"Palace isn’t strictly a bar. The South Beach LGBTQ+ classic serves food too, but you really come here to drink and watch drag, which pretty much makes it a bar in our eyes. This place is open till 2am during the week (and usually later on weekends), but the best time to come here is for their famous drag brunch. The food is food, and not the reason you come here. You come to sip as many mimosas as you want for two hours while witnessing the best sidewalk drag show of your life.
