Local bodega. Has a little bit of everything you need. Open late and offers prepared food. There is a small dining space. Clean and decent prices. Offers some novelty items. Beer/alcohol sold here. Nice staff. What more could you ask for.

Large selection of sandwiches, snacks and fresh produce at this corner store on Broad St! Needed a quick bite, so we got a tuna hoagie and turkey reuben. The staff was very helpful with any questions we had and asked if we wanted any customizations on the sandwich - they definitely went above and beyond. Tuna was good, I suggest adding pepper and some toppings to it as the tuna itself doesn’t have a lot of flavor. The store was clean and there was an area to sit down and eat. Overall, I would come back if I was in the area but wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

Great selection of healthy food and great service. They do have a mix of “junk” foods available towards the front but the majority of it is great stuff. I highly recommend. A lot better than stopping at a Wawa and grabbing a bunch of junk.👍🏾

This is by far the best place to get such a variety of selections of foods whether you’re looking for something to cook or even snack on or to grab an amazing sandwich from the deli. The team is so friendly and so warm and inviting you literally feel like they are your personal food concierge. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend that you stop in and see these guys and make sure to ask for Ari.💕💕💕💕💕

Insane offering of snack chips and endless permutations of Kinder chocolates. Deli counter with interesting souls and sandwiches which you can order at kiosks. I purchased a walnut-raisin chicken salad which was fresh and great tasting. Small but quality produce offerings in back area, a few aisles of well-chosen, quality grocery essentials. Very efficient and helpful staff.

Ordered an Italian sandwich & requested no tomatoes but still got tomatoes…I still enjoyed it after taking them off. Each bite was a delight and very filling. The roll was very soft and fluffy too.

One of my favorite convenience stores. Good sandwiches. Wide variety of snacks in flavors that other stores don't carry.

Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Got trays for a graduation party that included variety of wraps, large salad bowls and a fruit bowl. Everything was fresh and delivered at the time expected. The wraps came with all the condiments needed (hot and sweet peppers, pickles and individual mayo and mustard packets), all neatly and tightly packed in containers, which was greatly appreciated for transporting them. The fruit was sweet and both fruit and salad trays were beautifully presented. My guests dug in before I got good photos, but the pickup pic provides an idea of how everything was packaged. Thanks so much Palm tree, my guests loved the trays!

Service is top tier - clean & good deli food . Can find all your household needs in a pinch . Would recommend.

Convenient and fancy version of a bodega. They sell every niche candy ever made. They sell beer in 6 packs as well as singles. The place even offers a mini grocery store full of meats, cheeses, and vegetables. There is even an Asian row. Everyone in there is so friendly. I got the egg and Gouda cheese on an English muffin. It tasted so good. It was nice to be able to see it being made right in front of me.

I am a daily customer at Palm Tree Gourmet. It's got the convenience of a bodega but the impressive hygiene of a fancy grocery store, and they have a range of products from the basic stuff you expect to find at a corner store all the way up to what you'd get at a specialty food store for a refined charcuterie board. If you are passing by on the way to someone's place and don't want to show up empty handed, it's the ideal place to find something good to bring. Each morning I get a bagel sandwich and a coffee. If Dunkin' Donuts is too weak for your tastes and Starbucks is too strong/burnt, the cup of coffee you want is at Palm Tree. When I go in between 7:30 and 8 it's just been brewed fresh for the construction workers who shop there every day. I am really impressed by the quality for what you pay. I would have to really try hard to spend more than $8 on my breakfast order + drink there. In my opinion a lot of other places to eat in between Callowhill and City Hall do not have quality worth what they charge. I never feel that way leaving Palm Tree Gourmet. Service is friendly and warm, they remember their regulars, and they work incredibly hard. I feel good about spending my money there.

I visit the Palm on a regular basis. The staff is extremely pleasant and friendly. The establishment is clean and always well stocked. They have a deli items, grocery items, specialty food items which cater to those with dietary restrictions. I went there today for a diet ginger ale and stumbled across Gluten Free Oreos . I am gluten sensitive and do not really eat sweets. It's nice to know that this establishment is reliable and consistent while providing awesome customer service.

My new favorite place for lunch. Got a boar's head panini, Turkey chili soup and chips for $15. Soup can use a little salt but the flavors are there. Panini is on the smaller side. Also recommend the honey sriracha chips.

The posted closing time is 10pm. I walked there because of the posted hours. The person behind the counter told me that they were closed and had already cleaned the slicer at 8:52 pm . I asked "when do you close" . They said 8:50 . So , they closed 2 minutes before I walked up to the counter on a Saturday night. Ridiculous.

