"Pandora Karaoke & Bar has something for the entire spectrum of karaoke-goers. There are a ton of different-sized private rooms downstairs for the attention-averse INFJs (reservable via email), plus a main stage that welcomes former theater kids to let out their best belts nightly. The Union Square spot also has a full bar, which delivers to the lower-level rooms, and tons of couches upstairs if you just want to sit back and watch people show off their best renditions of “Valerie.” " - ricky rodriguez, julia chen 1

Honestly, I thought it was a pretty cool spot to karaoke. However, the staff was all over the place. They overcharged us before we were even done with our session. When we tried to pay, they charged the new cards we put down even after charging the original card that was holding the temporary deposit for the room. It took at least 30 minutes between 3 employees to resolve the issue. If we hadn’t said anything, they would have charged us for 3 hours instead of 1.5 hours, plus they would have charged my friend’s original deposit card for the full amount as well. Come on, how is it that we sobered up after karaoke because of their incompetence?

Google
Nice place. Not a great area, but overall it was fun to experience drink prices were high as expected $8 a beer $12 or more on mixed

Google
Had so much fun hanging out and singing karaoke. A super chill vibe and really welcoming crowd. Thanks for letting us tourists celebrate!

Google
We booked a private room for 5 people. I wished they told us that service charge for 18% was included. They didn't say anything so we tipped on top of that. Expensive night. It was about $260 for 3 hours for 5 people

Google
The upstairs area is an open karaoke bar while there was private rooms downstairs. We were able to get a small room for 4 without a booking, 2 hiurd minimum. Good range of songs in various languages. Had a good time there.

Google
It was a fun experience until the very end. Bad communication between the karaoke staff. They almost charged us $1,600 for only being there 1.5 hour because they couldn’t get their admin straight. How hard is it to make sure customers are charged for the right amount of time and service? I was embarrassed for the staff for how long they took to resolve our simple issue. At the end of the ordeal, they gave us Fiji water to make up for it. How pathetic.

Google
This is a very nice karaoke place! They have a lot of private rooms and a cozy open area. Everything seemed clean and well-organized. We walked in on Saturday evening and luckily got a private room for a couple of hours. However, I recommend making a reservation ahead of time, especially on weekends. The staff was very responsive, which was great. Personally, I thought it was a bit overpriced, but we still had a great time singing and enjoying drinks.

Google
What a cool spot so stop at for neat atmosphere and good drinks. We were a bit early for karaoke but the server was super friendly and even played madonna for us to honor a friend recently passed.

Yelp
Wonderful venue! Extremely friendly staff who is kind, cheerful, and knowledgeable. The vibe is super chill, very San Francisco! I did three songs there. I had a blast! Will return again whenever I come visit the West Coast. 5 stars! https://youtu.be/Rm7es3LdnHo?si=m6Je5qTYyRmzjBV6 https://youtu.be/vjymtSujwYQ?si=b4EDcek65ahU2yMm https://youtu.be/ydm_6IEe3xw?si=utF1v-w2OUz1SkgC Thank you, Pandora!

Yelp
Lots of fun! I've been here a number of times, and it's a great place for team events or just with friends. The waitresses are friendly and attentive all and all staff have always seemed super professional and focused on making sure we had a good time. The karaoke rooms have solid equipment and audio, the drinks are great, and the evenings are always memorable. Will keep coming back more often!!
google avatar

Vince D.

Yelp
Rooms are nice, clean, comfortable. Lots of songs to choose from and the waitress was nice The drinks were a little expensive plus you get slapped with an extra credit card fee and a sales tax when you drink in house. I would pre game.

Yelp
Area outside is a little sketch, but inside was gorgeous. Fun and spacious. Room was fun along with the machine. 6 bathroom all gender as well. Bartender was nice and drinks were tasty. Overall a good experience!

Yelp
Probably the best karaoke bar I've been so far. Came w my team for a team event. Phenomenal service, upscale and high-tech, clean and stylish, so i liked it. They have private rooms downstairs but also has a stage where ppl can go up and sing.

