let me tell you, making vegan pizza that actually tastes good is extremely hard (I would know since I have been vegan for 10 years) but Otto’s knows how to do it right!!! I come back at least 1 or twice a month and can’t wait to go back again. My friend is gluten free and he says their gluten free pizza is the best ever!

Just ordered two pizzas(for 3 people and a 3 yr old) a large otto four cheese pizza very bland and disappointing and ordered a large pepperoni pizza that was so soggy you couldn't pick it up without flopping all over the place 2 and very undercooked dough. Very disappointed in my order. To pay almost 50 bucks for two pizzas definitely won't be going back to ottos pizza again. If ordering out look at your pizza before taking them home I wouldn't have paid for these two pizzas if I saw how they came out.

Otto Pizza is a cozy cheerful place for a winter’s night to eat out with friends. We were a party of 8 that morphed into a larger group for dinner The wait staff were very patient and able to accommodate the flow of the group The pizzas were delicious - crusts thin and crispy with toppings flavorful but never overloaded

I just ordered two pizzas (pineapple, bacon and hot honey, and double cheese crust) and I have to say they were sensational! Very tasty! The delivery was perfect! I recommend it!

Amazing location in Andover. Maggie the bartender made an amazing dirty martini and everyone was super nice.

I will never refer this place to anyone vegan or no vegan. Mt daughter order vegan pizza from that place often. However, today she ordered through DoorDash but they sent her a pizza made with regular cheese. Her stomach was upset. The issue is not the mistake but the rudeness of the personnel. They were very rude and even insulting. I told her never buy there again and I will not recommend that place anyone I know.

It was absolutely delicious. The meat lovers pizza was fresh and crispy, and the Caesar salad had great sauce and the croutons were crispy.

I went with my friend to get pizza. Parking is a bit difficult. The pizza was very good and my friend mentioned that they deserve 5 stars, so that means they definitely do! They have about 15 seats at the bar and a bunch of sit down tables. They also have a bathroom as well.

My favorite local pizza spot! Thin crust and crispy just the way I like it. I order delivery all the time but it's a nice place to dine in as well.

Ordered a cheese pizza. Crust was simultaneously burnt but had no crisp, Pizza was limp and floppy. Cheese blend smelled like feet and tasted like a congealed mess. The sauce was not bad though. But the sauce was wasted on really marginal pizza.

After reading recent reviews, my daughter & I decided to give Otto another chance. We went there for lunch today & it was a nice walk (we live about a half mile away). On the upside, the server was a lovely and conscientious young lady. The caesar & cobb salads were very good, especially because it's hard to get a good salad in December. We were also happy that they had lots of gluten free options. The ladies room was fairly clean, unlike the table top that needed a good wipe down. The atmosphere is a dingy basement with formica tables and mouse traps out in full view. The Gluten Free Chicken Avocado pizza was really dry but better when we got some salad dressing to put on it. The big booths that will seat about 8 in a basement in Andover with trendy pizza & craft beer is understandably appealing if you're young and on a budget looking for an alternative to Friendly Toast or McDonalds but I'm old and it's not for me. I'm upping my review to 4 based on the fact I didn't gain an ounce this morning after eating their pizza & that has never happened! Maybe there's hope because I would say their food is good quality & not over salted like most restaurants nowadays. Added comment from my daughter--you need more sauces because people expect things like honey mustard & barbecue sauce to dip things into (especially dry pizza)

The pizza is absolutely delicious! They have the coolest pizza combos and unique toppings. I love the crazy unique toppings that you can't find at other places. My only "beef" is that it is a bit expensive for being pizza. Regardless of increasing in meat cost, I make my own pizza all the time and dough is very cheap to make. Overall- delicious pizza but be ready for the high cost.

Elisia was a delight to have for our server. She was very nice. She had the energy that I met and was maybe the best server I had ever had.

We love otto pizza! in addition to delicious za, they also have great customer service. just ordered a vegan pizza from them and they went the extra mile to make sure our order specifications were just right (vegan pizza can be tricky). Thanks Otto!

Just tried Otto's for the first time. Excellent pizza. Great, friendly service. If you like thin crust pizza give Otto's a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great pizzas and beer selections. They frequent mid week events like trivia nights that can be distracting or noisy. Service is consistently good. They do ask their staff to cover a big room, so the servers are hustling

I've only done takeout, and I absolutely love their pizza and everyone is always asking me to pick it up for them as I live fairly close and also do DoorDash. It is one of the top restaurants for DoorDash deliveries. I can't rate on service for eating in, but would absolutely recommend them For takeout and deliveries!

My daughter ordered pizza with chicken on it last night. Others ordered from ottos too. She has been throwing up constantly from an hour past consumption for hours later. Only one who ate chicken and only one who uncontrollably vomitted for hours after. Poor thing Could not keep anything down. Was Definitely Food poisoning!!!! So Very concerning!!! We Wish she would let owners know... but sadly, Shes a shy adult. So I'm letting you know here. Food poisoning after consuming chicken on pizza at Otto's.

