They have been in business for about three months now (Aug. 2024) and the menu selection is good. I had a very tasty Reuben. It included a small side salad. Friendly people and good service. Coffee at $2.50 for a small is a better price than most coffee shops in this neighborhood. The atmosphere is fine but the reason I took off a star is the condition of the restroom. It could be cleaner (bottom of the toilet seat looks like it hasn’t been washed for a while). Sort of reminded me of a gas station’s toilet and we all know those are not usually the cleanest. Give it a try and I think you’ll agree they have good food. See the menu photo to learn more.

Accidental find on their 5th day open. Shared a Spicy Orange sandwich with my daughter after 2.5 hours on rented Segways. ABSOLUTELY delicious!! So flavorful and perfectly prepared. Eating there meant they included a delightful side salad. Lovely place, and some outside cafe tables to complement the interior seating. Perfect food on a perfect day. 😊

Service: immaculate. Food: incredible. Atmosphere: comforting. Everything you would want in your neighborhood deli. Got the “Al’s Special” would rate 10/10.

I grew up in pac heights. Nice to finally have a great spot to get a delicious breakfast sandwich/burrito. Always thought sf needed a place like this. My breakfast burrito was phenomenal and my gf who ran in to get it said the owners were incredible people. Great food. Great people. Great location. What’s not to like!!!

Delicious, fresh and simple! My husband and I split the vegetable sandwich and breakfast burrito. The burrito came out piping hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend for a quick and healthy lunch :)

Delicious sandwiches that are not run of the mill “deli” food. Creative combinations and deep flavors …big enough for 2 full meals and I’m a big eater! Friendly service, great food…I’m so happy for this new addition to the neighborhood! My goal is to go down the list and try all everything on the menu. So far, the tuna and the spicy chicken sandwich have honestly been some of the best I’ve had. Just yes!

Such an amazing new addition to the neighborhood! Came in craving a bagel sandwich and was greeted by the sweetest staff who custom crafted a delicious bagel sandwich that was exactly what I needed! Iced vanilla oat lattes were also a delight.

As someone who lived in NYC for 4 years, I love delis! PAC heights Delis definitely delivered as advertised adding an SF flair to a classic deli. We tried the breakfast sandwich and burritos and everything was delicious! We can't express enough how great the service was! The woman at the register checked in on us multiple times and gracious took out plates when we were finished ( we opted to eat there) Highly recommend Pac Heights Deli for a quick and delicious breakfast! This deli is such a wonderful addition to our neighborhood! I called Al this morning with a little bit of a complicated order for pick up since my friends want things split up and different substitutions. Al was so kind and generous and everything was executed perfectly. He carefully labeled everything for us exactly how I had explained on the phone and his attention to detail was unparalleled. The sandwiches were amazing (I loved the California with works!). The smoothies were excellent (Green Machine add strawberry is my suggestion), and it was packaged in a way that stayed perfect in a car. I will definitely be coming back many times over.

My favorite neighborhood deli! Everyone working here is so polite & the breakfast burritos are delicious.

Have yet to eat at Pac Heights but I chatted with the owner, Al, and he was very nice and excited about the new restaurant. He explained that everything on the menu is homemade and I like the "New York deli" concept wherein the food can be customized to the liking of the customer. Happy to have a new deli in the neighborhood and I look forward to eating here soon!

Came in for the grand opening with my friend and I'm so glad I did! Such a cute little deli with great vibes, great workers, and a great menu. You walk into a warm welcoming while listening to great tunes. Their menu consists of freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, salads, breakfast, and espresso options. I tried the cold California smoothie, the green machine smoothie (my favorite!!), and the Eat-Aliano sandwich. Their smoothies are so refreshing - literally tastes like summer. The bread is to die for in their sandwiches. There's cute props inside to take pictures with too. If you're in the Pacific Heights neighborhood make sure to stop by!

Got the turkey sandwich here and it was solid. Probably not a standout worth traversing town for, but if you live in pac heights (and are tired of limoncello, which is better) this is a solid option. It's pretty standard SF deli fare.

So excited to have Pac Heights Deli in the neighborhood! I stopped by today to grab a quick breakfast before taking my dog for a walk and the service was amazing. The service was so great, my fiancé insisted we go back for lunch to try their sandwiches. It's a cute little shop with a comforting ambiance, and I instantly knew I'd be a regular coming back with family and friends. We got their Big Burrito and Yoga Burrito for breakfast, and both got the California on Dutch Crunch for lunch. The burritos were filling, but not overwhelming. The California was equally good but I would've preferred a little more pesto. Thanks again and we'll be back soon!

