I’m a simple person (which is what I tell myself) I love wings, I love sports, and I love a place with great people and energy. Output in Wrigleyville checks all the boxes and then casually laps the competition.
This is exactly what a sports bar should be. The food is unreal. The wings are perfectly crispy, the kind that make you pause mid-bite and reevaluate your life choices up to this point. If you care about good food and haven’t been here yet, consider this your sign.
I had buffalo mozzarella sticks that changed my life. Then I split 30 wings with 3 of my friends. I heard the Bourbon Chicken sliders were good as well so we can check that box as well, they were delicious. The sliders came with waffle fries with truffle aioli that deserve its own standing ovation.
Every screen had a game on, every beer was properly cold, and the atmosphere is pure Chicago—energetic, welcoming, a little chaotic, but in the best possible way.
If you’re anywhere near Wrigley and decide to eat somewhere else, that’s a choice—but not the right one. Output nailed it. The service was great, the food was even better.
I was thoroughly impressed.
