While I was in the restroom, my girlfriend witnessed a homeless man enter the restaurant and cause a disturbance. It was a frightening experience, but fortunately, the crew acted swiftly and effectively to manage the situation, and the individual eventually left. This incident was the only setback in an otherwise pleasant experience. Ordered a large chow mein on door dash, it came quick and tasted great!!

I am honestly a bit disappointed, I ordered my usual which is lomein with chili shrimp and beijing beef but the taste of the food is not as good as other panda express joints I've tried. Only the cheese rangoon is consistent. The place itself is tiny for dine in, but it's clean and has restrooms so that's the plus.

As we love Chinese food and staying in the RIU Plaza Times Square Hotel just along the road, we definitely had to come here. Food tasted amazing, would recommend to people and tasted delicious. Orange Chicken was lovely.

As a Chinese, this is the worst Chinese fast food I have ever eaten in my life. It's not worth $15, Flushing has four dishes for $9 and comes with a bottle of drink. It is worth affirming that the clerk is very nice and serves with a smile

Can't recall the last time I had Panda Express, but I was suddenly craving it one day. On an impromptu trip to New York, I decided that I would make the Chinese fast food part of one meal. While waiting for a friend, I decided to order in advance and pick up my meal. Didn't expect the walk from my hotel room to be quick, but I got there ahead of my scheduled pick-up time. When the employee asked me for my order, he looked through the orders and went to make my meal, and I was on my way back to the hotel. I got Fried Rice, Orange Chicken, and Beef Broccoli - quintessentially American Chinese Cuisine. Since it's been a long time since I had Panda Express, I found the Orange Chicken to be not as sweet as I remembered, while the Fried Rice and Beef Broccoli were quite tasty. Shane provided great service, and made sure that the order was right. I look forward to having Orange Chicken when I think about it!

Clean. Popular with travelers and those who work remotely in the area. Smells delicious. There are various dishes with mushrooms to choose from. There are dishes with chicken. The staff is skilled and friendly. The tables for visitors are all clean. I liked it.

Food was delicious. I got the fried rice over orange chicken bowl. Service was also fast. Lost a start because the floor was insanely sticky.

Order the 2 entree bowl plate for the price of A bowl . I saved a buck fifty, ($11) I liked there grilled teriyaki chicken and honey walnut chicken as well w/ a side of broccoli. The weigh the chicken so you're getting an equal amount of protein. The food is a bit greasy for me ! Literally my plate was in sauce everywhere. The service was fast here considering its Chinese food prepared already to be served! They do say here WELCOME as you walk in da door , This place has very little seating, there are 4 seats in da front and a back room w/ about 2 long tables for groups . It's very small in da back. There do say here THANK YOU. A lot . Overall if I'm near by here and seats are available I go inside and order. Considering it's already made for you to go!

First of all, I am a huge fan of the Beyond Orange Chicken. Thanks for thinking of the vegetarians! But the Cream Cheese Rangoon is better than it has any right to be. I ordered online and my order was waiting when I was arrived. Things looked clean and organized. For the price, I have no complaints.

I came in for a T-Mobile Tuesday online order. All I did was walk in to be greeted by everyone saying "Welcome". The atmosphere was great. Everyone was working hard and ensuring that food got out quickly. When I got to the counter, they knew that I looked a little lost, and asked if I was there to pick up an order. I replied yes and in seconds had my order ready to go. I was a little nitpicky and asked for some sauces. They obliged and gave me some of all o the ones that I requested. Great service and a good experience overall. I would return back.

The parking it a bit tough at 5:30pm in the area but I really wanted to eat here so I dealt with it. The food came out decent. They gave me such a small portion of rice and noodles even though I got the large pick three combo. I specifically told one of the workers I wanted a new batch of chicken and he said no but then 5 minutes later a whole new batch came out. I also asked him for fresh noodles and he didn't give it to me . Overall the chicken was good but I prefer fresh food because after I left my stomach was hurting and I felt nauseous. I won't be back to this location at all , I rather go to the locations in NJ.