Buzzing smoothie bar and deli on Fillmore and California. I stopped for a smoothie and it was refreshing. There's limited seating inside and a few tables outside. The staff are really nice and the place is clean overall. Will come by next for a bfast burrito

The avocado toast was awful. The toast was so hard I couldn't eat it, and the eggs were overcooked they were grey/green. Like dude how do you mess up an avo toast so badly

Due to a prior engagement, it took me over two weeks before I had a chance to try this new spot. I love great sandwiches and was hopeful this would be a winner. It's good, but not great. I ordered the Reuben and asked if they were willing to switch the meat from corned beef to pastrami. The owner said yes, so I was pleased and asked for double meat. While he was making it, the meat color looked off, so I double-checked to make sure the sandwich was made with pastrami, and he confirmed. When I got home, I found the meat was roastbeef. I guess my biggest frustration is that I asked him to reconfirm, and he didn't listen to me. Perhaps he's overwhelmed because this is still a new establishment. I would probably give them another try, but not anytime soon.

Great service and delicious food. I got The Hangover on sour dough for 11$. I would go again!

MUCH needed spot here on Fillmore - Al is a sweetheart and is always so fun to talk to. The lunch sandwiches, breakfast menu, and the smoothies are fantastic. There is the perfect selection of "grab and go" chips, drinks, and candy. Highly recommend this place and hope they're here to stay

The French roll sandwich was rock hard. When we told them, they made an excuse that it was "toasted". The bread was old. Gave them a second chance, rock hard old bagel and rotten potato salad. Gave us a replacement that was also... rock hard. Not normal when you can't bite into bread without hurting your tooth. We give up on this place

Nothing better than a good breakfast bagel sandwich, so we're excited Pac Heights Deli has arrived. Delicious sandwich, good coffee, great service, and as a gummy bear enthusiast I loved seeing the giant Haribo stand with all the different candy options haha. A proper bodega cafe experience, to grab a sandwich and soda/coffee at before heading to the park. We'll definitely be back!

Imagine having a breakfast experience that's affordable in this area. That's what you'd think after placing an order here. I ordered more than 1 thing and I didn't read the receipt with a "damn this shit is expensive." I ordered the Cali Sunny side (a fried egg and ham breakfast sandwich), a cappuccino and a bottled drink. It was around $20 not including tip. It is a casual experience so no server, but I want this business to do well. The sandwich was good, the bread was not too crunchy so if you prefer your toast on the soft side you will like it. Overall, give the place a try, you won't lose an arm and a leg doing so.

I wanna start by saying totally forgot to take pictures but i've been here about 3 times and tried different things, i think overpriced for store bought bread also the bagels are super dry and rubbery. The service is nice and friendly. The smoothies aren't that bad but not a personal favorite.

Was there for lunch and ordered the Fillmore. They were really accommodating and kind about my request to sub the mayo for mustard. Everyone from the manager to cashier were incredibly welcoming and kind. I love these types of local mom n pop type businesses! My sandwich was delicious, and I was impressed by their selection of beverages. Looking forward to trying their falafel and dolmas next.

So glad we got a deli in our hood! I've had lunch and breakfast here and both were great. Definitely keeping it in rotation.

I happened to be in the neighborhood to check out Pac Heights Deli early this morning. I met Al, the owner. He was very nice and greeted me at the counter. I ordered the Big Burrito and the California sandwich. My son loved the burrito. It was very tasty. I ate half of my California sandwich and my daughter ate the second half. We both enjoyed the signature sandwich. My son also like the coffee too. I am so happy to accidentally stopped in here. I will come back to the deli to support his small business.

Whaaaaaaat??? A New York bodega in pac heights??? What else could we ask for? Talk about quality... fast service.. and everything is so fresh, I tried the Reemo's smoothie and oh man it's a die for. Al the owner is doing this out of love, just go in there and ask for the Spicy Orange sandwich and watch how he cooks the chicken from scratch right in front of you.. oh man the smell while you wait makes you want to order another sandwich for dinner, I'll see you daily pac heights. Thank you for coming into my neighborhood.

Good sandwiches, large portions, friendly staff, fast service. The grocer nearby used to do sandwiches but hasn't for some time. This place fills an important niche in the neighborhood, and does it well. Hours are great too: I can get a sandwich for breakfast lunch or dinner, and I have done so!

Solid addition to the neighborhood. Owner was friendly and accommodating to our little one. Breakfast sandwich had fresh cooked eggs, ham off the bone and a flaky croissant. 2 tables for eating outside.

Amazing. Congrats to Al and his team. Sandwiches are off the hook. Pac Heights Fav was the best especially grilled on Gluten Free bread. Wishing them much success and the neighborhood needs this!
