A Sacramento original since 2004, Oz helped popularize all-you-can-eat tableside grilling here. Big booths, a full bar, and a festive pace make it a go-to for celebrations. Covered repeatedly by the Sacramento Bee and noted by local magazines.

We went here with a group of our friends, and had an amazing time!! The drinks were delicious and the food was delicious and fresh. We loved our server Autumn! She was so on top of it and was so fun and helpful :) Thank you to David too! We had a great time.

Google
The food was tasty and fresh. I liked how you get a bunch of little appetizers all you can eat included with your main course. While a bit pricy, you get a heaping giant scoop of either vanilla bean or matcha (green tea) ice creams. This is a seperate charge. The waitresses were all very polite and it was amazing on how many times she kept checking in on me and my wife to see if we needed anything. The only down side is it was WARM inside. I get that it's August, dead summer and 99*F outside, but I wasn't that comfortable during my stay. Overall, it's a good place. We chose this over Blue House.

I had been wanting to visit a Korean BBQ restaurant for a long time. I’m a huge fan of Korean dramas and Korean food, and I’ve already tried nearly every Korean restaurant in the area. But when we came to Oz, it turned out to be the worst restaurant experience of my life — worse than any small cafés or cheap diners I’ve ever been to. The food was terrible. I honestly don’t understand how anyone can make meat taste so bad. The sauces were awful, cheap, and clearly poured straight from a giant can. The marinated meats were inedible; the only thing that was somewhat acceptable was the steak. The vegetables were raw and tasteless, and aside from soy sauce and BBQ, there were no proper sauces at all. The corn with cheese dish was just ridiculous — bland, boring, and lacking any originality. Service was also extremely slow, clearly done on purpose so customers would order less. We waited more than an hour for our food. This was probably the only place where I’ve ever felt so disrespected — being forced to wait for over an hour even though they told us it would be 30–45 minutes at most. And the worst part? There were plenty of empty tables the entire time. I asked the waiter why, and he gave some nonsense excuse about a “fundraising event.” But later, those same tables were still only partially occupied. At least 30% of the seats were empty the whole time. It really felt like they were creating an artificial waitlist. It’s absolutely not worth going there — it was a disgusting experience. To be fair, our waitress herself was fine — she took the order correctly and did her job well. I have no complaints about her personally. But the restaurant’s system and food quality were just awful.

I was visiting the city alone and wanted authentic Korean food. The serdvice was warm, and the staff even suggested dishes I’d never tried. The kimchi jjigae was comforting, spicy, and rich in flavor, perfect after a day of walking. The interior had rustic touches mixed with modern design, giving me both comfort and a sense of cultural immersion. A memorable stop on my trip.

TL;DR - Found metal wire in my cheese corn "small plate". Everything else was average despite being the number one rated KBBQ place in the area. Service fumbled the opportunity to make it right. REVIEW - I'm really disappointed with how a serious issue was handled here. During our meal at Oz Korean BBQ (Bradshaw), I found a thin, curvy metal wire-like object in my food. I immediately notified our waiter, who brought the manager over. The manager acknowledged the issue and took the metal wire back to the kitchen to "check something". After that, there was no follow-up at all. No explanation, no apology, no check-in. Our party of seven finished our meal, paid the bill, and as we were leaving, I went to go look for the manager to ask what the verdict was. His response was simply, "Want free dessert?" -- after we had already paid and were on our way out. Mistakes can happen, but finding metal in food is a serious food safety concern. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication, accountability, and urgency from management. This situation could have been handled much better but I won’t be coming back. Thank God the small plate was not intended for my 15 month old!

Google
Everyone is very friendly and the food is delicious. We just tried their bulgogi and loved the flavor as well as the portion size. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Google
This place is a complete joke. I spent $89 on curbside pickup and there wasn’t even a curbside spot. No one answered the phone when I called. I had to go inside only two other tables were there, yet service was still terrible. I ordered medium broccoli with white sauce, and they gave me attitude about giving me the sauce I PAID FOR just because I also bought a large one. Seriously? My teriyaki chicken barely had any meat, and both chicken and rice orders came with NO sauce at all. Total waste of time and money. The portions are tiny, the staff is rude and clueless, and they overcharge. Don’t order takeout here unless you want to be disappointed and disrespected.

