Great restaurant with nice Ambience and suitable for private events. It is quite and spacious for small to big groups. The food quality is great though we had limited options for Vegetarian.. There are plenty of parking outside of the restaurant and it is located across the beautiful park where kids can play as well along with eating out. The staff is helpful and courteous. It is beautifully decorated specially now for Christmas which is irresistible for taking photos. I feel the food is little pricey but the Restaurant ambience and location justifies the pricing.

If you are looking for a spot that knows how to do drinks and appetizers right, Palato absolutely delivers. The vibe is lively, social, and energetic. This is not a quiet sit in the corner kind of place. It is perfect for catching up with friends, starting the night with cocktails, or just enjoying a fun atmosphere without feeling rushed.

Fantastic!! The BEST rigatoni I have ever had, truly. The tomato sugo makes a huge difference in the quality of the meal and truly makes this meal unique from other italian spots. Our waiter was extremely kind, along with the rest of the staff. Both managers were very attentive and ensured a pleasant experience, especially Carl! The menu is short and sweet, but you can be sure you’ll get a great quality meal out of it! The food truck nearby is open F-Sun from 11am-7pm for some more causal bites as well. The place is very tidy, clean, and stylish. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

The ambience was beautiful. My server was great. He held a great conversation and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The menu lacked different traditional mixed drinks and boasted many spritz and narrow a selection of beers. The bread was to die for the vinegar and oil was so good the ricotta pasta Definitely needs more cheese, but you can ask for ricotta on the side to add yourself but besides that it’s dry and I would not eat alone without this modification. The cannoli was also a good try

this spot is great for drinks, appetizers & a fun brunch - but I wouldn’t come here for a full meal. we ordered 2 steaks with roasted potatoes, parmesan fries, and garlic pesto bread. they were very accommodating with our mocktail orders. the bread was amazing 10/10, as were the fries. the flavors on the steak were wonderful, but it was full of cartilage. i spent most of the meal cutting out giant pieces of cartilage. also - we had asked for medium well and received medium/medium-rare. service was amazing as was atmosphere. they offer free valet services as well. i’ll be returning for drinks & apps but definitely not more than that.

Palato is a great breakfast option for guests staying at the HALL Park Hotel. The Belgian Waffle with warm maple syrup was delicious and the bacon was cooked to perfection. Their cold pressed orange juice was also really good. Service was good and the ambience of the restaurant is amazing. The decor was modern and elegant with nice tones, and the tableware brought the design together nicely. Overall 9.5/10!

Palato at Hall Park is an absolute gem. We sat out on their gorgeous patio, soaking in the stunning view while sipping amazing drinks — the perfect setting for a relaxing evening. The food was just as impressive, and the seafood Alfredo was the star of the show — rich, flavorful, and a guaranteed treat. Can’t wait to come back and do it all over again.

The food and service you get here is fantastic. We met both Misha and Pierre multiple times during our stay, always with great service and conversation. The food here is great. Little pricey but you have to expect it at a hotel of this caliber.

Wanted to grab a quick bite and I've been seeing Palato pop up on my yelp for a few weeks now. Walking coconut in the park we sat the airstream! This was my chance! Pepperoni pizza and pasta salad! Service was very groot! Attentive and informative, they had all acknowledged coconut as well which was sweet! Airstream Palato is open Saturdays and Sundays 11-7. If you're around having a family day or wanting something quick and good! Plenty of seating around.

This place is beautiful. Parking is tricky - so note that. We had to park in the garage and walk through one building, then the outside sidewalk, then into the hotel where the restaurant is. The restaurant is decorated for the holidays and is beautiful. The staff greeted us and seated us promptly. We were there at lunchtime and were shocked at how there were only two other tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Hearing about their wood-fire oven, I wanted a pizza, which I was told was around 10-12". The pepperoni was recommended, it was stated that the pepperoni is direct from Italy and not the kind you find in regular grocery stores. Sold! My SO ordered a turkey club with fries. The pizza was cooked perfectly, especially on the bottom. Was very greasy and had to ask for napkins to dot it because grease was running everywhere, but it was quite tasty. My SO's turkey club was beautiful looking and while he said it tasted amazing - even the bacon was cooked perfectly - it was drowning in mustard. It was literally dripping off the back of his sandwich and was going everywhere. His white cloth napkin was covered with mustard by the end of it. Fries were cooked very well. Nice and crispy. Thing is - I don't think a personal 10" pizza and a sandwich should cost over $60. The food was good, but it wasn't THAT amazing. I'm not against paying for excellent food but it has to be so delicious where I'm thinking "when I can go back again?" That wasn't the case here.

