We ordered two Mysore masala dosa which came half uncooked . They provided chutneys and stuffing for two people in one container. They are expecting people to share chutneys together ? No utensils came . They gave us mixed shaak which was too salty to eat instead the usual shaak . The dosa was not properly made .

Food is good and there’s plenty of options in the buffet. The idly is soft and the other North Indian food is delicious. There’s ice cream, soft drinks and South Indian food items. The dessert section needs improvement. There’s plenty of seating arrangements. The lighting inside needs some improvements. The staff is nice and attends the guests swiftly. Overall nice buffet which we will like to return again with friends and families.

Went here for lunch buffet. They have great options in veg and non veg. They even have breakfast items. I loved the chicken biryani and goat curry and chicken curry. The desserts were also soo good!! They even have an ice cream machine! The ambience is very spacious. They have an al carte dinner menu also.

Google
My first experience with Our Place was a delivery order. I was very impressed with the quality of the food, the portions and the care taken in packing a delivery order. I ordered Masala dosa and it was packaged brilliantly to keep the crepes from getting soggy. The potato filling was delicious as well as the chutneys. The butter chicken was simply the best I had ever had in Irving/Las Colinas! Large chunks of juicy chicken covered with the most delicious sauce of tomato and spices. I also ordered my favorite bread, bhatura and it was perfect. I will try more items from their menu and I'm sure they will be equally delicious.

Nice place to have lunch. Being a buffet I was able to try more items that I haven’t had before.

Google
4 stars for a large variety of vegetarian options to choose from!!! If you are like my wife, and crib about lack vegetarian options in Indian buffet in Dallas, then this place is a dream for you. Not only there are more options, but they all taste good and authentic. Though, a footnote, they can definitely improve on their non-vegetarian options and taste. Was a bit disappointed by that. The buffet also comes with fountain drinks, coffee, chai, and Ice-cream cones!! Great food and plentiful options to try from the lunch buffet. And all of that for $14. It is a steal!!

Google
Finally a buffet the whole family can agree on. While my teen enjoys all the true flavors, rotating dishes, and chutney.... Compares the saag to different regions and is curious about recipes... My youngest just comes for the "red chicken" and the ice cream machine. This is our go-to Mother's Day meal because I can chow down on protein and deliciousness without spending hours in the kitchen. Chai is also available to go, if you get in a hurry. All around great spot. Our favorite Indian lunch buffet in DFW.

Google
Brought my husband, dad and nephew for the lunch buffet and we had a great meal! I personally thought the goat curry, potatoes, tandoori chicken and naan were on point. The mango custard and ras malai were also great - light desserts that were perfect after a rich and flavorful meal. The staff is also very friendly and ensured all our expectations were met throughout the meal.

Yelp
This is the OG in an area is that is littered with new Indian spots. I specifically still choose Our Place for a good old fashioned Indian Lunch Buffet. Service is quick, and they are kind. The same family has been running it since I've been going over 15 years ago. Not the absolute best I've ever had in each category, but that's not really what you look for in a lunch buffet. Food is always hot, available, and they have a ton of veg and non-veg choices. Always get the vegetable korma, and different chutneys and breads. I am particularly fond of the curd rice (yogurt mixed with rice) with Indian pickles. They also give free soda and soft serve. You will leave satisfied and stuffed. And not like you've spend too much, like some of the newer, flashier Indian spots along 635.

Yelp
I ordered thru the Door Dash but will not order from here again. The appetizers say rice is included but it's not for one. For two, my paneer butter masala was so bland and tasteless. The paneer was overly chewy and squishy. I like my paneer soft but not squeaky. I like in North Dallas and have just been very disappointed in the amount of flavorful Indian restaurants in the Irving.

Yelp
Lots of parking in a plaza. Weekend lunch buffet is perfect and they have all our favorites. Naan was plentiful. Lots of standalone seating and tables. Service was timely even when they were super busy. Decor and ambiance is basic and outdated but we love returning here because they have Veggie Korma both times we have visited! A lot of places don't offer simple veggie mixes, and this dish is a must for me. My absolute favorites: -saag paneer -chicken tikka masala (one time they had paneer tikka masala too! -veggie korma (!!!) They have a stack of menus but we've only had the weekend lunch buffet. Can't wait to return again.