As a Huh employee, palm tree was a lifesaver. They have a great menu and are quick, even during tbe crazy lunch hour rush. They have a little bit of everything, including hard to find foreign foods. The employees are amazing and you can call in to order food if you are in a rush. They have a little area you can eat-in. Don't forgot your draft latte!

Just walking by and noticed something different about this store. It's big and clean. They carry lots of different brands of organic food. It's like small "Whole Foods" They have large selection of made to order deli sandwiches. After looking at all the menu I ordered a BLT with avocado. And it was like biting into a BLT from heaven. I will be back.

Amazing grocery with niche items. Doesn't hurt that it's down the street. Has a surprisingly vast array of groceries. Prices are steep, but the quality is there. I remember once I selected a carton of blueberries - Feena noticed one was smushed and insisted on a different carton for me. Also, they have brown sugar boba ice cream bars!

I find Palm Tree Gourmet at Broad Local Grocery Store to be hugely convenient as I work very close to it and notice that I will shop there versus a store further away, especially when I only need a few items or have to run out to pick up a particular item. It is a clean, welcoming and modern grocery store where I can generally find what I am looking for. When you first walk in, to your left are the coffee and bakery items area and to your right are endless amount of beverages, to-go fresh fruits, sushi and even a variety of Craft beers. They serve freshly made specialty breakfast and lunch sandwiches, hoagies, paninis, salads and furthermore they have vegan options which is always a plus for me. In the middle aisles of the store, they carry more then your basic needs for the household and kitchen items. Towards the back of the store, there is the fresh produce section where majority of the items are organic and a frozen food area with amazing ice cream choices. The staff there are always helpful and pleasant and in addition they have a dining area for you to enjoy your delicious meal with a beer. I have included a picture of a custom made salad in this review. Give them a visit and you won't regret it!

This market is right across the street from my apartment and is unbelievably convenient. I frequent Palm Tree probably at least 2-3 times a week and am never disappointed. I grab quick grocery and household items as well as sandwiches and soups when I need a quick (but fresh) meal. It is a little pricey compared to similar places, but the quality is worth it in my opinion. Definitely a place to check out!

Great convenient spot. Been here at least 10 times already. Obviously not the best prices but you are paying for convenience and pretty upscale for a convenience store. They have everything you could want and make anything you want at the deli in a wawa style fashion, except better quality. I believe this is family owned and so far all of the staff are very nice and are very helpful. Have a lot of healthy and organic options and the quality of all of their items is definitely above average. I only ever complain about the higher prices, but the convenience is worth it.

I wish I would've know about this gem months ago! The variety is amazing! The healthy choices are endless! The salads and paninis (that's all I've had so far) are to die for! I love that I can get fresh produce and healthy snacks as opposed to the only other option being 7-11 nearby!

These people are Terrible. It's a bunch of Asian people and they constantly giggle and talk bad about customers and other workers. I went in with my friend and she looks white but she speaks the same language, she overheard the Spanish girl talking bad about my friend, I understand Spanish FULLY. The one guy, Jason is a complete fraud. He says things and doesn't rely on his word. The while lace is a complete shit show. Very overpriced. Last time the madd my hoagie, the spanish guy didnt even wear gloves and when I told him I want a new sandwich made with gloves on , he got a very bad attitude. I would avoid this place at all costs. Terrible people, terrible customer service.

You can't go wrong with any of their sandwiches. There sandwiches are delicious and good quality for the price.

I love this place. Here every day basically because I live nextdoor. The staff is so friendly, they have a great selection, and everything I've ordered from the deli has been so good. Love the la Colombe coffee too

I want to give this place more stars but it seems to me they're targeting POC when they try to buy alcohol there asking for identification when they know you're legally of age ....I've seen others come in and purchase beer with no problem But they definitely target POC in there other than that it's okay

This place is exactly what the area needed! They offer a wide selection of fresh salads, sandwiches and soups. They also have a huge selection of grocery items (fresh produce, dairy, boxed/canned goods) as well as other cleaning/bathroom supplies. The hours are great - open early til late. Thank you for opening this place on North Broad!

This is without doubt a great store. They carry everything and are very nice to do business with. I lived around the corner for 30 years and there is no store better. It's a deli with gourmet everything. The meats are top quality as is everything. I recently moved about 6 blocks away and there is nothing here to compare. When I need or want any type of deli or cookies etc. I walk over at any time as they have very good hours.

Delicious sandwiches and salads, great selection of groceries, and friendly staff. Great addition to the neighborhood!
