Philadelphia Eagles Mural to Adorn Upscale Center City Steakhouse | Eater Philly

"Set inside the Bellevue Hotel at 200 S. Broad Street, this swank, family-run steakhouse (part of a 90-year-old chain whose Philly location opened 30 years ago) is known for steaks and lobsters on the tables and caricatures of Philly VIPs adorning the walls. After closing in 2016 for extensive renovations, it reopened in July 2017 with a raised ceiling, rebuilt floor, and a relocated bar; local patrons were invited to pick up their caricatures and those faces were rehung when the restaurant resumed its role as a mover-and-shaker hangout for surf and turf. Its resident artist, Zack Bird, is painting a 24-square-foot, brightly colored caricature-style mural honoring members of the Philadelphia Eagles championship team — including Nick Foles, Carson Wentz, Jason Kelce, and Malcolm Jenkins — along with Jeffrey Lurie, Howie Roseman, Doug Pederson and Hall of Famer Brian Dawkins; the mural will be dedicated at a September 5 ceremony at 5 p.m. with co-owner Wally Ganzi and Mayor Jim Kenney in attendance, anyone can stop by to see it, and the restaurant is also kicking off a charity drive to benefit the Broad Street Ministry." - Rachel Vigoda