Yelp
Good Indian cuisine that's a good option for those new to the flavors. I have been here a few times over the years. The place has a quiet atmosphere, even when busy. Decoration is a little busy to me. But nothing bad about it. Service is always good. Nothing to complain about there. I didn't do lunch buffet on this visit. Came for dinner with family. I got the Mutter Paneer and some Garlic Naan. The dish is an Indian cheese with peas in a tomato sauce. It all kinda mushed together with no distinction. It did not have the super potent flavors one might expect. Great sauce for some Naan dipping. Wife the for Tandoori chicken (not pictured). While still juicy, it was defiantly crispy (in a good way). Not my first choice for Indian. But good for those newer to Indian cuisine. I think the issue here is they have a rather large menu instead of having a more focused menu. Quantity over quality here.

Yelp
I love coming to Our Place at lunch time for the buffet, but tonight I got to be there for dinner. I'm a tandoori chicken fan, there was a good they were a bit over crispy on some of the ends. We also got some garlic naan an my brother in law had gotten bullet naan unfortunately they put both in the same basket so my husband accidentally got one it blew his palette. The wait staff was polite and made sure our waters were full and that our meal was good. We were visiting with family and they weren't pushy about us leaving. I do enjoy the sitting here the chairs have a nice cushion on them so your tushy doesn't get sore by sitting on a hard wooden chair. In conclusion I think I will stick with coming in for buffet that way I can have many more options!

Yelp
Came to pick up my food, first time trying this place. The lady at the counter was pretty unprofessional, told me to wait so she could call someone on the phone, then took someone else's order before helping me after just telling me to wait. I ended up having to find the order myself in a table full of bags. Bad service.

Yelp
The food was not flavorful and many dishes lacked a punch or a significant flavor profile that kept me asking for more. Usually I love buffets cause of the diverse arrays of flavors but everything here tasted the same- Bland. An aspect of Indian food is the spice and powerful flavors which was sadly not reflected in the restaurant. In specifics all the meats and foods were cooked well but lacked flavor beside the Naan which was stale and tasted cardboard. Although the service was nice they were not very attentive. It took over 20 mins for my water to be refilled and no gloves were used while cleaning dishes which brought up significant health concerns. The food was also vastly overpriced. The buffet costed 20 dollars per person when I feel like a fair price would be around the 5-10 dollar mark. The vibe was very chill and I felt comforted. Will not be coming again.

Yelp
We had to settle for this place after going through two other restaurants on New Year's- while one was closed, the other had a line with a wait time of approximately 1 hour ! The next closest place with good reviews was Our Place. We came expecting a wait time, but when we got here, it took only 10 min to arrange the tables and have us settled. Apparently we were the last guests before it closed for the day. Its a buffet Indian food place. The spread was huge, bigger than any other buffet I had tasted in a long time. For starters there was Samosa and Mysore bajji. There was several chutneys, but no coconut chutney which is understandable considering it was an Andhra place ( for those who don't know- people from this region do not eat as much coconut chutney as peanut and other variations) In the vegetarian spread, there was uttapam, idli, panner curry, palak panner, chole, baingan, mixed vegetables curry, and sambar. In rice there was fried rice, and plain rice. Chinese, there was noddles and Manchurian curry. For desserts it was fruit salad, ksheera and vanilla ice cream cone. I missed the curd rice but did taste it and it was sooo good. Basically it was a huge selection of foods, everything I ate was good. What I noticed needed improvement- it was a buffet and obviously you had to leave your plate on the table and get a new one when you go to get more food, these plates stayed right where we left them and we ended up keeping it on the empty table behind us to make place for our own plates. Secondly, the water guy never came around until we called, neither first time nor for refills. I will give them the benefit of doubt that it was an exceptionally busy day so there was a little lapse. At $20, I think it was a fair price for a buffet. The restaurant itself is neat and has two big halls for customers. Interiors was neither too loud nor too less, it was ok. If you want to try a lot of Indian food at one go, this is a good stop.

Yelp
Best dosa in dallas! Not to mention great curries and appetizers. Servers are friendly and amicable.

Yelp
We have only ordered here through Door Dash, but have been doing so for several years. Food has been consistently great, and our order has always been correct and well packaged. Also one of the few places where the portion is fair for the price. Our favorites are the samosas, butter chicken, chicken biryani, chicken korma, tandoori mixed grill, and chicken tikka masala. Highly recommend.