Very busy, fast paced restaurant. Noisy with many tables that are not that comfortable because people are constantly moving around you as you attempt to eat. Service was slow, without any check to see how your meal is or if you need a refill of your beverage. Teenaged staff seemed to be tuned into their phones more than their customers. Pizza is good.

I've been getting pizza from Otto's for a couple of years, but will no longer be doing so. When the pizza is good, it's fine. But there are often problems with there being enough toppings - emails between me and the owner/manager confirm that this has been an issue. At well over $20 per pizza, skimpy isn't working for me. Inconsistency doesn't cut it for me. The last time I went in to pick up my order, one of the employees was sitting on the counter where my pizza was placed for my pickup - he hopped off once I got to the counter. Sanitary? No. Appealing - definitely not. Again, the owner/manager said that he had spoken to his staff about this, but it's a restaurant - what else do they need to be reminded about? So - when the pizza is well prepared, it's fine. It's just that there's no consistency and what appears to be 'remote control' by someone in charge isn't delivering $25 worth of pizza. I tried, but I'll be dining elsewhere - like at Amici's in North Andover. FOLLOW-UP: 'Eric' asked me to follow-up with him about my review - it's been a week - 3 e-mails to him - no response. Not what I expected. FINAL POST - I sent Eric a fourth and final message today after almost two weeks of waiting for a response to the info he requested. I'm done - too many other responsible eateries around here to deal with his lack of responses and poor quality restaurant practices.

The pizza at Otto is great. In addition to traditional toppings they have some really creative combinations. I especially like supporting Otto because they support community organizations like the AHS Drama Guild / CAST.

We had some delicious pizzas and salad from OTTO Andover the other night. Too tired to go out, we decided to try delivery from OTTO. So easy to order through their website, the delivery was made in a timely manner and the pizza was still hot! In a town where there are several pizza options, OTTO will always be our choice!

Ordered from here after our flight was cancelled and we were staying in Andover for the night. What a delight! We ordered online using their system. It was easy and I enjoyed the pictures on the menu. It made me want one of everything. The quality of food was top notch. We ordered 3 pizzas, 2 salads, and a side of the homemade Bleu Cheese dressing. Damn. The red wine vinaigrette that came with the house salad was also so damn good. I wish we visited Andover more often to enjoy Otto Pizza. Our total for 3 pizzas, 2 salads, and dressing with delivery was $70.

You get what you pay for. Otto is expensive, but has delicious, high quality pizza. The flavor combinations look strange on paper, but are surprisingly good. Service is usually slower than other pizza places, but it's not much of an issue once you taste the food :)

Excellent pizza with a gluten free option. Reasonable prices. Great beers on tap! Takeout pizza is a great deal. Salads are generous.

Went to Otto tonight with my wife. Odered a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza . Service was slow. The pizza arrived and was cold, We had high hopes for this location based on reviews. As an Andover resident this will not become a regular in our rotation. We had tried it several weeks ago as takeout and it was marginally better. We thought the cold pizza was a takeout miss. Onward and upward in the search for a good hot crispy pizza.

Undercooked sausage led to food poisoning. Will never return. We ordered a large Sausage, Garlic & Onion pizza the night before Father's Day. Our whole family has been sick in bed all day

We have ordered take out several times from Otto and dined at the bar a couple of times. Each encounter has been great. The pizza is delicious and the menu has variety and fun pizza selections! We recently tired the pineapple, bacon, hot honey and everyone liked it. Otto is a great addition to Andover!

out of the 7xs 5xs I ordered it pizza I received it burned n cold. last time I called them so they didn't over cook it n i still received it burned. I called n they said they would void the transaction thru Uber eats. I was never refunded.

Delicious Artisan Pizza I got gluten-free mushroom and roasted cauliflower and also a margarita both were equally delicious I would definitely go back I didn't eat in but the atmosphere looked very nice the service was helpful and quick.

We eat at the Andover location and it doesn't matter if we eat in or order to go the pizza always has fresh and delicious ingredients! Plus the staff is beyond friendly and the atmosphere is upbeat!

Ordered a 16" pepperoni and breadsticks through Uber Eats. I am SUPER picky about my pizza but this was delicious!! Will definitely order again-can't wait to try more items on their menu!

We tried Ottos a few months ago and fell in love! We're in Tewksbury and realized there's a shop not to far from us in Andover so we decided to try that location ! Still one of the best pizza around. Would highly recommend!

