Italian food with a fresh, unexpected twist! We had the Chef’s Special (everyone at the table has to joins in) a great way to sample it all. Tasty antipasti, rich pasta with pulled beef, delicate fish with veggies in a green sauce, and a perfect lemon crumble cake to finish the night. Great wine selection and good advises by the service. Our guy was fun, attentive and brought free water throughout, a rare but welcome touch. A clear recommendation!

Incredible, amazing and fantastic. I was here for my birthday and it was such a lovely evening, the staff was wonderful and they even put a little candle in my dessert🌸 Every dish is delicious and cohesive, there are NO misses on the sharing menu, which is actually crazy. The ragu was to die for and I dream of the crunchy unripe peaches and the fried polenta bites. It’s rare that I leave a restaurant feeling like I experienced a new flavour or texture, but here I was so pleasantly surprised! Honestly just the best of Italy and a must visit! 🌸

Had a lovely birthday dinner here. Made a last-minute waiting list reservation, and walked by the restaurant without any guarantee of a table. However, thankfully, the staff was able to accommodate us. Must’ve been my lucky day! My wife and I had the chef’s menu. Every dish was superb and delicious. My favorite was the pasta genovese. My Negroni was one of the best I’ve ever had. Excellent value for the quality of the food and the attentive service and attention to detail. I won’t ruin it, but the tables have a hidden trick that will blow your mind. A subtle infusion of Danish design expertise into this gem of an Italian restaurant.

Had a pleasant dinner at Paesano. We were seated at the counter in front of the kitchen, got the chance to talk several times with the owner, who was a wonderful chef from Napoli. Great food, good service, nice atmosphere. Come and eat here.

Fantastic relaxed Neapolitan restaurant in the trendy area of Norrebro, on Jægersborggade street. The dishes were superb and very much like tapas. I sat at the counter and got to watch the dishes being prepared which was a great experience. Everyone was super professional and friendly, particularly Erica. I felt like I was invited to friend’s house for dinner, which was a wonderful experience, being my first visit to Copenhagen. My favorite dish was the Ricciola in Giardiniera, which was very flavorful. I was solo on this trip, but my partner who is a foodie and has very high standards would love this place. On my next trip to Copenhagen, I’ll will bring her and we’ll definitely visit Paesano so she could experience it. Highly recommend Paesàno’s to anyone into excellent a Neapolitan dinner experience.

Visited in April 2025. We tried the Montanara and polpo and potatoes from the regular menu, plus a farinata con sarde and trippa from the daily specials. The food was interesting and tasty, although I personally expected more from the fried minj pizza. The octopus dish was amazing though - served still sizzling, and with all its ingredients cooked perfectly. I love octopus and I believe this was the best octopus dish that I have ever tried. Service was very good - the waitress was both friendly and professional, and she explained the menu before taking our order. The restaurant itself is nice, and the under-the-table hidden cutlery system is pretty cool. The restaurant got a bit loud though - I guess a combination between the acoustics, the music, and a large group at a nearby table. I would recommend improving the drinks selection - whike there are lots of good options for wine and a few options for beer and cocktails, some craft sodas or some mocktails would be nice to have. Overall, I can recommend Paesáno, and I'd happily come back for more octopus and trying out new daily specials.

Amazing experience, service was fast and excellent. Small dishes are great for sampling and tasted even better. Would 100% visit again.

Stop what you are doing right now and make a booking at Paesano. What a great experience! The service was flawless - such a lovely team of people with great energy and great recommendations. The ambience was so cool. Very trendy yet still had a feeling of authentic Italian. Lovely decor and very cozy inside. BUT THE FOOD Absolutely delicious. We loved every single dish and will definitely return one day. Lovely fresh pasta, good flavours, interesting combinations, great portion sizes! A wonderful combination of vegetarian or meaty options too.