Yelp
I should call this "my place" because its my new favorite for Indian food! Today my friend recommended Our Place for lunch, he is vegan and has only recommended the tastiest restaurants The location is off a MacArthur in a little strip mall and we went for the buffet and what a buffet! They had 6 different appetizers, 5 different vegan entrees and another 8 different entrees. I finished it off with a mango milkshake... I thoroughly enjoyed myself and can't wait to take my wife there for lunch
google avatar

Vivian D.

Yelp
One of my favorite Indian food restaurants in DFW! This restaurant is located in a strip mall with plenty of free parking available. It is clean, service is efficient, and there is a wide selection in the dinner menu. Moderately priced and, in my opinion, one portion is enough to be split between 2 people. The orange walls and interior lighting are slightly off-putting, but the food is so authentic and delicious! Overall, highly recommend!

Yelp
I really enjoy this buffet. Sauces, sauces, sauces! There is a large enough variety for just about everyone who likes Indian food. There are no beef dishes but you won't miss. My favorites are the mixed vegetables in sauce and tandoori chicken and I could eat two plates full of these and be happy. I learned a genius trick from the guy in front of me - layer a thin serving of rice over your entire plate and then top with your favorites! Friendly service and comfortable setting also keeps me coming back. I'm hungry!

Yelp
Very happy about this place. We came here for a late lunch during a weekday, and they still had a good amount of people inside. It is a lunch buffet so you just go straight to the food and start! Love all the options they offer here. I am pretty much going for their Butter Chicken, grilled chicken legs and Mutton Curry. Loving the flavor and freshness. They also have salad and other veggie options too. A good place for lunch for sure.

Yelp
So happy this business made it through the past several months during COVID. I absolute love this place and have been coming for years! One of the best lunch buffet for Indian food. Such a large selection and everyone that works here is so friendly. The buffet comes with a drink. If you haven't tried it, you thank me later. :) As of Sep 4th 2020 they started doing lunch buffet again on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Yelp
Need to update my review since I visited this place today for lunch buffet after a very long time... Some of the things are still good: Clean place and efficient service Large varity of items including desserts and tea What was not so good: Price is too high for a lunch beffet unless you just want to eat all the meat The naans were too cold and chewy Idlies were hard and not spongy I definitely expect better quality of food for that price.

Yelp
Since Indian restaurants in Seattle have yet to resume lunch buffets, I was excited for the opportunity to partake while I was visiting family. I've been here twice now, and I have to say that for the price, it's really just "ok". Yes, there is a large variety of dishes, and there are a few winners among the spread--tandoori chicken, okra, biryani, pakoras. However, I'd say around 50-75% of the offering for the lunch buffet just doesn't taste very good. For example, what appears to be Butter Chicken, but labeled Tikka Masala, tastes like neither, and I really can't detect what it's supposed to taste like. They also use chicken breasts, so the chicken pieces are super dry despite sitting in the sauce. The naan, which is tepid at best, is mostly a cardboard-y flap by the time you get to them. Simple changes like bringing the naan out in fresh batches would make this buffet so much more palatable, but it really doesn't seem like they're trying, especially for $20/pp. All I felt after my second visit here was a sad longing for the begone days of my neighborhood lunch buffet, which refused to compromise on flavor and brought fresh naan to your table. I will say that on our first visit, we ordered a dosa on the side which was absolutely delicious. Perfectly crispy texture, served with a variety of sauces/dips. If I were to return, it would be for the dosa and dosa only.

Yelp
Stopped in on Saturday for the buffet. Food on the buffet was fine, perhaps a little oily but it seemed like it had something for everyone. My larger issue was the service. While the restaurant was not even half full, no refills on drink, not clearing a used plate and waiting and waiting and waiting for a check does not provide a good experience. If they had been busy, that would be understandable, but when the wait staff is standing on the side of the room and chatting with one another, clearly they aren't.

Yelp
If you live in Irving, then you know that Indian cuisine is a massive part of the scene, and if you want to take full advantage of the offerings, it's hard to beat a Buffett. Off 635 & MacArthur nestled atop Valley Ranch is Our Place, in the same place it's been for over 15 years. What isn't broken doesn't need fixing and this buffet will satisfy your needs and wants whether you are a vegetarian or meat lover. You walk in, plenty of seating, it's clean and functional, the buffet line is in the back and the options will overwhelm you....in a good way. I started plate 1 with chicken biryani(didn't take the chicken as every bit of space must be made to count), goat curry, potatoes, daal and saag paneer, on a separate plate chicken tikka and fresh naan. I sat down, rolled up my sleeves, said a prayer and got stuck in. The goat and naan alone are worth the price of admission, the punch of aromatics, the smells wafting into your nose. The taste of daal taking back to Nairobi, the curry potatoes like mum made Sunday morning. I loved every bit, and over ate and I still happy I did so. I went back for a bit more goat and naan, and then wrapped up with the mango custard and fresh fruit and 2 gulab jamun(sweet doughy balls of joy). It's not upscale, but it is excellent fare for a very fair price. The biggest compliment is that it is full, with plenty of Indians enjoying their fare, which is testament to the quality of food.

