Service was excellent, and the steak was pretty darn good (especially for a chain restaurant). Very impressed with the customer service. Steak, shrimp and lobster were all cooked perfectly. Even though I'm anti sugar 98% of the time, I did try the desserts! They were also delicious... I'll definitely go back if/ when back in town.

Great Service, and the food was delicious. My Wife loved her Blue Cheese, Pecan salad! Our server was very friendly and helpful.

Paid $108.52 for them to load my bag with EVERY FOOD ITEM on it’s side, causing grease to fill the bag. When I get home, as soon as I lift the bag it rips spilling steak onto the pavement, leaving grease in my car and all over my pants. This would not have happened if the bag was loaded with everything right side up. Is it that difficult to do? In my 7 years of food experience I would never think to load a bag in that fashion. Get stronger bags. Maybe wider ones. Or… LOAD THEM CORRECTLY TO BEGIN WITH

Food was great and server was very nice and attentive I wish there was a few more chicken options because I don't eat red meat like the rest of my family lol but it was good I also like the platypus drink

To-Go order: Baked sweet potato and all the fixings (cinnamon, brown sugar, butter)- super hot which was great, perfectly cooked. If you're a sweet potato fan, don't hesitate. Also got an order of wings (dry)- first time trying them this way. Crisp and well seasoned. Highly recommend. They were ready at the noted time, friendly To Go person. Great experience all around. Their sweet tea is also great and it's the perfect size for take away customers.

Food was less than average. Some hot items came out room temperature not even worm. French onion soup was terrible with a premade large piece of bread with melted cheese that was prepared separately then placed on top of the soup The grilled chicken was bad and seemed as if it is been sitting for a while. It is not grilled but cooked on a flat surface grill The wings we ordered had no sauce on it what so ever but had a dry rub I guess My wife had a steak with lobster the lobster was less than room temperature Even the cookie skillet the cookie was nearly worm Not to mention it smells like fired onions in there Service was average Don’t waste your money there there are plenty of options for much better experience dining

We had 20 people. Food was great. Sweet tea was never empty. We weren't the quietest or cleanest with all the kids we had. Thank you for putting up with our group today and accommodating us with such short notice. Steak and shrimp 🍤 on the barbie was amazing!

My sirloin steak was perfect, I loved it! We also ordered a blooming onion which was so greasy that I threw up when we got outside and I'm telling you, it was straight up grease and I was sick the rest of the day. The employees were all very nice. Make sure you tell them not to make you a blooming onion unless their grease is clean.

Our server was AMAZING!! The food however was a total flop. My child's steak came out rare and had to be sent back. Our shrimp came out still raw. For $186 I absolutely expect better food than this. We will just go to Connors from now on.

Enjoyed a recent dinner visit here. Restaurant has been renovated and was clean. Service was good, as well as food. Quick on water refills. You can depend on the outback experience and food being to outback standard. There wasn't a wait for a table; which, was nice. But, surprising.

Wow, it has been a while since I've been here but the house salad was great and the bloomin burger was amazing. Service was pleasant and efficient. The restaurant is nicely lit with good music. Glad we found this again

We had someone gift us a family meal a couple of weeks ago and loved it so much we came to pick up another one!

When Rare Means Medium & Service Means Chaos. From the moment we entered, the air grew heavy, like the tense silence before a final battle. Our server appeared with the aura of someone already defeated, her mood as flat as filler episodes. We ordered our steaks with conviction -- rare for me, medium rare for him. But when the plates arrived, betrayal struck: the cuts were swapped, the doneness reversed, and destiny itself mocked us with different portion sizes that made switching impossible. We sent them back, praying for redemption, only for fate to spit in our faces with the exact same mistake again. The soup that followed was no salvation either -- each spoonful was a salt explosion, like being drowned in an ocean of seasoning. Even the fries, meant to be allies in this battle, betrayed us with mediocrity. But the true villain revealed itself at the end: the cursed coupon system. Only one coupon per transaction -- forcing us into a tedious duel of separate checks. Just when we thought we'd won, the server swapped our cards, handing me the heavier bill, while the steaks appeared TWICE on the receipt like some cruel illusion technique and was swapped to the wrong person as well. By the time we escaped, we were drained of spirit, coin, and hope. Outback promised us steak but delivered only despair.