This is the restaurant part of the Hall Park Hotel. It is fantastic for breakfast and lunch. Even though the Palato breakfast plate was simple, somehow they made it taste extra good. The fries were so crispy and the egg, english muffin combo was amazing. They remade my wife's Latte without us even needing to ask and it came out much better the second time. It is a little on the pricy end (maybe $50 for breakfast for 2), but with our waitress EJ, she made the experience worth it. The location is elite here. Right in front of Kaleidoscope park and attached to a beautiful hotel and across the street from the Dallas star. Such a pretty place to take a stroll. I would come back if I was in the area and had a little extra spending money for a breakfast date.

Loved this place! Great ambience, lots of tables, service was great and quick! Valet is free. Food was delicious and plenty of vegetarian options. We loved the parmasean fries, ravioli, shrimp pasta and trio dessert! Mothing was too creamy or cheese heavy like other italian dishes.

The menu leans Italian, and the ambiance has that upscale hotel restaurant feel--just something to keep in mind. Parking options include valet or limited self-parking nearby. Located right across from the park, it's a nice place to sip and chill. The wine list spans everything from Napa to Italy, which is a plus. Service, however, is consistently understaffed and inattentive. Don't expect much interaction--but the positive energy and setting help balance it out. I ordered the herb-roasted chicken, which was slightly overcooked, but the vibrant verde sauce saved the dish. I paired it with roasted potatoes and broccolini--solid choices, though each side runs $11, so the full experience adds up. A decent meal, but not quite polished enough for a higher rating.

Loved the ambiance! Definitely pretty and fun vibes! They had live music in the lobby, we got put in a private room so didn't get to hear it as much but loved that. We were bummed that the pesto garlic bread had changed. Past pictures made it look amazing, we didn't love what we got. They said they recently changed it. The drinks were good. Espresso martini was strong. I got a sunset something and it was fine but I preferred a regular marg. The bolognese was good. We loved the truffle fries!

My sisters and I had a great experience at Palato. Parking was a little difficult with the opening of kaleidoscope park, unless you want to pay $10 to valet. Servers and workers were very friendly and attentive. Actually they were the least uptight employees for a fine dining restaurant, so it made dinner relaxing and enjoyable. Food was also excellent. The menu is still very limited as the grand opening is not till November 1st. The salumi platter had these fried gnocchi that was the absolute best! Next time, I am going to ask for a basket of them. The platter could probably use some extra garnish to make it better. We also had the Caesar salad. It could have used a bit more dressing but we still enjoyed it. The burrata was deliciously served with some buttery sourdough bread. They had 4 great options for pizza. We settled on the Macellaio, which is sort of like a meat lovers pizza. All the meat toppings were great. We loved the consistency of the dough and crust. The food runner gave us a fun fact that the pizza is cooked in 30 seconds because of how hot the pizza stove is. Told you the workers are friendly. For the main course we had the wagyu beef shank with a side of romanesco. The beef shank was perfectly braised. I enjoyed all the pine nuts they topped it off with. It was our first time having romanesco. It's a breed between broccoli and cauliflower. We throughly enjoyed how it was served with capers, pine nuts and raisins. Lastly, we had the raspberry and pistachios tart. Sadly we didn't enjoy our dessert as much. It was too dense and difficult to eat because the outer crust was hard to break through. The manager also took the time to check on us and even asked about us and told a little about himself. So we had overall great experience and excited to come back when they have a full menu.

Beautiful decor, food was good but not great/ excellent, the service was very slow. Outdoor patio dining area was pretty.

Love that this is in a black owned hotel!!! Our server was great and so was the food! I highly recommend coming here to relax and catch up with friends over a nice glass of wine.

