This is fairly a new place, it's very clean, the food well displayed, the staff wear masks are polite and helpful. I have ate here two times so far and the food is very tasty. But I took off one star from my review since my last order was full of onions. Just Don't order the pepper chicken. Because as you see in the pictures all off the onions are there. still the lunch special at $12.59 includes a drink and taxes, is a great deal. This is great place to eat in this area.

The food is on point when the other females work the morning shift here, it is always fresh and the food is served properly. Evening crew is trash, definitely need more training.

Placed my order online via the app, came in and it still wasn’t ready which is okay. I don’t mind waiting but the employee named Jocelyn didn’t bother checking the plates before bagging them to go. They literally forgot an entree. I didn’t check until I got home and couldn’t go back because we don’t live near. Was very disappointed. It was missing the teriyaki chicken. It also wasn’t very busy so there’s no excuse. Literally empty when I went. Bummer.

Honestly this girl should deserves to work here. Having that kind attitude should be addressed. But panda management doesn't see that... also is dirty.

I've got a head of cabbage which is I can't eat, it is spaced in my order. Normally restaurant don't put it in the food for customer. I lost my appetite.

Great service, they were busy and still greeting every customer who walked in. The new crispy almond chicken was worth the wait. Cooks were trying their best to keep up with the demands of the customer's. I will be back!!!!! You might want to offer a sugar/sweetener for the teas. It was made fresh and that's why I am NOT complaining. Just a suggestion. Thank you Panda employees for the great service and good food.

Honestly, there is nothing particularly noteworthy about it. However, it is the nearest dining option in the vicinity, and it is quite satisfactory. I personally enjoy it, and the service has consistently been commendable.

Last minute catering order for work and they came through for us on Halloween 2024! I called them before placing an order on Panda's website- and it all went smoothly. Definitely will use them again for catering.

Closest panda to me so whenever I'm craving some this is my go to location. I order online and just arrive at the designated time so it's quicks, easy and safe. Haven't had any trouble with this location. I also like how they are located in a plaza with tons of parking so that's convenient.

It's really upsetting how they want us to give change for donations, but they can't even give you a cup for water and it's not because I don't want to buy soda it's more because I don't want to drink the calories

Already my 3rd visit today (this is the closest thing to work!). Things seem to be getting better. Got the mushroom chicken and beijing beef again on 2nd visit and it wasn't as salty as the 1st time. Today got the shanghai steak and black pepper chicken. More importantly, I am happy they offer veggie option in addition to rice and chowmein. It looked like just bunch of broccoli but bit the bullet and ordered it. Turned out there's also kale and cabbages in there, so the veggie option will definitely become at least my 1/2 and 1/2 to cut down on carbs from too much panda, lol. Also noticed today that the prices have already changed to be higher on the 2 and 3 item plates and kid's meal and family feast! As often as I will be eating this, maybe I should start eating bowls (price remained same) to make sure I don't literally turn into a panda myself...

I ordered orange chicken and broccoli beef just now. The lady put one piece of beef and about 6 broccolis. Might as well just ordered broccoli. The lady (the manager) also had an attitude. The fried rice was cold. I usually order from here and never had a problem. For some reason, the person running it tonight was in a foul mood and was taking it out on customers. The quality of food and service tonight was bad.

Me and my daughter have been in the downtown LA so do some shopping to do some stuff to buy stuff and I take a picture of the downtown LA and we was so angry so we stopped in panda express the best Chinese restaurant this is a fast food but it's really good it's not too much Sweden it's not too much sour not too much oil The place is clean no stress the restaurant is very clean Everyone can buy this food it's not expensive and it's very tasty

I always come into this spot when downtown since it's close and fairly clean. Until today when waiting for them to fill the A side order and asked to sample the fake orange chicken panda just rolled out. And the chick behind the counter says we aren't giving out samples right now, I was like WTF?! silently. Like am I really supposed to order some shit I might not like and spend the same price for it? FOH!! I'm cool

Ordered my food on postmates , when I received it , it was wrong I wanted orange chicken and not pineapple chicken ( which I'm allergic to pineapples) I called the store to see what could be done due to my food being wrong I was given the option to come back with my receipt and my plate which I couldn't do to me just having a child, so me coming back was not a option , So I'm here with no dinner to eat & 30 something dollars down the drain ... whoever answer the phone was rude .