Well In my opinion Outback is consistently good. I don't really understand the ratings on yelp. Must be something I'm missing. Our server a very polite young lady she was very attentive and busy she deserves a 5 star. The only thing I can say is I think it's a little much to charge 15.99 for a Blooming onion. I haven't been to Outback in a while but it seems like charging that much for an onion that has been their lead product is kinda shooting yourself in the foot.

The two go area is very unorganized. One person said I had to stay in the car. I wasn't allowed to even come out. Next time I got there, nobody was around so I went in the door. And then I was yelled at for grabbing my own bag, but yet there was nobody there. I appreciate the attempt at an organization, but it's a bit unorganized.

The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was top-notch. I never had their bloomin' onion before, but now that I have my taste buds were dancing

I love Outback!!! It's one of my favorite chains. The Coconut shrimp is fabulous and their Salmon, Pork Chops, Alice Springs Chicken, Prime Rib, Chopped salad, Lobster tails are some of my regular picks!

Haven't been to outback in a long while. Now I remember why!!! Service was very subpar. My ranch dressing on my salad was hot (like sitting on stove hot) and tasted spoiled. Needless to say I didn't eat it. Then when my Queensland pasta came it had no Alfredo sauce at all. (Like NONE). Didn't get a single refill the whole meal. They were not even at half seating capacity so it definitely shouldn't have been a problem to have better service or for the cooks to get the food at least remotely correct. Also looked for a manager but couldn't even find our server so finding a manager was out of the question.

Service and people Top Notch and the food was great as well. Something went wrong with our order and staff bent over backwards to make things right. Don't worry we will be back

Service was so Bad! Waiter was so unprofessional- there are no words. All my fault I am sure, just wanted a nice dinner. Going to another area restaurant now. So sorry for this company. This was once our favorite restaurant.

This evening I visited this location I had the 6 ounce filet it was cooked excellent my concern is with the lobster tail. it had a spicy taste to it and I became very thirsty when I asked the bartender if something had been added to it she said yes a red substance had been added to the lobstertail to improve the flavor, I'm like more like adding thirst to the meal she the bartender said I could request not to have it added, I advised or be told before hand to avoid the issue all together In closing as a consumer it bothers me that restaurants do things that are not responsible for the well being of the customer and benefits the restaurant I feel betrayed ...

Service was great! Poor girl! The food was ridiculous for the price. The coconut shrimp were burnt, filet was raw on one side and medium on the other, filet had no salt but some weird blackened burnt seasoning, the chicken sandwich was like half of one, and I think we got 6 or 7 fries with it. They took one crispy chicken filet, cut it in half, and served it as two different chicken sandwiches. $40 to split a chicken sandwich basically. This was kind of a last minute, bring our kids along, anniversary dinner. I felt like I was living in a different dimension. Outback of the past was just a completely different restaurant. Things have really just changed and gone downhill everywhere in this country. For $130...... I could have had a better meal at chick fil a.

Fantastic visit! Greeted at the door with smiles and warmth. We were able to sit down in the lounge with their open seating immediately. Our server Blake A. went above and beyond to provide excellent service. My husband and I both work in the restaurant industry so sometimes we're pickier than we should be when it comes to service and food, but nothing about this experience let us down! We will definitely be back soon.

So... unless I forgot, I think this was my first trip to Outback. We came for a coworkers retirement lunch. What fun! Of course we got the bloomin' onion which I only ate the breading - I know, I'm weird. The strawberry salad was yummy, the thunder from down under dessert was amazing and I can't wait to go back when I can try the drinks!

I can't begin to tell you how awful the food was. It was cold, tasteless and completely unappealing. We all loved Outback years ago, but what in the world has happened???? We will never return in this lifetime. Please don't go near this dump as you will be disappointed beyond words. Worst restaurant in this area, with horrible service and totally horrible food. Where is the board of health as this place should be shut down. Is there a number lower than 0....because that is their score.

