"Neapolitan pizzeria Bufalina attracts a lot of attention, but New York-style offshoot Palm Pizza has truly excellent pies. Though it doesn’t have the best ambiance — seating is all outdoors and overlooks a parking lot — the pies are incredible. The Palm is a favorite, amped up with melty stracciatella, and thick-crust square slices available in pepperoni or cheese that are a must.
