Cute retail shop with a collection of aesthetically pleasing cookware. Perfect for the colorful types. Their employees are so sweet and helpful! It also has a very under rated back patio for anyone looking for a quiet spot to chill, read or work.

This place is amazing! The aesthetics and customer service make you feel at home. I got the Titanium Always Pan Pro. The pan is like no other. A nonstick pan with no chemicals and super high quality. If you're looking to upgrade your kitchen, this is the place to be. Once you get Our Place cookware there is no going back!

I love Our Place. To be honest I am not the best and taking care of my cook wear. I beat the heck out of my pans. I have had the always pan now for over a year and it has held up incredibly well despite my inconsiderate care. If you are like me and like to cook and want something reliable and atheisticly pleasing check out our place. The staff here is also very helpful and patient. They will help you find something great!

I am in love with my night and day mugs! They are the perfect shade of pink and go so well with my nespresso. And the fact that it complements my other our place cookware is amazing. Love this store and will be back!

The team at Abbott Kinney is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I met with Jeff and Sandra and they were incredibly welcoming and helped direct me between all Our Place has to offer. The Always Pan Pro is STUNNING! And no coating!! I will be back for the entire set. Also the store is cute. Ohh, parking street parking available and there’s parking in the neighborhood behind as well. Don’t forget to grab a kombucha .

Our Place products are awesome and the staff here is really helpful. I know they’re known for the Always Pan but I’m sold on their titanium pans. Love how it releases when foods are done.

Really good boba from "Boba Guys". When you go, plan to hang out in the outdoor area at the back of the store... It's so pretty! The cookware and plates seem quite affordable actually. The display is so cute, you will be so tempted to buy everything and redo your whole kitchen!

I bumped into my dear friend Mer as I was walking down Abbot Kinney post my Le Labo visit! We walked for a while together, and she said have you ever been to this fabulous store. I had not. And, OMG, gorgeous cooking supplies that are beautifully designed and I was made sooo welcomed there... I didn't buy anything however I will in the future because it is everything I want in the things I homechef nightly. And what a friendly and knowledgeable manager! She took her time and showed me everything and talked with my friend about the stuff that she has bought before and it was just a delightful experience! I can't wait to return! 5 Golden Ceramic Stars! Again, Parking is challenging, but don't be dissuaded from going here especially during the week! be patient and trust me you will thank me !

A friend told me about Our Place and then gifted me their best seller. It was ordered online and delivered to my door. I wanted a different color so I called and was told I could exchange at the store as long as I had the order number. Went in, was greeted and helped immediately. I picked the beautiful green color, my exchange was complete and I was on my way in a matter of minutes. Everyone was so nice. This was a gift but I will be buying myself more pieces. Exception cookware, service and worth the money.

Love my always pan. I've had it for awhile and it's it still very clean. Love the aesthetic.

On June 8th I gave a very poor review of the pots and pans due to issues with the order that was on sale for mother's' day, and they could not find any tracking of the delivery. This went on for weeks and my card was charged as well. Finally my order was received. Also a pan that was gifted to me two years earlier seems to be losing the coating. My frustration was the only phone number offered gives you a message to email customer support. Customer support was no help. I choose not to order product from companies' that do not have a live customer support. When the office manager Missy saw the review she immediately left me a message with a contact phone number that she answered. Missy then offered for me to keep the set I ordered as well as replace the two + year old pan with a new one, and credited my entire order. To make up for my lengthy inconvenience and much confusion my entire order was free. Now that is a company that truly stands behind their products.

Thank God it was a gift. Even if you follow the instructions, after 3months it loses its non-stick properties. Also, you will burn your hands on the handles and lid. Aluminum construction will burn your food due to uneven heat. I always write good reviews, but I had to this review as this is a poor product. The pan is aesthetically pleasing but a piece of garbage. I would rather fry my eggs on my REI camping pan.

Ordering is easy online and delivery fast with packaging of the product top notch. If you sign up for email you get 20% off your first purchase. We have the frying pan with the steamer basket. It's best to check the sale section of the website. You can find good deals online.

The pan is a staple in my kitchen. It heats evenly, cleans easily, and provides excellent non-stick performance. Will be coming back for more products!