If you want fake FILLER chicken made of god knows what garbage this is the place to go! If you want real chicken - go elsewhere I'm furious that I wasted my money here

Food is tasty although a bit too sweet. Noodles are the right consistency and texture. If the price is lower then I would definitely order more often. It's definitely one of the most expensive Chinese takeout in the area coming in at a whopping $16

I was extremely disappointed with the deceptive practices of the manager Halycon. I came here today for the promotional wok item when you purchase their sizzling shrimp entree. My intention was to order a bowl of the sizzling shrimp but he claimed that the requirement for the wok is to get the plate size and bundle with appetizer. I went back to their website and NOWHERE does it say that I had to buy what the Halycon told me to buy. I don't appreciate being lied to just so the store can make a few extra bucks. P.S. - The food was salty, under portioned, and just terrible overall.

Have heard about Panda Express for years. Decided to try for the first time today. It was AWFUL. Ordered the firecracker shrimp, black pepper angus steak and "fried rice." Pick up order and everything was all mixed together, cold, and nothing had any flavor! I couldn't even eat it and threw it out but, the staff was young and seemed excited and nice. Never again

The food is exactly what you expect but the staff deserves 10/10 for their service, they all deserve a raise

WOW! This is not the Chinese fast food / take-away that I grew up with. This is on another level - in a great way. Came here for dinner since my wife never had "American" Chinese food / takeout. I was expecting the Chinese takeaway of my childhood, but this was on another level of good. First off, the operation is crazy efficient. They're making new dishes and topping off the line as quick as it goes out. The choices were also more refined than what I remembered - we got the sizzling shrimp, the Beijing beef, and the Kung Pao chicken. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and everything was fresh. I liked the Kung Pao chicken the best - a great spice level and was saucy. The staff were also super friendly and energetic even though we came close to closing around 9p. Highly recommend this location and the food here.

Go in there mostly everyday and wonderful staff the manager is very professional and knows all his usual customers. Would recommend everyone come here if you want great service

It's kind of funny how much I liked Panda Express when there are so much other good Chinese food options I liked panda express for its convenience, good variety of selections, and its flavors. I would say it's one of the best ones that balance the more traditional/authentic chinese food flavors and the Chinese American food flavors. This is especially good for people who have never tried Chinese food because all their available food will be in front of you and you can try all of them before you order! What I also love about panda is their perks! After you buy the food, you will get a receipt from them and if you fill out the survey, you will get a free entree! I dont even remember how many times I have taken advantage of that which makes the price really worth it! Would always come back:)

Wow, I haven't been to a Panda Express in like 4 years, and after I left the place my dementia clear up and I remember why. Ther server was great, I asked for a combo and she scoops up everything I ask for in less than 30 seconds. The cashier was another matter, I had to beg for soi sauce, one packet ?, sweet and sour too, can I get a few napkins? it was not nickel and diming me but it was a just a hassle over a penny or two. Fried Rice - Bland Low Main Noddle - Just a notch above bland Black Pepper Angus Steak - Angus? poorest cuts of meat for sure Honey Sesame Chicken Breast - Mangle & too sweet, sesame? Give you a lot of business. But 2nd time now where a) orders are not being properly read or b) you are just cutting your customer short for your own purposes Either way, please figurw it out. It is unacceptable

Ordered two sides of beef and broccoli. Received about 1000 pieces of broccoli and two pieces of beef. No help from the restaurant, spoke to an employee who didn't apologize, was argumentative and refused to get a manager. Claimed it wasn't their fault. Absolute joke

Food was fresh out of the wok. It was so busy the staff was friendly. Very reasonable dinner near Times Square. The staff made us fresh veggie spring rolls and brought them to our table. Busy time two days before New Years they were working hard.

Kung pao chicken was disgusting. They used only fatty chicken, I couldn't even eat it. I ate the veggies and the peanuts in it, the chicken I had to throw it in the garbage.

This was my first time at this chain and I asked for the Beef Broccoli Bowl to stay but the food service worker thought it was take out and for some reason unbeknownst to me, he gave me two servings of white rice with one serving of the entree in a take out plastic container. When I told the food service worker that he didn't give me enough entree, the Chinese manager said I was given enough entree when she didn't even see the 2:1 ratio of the rice: entree I was served. She was Ms. Know It all when all she had to do was give me the two tablespoons left of the entree. The food service worker does not even have a food protection license. It was such a horrible experience and I was forced to have more white rice and a few spoonfuls of entree for $9.58. I am calling my Visa to get a refund since the bitch manager was uncooperative and it was my first time there and I was just hungry.