This was my first time ever eating at an Outback Steakhouse. Our server, Big Rob, was very nice and helpful in ensuring my food was gluten-free. The steak was good and cooked well. The mashed potatoes are fantastic. However, the broccoli was not cooked to my liking: it was still incredibly crunchy and not soft at all with little seasoning. It took a while to get our check and the staff was not as attentive as normal. I would have liked a better experience for the price they charge but I understand things happen. I would be willing to give Outback a second try but i may wait a while before that happens.

I know it sounds crazy to go to a steakhouse and order a salad, but the bleu cheese wedge salad and the fresh bread are astounding. The sweet potato side is also perfectly cooked and was delicious. Can't recommend them more highly!

This is better than the other location, however not by much. If you eat in it's an enjoyable experience. But, take out is always hit or miss. This is why I don't tip the 20 percent they recommend at checkout and definitely why I stopped tipping in advance.

Food was very tasty, and curbside service was very fast. However we were missing a salad when I got home to the family. Order accuracy should be priority 1, especially when I tip as if I were dining in person. Update: Outback management reached out to me and more than made up for the inconvenience. Raising from a 3 to a 4 as a result.

Have not eaten at Outback in a long time. Very disappointed in this lunch we had today. Very streamlined menu. Prices have increased substantially. Quality was low as well as quantity. Potato soup was very salty. Bloomin Chicken was greasy. Hubs got meatloaf and very bland vegetable medley. I used to love this place years ago. Won't be surprised if this franchise goes out of business. Bye bye Mate.

Absolutely avoid the steak at all cost. I ordered a ribeye and it was so raw that there was still marbling in the middle. It was very frisky and the fat was neither trimmed or rendered. There were white strands of muscle that was difficult the cut through as well. My wife's was so overdone it wasn't chewable. Wings, salad, sides were good but the main feature was atrocious. Very cheap quality steaks which was expected but not knowing how to prepare it is problematic.

Ordered Filet Sheila online and to go. This "mediallion steak tidbit" was as tough as chewing on a tire! Chrispy blooming sandwich was very GOOD. Too bad the steak was so bad

I love this outback!!! The food is always amazing and Our server Taylor (who we've had a few times) is always so attentive and sweet. Their house salad with honey mustard is THE BOMB! I also highly recommend the grilled chicken on the Barbie if you're looking for something other than a steak to eat. They have lunch specials until 4 as well (unlimited soups and salad & cheaper meal deals)

The wait was 45 minutes so we didn't stay. I was bummed out because we went for dessert and I was looking forward to it.

We all ed ahead an hour before we we went got seated quick. Then it went downhill from there waited 10 15 minutes before we saw the waitress drinks came fine. Asked the waitress for silverware waited another 10 minutes so I went to the front and got it myself. The vread was cold by then its. Even another 10 minutes and still nothing. Plate was very served sloppy. When we got the food it was great. We were never asked for drink refills until we got the check. I blame the management for poor training get it together outback

Food was so bad. We had to return multiple dishes even though we were starving. Service was slow even though it wasn't very busy. This obviously happens a lot there because while we were walking out we overheard the waitress tell the table behind us when they asked what she recommends "I work here and I won't eat anything on this menu, honey". McDonald's food is better than this place- seriously:). Caveat emptor...

Everything you'd expect from an outback. We don't have one near us so we were happy to stop in here for dinner. Service was great. Only complaint is our medium rare ribeye came out medium well/well done. Which I know they would have fixed but we have no issues just eating it.

A difficult experience tonight. Seating and service were pleasant enough and facility was quite clean; however, steak was sub par, so much so the New York strip had to be sent back (I am loathe to do this but this was nearly a cold piece). To my bewilderment, it never returned. We had it removed from the check and exited.

I rolled in to what I thought over an hour before closing. Evidently they close at 9 on Sundays and I walked in 10 minutes before closing. When I realized this and was embarrassed at walking in so close to closing but the manager still welcomed me to come sit at the bar and proceed with my to go order. She heard that I was traveling and living out of a hotel due to work and got me taken care of. It's managers like this who are the gems in the restaurant industry and are truly appreciated. My only regret is not asking for her name so I can thank her and let her know how appreciative I truly am of her.