I like coming to this Panda Express, it is located in a large plaza so there is a large parking lot. There is always parking specially on the side where Panda Express is located. The food is always hot and fresh. The employees greet you when you walk in. If you come in during lunch hour or around 5:30pm there will be a lot of people which sucks because the place is smaller then other Panda Express I've been to. There's only a few booths and tables. I usually buy my food to go since most of the time the tables are full. Most of the time I order noodles and teriyaki chicken, I tend to tell them to add the teriyaki sauce on top because I've noticed that if I say to put it on the side they forget to give me a container with the sauce. I will continue coming to this location because it's the closest to me and I like their service.

100% scamming. They have a sign that says they have a promotion for 2 plates for $12. I asked if that's what I could have and they said ok what do you want with your plates. When I got to the front they said you need a coupon. The sign doesn't make any mention of a coupon. They ran out of some of the entrees so they asked me to wait on the side. When our plates are supposedly ready we get called up and pay. Get home only to realize they not only messed up the order but 2 plates are missing something. Scammed on our $40+ order

Never been so racially profiled until I can to Cali and for it to be some one whom is a minority like me peels me. I love my Latinos family but some time when it comes to service. Lack of character. This Panda Express on Washington in the dollar store . I ask for the GM and was told he would be out for a few weeks. Then I asked for manager , only to find out he is in in the am. The raciest young lady spoiled my appetite. Mean while while making he plate to go on break she clearly don't care about the portions until she has to serve people that are paying. Refund and exit is my best solution. I don't eat with a attitude cause u can't enjoy ur food! This whole experience shows me Afro American are not welcome at this Panda Express. It's shows on their face when u. One thru the door. Sad and it's 2023

Waiting exited for panda express and this is what I get...a plate full of broccoli and leftover beef...very very disappointed . There absolutely no excuse just laziness and careless workers. I like the beef and broccoli so I didn't ask for another side protein this is why is so irritated .

If I could give zero I would. Customer service sucks, they literally messed up my whole order. Made me feel rushed and verified my order and still got it wrong. The whole staff except the cooks were great. The team on the line completely horrible and careless.

Ordered from post mates with this location , I called to ask for them to put chili and teriyaki sauce in the bag with my order , Briana answered she said she would let them know ... my order came without any of what I asked for ( no chili no teriyaki sauce) , which is a bummer because I frankly don't like to eat the rice or my meat without those sauces. So then I called to let them know and all Brianna could say was " oh sorry " forwarded me to the manager " Carmen " which also only could say sorry . Post mates is expensive , and for Panda Express to not get your order right just shows they don't care to provide good customer service .

They are not on top of their work here. Cooks come to talk to the servers and joke about not knowing there are people waiting to be served. Having to wait over ten mins for fresh chow mien and orange chicken because the cooks don't take the server seriously is disappointing. If you know you have a lunch rush why would you not be monitoring your most popular items? Extremely disappointed in this location and the work ethic I observed from being here for 15 mins waitIng for my food.

This location gives very little food. I ordered a bowl of fried rice with beef and broccoli. I got three pieces of broccoli and barely any beef it's ridiculous. It's even worse when you order a plate. Expect to receive that half empty...

The worst panda that I have been to. Employees are rude including the "manager" Armando. I called to get a refund on my plate and one employee hung up. I called again and spoke to Armando who was also rude and of no help. Didn't offer alternative options like being able to call corporate number to get a full refund and not a gift card. I was rude the second time because the first employee hung up. Instead of deescalating the situation she made it worst. Do not order online its best you go in person to regulate and observe what they are doing.