Yelp
I'm surprised I haven't reviewed this place before! I've been here for both the private room karaoke as well as the open bar karaoke in the lounge and had a fantastic experience every time! Their private rooms are nice, and you can order alcohol straight to your room. I came here for my birthday a couple years ago and had a round of shots along with other drinks. Recently I've been here a couple times for the lounge karaoke. It's usually not too packed even on a weekend night, and it draws an interesting and eclectic crowd. I'd highly recommend Pandora for any karaoke/music lover!

Yelp
If you are Latino I highly suggest you don't go to this place... unfortunately. I went last night (June 19) with my wife and brother in law to have fun with some karaoke, but for a non understandable reason the dj thought that 30 second of karaoke was enough for me, even when everyone else just played their whole song. Maybe because I choose a Spanish song? Not sure, but when I asked him, he right away sent security people and kicked me out of the place just like that... They don't give a shit about the money I spent or the tip gave to the dj, they were impolite and discriminating... Basically ruined my night and will be reminded as bad experience in San Francisco, so if you are Latino, if you are coming from another state or country... YOU SHOULDNT SOPT HERE at least you want to face some discrimination... LATINO COMMUNITY MAKE A FAVOR TO US AND DONT VISIT THIS PLACE

Yelp
Best time to have fun is during the weekdays not many people and do need to wait for a room! Great sound system and decent pricing.

Yelp
Came to Pandora's with a group of 11 and we reserved a room beforehand. Upstairs had karaoke and the bar and the downstairs had the private rooms and bathrooms. We ended up in the ciroc themed room, which looked modern and clean. They gave us 2 mics and explained how to queue songs up and order drinks. I was surprised by the song selection, there were very current songs from many genres which was cool. Our reservation was for 2 hours and it flew by! We went upstairs afterwards, but I preferred the rooms. Karaoke upstairs is laidback and the crowd is very supportive and fun. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, from the ladies working the private rooms, to the bartenders, to the bouncers. The only downside was the drink quality itself - the old fashioned I got was not good at all, especially for the price. Overall, a pretty fun spot to come with a big group in a more upscale setting for karaoke.

Yelp
Came here Monday night with a friend after dinner. There were surprisingly many customers already participating in karaoke. The space was clean and very spacious. There were a few seats surrounding the stage, and then tables behind those for larger groups. They have the option for private room karaoke, but we decided to participate in the lounge karaoke. You scan a QR code and input the songs you want to sing or ask the DJ if you can't find your specific song on the site. There are multiple screens above the stage so anyone can see the lyrics. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Would definitely stop by again if I'm ever in the area!

Yelp
Thinks to know if trying to book a room here. 1) There phone doesn't work! You have to email them with date, time of when you want a room and number of people. 2) There are different room designs! Make sure to book online before booking so you can pick your favorite! 3) All rooms have a 18 ish percent service fee 4) Fee for all credit and debit cards and try to bring cash! 5) No food! But you can bring some in! 6) They have parking! I had a great time at Pandora Karaoke and I highly recommend it for anyone who is trying to do Karaoke in the city. While it is a little bit on the pricer side, it is work the experience if you are looking for where that is much nicer and has all the current songs! One thing I don't like about some karaoke rooms is I overheat but the room was so well air conditioned I was actually cold!(which is great)
google avatar

Yelp
The only reason it doesn't have five stars is because it is a bit expensive but the staff is AMAZING!! So happy to find this cute karaoke spot! I had a great time!

Yelp
Been here couple times now for karaoke and they have a good selection of private rooms of different sizes downstairs. You also have the option to sing on stage upstairs in front of the public if you're brave as well. They have a good selection of a lot of music and they recently renovated their rooms so it's a lot nicer and cleaner now as well. They also allow you to bring in outside food which was awesome. Their drinks are definitely expensive, which is the main downside but otherwise good experience overall

Yelp
We went last night for one of my best friends birthday. The atmosphere was great, the place was beautiful. There was really a good vibe about this place and we loved it. The drinks were hella good too. I would have given 5 stars but the dj would not let me and my friends get on the mic for nothing. Kept skipping us and letting people get on that had already a bunch of turns. Besides that I loved it here and I will be coming back again soon!!! Thank you Pandora

