Dining Magnate Tilman Fertitta Has a Steak-Obsessed New Restaurant in the Works - Eater Houston

"Chef Ryan Hildebrand, who formerly ran Triniti and FM Kitchen and Bar, has a new project in the works. Hildebrand is developing the menu for a new entertainment complex called Palace Social, set to open in Spring 2021 in the former Palace Lanes bowling alley at 4191 Bellaire Boulevard. The 30,000 square-foot complex will include an eight-lane bowling alley, an arcade, event spaces, karaoke rooms, an e-sports lounge, and a full-service bar and a restaurant that will serve brunch, lunch and dinner. 'The menu will include modern takes on Southern regional classics with a nostalgic nod to the diner-style history of Palace Bowling Lanes,' Hildebrand said in a press release." - Brittanie Shey

The food was good but the level of service is 100% INFLATED. after I expressed that there's NO NEED fir a waitress/waiter; the front desk host INSISTED it would be better so that we could get service.. she neglected to mention that you could simply order food at the desk. But that would take away from the gratuity which is ALL THEY'RE CONCERNED ABOUT. So moving forward we will just si in any lounge area which is more comfortable anyways plus keeps money in your pocket instead of feeding there's. It's not about being cheap it's about paying for what YOU WANT instead of what THEY WANT YOU TO HAVE.

We hosted our annual employee appreciation party here for the past three years and it's always been such a great time for our team. Last night Nikiah (our party host) and Joanna (the event coordinator/manager) were amazing, I appreciate them so much for helping us pull off such a successful event. Anything I needed, they were right there to help me make it work. The food was amazing and the ice cream bar was such a hit! The staff was also very kind. 10/10 would recommend.

Decent drinks, tasty appetizers, and bowling. Cool little place to come for a fun night. I have no complaints.

My son recently had his birthday party at Palace Social and it was phenomenal. Our event coordinator, Erin, was on point. She made the entire process incredibly easy and created a custom VIP party. The assistant general manager, David, was awesome. He personally made sure our experience was solid from start to finish. Amber, our party host, was attentive and friendly. From bowling to playing the sports simulator and games in the arcade, Palace Social is the perfect party place. The kids loved the XD Dark Ride and wanted to go on over and over again. The parents had a great time too. There were plenty of games, food, and much needed drinks for the adults. I highly recommend Palace Social for events, parties, or date night. Thank you to the entire team for making my son's birthday an unforgettable experience!

If you're looking for one venue to both host a meeting in a private room, then finish the day with games and fun, look no further than Palace Social. This arcade/restaurant offered a perfect balance to get work done, and unwind at the end of our meeting. The customer service was great with staff always ready to assist. A few last minute alterations to our request were accommodated and our whole team enjoyed the venue. Thank you again.

The Arcade Hawk

Google
Pretty nice arcade! Games can get expensive (around $2 per play) and some maintenance issues were present, however we were able to win a large prize!

Had an absolute blast on my visit. The manager was very accommodating and promptly addressed the concerns of my guests. The lemon lime wings were delicious and we had so much fun bowling and riding the virtual roller-coaster. My friends and I will definitely be back soon for another night of 🍻 and 🎳.

Palace Social was so much fun. We had a held a team event here. Bowling, games and a great place to get some Social photos. I highly recommend. Valet parking is available.

Yelp
Came in on a Friday night for date night a few hours before close. It was lively but not too busy, so we didn't have to wait to be sat down at the table. Our waitress was out quickly took our orders pretty fast and our drinks came out fairly quickly. I ordered a chipotle pineapple daiquiri and it was really good, tasted like spicy pineapple juice. My date ordered some type of cosmo it wasn't my favorite but he liked it. As far as the food I ordered their chicken sandwich and it was great, the chicken was good and the slaw added a nice crunch and freshness to it. It also didn't make the buns soggy so that was good. My date ordered the phillycheeese steak and it was alright we both agreed my sandwich was better. Overall, solid food options and I'd eat there again if I'm coming to bowl. Activities wise, since it wasn't too but we only had to wait half an hour to bowl. While we waited we played games in the arcade. It's small but it had a surprising amount of games and cool VR things. Most people were there on dates as well so there weren't a lot of screaming crying kids and that was definitely nice. We had a good time bowling. We ended up going back the following Sunday to waste the rest of our game card credits at the arcade. Same vibe just less busy. It's a cute place and I'd definitely recommend going in for date night!