This place was considered a safe spot for allergies but they cooked my steak in butter which I am allergic to. I shit myself, all over my car seats on the way home. The bathroom was also covered in not only shit and piss, but blood too. Our server argued with us on everything we wanted to order about allergies, then didn't even say sorry when he brought the buttered steak out and we asked him to please take it back, also he smelled like cigarettes.

Low quality steaks incredibly over seasoned. The Ribeye was beaten flat and had a thick layer of salty seasoning. I couldn't taste the steak. Shrimp on the batbie is 4 luke warm small shrimp not cleaned with half shell on a piece of pumpernickel bread. Very strange. If you like low quality food covered up with salt and weird spices, this is your spot. The restaurant is dank. Definitely a competitor a red lobster. Avoid, avoid avoid.

Sat at a table with a party of 5 for 15-20 minutes and was not even acknowledged by any of the staff.

Ambiance is country. Food is mediocre. I had a 15% off email, but my waitress said it was for takeout only, which it wasn't. I explained that it was for in house dining, rather emphatically, and she said not to be mean to her. I advised I was assertive, not mean. I asked for the manager. Manager came. Everything was fine from there on, except for the bill. $160 which includes the 15% off is not what I was expecting. 25% tax on wine in TN.

If you have an event planned and would like the place from where you decide to cater food to cancel the day of your event, literally at your scheduled time of pickup, then I would recommend this Outback location. If that sounds terribly inconvenient, unprofessional, and annoying, then I would by all means avoid doing business here. Thanks for ruining our event. **initially posted as 1 star. Increased to 2 as we got a call back and offer for a gift card as an apology.

This restaurant is simply atrocious, especially for the prices they charge! I don't understand how people can eat here! I started with an appetizer of Steakhouse mac. Can you mess up fried mac 'n' cheese? Yup, they found a way. The batter was okay, but the interior was reminiscent of the disgusting macaroni and cheese that comes in a box with fake powdered cheese. The entrees. Sheesh! Could you really go wrong with steak medallions in garlic butter? Apparently you can. Despite the appearance of the word "steak" in the name Outback Steakhouse, the steak was horrible! In fact, this is the first time in my life I've ever eaten a cold steak. COLD! STEAK! And the quality? Yuck! I think they took the most deplorable meat on the planet, maybe McDonald's hamburger patties, and chopped them into medallions. That's how bad the quality was. What they claimed was garlic butter added absolutely no flavor to the steak. The dish was completely flavorless and the meat was tough and filled with gristle. Maybe the worst cut of meat I've ever eaten? The french fries were unappetizing, luke warm and occasionally burnt. Again, how do you mess up french fries? The loaded mashed potatoes? Yikes! These were topped with rock-hard, stale, imitation bacon bits, not real bacon, and utterly flavorless cheese. Basically, this Outback is selling horrendous food at inflated prices, and apparently there are enough suckers in Cool Springs to keep them afloat. There are so many amazing places to eat within minutes of Outback, you'd have to be out of your mind to eat here.

Slow service? Waitstaff and kitchen mistakes? Wallaby Darned! Patrons: Your mileage is going to vary, so drop your entitlements at the curb and get real. Worth a visit? Absolutely. I'd not been to this restaurant for a couple of years pre-pandemic. The up-side is that they're open, open for full service, and the food is still satisfying. This restaurant is experiencing exactly the same thing as every other restaurant in the area: lack of experienced staff and a regional workforce that was already thin before COVID-19 and is now reluctant or even unwilling to return to work. The parking lot was nearly full as was the house. Bar service was a bit slow, but good overall. The Bloomin' Onion appetizer, bread, and salads were spot-on. For my party of four, two orders arrived without side items. The kitchen missed it. The waitress missed it. But,  it was quickly resolved once pointed out. Time for a walkabout, but we'll be back!

Cold inside, appetizer served after our entrees, vegetables overcooked, poor quality steak, server indifferent. Won't be back.

