"Rib-sticking Cuban classics — picadillo, vaca frita, sweet fried maduros — shine a short walk away at Doña Eutimia, a casual restaurant tucked into the buzzy Callejon del Chorro. Regulars order the saucy ropa vieja reinvented with lamb (those darn beef shortages) and ask for (free!) refills of the velvety black beans." - Anya von Bremzen

"Doña Eutimia, Cuba Once you’ve found the restaurant, tucked away in an alley off the Plaza de la Catedral in Old Havana, you’ll discover why Leticia Abad’s ropa vieja is widely considered the best in the city. Tables are few and in high demand, so make a reservation for dinner. Callejón del Chorro No. 60-c, Plaza de la Catedral, Habana Vieja, 53/(0) 7-861-1332. This appeared in the October 2013 issue."

This place is another tourist stop to taste authentic Cuban food. The prices are high for the average tourisy Cuban restaurant. Even in the low season, expect a waiting line and to spend ~25€ per person for 1 entry, a drink, and a main dish. It is busy but recommended for a one-time experience.

Good food but now days you have better options all around old habana. Best frozen mojito in Habana.

This was our favorite meal in Havana. The service, the bean soup, fish and Ron Collins were AMAZING. I compared every place other place we ate to this one and this one won overall every time!

This was a disappointment meal. The fish seemed like it was frozen. The bean and rice was ok. The drinks lacked flavor. But this isn’t specific to this restaurant unfortunately. Cuba doesn’t seem to have the best food team.

Great empanadas and the ropa vieja was good. Value for money was on point. Distributing Christmas lights killed the atmosphere in the restaurant with constant flashing

One of our absolute favorite dinner spots in Havana. It's amazing in every way. Classic sensibility, with a hip, lively vibe. Fantastic food and the best Sangria we've ever had. We still dream about it. Can't wait to get back! If I could give it 6 stars, I would. Highly recommended.

Tasty cuban food. The atmosphere is quite relaxed and the variety of food is good. The quality and flavor of the food is really nice. I had a good time at this restaurant

This is a bit of a mixed review because we went to this paladar twice during our stay in Havana. The first time, our server and all of the staff were lovely and the food was delicious! (We got the ropa vieja and the cubed pork.) The second time, they did not have some items available from the menu, but the staff was also a bit rude, throwing the change on the table because I guess he was expecting to keep more of a tip than the 10% already included in the bill.