Google
I have to say, trang was great. Our service was amazing and the food was good per usual and drinks were on point. We love coming here and enjoy lunch and love seeing the little robot. I still love this place!

Ilaisia T.

Yelp
Definitely a must go to...food is very good staff is very friendly. Manager Chris made us feel very welcomed and our waiter Steph was very attentive and kind to us!

Sara T.

Yelp
Very great place for family outing. We had sort of a long wait time for our 2nd round and when we brought it to there attention they were so accommodating the waitress was not even rude about it she was understanding and made sure she did everything she could to turn around the situation. The GM Chris came and spoke with us and even gave us complimentary desert for our son and made it all the better! 10/10 customer service all around would definitely keep coming here!

Millie S.

Yelp
I'm careful with what I eat, but this restaurant made it easy to enjoy without guilt. The staff helped me choose grilled chicken with extra vegetables and less oil. The flavors were clean yet bold, showing that healthy doesn't mean boring. The space felt bright and fresh, with lots of natural light. It's rare to find a spt that balaces taste and health so well.

Yelp
Everything was great ... only one robut other might be at the new Oz in Folsom. Server was a bit too chatty about her music career !! We just wanted a quiet romantic lunch. We come to Oz often ....Rib eye supplier has changed in my belief! Still good just not as great as past supplier Going to the new Oz location next week and looking forward to an evening out with family and friends. Cheers !

Yelp
Went to Oz with friends for our Friendsgiving this year. It was everyone's first time, except for one friend who had been there before. We got on the waitlist and were able to be seated not long after we all arrived. We might have waited about 10 minutes. We were led through what looked like part of the kitchen to a cozy little table with the grill in the middle of it. When we sat down, we did think the table was a bit small considering we figured we'd get a decent amount of food, and we were right; we often had to stack things to have room for our plates, the sides (which were all great, except for the yams, as they didn't seem great on the grill), the proteins, and our drinks. There were four of us, but we only got 3 menus, which wasn't bad as two of us just shared. Had to ask for a drink menu. We all ordered a cocktail and waters; I ordered a soft drink, as well, which was refillable, but no one ever offered a refill when they came by. In fact, I wasn't asked if I wanted a refill until we asked for the check, which seemed nonsensical because we were getting ready to leave. They did come by regularly to ask us if we wanted to order more, though, so the service wasn't too bad. I just wouldn't have ordered a refillable drink if it wasn't going to be refilled at any point during the 2 hours we were there, lol. Maybe this is the type of place you have to specifically ask for a refill, but I'm used to places coming by and asking you or even just refilling if they see your cup empty and they happen to be coming around with the drink you ordered. All in all, it was a good experience. The food wasn't amazing, but it wasn't anywhere near bad, either. It was on par with other kbbq places I've been to. Same selection, honestly. Though I LOVED their cheesy corn. My friend also raved to us about a little robot that brings out food and drinks, but we never saw it, so that was a little disappointment. I wouldn't say no if I was asked to go again, but it's not a place I'd go out of my way for, since it's about 45 minutes from my house.

Yelp
I went to Oz as a group of 4 and showed up around 4pm as they opened for dinner. There were a few parties ahead of me, and as a walk in I put my name on the list. It took a while to be seated even though they just had opened (and about 3 groups ahead of me). Docking one star because we waited 25 min to get our table. The food was your typical Korean bbq experience. It was $36/pp and they seemed to only have one menu/course option. It's been a while since I have been here, so I am not sure if they offered more premium options. Not that I was interested, just something I recall from the past. Our server was okay, docking one start because there would be repeated times he'd forget part of our order and it felt like we were waiting on him for some key items throughout the experience. We had a decent experience, but nothing stood out to me to immediately want to come back

Yelp
This is one of our favorite go to spots for birthdays and it's been awhile since I updated my review so here it goes. We always try to get here when they open so everything goes quickly. Unfortunately, it didn't seem like they had many people working so it was a wait for alot of stuff and the service wasn't as smooth as in the past. Autumn did a great job considering she was working alone and had at least 5 tables at one point. She did have 2 helpers and Gabby, the hostess stepped in as well. The food was yummy as usual. I was kind of disappointed they had changed all the grills to the smaller round ones. The food eventually started to come out faster and the rest of the meal was great. Overall, I'm so glad to have come back to OZ, it was cozy and welcoming and while they've made some changes it's still my favorite kbbq spot.