I went outback for lunch. I had a 10 minute wait - for what reason I don't know because the place was empty. The server was professional, and the food was out to us in a very timely fashion. The food on the other hand was mediocre. The blooming shrimp was amazing. I should just ordered that alone. I also had potato soup which was great. The cheeseburger I ordered was mediocre, and why would you put a cucumber on a burger instead of a pickle... That's just weird. All in all the service was good. The Blooming shrimp was great. Potatoe soup was good. The Outback burger was not good.

I reached out to the restaurant manager first but they totally ignored my note. This curbside service followed two awful food experienced. I told Penny, the one who took my order that they needed to deliver what we ordered. To start the bone- in rib eye was very nice. My stuffed potato was overcooked and dry. My mother's medium rare rib eye was medium well and a bit tough. Not great for a $22.00+ steak and an an overall $57.00+ bill. No customer service response or any effort to apologize.

Love the food and the service. Great food I recommend the Assie fries and soups of the day.

Super disappointed. I thought there must've been a mistake when my order was delivered. I've ordered the over-the-top Brussels sprouts before, and not only was there no drizzle on them, but I received an extremely tiny portion compared to past orders (both delivery and onsite). The portion wasn't just a little skimpy--it was at least 2/3 smaller than usual. Also my loaded sweet potato came plain and was slightly bitter. (I double-checked my receipt--I ordered it with everything). To top it off, both our meals were cold--the packaging isn't suitable for delivery. I will never order from this Outback again. Total waste of money--time to whip-up something for tonight's dinner.

Our waiter was Big Rob, he was the best. Quick to come greet us. He was so helpful ordering our drinks and meal. He was so funny and friendly. We will be back and ask for Big Rob.

Ordered from hotel in Brentwood via DoorDash. No opportunity to get condiments , salt, pepper, silverware. Not even napkins provided in order. Food ok, but cold by time of delivery.

Last night was the worst disappointment we have ever experienced at an Outback restaurant. I ordered a half rack of ribs with a loaded baked potato. The ribs were black and scorched, with a lot if fat and gristle. The loaded baked potato had less than a teaspoon full of sour cream, with a pinch of cheese and chives. It was not edible. My wife had a bowl of broccoli soup that was very watery and tasted terrible! She could only each three spoonfuls and had to give up on it. Even the cocktail I had was weak and tasteless. I don't know what happened to this place, but it will be quite a while before we try it again.

As I've said in other reviews, a chain is easy to rate, since they're all supposed to be similar. I came in for a takeaway order for 2.5 people and had a drink at the bar while I waited. Bartenders were fine...nothing extraordinary but not bad. Food was very good once I got home. Here's the weird thing...if I could give a 3.5 I would based on what I've said to this point. However, in a reasonable, timely fashion my food was brought out. I was told to take it out of the bag to "make sure it was all there and correct..." WTF??? That's all I have about that...

On our second visit to this location we had an awful experience. Call ahead seating was properly utilized which isn't a huge issue more so an inconvenience. We discussed with a manager Chris who seemed less than thrilled to assist us. We were seated, ordered our meal and my soup came out cold (as pictured). While our server Brian was kind and a good server the manager was apathetic and simply said his location was one of the top in the region instead of apologizing and recovering the situation. We let the server know we were leaving and the manager didn't return and apologize. Disappointing because we are Dine Rewards members and frequently eat at Bloomin' Brands restaurants.

When our church group met at this Outback for Sunday lunch, we were the tardy ones.When we arrived, we were greeted at the door and shown to our table. Tyleria, our server, took all our orders and made sure that that drinks were refiled. Plus, she personally handled the team of servers who actually delivered our food. Can't get any better than that. I ordered a 10 ounce ribeye, cooked medium rare, with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus. The steak was perfectly cooked. Unfortunately, it was simply low quality meat- not steakhouse quality.The small portion size of the grilled asparagus was the most noteworthy part of the dish. The shining star of the meal was a side- the mashed potatoes. Now to rate this Outback. The service, from the time that we entered to the time that we left, was welcoming. Our served, Tyleria, was fantastic.On the other hand, the ribeye steak was full of gristle and the portion sizes were too small. Three stars for this Outback.