Yelp
We came here to do some bowling on Father's Day and had a good time! They have a cool setup with a restaurant area, game room, ice cream station, and bowling lanes. Lots of room to chill if you're not participating in the games as well. They do not take reservations for bowling and you rent the lanes by the hour, so we did have a 30-minute time once we got on the list. That time was easily spent messing around in the arcade though which was fun. Once we got our lane, we had prompt service to order drinks and food. The menu has a little something for everyone. We got some wine and some cocktails. The drinks were just OK to me and so was the food. It felt a little overpriced in general for what we were getting. We ended up dropping about 125.00 per person between food, drinks, and bowling. While they kept the table clean, the floor area where you sit to eat and bowl could be cleaned better between sets as there was food all over the floor which was kind of gross to me, but it's kid kid-friendly place so not surprising really.

Yelp
I visited Palace Social for a recent work event with some colleagues and wasn't sure what to expect as it was my first time going. Upon arrival, we were quickly put in contact with our event host who showed us the facilities. We had two lanes booked for bowling with an array of food setup by our lanes as well as token cards for games and the ability to do virtual reality/ the 3D game center. The entire place was clean and well lit up ... a fun environment. There are eight lanes of bowling so its a small bowling center but it was plenty for a weekday. We quickly checked the players into their lanes and got to bowling. I thought it was fun how you could customize the bowling lane grids/TVs with photos to make it more personable. For food, we had quite a bit (chips w/ trio dips, spinach and artichoke dip, hummus w/ veggies and pita, mini corndogs, quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, taquitos, fried pickles, fried mushrooms and wings). Individually, we all ordered drinks as well. While nothing was bad, I would say the food and drinks were just OK with the quesadilla and spinach artichoke dips being the best things. With that said, it's good for a kids party or a small corporate event. The best part of the entire night was the 3D game play though. This isn't something I expected to like but it was so much fun with my team and the highlight of the night. Overall, this is a place I'd go again and one I'd recommend for future work events.

Yelp
This is a great place if you're looking for casual and fun! Great for a date night or family night out. There is plenty of food and drink (though some of their cocktails are a little pricey), and everything is really good. We went for a family fun night including bowling and dinner, and everyone loved what they had. I had the Palace Salad, which was delicious and a generous portion. A lot of the rest of the table got hamburgers, and really enjoyed them. The fries were a particular favorite! The bowling is really fun and easy. We went on a night when they were having a promotion and bowling was half off the hourly rate for the lane. It was a great deal!

Yelp
Came here with some friends for a birthday celebration. The bartenders will definitely take care of you here. A lot of food options here - spinach and artichoke dip was really good (not pictured). I also ordered the shrimp po boy (also not pictured) which was also really good with the heat level. You can bowl here and play arcade but friends and I just caught up and chatted with the bartenders. Fun environment for a big group of folks! Each month they have different drink specials that are all worth a try.

Yelp
Whatever they pay the staff who tends to private parties, they need to double it. We had a great birthday party Saturday May 20 at 11am. I can't remember our attendant's name but she was really nice and helpful. The pizza was delicious and so was the ice cream. It's much more chill and clean than main event and the vibe is kind of hipster. Also the bathrooms were clean. We will be back.

Yelp
It's a nice place to take the kids for a night of bowling. I went for my granddaughter's 5th birthday, my boys really enjoyed the game room area. The happy hours are perfect...

Yelp
This place is amazing! On December 9th our small company held our annual Christmas party here. We normally have a sit-down, dressed-up company dinner party, but we decided to have a fun and relaxed time this year. I am sure glad we picked this place! The Event Coordinator Rebekah Henson was such a pleasure to work with, she handled everything leading up to our event with urgency, and accuracy. She made my job so much easier. Fast-forward to the day of our event... Upon walking in I was taken away by the decor, the facility was immaculate, squeaky clean, and had a good feel to it. Do you know when you walk into a place and just know you will have a good time? Well, that's how I felt. Everything was perfect and there were plenty of waiters and staff handling our party to where there was no one without a drink or food they desired. I would like to mention that every last wait staff we had attending our party was authentically polite. Each one of them made sure to dance and laugh with us in between bringing drinks, and food, or just checking in with a smile. (whoever hired these guys, KUDOS!) First, we started with bowling. I needed to extend our bowling time and was allowed to do so even though it was a strain for the site. I talked to the manager on duty, and she kindly worked with me to ensure that since we loved bowling so much, we could extend our time. We then moved on to our private karaoke room. The staff moved our food to our room so that way we could just stroll there without a care in the world. The karaoke room was nice and had an open setup. Oh!! I must have tried 5 or 6 different food items :-) and everything was tasty! The serving sizes for every item served were immense, and many of us had doggy bags on the way out. We enjoyed every second of our annual Christmas party, and that was made possible because of the team at Palace Social. I was so impressed I came back two days later with my family to enjoy time here with my little one. He enjoyed himself greatly also and called it his new favorite place. We stayed in the game area which had tons of cool games. I'm a stickler for cleanliness even the restrooms were impressive. lol I will be a repeat customer of this location! Palace Social was the BEST experience thus far!