Yelp
My wife and I decided to drive further to the original Oz at Bradshaw and WOW are they a whole star better than the other location. Their meats are softer, better marinated, and higher quality. Even their side dishes (banchan) are tastier. The price was surprisingly lower than we expected too! The staff were all very welcoming. Guests are greeted with high energy K-Pop music. The numerous TVs was either streaming Korean Pop or Sports. It's so good not to watch news or other depressing shows. We waited 20 minutes on a late busy Saturday and drank the Scooby Snack cocktail at the bar. Favorite proteins were Bulgogi (shredded ribeye), Soy Garlic Samgyupsal (sliced pork belly, and the garlic marinade), and garlic shrimp. Favorite side dishes were Japchae, Broccoli, Daikon Radish, and Rice Paper. Don't forget dessert, either sesame ball or taiyaki! Tip: request a grill change when it's starting to have a coating of black. On your birthday a robot comes around to sing and you get to spin the prize wheel.

Yelp
We showed up announced. 12 people deep. Kids. Grandparents. And out of towners. No reservation on a holiday dinner. They had us seated in 30 min. Even though half our party said they were in the parking lot smoking. Only to find out they were still driving there. OZ still stayed cool and took care of us. We were a mess. Needing the next round almost instantly. We had 3 cooktops heated up. Water. Drinks. Sides. Did I mention it was a 100 degree day. I wish I could recall our servers name. He and the rest of the crew were awesome. I know we weren't the best group. Not the worst either. But we appreciated your efforts. I would definitely come back.

Yelp
Another great KBBQ! I always come here when I am in the area and this place never disappoints! The food is great as well as the drinks and ambiance. However, this place does generally have wait times so I would recommend to call ahead just so you're not waiting a while.

Yelp
The service was amazing, our server was quick and attentive, but the food was just okay. There's definitely a lot of better bbq spots in Sacramento. The meats that I did enjoy were the spicy shrimp and oz ribeye steak. As for the marinated meats, they were way too sweet. They do have a good deal for lunch for $25.99. They have plenty of seating with multiple rooms.

Yelp
I had just returned from a long trip and my appetite was through the rough. I decided to get some ayce kbbq which is always a great idea. My server Isiah was friendly and he always made sure I was doing okay by asking if I needed anything else or if I wanted to put in another round of protein. Although the restaurant was pretty busy at the time, I was able to get a table quick by joining the waitlist via yelp. The lighting had a mood that was more of a date spot which I enjoyed.

Yelp
This is the OG of Korean BBQ for me. I love the side dishes given once seated. Their appetizer options are delicious. My favorites are fried green beans with white sauce, pot stickers, and egg soup. The meat selection is great. I love the bbq chicken, spicy shrimp and spicy mussels. They now have dessert! Can't go wrong with sesame balls and taiyaki! There's plenty of parking in the lot and even in the back of the building. They have a Yelp check in if customers want to go that route. The other option would be to show up and put your name in. This can result in a longer wait but the bar is open so customers can hang out there and get a drink! Shoutout to Jianna. She is a server at this location and has always taken good care of us, ensuring we all have what we want and need. Thank you Oz Korean BBQ! Can't wait to check out other locations such as Folsom.

Marichris P.

Yelp
We ordered spicy beef belly and spicy brisket They add more sauce at this location so it was on the spicier side (which I don't mind) The ambiance here is very casual, it got busy right when we sat down so it took a little longer to order our rounds and some of our order didn't get to the table till we were done with the second round. Server was nice and staff were friendly.

Yelp
I've tried a few Korean BBQ spots in Sac and I've seemed to land on Oz being the best. They dont usually have a long wait, but you can add yourself to the waitlist on Yelp which is a timesaver. The restaurant is HUGE. Ive never sat at the same place twice. Additionally, this place has a bar you can wait at if you're feeling up for it. Staff is pretty attentive and suggests you place an order each time they stop by. Ive noticed that they do this to save time when they are waiting on too many tables. Even then, they have a cute robot delivering your items at times. Oz's menu is no too extensive. They have your beef, sea food, pork, chicken. Additionally they have so many sides!! There are so many different combinations of food items. Definitely try the garlic fries and their signature meat which they only have during dinner. Their chicken wings are soo good too. Im not joking when I say I come here about 2-3 times a month.