Came here on a whim and wanted to try this place. Self parking was very confusing. Had to end up using the valet. The ambiance was elegent but not over the top where if you came in a tshirt you felt under-dressed. When sitting down having a complementary drink was a very nice touch as well as the Amuse-bouche. For my entree I ordered the wagyu special and it was very under seasoned. And I wanted to enjoy it but it did have some cartilage that was very hard to chew through. For dessert I got the Panna cotta and that was fantastic. Service was incredible. I eventually would like to come back and give it another try, I really hope it was just a bad night, and that would explain the inconsistencies.

Ambiance was nice and plates were very cool. Waitress was very nice, friendly and efficient. I have no idea where self parking is. We only saw valet parking. Thankfully it is complementary for dinner. We had 4 entries. Two spaghetti and meatballs. Neither of the recipients ate it. They said it wasn't good. To me it tasted just like ChefBoyRDe canned spaghetti. I had pork collar. It was good but certainly not worth the cost. Came with no side so had to also pay a lot for that too. The last dish was wild boar ragu. He said it was okay. The garlic bread and the warm olives were delicious. Food seemed to take awhile. Looked like kitchen was making food not on the menu ... like hotel room service. Not sure if there is a return in our future.

We stayed at the hotel and decided to have dinner here since it was conveniently connected. The atmosphere had a nice vibe, and the customer service was friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. The entrées were just okay lightly seasoned and somewhat underwhelming. However, the desserts stole the show! The pineapple sorbet and tiramisu were absolutely delicious and easily the highlight of the meal. Next time, I plan to try the pasta dishes they looked like the better choice.

We stopped at Palato on a whim on Sunday wanting lunch but found out they were only serving brunch. We decided to stay anyway. The decor is pretty fancy and it gave off a business casual vibe. I was with my family and we were treated very nicely. Service was good. The prices are very high, even for Frisco standards. The menu items are casual but the prices did not reflect that. Also, the food was just mediocre. Everything felt like a level below where it should be. I had the brunch burger which was fine but it was $26 for traditional ingredients. My husband had the pepperoni pizza which felt undercooked (not in a way that I felt I would get sick from it but it made it taste like a basic pizza pie). The kiddos shared a pie and fries, both of which were just fine. Again, nothing bad but I don't think the food warrants the price.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant and bar area. Service was good but very slow. We started ordering around 6:15 and did not leave till after 9pm (The restaurant was empty- only 3 other tables) The BIGGEST reason for my 3 stars are the PORTIONS! The price on the items and the amount you receive do not match up. We also ordered the Artichoke fritters (tiniest little balls of fried artichoke with hardly any filling) And also the bread and ricotta- 2 TINY pieces of over cooked bread. Steak was under seasoned and chocolate cake was very dry and crumbly (but it was free bc our table was celebrating a birthday so) won't be coming back :(

Best service, best food and ambiance is calm. The avocado toast is so delicious, the bread is fresh and a great taste. 5 stars! Will be back again!

Ambiance is great. They have cute Holiday decorations, but food. Pizza and meatballs were ok but not worth $20. Pasta had no flavor. I wouldn't go back for food.

We live at the monarch and came for lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday after church. Nicely decorated, nice background music. Our waitress was great, very helpful with suggestions and very polite. The food was amazing. The pistachio croissant was pleasantly different. The pizzas were full of flavor. Our waitress brought ice cream on the house for the birthday boy, so sweet of her. Rate 10/10 food quality, flavors, and service.

Booked a table for my husband and I to celebrate Valentines Day - I could not be more thrilled that this was our restaurant of choice. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful, moody without being dark, modern decor and fantastic restaurant flow. I loved the atmospheric feel of upscale dining with a very approachable vibe. The hostess was punctual with our reservation and offered to check my coat for me. The table was always impeccably maintained - someone was there to remove empty plates or unused glasses very quickly and never felt imposed upon or rushed just looked after and maintained. The attention to detail on the dining experience was something you'd think to expect from a 5 star restaurant. Complimentary glass of wine upon our arrival, perfect little starter detail to the evening and soon following an amuse bouche. Our waitress Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful navigating the menu and helping us make choices throughout. I appreciated that the menu wasn't $85+ per plate and made me feel as though I didn't want to wait for another large holiday or big occasion to come visit - the menu pricing is a perfectly acceptable excuse for a mid-week date night. The Roasted Berkshire Pork Collar was beautifully presented on stunning mosaic plates and was packed full of flavor. The volume of food was perfectly reasonable - my husband and I each had our own entree and shared one side of the Roasted Potatoes. The almond cake was delicious although smaller portioned still equally enjoyable. No worries though because to bring the meal to a grand finale we were presented with two complimentary heart shaped macaroons 1 passion fruit and 1 chocolate and strawberry... I am woman enough to admit I asked for a second passion fruit because that little thing was beyond delightful. At the end of the night the hostess went above and beyond to help take photos for my husband and I to remember a very successful Valentine's Day and of course all the hostesses know the secrets for the most flattering lighting in the restaurant so she helped guide us to the perfect spot. OH and speaking of great lighting... ladies, the bathroom has the best lighting for your *bathroom mirror, my outfit is on point* Insta worthy photos. I loved our experience here and I cannot wait to go back again with friends!