Briana was rude. I asked her for help with my online order and she said they'll help u at the register after I saw her step off the register. My order was not ready at the time it said it would. They took an extra 10 minutes. When my order was served briana handed it to me like as if she didn't want to (maybe because I asked her for assistance before hand). I didn't have to thank her but I did despite her horrible attitude. Never coming to this location again. 8/14 @3:22pm

I was next in line to order, a customer walks inside the store and cuts in front of me. The customer starts to order and I politely asked to get behind me, I was here before you. The customer said no. The worker serving the food seen me walk in before him. I asked the worker are you going to really serve the customer before me, I was here first. The worker said yes I am I'll take you next, be patient and continued to serve the customer. I tried to ask again but the worker ignored me and the customer continued to order. I walked out before I lost my mind. If your going to work for a company learn how to respect other people and treat them like you want to be treated. I'll never come to this restaurant again. That's a promise.

Today was my first time trying this Panda Express and I really liked their customer service. The place is new, updated, clean, and fast. I liked that they were fast with my order and were not stingy with the Sriracha. I usually go to the one on Figueroa, but I will be coming to this one more often since it's near my place and it's not to crowded. Keep up the good work!

This panda location sucks. I placed an order online hoping to save time, online it said it would be ready 30 minutes gave them 10 extra minutes so when I show up my order was not even made the order receipt was just lying on their table. Personnel are slow when ask cashier try to apologize and find an excuse after speaking to the manager decide to wait and avoid refund . It still took them another 30 minutes to get my order done. They try to relive your anger by offering you a small soda. Really ? If it wasn't for my kid wanting panda so bad I would of ask for my refund and never but from them again . What's the point of placing the order online when they will still take forever to get order done . During my wait they had easily about 10 people walk in place orders and wait . Sucks one cashier one order handle and cook and two clowns playing around while people wait for their food . I will never but from this location again. Terrible service.

Just got home from this location. And I was not paying any attention when they were serving the orange chicken and the broccoli beef. We'll got home to practically 4pieces of broccoli and 2pieces of meat. Now I know there portions are small but not ridiculous small.

came to this location today at around 3pm i had a mobile order and I ordered a couple plates and a kids plate I ordered beef and broccoli had no beef just a bunch of broccoli and vegetables one of my plates what was orange chicken and teriyaki chicken there was 2 pieces of teriyaki chicken. they weren't even big pieces! i called the store the manager was very professional and nice. she offered a side of chicken and beef and broccoli. upon my arrival at 330 the register girl was SO RUDE to the person before me. her and her chubby friend kept talking under their breath and laughing at watever. the register girl asked me if i was there for a pickup i said yes and immediately gave me an attitude asking me for a confirmation # and i told her i spoke to the manager and she spoke the manager which she was nice and told me she was gonna call me. the whole interaction was very unprofessional and RUDE as she keeps working she called out a name very LOW because i barely even heard her and i was right in front of her. then the lady next to me was like hey I'm here for a pick up and I'm assuming the register already knew abt her and she said "mam I called you a bunch of times and you didn't answer". if she knew that was her order why wouldn't she just give it to her after she was done, she must've known her because she didn't even ask for the name after she spoke up again ..... sooo??? the way the employee was handling everything was so unprofessional and so rude. i seriously can't believe i witness that. the manager asked if i wanted something else on the house I was in such disbelief that I could not pay attention to what she was talking to me about. my mom always told me that this location was very rude and i always brushed it off. i hope no one's ever rude to my mom because i will not tolerate it

This isn't my favorite panda to go too. It smells really odd, almost like a dirty freezer. The noodles aren't that good and the Teriyaki chicken has way to much fattening on it. My boyfriend and I didn't enjoy the food, I found a hair in my rice and it was pretty disgusting. I do believe this new location can work its self up but as of now, I dislike it.

I have been to hundreds of panda's and this is by far the worst experience I've had at a Panda Express. I purchased a plate with Chowmein, Fried rice, broccoli beef, and orange chicken. The chowmein and broccoli beef were good but the rice tasted rotten and the orange chicken was so dry! Horrible. Never coming back to this location. Ended up throwing the plate away.

Every other restaurant out there has a system where there isn't a thousand people waiting to get in including delivery and regular people there isn't a thousand cars trying to get into the parking lot you got to have some kind of system maybe hire security guard with all the money that you're making to make sure the parking lot doesn't get overwhelmed with people as well as the line of people going inside I mean think about it look at the problems out there you're creating most of them when you cannot have a system where people can get their food in a timely fashion without creating a large and unsafe crowd outside with both cars and human beings