Yelp
We've been coming to Oz for close to 20 years now. I'm Korean-American and let's just say this place is bomb. Korean approved. Come hungry... like really hungry. You'll eat so much they'll have to wheel you out.
google avatar

Carter D.

Yelp
First time eating at Oz with my friends. App said wait time was 40 min but we were seated in 20 min. The food and service were great! The place was very welcoming and neat! I would highly recommend getting the sesame beef, we ordered that at least 4-5 times. And special S/O to our server Autumn! She was very sweet and provided excellent service! I tried asking for her number but got rejected
google avatar

Michelle T.

Yelp
Fast service! Food was good, all items came out fast and nothing was missing. Loved that the staff checked in on us often. Drinks were refilled quick and the staff here is friendly and efficient. There are plenty of seats inside the restaurant. They have reservations on yelp. They have their own parking area. Tasty food and great service!
google avatar

Carissa D.

Yelp
This came just in time as we were having Korean BBQ withdrawals. Meats were marinated and flavorful and the cuts came out very consistently. Service overall was very good. The menu is available online but one day, I'd like to see the software expand to actually order everything digitally. Right now you have to rely on a server to stop by for everything. From changing the grill and ordering more meat, to more refills and napkins. So things move slower than they could.

Yelp
I am long overdue for an updated review here at THE original Korean bbq spot of Sacramento! I've been frequenting this location more often lately and last night was my first time seeing the expansion on the back side of the restaurant! It's so bright and spacious. I liked that it felt more open and less crowded than the other side, and I was so happy we got to sit there! You still get the same underground venting system so you're not sitting in smoke, and I didn't feel like we were forgotten for being farther from the kitchen. We used the Yelp waitlist to get our table quickly on our drive over to the restaurant. It's so simple to use and we were seated right away once our whole party arrived. Our server Bianca was great! Wouldn't have known she was new at all. She was very attentive and patient, without being too overbearing or checking on us too often. We got everything we needed very timely and were never left waiting for more orders to come. My all time favorite is the boneless galbi but the royal galbi is a new favorite! The bulgogi and sweet pork were also especially good last night as well. The side dishes always reign supreme here - radish wraps and jalapeño cabbage are forever my favorite, with the white sauce and the jalapeño soy. I love that they have dessert options as part of the AYCE now as well. The sesame balls and taiyaki are a nice way to end the meal! Oz is always a go-to for me for over a decade and their quality and level of service still remains the same, if not better!

Yelp
My friend recently moved up here to this area in Sacto and he's been wanting to check it out since he moved there. He recommended this KBBQ spot! This is a pretty large restaurant, they have so many tables. The waiting area also has a bar where you can order appetizers and I thought that was pretty cool! They have plenty of options, typical KBBQ meats and the quality of meat is pretty good! Very tasty, very satisfying. Definitely had a fun time catching up with my friend here.

Yelp
WOW just WOW! Came here after a day on the water and 100% recommend to anyone that asks! Come here on a Saturday afternoon and there was a small wait - about 15 minutes. We were seated and the service was excellent. The staff was constantly checking up on us, taking away our dishes, and providing new items. I have been to a couple of Korean BBQ places and the number 1 issue I have always had was service. Not this place - amazing service. Food - they are strict on their policy when it comes to how many items you can order at once, but I completely understand they want to ensure people are not wasting food. They have many many options when it comes to the meats and appetizers AND they are all included which I really appreciate. Their meats are flavorful and I really appreciate that they bring small portions of everything so you are not stuck with 10 pieces of the same meat, that way you can try everything. Lastly the dessert - eat it all! Every time I am in the location I will stop by. Living in the Bay Area and having many BBQ options they do not stand anywhere near the quality and service as Oz Korean BBQ

Yelp
Great service! He knew exactly what I wanted when I asked for brisket sauce (Jalapeño soy). He also always kept my soda full. The beef belly was my favorite. I'd skip the brisket and get beef belly instead. The restaurant is big and has lots of seating. I did not have to wait at all.

