The upstairs area is an open karaoke bar while there was private rooms downstairs. We were able to get a small room for 4 without a booking, 2 hiurd minimum. Good range of songs in various languages. Had a good time there.

This is a very nice karaoke place! They have a lot of private rooms and a cozy open area. Everything seemed clean and well-organized. We walked in on Saturday evening and luckily got a private room for a couple of hours. However, I recommend making a reservation ahead of time, especially on weekends. The staff was very responsive, which was great. Personally, I thought it was a bit overpriced, but we still had a great time singing and enjoying drinks.

Great place to have a good time with a group of friends. They have an open stage area and private rooms if you're more shy. Contrary to some of the other reviews, I thought that pricing was fair and service was excellent. You can't get better karaoke than what Pandora offers, so you're naturally going to pay a little bit more. And it's not significantly more, but minimal compared to the fun that you'll have. We had a blast and will definitely be back. Thanks Pandora!

Are you visiting SF with some friends? This place would love to take your money! You know those bars/clubs that slap an Instagramable neon sign above their bar and think that their weak pour of Tito’s is God’s gift to the world? Yeah…this place is like an empty version of that. We booked a room for 4 hours at $240. Totally reasonable, I would think, even though the karaoke interface was really missing the mark for a lot of artists’ more popular songs. We were willing to pay a little more for some drinks, though, so we ordered three rounds of shots and a few cocktails. Would you believe me if I said the final bill was over $650? Comically enough, we had just eaten at a Michelin star restaurant for the same price. Let that sink in… At the end of the day, the prices were set (not clear on the menu, but set nonetheless), however, when you order a side salad at Olive Garden, I’d forgive you for not digging into the fine print to prove it’s not $20+. We had some fun, but this place is absolutely a scam. A shot is not $15, especially after 3 of them leave you more sober than you walked in… Please save your money and do literally anything else. Pay off that medical bill, buy yourself a nice couch, I don’t care. Just please let this place run its course and fade.

The service is fine. But the mic sound quality and the music selection could be improved. So many songs I couldn't find. And i couldn't really hear myself depending on the mic i chose. Works for a large group and not the worst place. It's fine.

I recently visited Pandora Karaoke & Bar with my team, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. While the vibe was fun, and they offer a lot of themed private rooms, our group of 50 was crammed into a space far too small, leaving most of us standing. The lack of air circulation made the room uncomfortably hot very quickly. Our server was nice, but the overall cleanliness of the venue was unacceptable. The bathrooms were filthy, lacking toilet paper and hand soap, and the bar area—located directly outside the bathrooms—was a mess, which felt far from sanitary. To make matters worse, the entire place had a faint smell of urine. Even though this event was company-paid, I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn’t spend my own money here.

Room fees are reasonable, song selection is mid - recommend getting your drinks literally anywhere else if you plan on going here unless you would like to throw your money away. We were told by the staff that they were trying to avoid contact with customers due to COVID, so they encouraged us to bulk order for our private room of four. They weren’t even wearing masks? So this felt like a cheap ploy to avoid providing the service they are certainly charging you for. All the other rooms were vacant, and by 12:00, even their upstairs public karaoke area was weak. It feels like they're trying to squeeze what they can out of customers.