Yelp
This place is not worth any cent. The service was not good and it was filthy. I wish I could get all my mom back.

Yelp
The food and ambiance was incredible. We celebrated my adult daughter's birthday with family and really enjoyed the service and fun. If I lived closer I would definitely go more often.

Yelp
Palace Social is a great vibe especially for a date night, or girls night out! Their food is amazing as well! We all got an appetizer and tasted each. Everyone's appetizer was amazing. We all ordered entrees and no one was disappointed. Our waiter Chloe was also AMAZING! She made sure we had everything we needed and was so kind!!

Yelp
This was my first visit. And it was fun for my first trip to Pasadena. The staff was friendly, environment was fun and they wasn't a long wait for any activity. Great evening was worth the drive

Yelp
My adult Chuck E. Cheese dream! I love the set up and decor. Restrooms are clean, decent sized arcade area, plenty of things to keep everyone in the family/friend group entertained. They even have karaoke, golf simulator, and e-sports gaming section in the back! Drinks are reasonably priced and actually strong. I didn't get a chance to bowl but the lanes appear to be slightly waxed. My time here was short so I'll have to come back to experience everything they have to offer.
google avatar

Morgan L.

Yelp
A little pricey to bowl, but overall, we had a fun time. The atmosphere and service is great.. However, the food is average - would suggest eating a nice dinner elsewhere before going to bowl.
google avatar

Ellie L.

Yelp
The drinks and food is amazing although they do take awhile to attend you, they have bowling and an arcade, if you choose to go to the arcade the card itself is $2 which isn't all too bad; my favorite part is that kids eat FREE Tuesdays 10yrs and under.

Yelp
I have come to Palace Social a few times in the last month or so and I keep coming back because this place has major potential. I think they have a few kinks they still need to work out in order for it to be the IT spot for dining and entertainment. The times I have been, I have met up friends to have a night doing activities. Typically we come and have drinks at the bar while we wait for our party. I will start off by saying the bartenders do an awesome job and are very friendly. When our party arrives we ask to close out and they have this thing where your tab just follows you around to all the activities. That is very cool in my opinion. Problem is, they never separate checks correctly even after we all open different tabs with different cards. They just assume who is with who and add accordingly. This creates a little bit of chaos when it is time to close out. When you do get the bill, it is never an itemized bills, its just the bill you sign. I like to see what I was charged for. They will print one out if you ask. I know now to ask because there is always someone else's item on my bill. On to some of the good things. I have only ate here on one of the occasions and it was a very solid meal. We had some nachos to start with which were a nice portion and it was definitely great bar food. I shared the chicken fried steak meal with someone and it was great for an establishment like this. They really do a good job on the food here, I will give them that. They also have good options as far as beer and cocktails go. The gaming options are really cool here. The arcade is very kid friendly and pretty small. They also have all kinds of virtual reality experiences as well as karaoke rooms and gaming rooms. What we usually come for is bowling. It is not the cheapest around but it does not break the bank. They charge by the hour and for shoes. There is only 8 lanes, so make sure you get on one before it gets busy. It is smaller than your average bowling alley but it'll do the trick when you want to bowl. All in all, Palace Social is a cool spot that has alot of potential. I won't go out of my way to rush back, but if I am invited to meet here, I won't turn down an invite either. Hopefully they work out those few kinks mentioned above!

Yelp
My son wanted to come here to celebrate his birthday with bowling at the Bellaire location. We arrived at 11:30am on a Saturday morning and there was 1 birthday party going on and another family bowling. We were able to get a lane for a party of 9 with no wait time. There were 2 servers who immediately brought us waters and answered any questions we had. We ordered the wings (Buffalo, garlic Parmesan, and lemon pepper), French fries, pepperoni flatbread and supreme flatbread. The food was excellent!!! I forgot to take pictures as we were just enjoying the moment. The one thing that really stood out to me was how clean everything was. I took my 10 month old to the restroom to change her diaper and the bathroom was so clean and I could smell the bleach. By the time we were leaving at 2pm it was definitely starting to get crowded as more parties were starting, so I would def suggest coming early. This is a great family friendly establishment and I will definitely be back.

