices! The staff was friendly and the wine tasting was so much fun! And the wines are delicious! There was live music and the pleasure was all ours as we had so much fun! Stop by you don't want to miss the views!

We came back a year later with some friends and our pups, and they enjoyed the view as well! This place was just as good as last time. We came on a Saturday so it was a little busier and there was live music playing. This is a must visit place for us every time we are in the area!

Beautiful vineyard overlooking the mountains. We went on a weekday and did a wine tasting. Five 1 oz pours for $10. Their wine is not super sweet! They carry sweet wines from nearby vineyards. The staff is very friendly. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is a view of their 4 acres of grapes and the mountains. They have a few appetizers. View, staff, and wine gives this place 5 stars

A surprisingly fun time here on open mic night. Inexpensive wine specials and a nice selection. People are friendly and the music was good. The views of the vineyard and mountains are killer.

Great winery with several local wines and an amazing atmosphere. They have something for everyone with whites, reds, rosé, and even several local beers brewed in Georgia. We orded one of everything on the snack menu and everything tasted great with fresh ingredients. There are two indoor seating areas and a covered section outside off the main building with several overhead fans. They also have an entire row of tables with umbrellas that line the huge lawn full of the softest grass ever that is perfect for a blanket. We let our kids run for hours on it while we sampled everything on their huge menu. The view of the mountains and vineyard are impossible to beat. While most wineries in this area have either a good product or a great view, its hard to find a place like this that has both. This has to be one of the best wineries in North Georgia.

Had a great time and all the staff is very friendly. Get there early as it fills up very quickly. Always has live music on the weekends and you can bring your own snacks/food. It is dog friendly, so that is a huge plus. Had a great time with friends and will return often

Best. Place. Ever! Food truck, LIVE music, wine (I chose the sweet Rose'), the most gorgeous scenery, tons of seating in and out and the owner and employees are incredibly nice. Kid/family friendly which is always a concern of mine since I have 3 kids in tow. Our kids and others were entertaining themselves rolling in the grass, playing tag in the field, and my daughter even found a bucket of toys and brought some outside to play with while me and my hubby sat in the Adirondack chairs. I want to go back everyday!

Oh my goodness! My husband and I visited several vineyards while on our honeymoon and we both emphatically agree that this was the BEST one! The view was beautiful, the service was friendly and understanding. We loved that we could have a tab open and pay out after we finished. We did a tasting and LOVED how we could take it one wine at a time and choose as we went on. The food was great! Highly recommend this place for a return trip or anyone visiting!

What a great time at Ott Farm and Vineyard. We had a group of six. We enjoyed every aspect of this lovely afternoon. The wine, the crew working, the atmosphere exceeded our expectations! We will return and perhaps make it a monthly event. I highly recommend Ott!

Wonderful place, loved the wine and the view! The only issue is that a contractor started tightening the screws of all the brown chairs with an electric drill at 4 pm , right when we got here. It seems to me that this could have been done before noon, before it is opened.

Ott Family Farms and Vinyard is a wonderful small town farm and winery in North Georgia that overlooks the Appalachian Mountains. The staff are professional and friendly and offer a great wine tasting experience. They offer live music, food trucks, hors d'oeuvre, and an assortment of wine-themed merchandise and jams. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean and homey. The main building is a log cabin themed and is rather cozy and welcoming. The wines are delicious and the back of the building offer picturesque views of the Vinyard and mountains. I would recommend visiting at least once if you get the chance! If you do visit, make sure you ask for Kelly! :) My only concerns or remarks are that they have a limited wine selection and the time I visited (July, 2020) they didn't follow COVID-19 regulations in regards to social distancing standards and wearing of face masks within the main building. But other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

Wonderful hospitality, beautiful views, and great wine! Can't go wrong! There's a good selection of appetizers, including smoked trout dip. We love to spend a lazy afternoon outside, by the fire, listening to the live music!

The wine just isn't up to the standards of some of the better local vineyards. While it's not like drinking Mogan David you can go elsewhere in Gilmer and enjoy the beautiful local scenery with a better glass of wine.

Very peaceful vibes settled right in the mountains. Our service was exemplary. The lovely lady who helped us told they will be renovating and adding cabin space. The view is amazing the prices were also very good I loved it. The smoked trout dip was amazing definitely check this place out not to far off the beaten path especially if you drive from Atlanta or the surrounding area.

My husband and I enjoyed this vineyard. The service and wine was great. Definitely worth visiting just for the view. We want to come back in the summer next time.

This is such a lovely vineyard! The views of the mountains are incredible and there's tons of outdoor and seating, complete with patio ceiling fans (those are very important for Georgia summers) The wine itself is fantastic, Lee explains what goes into each glass + how it's going to taste. It feels like you're having wine with an old friend. Definitely worth the drive!