Yelp
I have been to a couple of Korean BBQ places through Northern California since I moved out here, Oz was first one out in the Sac area and both my boyfriend and I loved it. The customer service was great, we had a bit of a wait but hung out at the bar and got a drink while we watched a baseball game. We got our table within 7-10 minutes. Korean BBQ is always a whole experience and this place did not disappoint. My only qualm is that the floor was hella slippery so be careful walking in there because my man almost ate shit haha. Other than that I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant. The host even commented on my mans Cubs hat and was very personable and friendly. He lived in Chicago for a bit which is where I'm from and he was a great bartender too!!!
google avatar

Jenny N.

Yelp
I had a pretty good experience here! There was a bit of a wait when I came in the afternoon on a weekday surprisingly! But they have a seating/waiting area which is great. As for food, I actually enjoyed their soy garlic wings as an app! I loved the royal galbi meat! Their steamed egg and corn cheese was good too. The service was good and attentive! Seating is a little close together in certain areas though.

Yelp
Wait time is always long on weekends, so make sure to get on the waitlist 1-1 1/2 hours early! We came on Sunday evening and it was pretty packed inside. We got seated in their extended section (to the right side of the restaurant when you approach the check-in desk). This section is not as well-ventilated as the main sections, as the vent is not placed above the grill, and the grill is also different. Rather than the flat grills at most AYCE restaurants, this specific one is a thin mesh grill. It cooks great for larger pieces of meat but bulgogi will fall right through it. Aside from that, I do like that the room is more spacious and less noisy. Service was scarce. I don't know if it was because it was the end of a busy day or just our section, but our server rarely checked on us aside from putting in the next order as quickly as possible. She would start walking away before we could ask for anything else other than appetizer and meat. Out of the 4-5 groups in this room, she did spend a lot more time having conversations with one table, and even serving their food for them each time she'd do her rounds. I don't know if they're friends or that's the standard for people who are new to AYCE (all AYCE will ask that in order to guide new customers who are unfamiliar with the dining style), but it was a bit off-putting having to quickly spew my table's order in one go otherwise she'd just turn and leave at a moment of pause. Aside from that, we usually come here or the Elk Grove location and most visits are great, even seeing familiar faces sometimes so it makes dinner more fun. Service is always quick and food is always good. I like that we can waitlist on Yelp so we can see how busy it is and waitlist at the right time in order to arrive for/before check in.

Yelp
In a period of three days, I've come twice. Excellent service and excellent food both times. For lunch during the week, the price was very reasonable. It's only $26 for the lunchtime All you can eat. For a Korean barbecue, that's great. They have less items on the menu at lunchtime, but there are still more than enough to try. All of the banchan, (sides) I have tried were fantastic. When it's time to order food to grill, for each round, you can order up to three appetizers, three proteins, and unlimited veggies to grill along with your food. The food is brought to you by a robot, which is fun. I asked them to bring me smaller portions, and they did. That was nice, because I was able to try more items. For appetizers I've tried both the regular and the sweet chili potstickers, (not too sweet, and not overly spicy, ) the crispy, breaded, green beans, and the cheese, corn. I finally figured it out that you put the entire container on top of the grill, and that melts the cheese. Everything was beyond delicious. Some of the proteins I have had, were the Oz galbi, , the Hawaiian galbi, which are both deliciously marinated. The sesame beef was also well marinated, as was the Bulgogi, as well as the soy garlic Sam Gyup Sal. , (pork belly.). I also liked the garlic chicken, and the calamari steak. Cooking your own food on the grill is a lot of fun, and once the grill gets "gunked up", they are very good at coming by to give you a new grill plate. For dessert, one day I had the taiyaki, (a fish shaped cake with a sweet potato filling,) and the next time, I had the sesame balls with the sweet red bean filling. Both of the desserts were also a home run. Both times, I left totally stuffed. The Price after lunch, soda tax and tip was extremely reasonable, and they even offer a military/veterans discount. If I want Korean barbecue, this is where I will be coming from now on. Thank you

Yelp
Food was great, service was fast, first time there was around 2023 and never got to reviewing it but it was a good time there. Def recommend getting on their waitlist list that you can access online

Yelp
Came during lunch and it was great!. Able to get seated in under 5 minutes. Staff was helpful but our server was little rude. Didn't speak to us really but the food was good. This place is a great deal and worth the price point, at least for lunch it was. Plenty of meat selections, you cannot go wrong