Yelp
Eh. It's just alright. I came here for the "palace play hours" so I thought it would be a pretty good time to check this place out since it was only $34. So I thought the dark ride was super cool; the woman who assisted us was very nice. The arcade was pretty kiddish and SUPER small, I wouldn't recommend it for adults. My favorite part was the VR game. I've always wanted to experience what it would be like to play a VR game and it was a lot of fun. The time spent on it was pretty short sadly; I wish it lasted a longer time. I think if you come during "palace play hours" (11am-6pm Monday-Friday's) then it's SOMEWHAT worth it but if you're coming during normal hours then I don't think it's worth it. Kinda pricey for what you get.

Naimeh R.

Yelp
food was pretty bad. i tried the pickle chips, taquitos and nachos... all horrible drinks were terrible.. don't think the bartender has made a drink before honestly service was the worst. in the bowling alley as well as the restaurant. ridiculously bad. took asking 5 times to get a new drink. forgot to bring us the waters we asked for. forgot to bring the plates and forks we needed for the bday cake we brought. also just something insanely stupid that happened- I ordered a bottle of sauvignon blanc and i was brought 2 glasses of red wine just don't come here
google avatar

Michael J.

Yelp
Ambiance and service are great here. The kids love it here and it's close to their school so they run into friends a lot. The food is just ok. I was expecting better than bowling alley food taste but it's about that level to me.
google avatar

Lynn D.

Yelp
Unlike other entertainment places, the food is DELICIOUS. Melt in your mouth type. Lowkey, I'd come here just for the food itself. Compliments to the chefs because they out-done themselves. However, the bar is sub-par but maybe it's because it was a long night and was crowded. The arcade game is filled with the normal usual games like ring toss, basketball, air hockey, etc. The selection is not wide but still fun. There is also computer gaming, golf and baseball simulation, and karaoke rooms that you can try. Overall, this place is amazing and great to take a large group of people because there is a wide variety of things you can do here. Also, shout-out to Ashley and Rikki for being the most amazing people you could ever meet - they made my whole experience better!
google avatar

Yelp
Didn't realize this was the old Palace Lanes that I grew up attending with my parents during their bowling league tournaments! Loved how they have transformed the area! My friends and I had a great time here for my pre birthday festivities! The food was delicious and the drinks were good! I had to order an extra shot with my margarita(s) because I didn't think they would be strong but I felt it the next morning lol! The only thing I didn't like or wish was told to us prior to purchasing our one Hour was if you pay for the one hour to bowl and you choose to purchase another hour you have to put your name back on the waiting list. I would have purchase 2 hours if we had known that. All in all I will be back and have less margaritas!
google avatar

Kyrstal W.

Yelp
Family friendly place with great customer service. Arcade was a great size and all the games worked . Kids really enjoyed the VR games the most. Bowling was also a hit. We didn't play the golf simulator but it looked really cool. Definitely recommend and will return.

Yelp
Had a quick stop and enjoy this fun vibrant family establishment.. we got a chance to partake the 4D experience which was so much fun but not long enough but had fun with it.. great spot to spend the day wit. The entire family. Food, games and drinks

Yelp
Dear gamers....if you have not made it to the palace social you must visit. It's got it all, but at the same time it doesn't feel so big, and overwhelming. You can bowl (put your name on the list, can get busy on weekends), play games, eat, or even plan an ice cream social....it's a really fun place for adults and kids!

LaKeisha F.

Yelp
This has been one of the worst experiences I ever had. After about 3 different waiters/waitresses, wrong orders, and rude customer service... our server told our table of 20 that we could only have 1 check. The frustration came from the manager saying that it was our responsibility to read it on the menu BEFORE we ordered. If you look at the picture attached, that rule is in blue at the bottom of the menu. The manager took no accountability and put all of the responsibility back on us.
google avatar

Fabian R.