If you enjoy thin crust pizza, Otto is for you! Friends raved about their smashed potato, bacon and scallion pizza and I was skeptical. For my first visit, I was ordering just for myself on-the-go and went intentionally for single slices to-go. Their website indicated only cheese pizza slices so I expected to order two. Upon arrival, I noticed other selections of slices and inquired. Much to my surprise, there were two other choices besides cheese, smashed potato being one. I decided on one smashed potato and one cheese as most pizza enthusiast will suggest ordering just cheese as a was to measure "good" pizza. They heated both slices (generous portions) and was pleasantly surprised that the total for both was under $7. I tried the smashed potato one first and was floored. The flavors exploded in my mouth and I was in heaven. If you enjoy a loaded baked potato, you'll love this choice. The cheese was average after having had the smashed potato first. They do have outdoor, pet-friendly seating and a walk-up pick up window if you don't prefer going indoors. Friendly staff, casual, relaxed dining. A little hard to find if you're not local. Just look for the Bank of America in Downtown Andover and they are in the alley to the left of the bank entrance on Main St.

Ordered the Butternut squash, ricotta, cranberry pizza and cheese bread- food was amazing the marinara for the bread was a little oily but the bread is just as good by itself. Love how this place is tucked away literally a whole in the wall. You are able to eat outside with nice weather. 10/10 would recommend

Visiting family up here, they chose OTTO when we offered to treat takeout dinner. Dietary needs in this household include one gf vegan, 1 gf and df omnivore, kosher, vegetarian...oy! But OTTO was able to accommodate all the issues, including a gf crust w no sauce (tomato allergy) and no cheese (df) for one, and assorted veggies per our choice on one, and another regular cheese pie. All very tasty...but to my NYC palate, Asiago cheese (which I ordinarily do like) is just an odd combo with the traditional mozzarella. Overall way better than other pizza I've tried in MA!

This is now my favorite spot in Andover. Easy and kids friendly. The pizza are amazing. Butternut squash ricotta cranberry pizza goes great with my glass of wine. They sell per slice as well which is a great feature when kids are out of school they can grab a slice for a snack rather then getting a whole pizza.

Pizza here is consistently great and easy to order through their site. With so many pizza options in Andover Otto absolutely stands out.

We ordered from OTTO for the first time and the pizza was amazing! We ordered the Fresh Mushrooms, Manchego & Herb pizza. We ordered online which was very easy to use. The pizza was delivered early and piping hot! It was the best pizza we've had in a long time. We will definitely order from them again to try out their other menu items.

Ordered through the app as usual but Andover never got the order. Never happened before. When I arrived, they apologized, prepared my order and then gave me a complete refund for my trouble. I consider that excellent service. I have been a regular customer and, of course, will continue.

Awesome place. Great pizza. Thin crust mushroom, onion, bacon pizza was delicious. Seating was comfortable. Nice bar area with a couple big screen tv's with games on . Wait staff was top notch. Pizza was delicious. I'd say I haven't had a pie that good since eating at the original Pizzeria Regina's in the north end.

Nothing but great things to say about Otto's in Andover. Their pizza is the BEST! Nice thin pie with a decent crust. Their sandwiches are great! They have the best bread. Always friendly staff and quick service. I eat here at least a few days a week!

Great pizza. They need to do a better job estimating the wait. I have been early and pizza is sitting there ready and other times wait twice the estimated time.

Easily the best pizza around. The meatballs are also very good and have a good sauce. The Cesar dressing is nice as well and is a little bit thicker than other places.

Otto's pizza really is my favorite pizza because of the high quality ingredients they use, particularly the sauce. A word of warning, though, it is REAL pizza. I say this as a warning because if I was picking up pizza for a group and there was going to be say twenty minutes between the time of pick up and the time of consumption, then actually I would recommend a different chain. This pizza requires you eat it hot out of the oven, in my opinion. It's not like Papa Gino's where a hot slice and a 30 minute room temperature slice give the same satisfaction. They have individual slices to warm in their oven and you can always pop in for a nice hot slice to impress any pizza connoisseur. I live ten minutes away, order three to four times a week, and rush home to devour it. By the time I'm on the last slice, it's usually not warm enough; and oh well, because all the other slices were heaven. My favorites are the chicken and basil, the cheese oh how I love the sauce it is perfect, and butternut squash and cranberry pizza. The tiramisu is the best I've had. It's too good! Probably the only real competition for quality they have is Frank Pepe's from CT at the Burlington Mall. There is another pizza place across the street, but I literally can't bring myself to try it - too satisfied by Otto's. The entire team there does a really great job.

Hands down best pizza and local beer around! We are here once a week (at least) and the staff has become like family. Consistently delicious thin crust pizza, incredible salads (order the dinner size you won't regret it), and swoon worthy garlic sticks (ask for a side of their homemade ranch for dipping). The constantly rotating taps with hop-heavy hitters like Bissel Brothers, Austin Street, Maine Beer, Definitive, Banded and SoMe instantly transport you to Portland, and keep my NE beer loving husband happy :) If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. Do yourself a favor... go grab a pizza, beer, and say hi to Alex. You'll be hooked.
