"For weeks, it has been hard to predict if Chinatown newcomer LaPostté would pull off its unique concept of combination tea shop and artisanal post office, but the Spring Mountain Road cafe is already attracting a crowd to sample its unusual premise. While patrons enjoy a warm or cold beverage, they can purchase a postcard selected from a large wall of choices and then decorate it with special ink stamps and pens.