Yelp
Perfect Sunday for bowling called for a stop here. You want to be on the look out when driving down the street so you don't pass it. It's pushed back in the parking lot of alongside other businesses. The place is very well decorated and well lit. There was an hr wait for bowling so I decided to step over to the bar and grab a bite. The menu has a wide variety to offer and even a solid late night options for those out after 10. The meatloaf food was spot on and very tasty. The nachos on the other hand weren't that grab. The cheese is kinda shitty. After my meal I went over to bowl, I will say the lanes are shorter than your traditional, but there are cool features on the display to play around with to make the game a bit more fun. My experience was a good one overall and I will be back.
google avatar

Shana C.

Yelp
We had an office lunch & play event here and it was so much fun. Food was great and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend this place for any event for business or personal. Getting the Palace Play cards and using during their Palace Play Hours special was a great deal.
google avatar

Katie W.

Yelp
We love palace social to hang out and take our kids to play. It's the perfect spot in West U/ Bellaire to escape the summer heat and have a cocktail while the kids play in the arcade. They have about 6 bowling lanes also with service and all the food we have had has been super tasty! Very friendly and helpful staff and they have done a great job of keep the arcade clean as opposed to most which just look gross and sticky after too much use.
google avatar

Crystal John K.

Yelp
Great place to take the kids. They have food, bowling, arcade and VR gaming. The kids love it here. Definitely will be back.
google avatar

Yelp
5 star experience for their opening week. There are some kinks that need to be sorted. For one, the signage is pretty poor - we drove by several times not realizing the entrance is hidden between Methodist and an ENT clinic. If you squint really hard you can see the Palace sign at the bottom. Also their notification system for getting your bowling reservation is buggy, after 2 hours we realized they had forgotten about us. That being said, there's plenty to do here and it really is a great hangout spot with friends. I got a margarita which was pretty strong. I wasn't sure how reliable the kitchen was so opted for chips and dip trio (weirdly overpriced) and the ice creams sundae (pretty good). My friend enjoyed his burger. The atmosphere has a cool retro vibe, even down to the bathrooms. I hope everything stays as clean as it is now! The arcade has a ton of game options and there's even a separate room for computer gaming. The simulation bays for golf and baseball were pretty popular. The only empty area was the karaoke rooms.
google avatar

Christina B.

Yelp
It's a neat place, for sure. The bowling area is a bit crowded but there's lots of seating to either chill or eat. There's definitely lots to do, but wait times are a little long right now. There's a VR game area, 4D theatre, sport simulation thing, and a computer lounge as well as an iPad station. The arcade has the typical games, but is smaller and some of the games weren't working or even on. On to the food! The Corny Dogs were made with a tasty sausage and we re-used the Ponzu Mustard on the BBLT, which was a little over-toasted. The Bayou Shrimp Roll was pretty tasty and reminded me of tuna/chicken salad. The fries are well-seasoned and the fruit in the kid's meal was very fresh. The star of the meal were the Lemon Brussel Sprouts. We asked for more of the Agave-Lemon Vinaigrette. Finished off with the Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie a la Mode (which takes 10 minutes, so factor that in when you decide to order). It was ooey. It was gooey. It was good. Simple but delicious. "Hell Yeah," according to Esposo. We should have requested 2 scoops of ice cream, is that a thing? Service was a little slow, but the manager (I think) checked in at our table a few times.
google avatar

Shawna W.

Yelp
Great place to come bring the family for some fun. Small bowling ally but large restaurant, arcade, and virtual games. We didn't try the food but planning on coming back.
google avatar

Mia W.

Yelp
Very cool looking place. Layout, furnishings and decoration have a fun vibe. The bowling area and arcade is very small. The arcade is nice and new with VR game/ride, however the games are all overpriced and doesn't have the greatest selection, as they're all play to win tickets. The prize section for the tickets is very mediocre items. You use a reloadable card to play games which we didn't like...The bowling itself was $36 for a quick game in a lane (not sure if that includes show rental). They also offer food and drinks, although we didn't try that out. Service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, found it very overpriced for what you get here.
google avatar

Erin T.

Yelp
This place is HUGE. We had such a great time here. We had a party of 8 and spent 6 hours here on a Saturday. It was crazy. The time passed by so fast because we were having such a great time. There are lots of things to do. Something for everyone. We bowled, did the Omni Arena, arcade games, VR room for an hour, had lunch, and still didn't do everything!! Bring your wallet, you are gonna need it!

Kennedy W.

Yelp
Great place but food and drink are bit over priced compared to most! The server was good but slow I'm sure he was new. Very clean place and cute.
google avatar

KyVonne L.

Yelp
This is a fun date night spot! I went on a saturday afternoon and it was packed with kids. Not a bad thing- just an FYI. I had a few drinks at the bar and I loved the selection. The bowling is fun but I think it's a bit expensive for the time that you get but It's still worth checking out for sure!!
google avatar

La Dora M.