I was shocked at how good this was. I was starving and desperate for something to eat for dinner. I decided to just do it... I slirked in to Panda Express. Simple meal. Brown rice with grilled teriyaki chicken. Chicken was tender and juicy. Probably laced with hormones and sugar, but it was delicious. I'm a little embarrassed to say I would even consider going here again.

Wow. I ordered a bowl here just now with mixed veggies as my side and string bean chicken as my main. I said I didn't mind waiting for the chicken since they were out of it. They literally gave me a box full of mixed veggies and a couple pieces of chicken. I wouldn't mind if the mixed veggies were tasty but they aren't - they're just steamed with no sauce. How dare they charge me $9 for a box of tasteless veggies! Worst meal ever. Now I have to go buy another lunch.

The food is decent for fast food Chinese. The service however, is another story. This time I felt I had to say something. They are interested in engaging the next customer, that they completely ignored my order. Serving two people after me, even though my empty box sat in front of them. Couldn't take it any longer and walked out. Went to my local bodega where I'm always treated well.

This Panda Express location was extremely horrendous. I placed an order online at 12:00 PM and it said that the first available pick up time was at 2:15 PM. I reluctantly agreed to this and placed my order, after which the website said I could skip the lines when I got there since I ordered online. Since I waited over 2 hours to pick up my food, you would think that they would have it ready for me by the time I got there. After getting there, there is a giant line just for picking up orders. Apparently they did not even prepare anyone's orders and they just let the machine keep printing more and more tickets/dupes with no one actually taking any action on them. This line is actually longer than the regular service line of people just walking in to pick what they want. I waited over 20 minutes in line and finally get to the front. I show the manager, Han, my receipt which he spends over a minute looking at all confused. He then starts looking for the ticket that has my order on it and starts searching through hundreds of tickets that have been printing from the machine. After 5 minutes, he finally finds it and makes my order. While this is all going on, another employee is turning on and off the soda machine repeatedly while other patrons are trying to get their sodas that they paid for. At this point, my lunch break has long been over and I am now late. I rush back to the office and open my food to try and enjoy it, just to find out that only half of the container was filled with food. Way to skimp on the portion even after the horrendous service. After all of this that happened, I don't think I can recommend this location to anyone unless if they like to get half of what they paid for and enjoy waiting in long lines. I will never be coming back here again.

It's a panda express. If you like the orange chicken, you'll like it here, what can i say? This is the second time (of four) that they have wildly delayed my delivery though. I live like a quarter mile away (probably less) right up 9th avenue. It's been 90 minutes and i still have nothing. When i called after an hour they said it had already gone out and would be delivered soon, which was clearly a lie. I ordered for lunch once and it came in less than 15 minutes, so I know something is up if it's taking an hour. Edit: Order never came after almost two hours; I had to call them 8 times to cancel the order. The phone would just ring and ring and ring.

Essence gives no chicken lol. The chefs look like they're making great tasting orange chicken that we all know and love, but it is tainted by the disregard for service from the server.

On our way to see a Broadway show and wanted to grab a quick bite. My brother led us to Panda Express for the first time and I must say, it's pretty good! We got the orange chicken with lo mein noodles and an order of Kung pao chicken and noodles. I must say this place seems pretty clean as well. As we were ordering a team member came by and rested the temperature of the food. Not a normal site at places like this. :-) Both were as good as advertised and left us feeling full and content. Round one was good so we'll definitely be back for a round two sometime soon!

As the top check in at Panda Express, I'd have to say paying the delivery fee of $3 + minimum tip of $2. Is a big waste of money. My food came in cold, and all mixed together. Do yourself a favor and just walk in I love Panda Express, but seriously. Get your act together for delivery and stop breaking hearts

Those people who gave 1 star, chill out. This store just opened this week. I just finished eating over here, and the food is pretty good. Kung Pao chicken was fresh and has some hit of spicy, the egg roll was nice and crispy, and the fried rice was flavorful. Price - for the portion of the food, I totally think its worth it. Servies - friendly and asked if I want to sample it. oh and by the way, if you do the survey, you can get one entry for free next visit. yum..