Unfortunately our most recent experience last night was pretty disappointing. We sat at the lounge area for some drinks and appetizers so naturally we proceeded to get the cured meats platter like last time but the meats just didn't feel fresh and a few of them were seeping of the oil (the fats from the cured meats I assume) safe to say it wasn't a good start. Since we didn't have plans for the night and the main dining area looked fairly empty, we opted to order dinner based on our last experience and once again most of it just fell short. They did have some Valentine's Day specials so we tried a few of those and the one that really stood out (not in a good way) was the tuna tartare cannoli? Sounded like a cool concept but just did not make any sense when you ate it. The cannoli still has the sweetness you would expect and did not bode well at all with the tuna which btw was white assuming albacore? So we proceeded to break the cannoli shell apart and just salvage the tartare. They also had a duck cavatelli which sounded delicious for a cloudy February night but despite the pasta itself being cooked perfectly the sauce was watery and didn't do much! We also ordered the clam pasta (malfadine) as we really loved it last time and that too fell way short. Again pasta itself was cooked nicely but lacked flavor which is a shame cos this dish blew us away last time :( only positive of the dinner was the Ndjua pizza which was delicious in a Neapolitan style dough. Our server who was new but was literally waiting the entire lounge area was awesome and deserves all the kudos!!!

The prawns? Incredible. My husband loved them so much he went back for seconds! Every plate had great flavor, though the chicken could use a touch of sauce to keep it from being dry. We were a party of 12 in a private room, and while the space got a little warm, they adjusted it when we asked. The drinks? Spot on--well-made, with just the right kick, and zero complaints from our group. Service was friendly and attentive, though the wait for food and drinks stretched a bit. We got there at 8 p.m., and dinner didn't hit the table until 10. But since they're newly opened, we were understanding. Staff was apologetic, and their warmth made up for the delays. Bonus points for the bread--it was delicious! And the Cabernet was a nice touch, even if it took a while to arrive. All in all, a solid start for a new spot with a lot of potential!

The food is three stars. Had the garlic pesto braid and rigatoni. The braid is literally a loaf of bread - nothing to dip it in either. The rigatoni is bland. Service was really good. Ambience/decor is excellent. Note: this is a business location and more like a lobby restaurant. For the price - just go across the street and eat at Lombardis.

Great atmosphere to bring your date. We didn't have any reservations but the bar offers a full menu and it was a nice setting. The food was great, really enjoyed beef filet with the Roman gnocchi. Truffle fries, fried calamari and the fried cod fritters were good. They had live music on Friday night.

I think if you go to the bar area, this place is a great experience. I want to be fair. However, for the restaurant portion, if I could give it a zero I would. I have been there twice now and each time was problematic. With both experiences, the service was unbelievably slow. In fact on our visit last night, our appetizers came out before our drinks which we had ordered 20 minutes prior. Both times, service was not what would be expected in this setting. Perhaps it is hard to get qualified servers. Serving utensils were missing, the server spilled water and did not wipe it up, and then when we got the bill and it was supposed to be evenly split, one got charged for the whole meal and then the rest got the split. It literally took them 30 minutes to correct this with minimal concern about how insane this was. The manager on duty kept giving excuses and deducted 5 dollar per person for all of the inconvenience. Avoid this restaurant and enjoy the bar. Also, the valet brought out the wrong car for us.

I enjoyed good salad and pasta. Also a glass of wine, which was a little bit bitter, but it's a nice place to eat dying and have a good time with friends and Family.

This spot is on Full Menu now . The food is great , the staff super professional , and the ambiance is unmatched .