This is the most beautiful store! They have amazing products and great customer service. I stopped in to pick up a few pairs of oven mitts and matching aprons as holiday gifts as these are THE BEST EVER oven mitts I have come across! I love how comfortable and secure the mitts feel and they are also so pretty. I love the colors and stick them on my fridge or oven because they have magnets! Clever design! I also like sitting on their outdoor back patio. I highly recommend this company and this store!

Moved to a new place and so we decided to try Our Place to furnish our kitchen. I've never stopped inside this store but I'm certainly glad I did. I love the beautiful colors and high quality of the kitchenware. The price is on par for what you would expect for quality items that will last a long time. You can get a nice bundle set as well. I would suggest the Always Pan and cookware set! A bonus is this place is woman-owned and has a great story and mission behind its store. I love a business that highlights the stories and traditions of others.

I started with the Always Pan and after loving the versatility I expanded my collection. The knives are amazing and the cutting boards look great even as serving boards! The outdoor area in the back of the store is a great place worth checking out if you come by as well.

Stopped by the Our Place store today while out on Abbott Kinney with our son poodle. We were greeting by the most helpful employee. My mom and I purchased the always pan. The wonderful associate helped us pick the perfect color for our kitchens. I got the spice color. It's a beautiful clay color. The pan speaks for itself. This is the only pan you will ever need. Quality over quantity is always the way to go. We also got a strawberry boboa tea and a mango lemon drink which was just icing on the cake. Thank you for the lovely experience. Thank you for being in the neighborhood. It's a must have pan. We also really appreciate the shoulder bag the pan came in so we could easily carry it. Friendly helpful service isn't easy to come by. If you love aesthetically pleasing colors and sets, you definitely have to check out this place and the staff is so nice especially Julissa welcomed me in right away and answered all and any questions had. I would definitely buy there again just because of the environment.

The store on Melrose is beautiful and great customer service. Lots of products to choose from and great colors. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I had a delightful experience at Ourplace on Abbot Kinney ! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a genuine smile and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff here really understands the meaning of customer service. Giving me the perfect amount of space to browse but also being aware when I looked like a had questions. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me find what was right for me not only did they provide fantastic advice but I felt valued. Julissa was great and so patient with all my questions , I'll definitely be going to add to my collection.

Amazing place to pick up new home goods and gifts! I stopped in to find something for for a housewarming gift and left with a few items for my own home! Manager with red hair helped me out and was SO lovey! Definitely check it out!

For starters the ambiance of the store is amazing. The minute you walk in you are immediately greeted and welcomed in. Someone is always there ready to help you out with any questions you may have. I was helped by Julissa and she gave me a run down of the entire store, Explained a lot of different dishes that caught my attention and how I can use these products in many different ways and definitely sold me on it. Love this store and the people that run it!

Difficult to reach. No phone number posted. The vibe from the staff was stand-offish. They seemed to be surprised that I actually wanted to buy an item. I asked someone who was literally just standing around and smiling for help, and she asked someone else to help me. Understandable -until I saw her help 2 other customers while I waited to be helped by someone else. I didn't feel welcomed or wanted- it may be YOUR place but it obviously isn't OUR place.....Demographics won't be discussed.

I visited this Our Place location today and the customer service I received brought me to literal tears. Tears of joy!!! No less than three staff assisted me with an exchange of my order. They were so very helpful and happy to help me. I was greeted with smiles and suggestions. I am over the moon about my purchase. I recommend a visit in person. Thank you Abbot Kinney Our Place staff! My friend and I saw on IG that this place had a really cute coffee set up in the front so we walked in and realized that we both had to use the bathroom. We started making our way through the store and I thought I saw a bathroom closet and just curiously opened it. As I reached for it one of the women with jet black hair working in a white long jacket very loudly asked "what can I help you with?" in a very mean and surprising tone. My friend and I said we were looking for the bathroom and she furiously pointed to the back of the store. We stood there and heard her talk about us, saying how dumb we were and the other woman, with light hair, working there walked out laughing while looking at us. We were so surprised so two grown woman could be that caddy over nothing. We were going to grab a coffee and look as some of the kitchen supplies because my friend just bought a house close by but it completely turned us off. Those two employees have no business working in in a space where they have to work with the public. However the space is beautiful!