Yelp
We went there for lunch buffet. They aren't extravagant with the variety of dishes but whatever was on the buffet were flavourful and most importantly not as oily as I have experienced with other Indian buffets. They had a mix of South Indian and north Indian items on their buffet spread. I enjoyed there uttapam with sambar. My sister liked their pakoras as appetizers. For the entree they had both mutton and chicken gravy . I even saw there was chicken tandoori but didnt try it. There were a lots of vegetable items as well, mushroom curry , okra, palak (green vegetable curry), mix vegetable curry , daal (pulse), chana masala, curd rice , etc. Gulab jamun and mango custard were for sweets. I also noticed some kids taking ice cream too !! And , yes I enjoyed their tea as well !! . The waitstaffs were very attentive and I liked their service. Would recommend this Indian buffet for a decent selection of Indian food. The price was $14.99 with taxs (on weekday).

Yelp
Three words - Take Out Staple! I've never eaten inside this restaurant however when I say the Mutton Biryani is delicious, believe me, it is! I also recommend the chicken tikka marsala. The take out portions are generous. We keep them in our take out rotation for sure. You won't regret trying them out!

Yelp
I have been here a few times for lunch and never come away hungry. What sells this place for me is that it came highly recommended from some former Indian neighbors - and when you walk into a place and the majority of the customers are from the food's region - you have come to the right place. There is always a great selection of the usual Indian buffet staples - chicken tikka masala, chicken vindaloo, chutneys, rices, etc. The food is always hot and tasty, and the buffet line is kept really clean. The restaurant can be a little congested at the line - the food is tucked away in what appears to be a small corner when it is full of people. The decor is interesting - Hollywood movie posters - a lot of mob movies and action movies. It is a clean place that could use a little upkeep, but the service and food are well worth coming back for.

Yelp
Very good buffet. Friendly staff and owner is like a GODFATHER! Best value and quality food for the buck! Try this place out. All my friends and coworkers luv this gem.

Yelp
Amazing!! Love this place, been going for years!! So many great options for me as a vegan. Along with all the veggie dishes, love the different rices & sides like the spiced onions, peanut chutney, & mint chutney. By far, my all time favorite for Indian cuisine!
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place for the food quality, service and hospitality. Place is clean and follow social distancing and other Covid guidelines.

Yelp
We love this place for consistently good Indian food in a buffet setting. The dessert always caps off a great meal.

Yelp
My family went here last Sunday for buffet. Fast seating. Slightly crowded. Food was delicious. Staff kept cleaning the buffet area and filling up with fresh food. Waiter was so quick to clear the table and very attentive which is rare find at a buffet. Will definitely be back!!

Yelp
This will forever be my favorite Indian Buffet The food is always fresh... The staff is always warm and inviting.

Yelp
This place never disappoints anyone. The owner Babu is really a good person and very customer and service oriented. The restaurant is always clean, the food is always delicious and the taste never changes. They even offer complimentary papadum with chutneys. The buffet has so many items and comes with free soda and ice cream.

Yelp
I ordered takeout the other night (due to covid concerns with dining in) on my way home and it was ready in a surprisingly fast time within the 15 minutes it took me to drive to it. Chicken Tikka Masala - For a classic dish, I feel like this is always a hit or miss dish depending on the restaurant. In this case, it was a hit! The sauce was very buttery and the chicken was perfectly juicy and cut into perfect bite sizes. Gobi Manchurian (Dry) - The flavors were great but it wasn't the most exceptional gobi Manchurian I've ever had. I bet it would have been great fresh or re-crisped up in the air fryer. I was expecting it to be a bit more dry and spicy, but the interpretation of this dish varies so much. Goat Curry - This was my favorite. There was a lot of oil at the top that I had to pour out but other than that, this was easily my favorite dish. The curry had a ton of depth and the goat was tender and not gamey at all. Masala Dosa - the potato curry, sauces, and dosa itself were all individually packaged. I imagine this would taste great when it's fresh, hot, and crispy, but I can't take away points due to takeout. The potato curry filling had a slight kick to it and was very well seasoned. I was impressed by the filling. The dishes each came with the option for nan, roti, or rice. Overall, the prices are good given how generous the portions were. I was very happy with my takeout experience here.