Yelp
This was my second time visiting I decided to come for my birthday, but unfortunately, it'll be my last. When we arrived, I was told there's now a no stroller policy. I explained to the hostess that my son's stroller is medically necessary it's essentially his wheelchair. She brought a manager over, and after waiting about an hour, they discussed for several minutes whether or not they could seat us. Eventually, the hostess said they would "make an exception this time," but made sure to mention that the price is $35.99 per person. Once seated, our server repeated again that it would be $35.99 per person like we couldn't add it or were stereotyped, before even taking our order. I didn't hear them do that with surrounding tables Honestly, if we hadn't already waited so long, I would've left right then. The drink I ordered was good, but my water had some debris floating in it. The biggest disappointment was the food every cut of meat we received was still frozen, like it had just come straight from the freezer to the table. I took a few days before writing this because I didn't want to post out of frustration, but the overall experience was really disappointing especially for a birthday visit. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

Yelp
Came here on a Sunday morning, right as they opened. Staff were pleasant, attentive and informative on how to navigate the menu. Our server was pretty dope, and they came by frequently to ask if we wanted anything else. This review is moderately general, as I've only been to (1) Korean BBQ spot, and it was a bit different from this one. Food: 7.2/10 - Favorite meat by far was beef bulgogi, with the Hawaiian style pork as a second. - jalapeño cabbage was surprisingly tasty - sides: potstickers, fries, wings and desserts - meh I mean, for the experience, I would encourage checking them out. This isn't my preferred spot per se. Everything was fresh, prices were fair, and service was good. Note: the clothes you wear here will smell for a few days. Wash them that day if you can. I def had to step out midway through the meal as the smoke in there was a bit thick. Not sure if it was one table whose ventilation was off, or if this is how it normally is.

Yelp
Peter, I came back because you said the calamari steak was back. This is not it. That's cold

Yelp
We are regulars here. We are so thrilled that they brought Shaun back to the Bradshaw location! He is the best. He told us about the new Wagyu (from Japan) add on for $19.99. Ofcourse we said yes! He cooked and prepped it with the authentic wasabi sauce, Himalayan salt, and their special soy sauce mixture. It was so good and worth it! Shaun always take care of us everytime we come in. We were sad that he was gone to Elk Grove location but it was a nice surprise to see him back! He told us about the new location coming soon in Folsom and we are excited to go visit that location! Thanks Shaun for the superb customer service!

Amazing per usual ! We leave every time in a meat coma ... if you're carnivore, this is a place to be!

Yelp
How funnnn! Perfect date night. We did the all you can eat dinner (32.99 per person). I recommend the all you can eat lunch which is the same thing but 25.99 per person. You get to select 3 meats and 3 appetizers/desserts to grill at your table every "round". You must clear your 3 meats entirely to get another round where you can select 3 DIFFERENT (or the same) meats/ appetizers! Such a fun way to try new food. It also comes with complimentary white rice, any veggies you want to cook, and a bunch of korean side dishes to try. Definitely make a reservation or join the yelp waitlist. We joined the waitlist at 8:00pm on a Saturday and were seated at 9:00pm. (we were estimated 8:45-9:15)! Great experience!

Yelp
My initial thought of this Restraunt Oz was okay, once we met manager Chris our impression changed quickly. Chris's eagerness to give us top notch experience was a mind changer. The cherry on the cake was the very attentive waitress Tang that served us with speed, efficiency and a great smile. Thank you , thank you to the awesome staff at OZ Korean BBQ. Will definitely return and eager to our new friends,Chris and Tang again. BERTA AND JANET FAMILY OH YEH YUMMY YUMMY FOOD!!! Ambiance clean and nice.

Yelp
I've been going to Oz for years. I went here to eat dinner with friends. We always tip for great service. We love Korean BBQ. We had a drink while waiting at the bar - do not expect amazing drinks... you'll be disappointed. The food was great, as it's adequately seasoned and you cook it yourself. We had a horrible waitress. A sample of her many issues: we asked for our grill to be changed out, she declined and said to ask someone else to do it... this was towards the end of our visit... and it was only the second time we changed it the grill. She was rude, slow, and her personality was gross. But it's Oz, it isn't like it used to be. Her tip was equivalent to her work attitude: less than 5%.

