An exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The tasting menu began with an elegant broccoli ensemble, followed by a deeply comforting onion, mushroom, and chestnut soup with toasted brioche and Parmigiano. The sea bream with tangerine and lettuce was outstanding, fresh, vibrant, and finished with an incredible sauce. The chicken course with leg and breast, pumpkin, carrot, parsley, and sunflower seeds was beautifully balanced and full of flavor. Dessert was a wonderful finale with coffee cream, bergamot sorbet, chocolate ganache, and biscuit, fresh, rich, and perfectly harmonious.
Service was impeccable. Alice and Anona were kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. A special thank you to Alice, whose brilliant recommendation of a local biodynamic Chenin Blanc truly transformed the entire dinner; the food became even more extraordinary with her perfect pairing.