This is the newest Panda in NYC and is definitely on the smaller side with limited seating, although there is a HUGE screen in the back if you are fortunate enough to get a seat and be there in time to catch a few min. of a game. The food is your standard fare BUT they don't have the Eggplant or Mushroom Chicken, which was very disappointing. No black pepper chicken either. It's definitely a condensed menu but given the high throughout, I assume that it does reasonably well. The staff are very friendly so can't complain too much. I still like the Midtown East location more but this is very close to Port Authority and convenient.

The food was great, portion sizes small but filling! Customer service very poor. I came back from the seating area to ask for soy sauce and the guy said "What do you want?" In a very rude manner. The second time I came to ask for a lid and a bag he was so dismissive. Didn't like it at all.

12.26 dinner. I ordered Chow mein and orange chicken $9.36. A bowl is an entree + rice or noodles, a plate is two entrees and a big plate is three entrees. It sent me a snack with a small piece of paper inside. It is encouraging. I ordered a small drink. There were strawberry Fanta, root beer, cherry coke, Minute Maid lemonade, Coke, Sprite, 0 coke, diet coke and Dr Pepper. The last night in NY I tried to buy drunk with soda. Choices of entrees include steak, Beijing beef, chicken, sweet shrimp and so on.

It's a regular panda express. It's obviously not authentic Chinese food, but I do think PE gets an undeserved bad rap sometimes. For what it is, it's pretty good. Americanized Chinese food is it's own thing, and PE does it pretty well. I'd recommend the honey shrimp and orange chicken, but everything is reasonably good here. Service is pretty good. If you like american chinese food, this location will likely satisfy you.

This place has great food, I recommend it give it a try I have eaten here at least 10 times! Kung pao chicken is my favorite but can you handle the spice lol.

It's probably more of a 2 if you like healthy food, because everything here is oversalted, over sweetened and overly deep fried. Overall I do enjoy battered, deep fried meats, but all of the excessive sauce is a bit too much for my tastes.

I wanted something quick and easy, so I decided to give Panda Express a try. I have never eaten at a Panda Express, but I figured how bad could it be? OMG....AWFUL!!!!! Upon arrival, there were two very long lines, neither of which were moving. It was hot and stuffy in this very cramped space. I was a bit surprised and angry that the on-line order line was so long and not moving. What is the point of ordering on-line, if the restaurant is totally ill prepared to efficiently process on-line orders?? The place was very disorganized, and the guys working behind the counter were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. After waiting over 20 minutes just to get to the counter, I told the gentleman my order info, which was Orange Chicken with Chow Mein. He looks me right in the eyes and says, "Fried Rice OK?". I told him that it was not, and he wandered off to get my food. Of course, the food was prepared when I got to the counter, so again, what was the point of ordering on-line, if I had to go to the counter to have them prepare my food? It was total amateur hour and very frustrating. After several minutes of waiting, he finally handed me a bag and told me that it was Orange Chicken with Fried Rice. Again, I told him this is not what I had ordered or paid for, and he just ignored me, and went onto the next customer. Seriously??!! I was so angry by this entire situation that I simply grabbed my food as I was in a bit of a rush this evening. The worst part about this experience is that when I finally ate this slop, it tasted absolutely vile and disgusting. The chicken had a goopy, way too sweet orange sauce on it, and the fried rice tasted like plastic. UGGGGGHHHHHH!! So as the ancient Chinese proverb goes: Treat customer like garbage, and customer no more! Avoid this dump of a restaurant and eat at any of the countless other Chinese restaurants in this great city. You Have Been Warned!!!

T mobile has a promotion for the Orange Chicken Bowl. Knowing that this promotion is going to be happening, you would think that they would be prepared. Absolutely night. The line is out the door. The staff is unprofessional. I received a confirmation that my order is ready for pickup but yet I've been standing in line for 25mins because of the staff incompetence. Never again will I patronize this location

Past two times I've gone solely for the cream cheese Rangoons and I haven't waited less than 10-15 minutes (after check out with no line). This time I got home and was sorely upset to find one of my orders was simply the crust with no filling. Very unhappy with this location and very upset as I love the rangoons but don't believe the wait to be worth it- especially for an empty shell.