Yelp
You dont come here for the decor, the ambiance, or even the sounds of food being cooked. You come here to eat. Like a humble king or queen that doesn't mind serving him/herself in a buffet lIne with scores of flavors that come from real simple authentic recipes without cans and pretense. I was treated to a beautiful lunch here by my wife's family and they like to come here on special occasions and even on Sundays. I now know why. Bomb.com food. Yes, the Idli could be moister. Yes, the curry could be hotter. Yes, insert your own line here if you go here. But, it works. It delivers. Like clockwork. With a ton of flavor and lots of faithful clientele both Indian and wanna-be-Indian, this place is named Our Place for a reason...

Jay C.

Yelp
Love the place. Have been coming here for years and have brought many friends and colleagues. So far no issues! Yes buffet is pricy...

Kumar A.

Yelp
Poor service. Bad food. Rude, uncultured staff. Avoid at all costs! The restaurant officially closes at 10 pm. But the servers start badgering the customers from 9 pm onwards to finish quickly because they have to go early. And not just once. Their front door guy called Kamlakar Reddy comes every few minutes telling people they should come much earlier and not stay too late so that they can close the restaurant early. Seriously, haven't seen such rude, uncultured staff and such poor customer service ever! Food that we ordered had no salt, When we told the server, they told us to add salt ourselves. The chicken wasn't cooked well. Pathetic place. Will never go back there.

Ven R.

Yelp
BEWARE! I love buffets...Until "Our Place" came to existence. The food was very bland and was absolutely abysmal when it came to what it had to offer. The chicken was bland, flavorless, and lifeless. The rice and noodles were very oily and frankly disgusting. The service was passable but not wearing gloves while cleaning brought up the topic of a couple health concerns. If I'm being completely honest, the water was probably the only saving grace of this restaurant. I could 110% see myself being a frequent visitor of this establishment if they can somehow keep the consistency of the water...Which I doubt. "Our Place" is definitely not "My Place". Never coming back to this nauseating restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...Not even to my enemies.

Jagdish R.

Yelp
I've been to the restaurant recently and I can tell you this place keeps to their roots and sticks to their strengths very well. The ambiance of the restaurant is very welcoming and each member in the restaurant greeted me and my family and were overall very supportive. I tried their naan and their paneer butter masala as well as a green curry that I forgot the name of but all the same they tasted wonderful. The paneer butter masala didn't have as much flavor as I was hoping but their naans definitely made up for it. I would say that the one thing I sort of didn't like was the lack of flavor and tamed/mild spices which made me disappointed as I know that Indian food typically packs more a of a kick and flavor than what I had there. Had there been more spices in the food, I think their food would've tasted a 1000 times better. Otherwise, the food and atmosphere was great and I'd recommend the place to anyone near the area looking for some Indian food, if you are into more spice in your food then this place may not be for you.

Shwetha B.

Yelp
Only tried the weekend buffet, haven't ordered off the menu. The buffet was just an okay experience. It is quite a big spread of North and South Indian dishes. The flavor though was nothing memorable. Service was friendly and attentive.

Robert S.

Yelp
We have been coming here for years. I saw some less positive reviews when checking Yelp just now. I can counter that with love. We are here as I write this review and the service is as wonderful as ever, the biryani is heaven and the lamb melts in my mouth! We love Our Place!

Gerald E.

Yelp
Excellent food tonight at Our Place. Waiter was great helped with a few selections. If your interested in Indian food I would definitely suggest a stop here.
google avatar

Dianna N.

