Avoid weekends. Waited about 10-15 minutes before opening & there was already a line of around 15 people (which is apparently nothing), but it moved fairly quickly. There was actually almost no line 30 minutes after opening/by the time I left but can't say that will be the case every time.
Atmosphere: so cute. Was transported to Korea. Very hip interior where you can snap an aesthetic picture & cutie lil workers flaunting their unique style. Service was also very good & prompt. They even held my box open for my bread pic.
Bread: Pricey but manageable for special occasions. I got very lucky & came on a day where they lifted the max from 4 to 8, so after extensive research on what to get, I got the corn, original, everything, GOC, strawberry, matcha, yuzu, & pistachio. OG is definitely my style of salt bread over the simple Japanese style like at Okayama. I also enjoyed that they all had crispy bottoms, which gave it more texture & depth like a croissant. Since it is a heavier dessert, everything starts tasting like salt/butter real fast if you don't space out the portions. Just think about how much butter & salt actually go into the recipe & pace yourself. If I had to rate them from best, it's: pistachio, strawberry, original, corn, yuzu, GOC, everything, matcha. Matcha was a little too bitter for my liking. All pretty good. A lot of the filling ones are super creamy which is why I noticed some of the toppings were extra salted, but not sure I liked that. You definitely appreciate the flavors more spacing th out vs eating them in one sitting since it can get heavy/creamy/oily real fast (unless you really like bread & cream). It would pair perfectly w/ some bitter coffee.
Drink: I got the blueberry London fog & it was exactly what I expected. They offer other milk options. 5/5 treat yoself drink. On the heavier side: tastes like blueberry early grey ice cream in drink form. You can even feel the bits of blueberry. Extra love for the range of options & keeping all drinks under $7 in this economy.
Parking: free but SUCKS BUTT. Very very busy & cramped plaza. Can include people stealing your spot & you moving around like Tetris blocks to make way for other cars (exactly what happened to me). Avoid if you can't fight, drive or park. You either need to be very lucky or take the chance & wait (probably safer option if you have passengers who can wait in line first). There was some street parking though, so if you want to avoid the stress altogether, do that.
There are still not a lot of places that could mirror the bakery/cafe scene in Korea, so I would definitely recommend going at least once esp if you're in the area & get lucky w/ wait times & being able to try multiple options.