I was surprised when this restaurant opened a few months ago because I've only ever seen Panda Express in malls. So we walked by it for quite some time before deciding to stop in and give it a try. I get that Panda Express is like the fast food version of Chinese but it looked clean and organized and our family eats Chinese once or twice a week so we gave it a try. I could drill down into a variety of details but I'll cut to the chase and tell you it is possibly the worst Chinese food I've ever had. And that's saying a lot because I've lived in NYC a long time and had some really terrible hole-in-the wall, greasy Chinese takeout joints over the years. To put it bluntly, the food tastes like artificial versions of dishes you would order from traditional Chinese restaurants. The selection is very small but what they do have is truly quite bland and unappetizing. Also, not that it matters much, the staff are minimum wage earners who hate what they're doing, so the place has no heart or soul. Why anyone would go there when you can get better food and value at numerous local Chinese restaurants in Hell's Kitchen is beyond me. Maybe they're hoping to lure in the New Jersey crowd coming in before shows that's accustomed to seeing Panda Express in their malls. Whatever they're thinking, I'm going to go on record as saying this Panda Express will be out of business in six months to a year. As soon as Hell's Kitchen locals figure out it's terrible I doubt it will survive on the B&T crowd from 6 to 8pm every night. BTW, there's very limited seating, so expect to take your food somewhere else to eat.

I came here for the T Mobile promotion in which an online order was required to be placed. I scheduled the "pick up" to be at 6:30p in which the directions said, skip the line and head directly to the counter. Unfortunately I was met by Han Han seemed to be handling all the online orders - on the fly. I watched him direct myself and others (in a unnecessarily rude manner) to the back of a growing line because they did nothing to prepare for this promotion that they knew was going on. What's the point of having an online order system in place if the order is prepared upon arrival anyway? I was in line for 20 minutes before I got my order. Hilariously, Han also refused to serve some people in front of me because they arrived less than five minutes before their scheduled "pick up" time and insisted they waited. I get it, it was busy but it should have been anticipated. Overall, poor planning and even worse service/attitude.

Great food,great vibes the workers are a bit young maybe its their first real job so can be a little simi rude but its understandable they are still learning customer service. I thought it be more food options but the deliciousness of the food make up for it. Big plate for under $13 after taxes not bad

What can I say. Every since I was a kid I loved Panda Express and it honestly has never disappointed me. Gimme me some carbs and meat and I'm happy. My favorite thing to do is to get white rice (just to save a few calories and I'm used to white rice) and get a bigger plate which comes with 3 entrees. For the price it's a good amount of food. My favorite dish is the orange chicken, perfectly crispy and sweet and always hits the spot. Next is the honey walnut shrimp. Love this. The shrimps are a good size, but the only negative is that it costs. Extra. All the other entrees are good, I don't think there was one I absolutely did not like. Even though it's Americanized, this give me my Asian fix whenever I need one and it's very close to my apartment!

I pass this place daily and it smells great. One day I stopped in. The calorie count is ridiculously high for everything. I ordered the Beijing Beef. It taste delicious like candied apples from the State Fair it was so good. I told myself that it has protein to justify my return for more the next day. But in reality, it's fast food, and I never eat fast food unless I'm desperate. Seeing the calorie and fat count here explains why it's so delicious and undoes my 30 minutes at the gym. The rice was mushy and gross. The noodles hard and cheap. You can tell it's fast food. The staff however was extremely nice and welcoming. Too bad I won't return because those calories. Le sigh.

They fixed the noodles, they get their 5th star back! Great place for a quick meal!!

04/24/2018, 10:55 pm at Panda Express, 46th St and 9th Ave. The store was about to close. I had just gotten out of a rehearsal and was very hungry. There were only a few items left, but the young Asian lady whose name, sorry to say, I can't remember, gave me heaping portions of my choice, and seeing me eyeing the vegetables, she included what veggies were left in the serving tray, free of charge -- all the while conversing politely and personably with me, smiling and being the epitome of great Panda Express customer service. Thank you, Panda Express.