Yelp
Never had the buffet but the dinner menu was delicious! Omg the butter chicken is too good to be true! I wish our place was just my place. Tikka masala was great also but I still prefer the butter even if they're similar. The vindaloo here is not as spicy as other places but the creaminess makes up for it! So far one of the best authentic Indiana restaurant! Totally worth the drive!!!!!!!! This style of garlic nann is my favorite! I can barely find it over here. Most people make it with powered garlic. This is almost as good as London!!!!! Dishooooom
google avatar

Yelp
This is the place for Indian food. I was introduced at the Irving Chamber of Commerce many years ago. We have eaten here for several years. For Indian food you can't go wrong. Adequate servings, authentic menu items. Respectful of everyone. Clean. We have never been disappointed and we have brought friends here. The menu is so diverse you will have a hard time deciding one just a few items. Don't worry they will box up for you to take home.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm truly sad to report my findings from DoorDash order at peak lunchtime. The samosas seemed like they were leftovers served up again today. The masala sauce gave same impression as it was watered down with no flavor. I can say that the take-out bags are nice quality. Disappointed and craving still unsatisfied....
google avatar

Hetal J.

Yelp
We love this place! Our go-to place for my family without a second thought. Food is adequately spiced and kids love it too. It is more than a decade that we are visiting this place and this place never fails to deliver fresh food! This is the only restaurant that we aren't afraid to go to just before trips :). It is that safe and food is delicious.
google avatar

Yelp
I'm pretty new to the Indian cuisine scene, so being able to go to an Indian buffet was a blast. I wasn't a fan of everything, but it was a buffet! I wasn't meant to like everything. I was meant to try everything and find out what I like. I was definitely able to eat until I had a full belly of yummy things. Unfortunately, I was so excited to try everything I didn't make mental notes of what I liked. :( but there were a few I could've sat and ate for days. While feasting and feasting there were definitely servers keeping an eye on us to ensure our old dishes were being cleared as our glasses were being filled. Can't wait for the next time I have time during lunch time to feast again.
google avatar

Ronnie K.

Yelp
First I thought this was just a hole-in-the-wall Indian buffet place. Turns out it was not. Food is catered to an American customer's taste. North Indian , South Indian and Andhra food. Wide variety vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Quality is slightly above average. Waiters are attentive. Food quantity plentiful. Price is modest. Parking is plentiful.

Yelp
So this was my first visit hear after hearing a lot about this place from my friends . I tried below dishes :- 1. Tandoori mixed grill - not good , was way too dryish and was served without chutney initially. It came with beef pieces as well which had a very weird smell . The chicken taste was very bad . 2. Garlic chicken - chicken taste was bad . Not properly cooked and I think it was old chicken . Didn't like it so won't recommend. 3. Chai - was not a masala chai but I liked it as this was the only thing served with a better taste. In my opinion I won't recommend this as I had a very bad first time experience .

Yelp
Buffet was cold, food was just okay, desert was great. Lots of gluten free options. I used to love this place years ago. The food just isn't that good anymore. Service was good. $40.00 for lunch buffet for two. I will not be back.

Yelp
Everything is great about this place. The food will leave you feeling warm and comforted. I still felt light since there are so many vegetarian dishes

Yelp
Great Indian food! I was traveling for work and went to Our Place on a recommendation from some colleagues. Outstanding service and food! My colleague that went with me was of Indian decent and knew what to order for me based on my experiences. We ordered the grilled Tandoori Chicken Tikka for an appetizer along, with a basket of Garlic Naan and a veggie platter for appetizers. Fried vegetables are really not my favorite items when considering an appetizer, the Naan was good but the Chicken Tikka was OUTSTANDING!!! I could have eaten this all night......actually I did as I kept grabbing a chunk and dipping it into the sauces that would arrive during our main course. For the main course we ordered Aloo Mutter which is potatoes and green peas cooked with special sauces. A surprising really good dish, I actually was considering converting to a vegetarian, but then normalcy sunk in as I grabbed a piece of Chicken Tikka and dipped it into the delicious Aloo Mutter sauce! We also ordered the Tandoori Paneer Tikka which is homemade cheese cubes marinated in yogurt with special herbs and spices. I only had a little of this dish because I wanted to stay away from too much dairy due to a sensitive stomach issue I was experiencing from a previous lunch. I know right, what am I doing eating Indian food? Only in Irving a few times a year, I have to try the best dinner spots right? I toughed it out! We also ordered another basket of Butter Naan and a bowl of rice because who doesn't have rice at an Asian restaurant right? Not this Asian, I say bring on the "jasmine rice". Overall great Indian food, fantastic service (I dont think my water ever was half empty as the water guy was on top of things!), great prices and a free parking lot. The ambiance was as I expected, nothing too fancy but also not a diner. The staff kept the place clean and they were very friendly!) I highly recommend this restaurant!