Yelp
Just went for a quick date night in a Sunday to play arcade games and have a cocktail before a long week. I think the decide and environment is chic laid paid something fun for the entire family member or crew. I had the pineapple daiquiri with Malibu delicious fresh and large glass.
google avatar

Jaime G.

Yelp
Hadn't been here since it was only Palace Lanes. What a great spot now. We enjoyed our charcuterie board and bowling. The guys were able to watch the basketball game too. I'm ready to go back.
google avatar

Astrid Y.

Yelp
The place is nice and new, has a great arcade and bowling section is small but suitable. I always give places a second chance so I came back after my first visit to bowl. I hoped things would have changed with the service and hospitality. You walk in to either a empty front area or a grumpy looking person. They act like there being bothered and regrettably point you in the right direction. To another person unhappy and hates their job. I had to ask 4 times for them to put bumpers in and then sarcastically told there doing it right now. This place needs new management, one thing that was good was our server, Christian who greeted us with a warm smile and happy to be at work attitude. I had to ask multiple people if someone could wait on us. Please fix this place up.
google avatar

T V.

Yelp
Cool place to chill with a variety of things to do! They had a nice game room, arcade, nice dining and drinks, a VR, a golf stimulator, and bowling. The place was great. The only reason I took a star away from being 5 was the bowling lanes were a little cramped and had a strange setup. I was in a group of four and we barely had a spot to sit and we were facing their backs. Other than that the place is great.
google avatar

Mary P.

Yelp
The vibe is not bad and the place is cute! HOWEVER, if you want to go bowling you can't book a lane before you go. I tried going twice. One time we called ahead and they said that there were no private events so we should be okay to bowl, my group of friends showed up and a whole birthday party was happening! I also came another time w my sister and we showed up to bowl 2 hours before closing and there was a waitlist. Very inconvenient and they need to change bowling to booking a lane ahead of time.

Yelp
I took my niece and nephew here a week ago on a Saturday evening and we all loved it. It was great to enjoy the sports on the bar TV while the kids enjoyed themselves.
google avatar

Yelp
We had a really good time. Service was wonderful. Ca' nya and Asia took great care of our bigger party with kids and older grandparents. The kids enjoyed bowling and the arcade room and just the fun of running around. We did go early because around 7 or 7:39 it turned into a young adult scene which seemed fun as well!

Yelp
You know, people never cease to amaze me. I'm here celebrating a birthday for a Friend of my son and hear a bunch of people at a table near me getting upset because they chose not to read the menu and were taken back by the fact that they tried not to follow the policy of the establishment and wanted to do whatever they wanted. Did you have more than one waitress? Yes because this place works as a team and a darn good one at that Did the manager explain to you that you had the policy on your hand the entire time and chose to ignore it? Yes Did you act entitled and try to push off any responsibility you had for your own actions? ABSOLUTELY! Come on now, it's easy to blame everyone except the person in the mirror isn't it? It's really too bad you are upset because of the consequences of your own actions. The place did their job and posted it on the menu, that is what was required and you chose to act out. Stop being petty and act like adults or perhaps go through a drive through next time

Yelp
I went with my husband and had a blast. I hope they do well. The only negative was the food. The menu is ambitious but the Mac we got tasted like it had freezer burn.

Yelp
We come here at least once a month, however our experience yesterday was disappointing. My husband tried to order drinks at the bar. Bartenders were deliberately ignoring him, tossed a menu and rudely placed his drink down. No ounce of customer service. We decided to sit down & dine because my husband had to be on call at 7pm. It was around 6pm at this point. The hostess in yellow was polite, but nobody came to check on us for 20 mins. We left.

Yelp
My son loves to come to this place. He's 5 and it's perfect for his age! It's not overwhelmingly crowded like a Dave and busters or Chuck E. Cheese, which I love!! I can load his game card, set up at a table in front of the arcade and let him play until his hearts content. And when he wants me to join, it's fun for me too! They have a substantial menu and full bar. They have bowling and some other things but I haven't done it to comment on it. Perfect family night date!

Yelp
Super cute space and just the right size for entertaining small or bigger groups. The food and service were excellent. Great beer selection too!

Yelp
The food is alright but for a bowling ally this is great. We liked the service but the golf simulator was a challenge to figure out. Overall even later at night this place has a good ambiance and I would go again.