Yelp
Excellent all you can eat kbbq in sac on the way back from a long day skiing. The meat was tender. The sauce option was great. The Korean chicken here was really good. I would just come for the chicken already. The service was fast. Much better pricing than Bay Area kbbq places. Not too Smokey from all the grills. But you still do smell like bbq afterwards. I will definitely come back again as the price is excellent.

Yelp
It's been little over 2 years since my family had been here since there are so many other KBBQ places. We decided to come back here for nostalgia since we haven't been here in a while and wow have they changed. Not sure if they just haven't been busy in general (I'm not too sure), but when we went, it was fairly slow. Didn't have to wait for a table, so keep all of this in mind. I don't know if we've just been spoiled at other KBBQ spots, but the service here was not great. I don't even remember our server (her name, what she looked like) because she was not memorable and rarely (if not ever) came to check in on us. I felt bad because we kept asking for things to other people working which I know is a secret no-no for workers because you're supposed to ask your server, but our actual server was never there so not sure what we were supposed to do. We were given 3 pieces of napkin for our family of 5, never had our water refilled, on our 3rd round of protein with no grill change, absolutely no talking from any of the workers (besides the introduction), plates literally just tossed onto the table without a word or a glance, and feeling like the workers were inconvenienced by us ordering more meat at an AYCE... Of course we would be asking for various things when our needs weren't met to begin with. The only highlight was the 2 guys that approached our table with food. It wasn't for our table, but that was the only friendly & upbeat exchange we had the whole time. It sounded like one of the guys was in training, but gosh I wish he was our server. The room we were in was quiet besides other families talking in the room, but workers were so loud in tossing their grills away that it killed every single conversation in the room with the sound of metals clanking away and she gave close to zero fucks. Overall, the food was decent but the service was disappointing. Sucks to see how my favorite childhood KBBQ is now but maybe I'm just used to other places where I don't have to flag down a worker every 5 minutes because I didn't have something that I should've had in the beginning anyway. We'll probably stick to the places we love that changes our grill every 15 minutes without even having to ask.

Yelp
I usually come to this location since it's closer to home, but is it just me or are the floors always kind of slippery? Anyway, we came in on a Friday night around 9pm and were honestly shocked there was no wait, especially with it being Mother's Day weekend. Our server was Ryan, and hands down, he's the BEST we've had here. He was super attentive from start to finish. Bringing us waters right away, taking our order quickly, refilling our drinks without us having to ask, and staying on top of swapping out our grills. He even transferred the food for us from the old grill to the new one each time! Seriously, Ryan went above and beyond. Big thank you to him for making our dinner such a great experience!

Yelp
If you want to wait an hour 45 minutes then come to this place. That's how long we waited and also had to kept checking on them.

Yelp
Delicious KBBQ experience! Came here for a little anniversary day lunch, my wife loves some KBBQ. We did the AYCE which is priced really well especially for the lunch price. The sides are all pretty decent, would have liked kimchi cucumbers instead of the radish stuff they offer, but not a big deal. Appetizers were fine, we did crispy green beans and pot stickers, decent but we were mostly focused on saving our appetite to pound down more meat. Really nice selection of meats, Oz galbi was our favorite by far, really really good, sliced pork belly in garlic marinade and chadol also good. Little robot brings some of your food out which was cool, but the human servers were really awesome and very friendly. Fresh fried sesame balls made for a nice dessert. Looking forward to the new Oz opening in Folsom/Palladio!

Yelp
Friends wanted to do dinner here this past weekend! 10/10 recommend!! We waited about 10 minutes for a table for 4. Service was quick, very attentive. Place is clean and organized inside. It does get busy the later you arrive so expect that. Food was really good and fresh! Only one we weren't a fan of was the calamari. All the beef and other seafood was delicious:)

Yelp
Food was really good. Service was espectacular. I don't recall our waiters name but he was very helpful with how it works for the ordering process and getting us new grills every time we needed one. Place was clean.

Yelp
If you have the pleasure of being served by Santi, you'll be well cared for. Truly exceptional. Anticipated my every need, and every other table's needs, at the same time, with poise and grace. Best service I've had in months, maybe years. Delicious food, by the way.