Yelp
We came to Pandora on a Wednesday with a party of 8. You can reserve a room online and the rooms for parties of 8 or more go for a rate of $85 per hour. It was quite empty on a Wednesday, but they do have a discount on Tuesdays so I'd recommend coming then! Rooms were clean and they have a new touch screen system with lots of new songs so it was easy to navigate. Amy took care of us at the front desk as well as all of our drinks! She was an absolute star employee and was very attentive. Drinks - Tokoyo tea, AMF and the cranberry long island tea were STRONG. We could not believe how much alcohol was in these drinks. With fees each drink came out to $20, so honestly for the strength of the drink and the large cup, I wouldn't say it was outrageous. Total for 2 hours of karaoke for 8 people came out to $224 ($28 per person) with service fees and such. I always have a great time here at Pandora, just be prepared to spend on the room and drinks!

Yelp
Such a fun vibe! Great place for karaoke on a Friday night. And great people watching! Lol we were able to get on the list almost immediately. The crowd was electric to say the least. The bathrooms were clean to the eye. They have private rooms downstairs too for big groups Cute place will be coming back!

Nick B.

Yelp
There have been quite a few incidents of drinks being roofied at this bar. Look up this bar and Reddit and you will see many people discussing. Sounds like multiple incidents of drugged drinks have occurred at this bar during the SF Gaming Development Convention. Be vigilant as it seems to be a somewhat frequent occurrence here.

Yelp
It was pretty ok. Not inexpensive. Staff were friendly but not overly enthused. Would have been better with a wider variety of available songs-but I am old, so probably just fine for younger folks. Easy parking right across the street.

Yelp
I can safely say that I love karaoke now. I was iffy at first because this was a company team bonding event, but I'm glad we did it. Pandora is split in two levels. Top (street level) is a free for all and you're able to sing and watch other people sing in a public setting. Downstairs is where the private rooms are and where you'll probably feel the most comfortable in my opinion. Originally we weren't going to do a private room because we heard it was going to be $150 per hour and 3 hours minimum and that wasn't going to cut it for a company event. Flash forward, we arrived, and one of my colleagues decide to talk with the host to see if there's a cheaper alternative and huzzah - 2 hours for $85 each. Worked better for us! We waited 10 mins for them to clean the Jameson room and off we went. The host explained the procedure here - utilize the machine in the room to pick and queue songs, QR code to the side to order drinks that'll be delivered directly to your room, and a giant fan in the corner for you to use and control intensity. Overall, not much to say. Their drink options didn't seem like much via the QR code so I'd suggest going to the bar instead. The songs come either with the singer or without if you feel like that's more your vibe and this was a fun experience. Only thing I would complain about was their bathrooms downstairs. They're single stalls and 1 of them didn't have a working light and another didn't flush.

Yelp
On Friday 2/16 I went to celebrate with friends and headed to my all time favorite karaoke bar, Pandora's. Unfortunately the bouncer was a bit rough around the edges, let me know if anyone else has had a similar experience recently (all past bouncers were so funny and generally people persons): Me: *gets ID & bag checked, proceeds to walk through the door and hold it open for my friends. Bouncer: You need to move, geez lady have you ever been out before? Me: this is actually my favorite karaoke bar and I come here often. I'm just holding the door open, I'm not blocking it. I want to wait for my friends. Bouncer: Yall do not need to hold hands, this isn't kindergarten. I'm sure you see each other all the time. Me: Actually it's my birthday and I see these friends once a year... Bouncer: Yeah no one give a F, move. *proceeds to slam the door closed inches away from my face and starts to laugh* Me: *Immediately start to tear up and decide to leave* Bouncer: WTF, get out of the way! Me: I'm trying to leave. Bouncer: Lady, no one gives a F, MOVE! Me: I'm trying to leave now, thank you. Other bouncer: Let her leave. Bouncer: Good, get the F out of here with all that. We don't need you here. F-ing lady trying to hold hands. Me: It's ok, I just need to leave now. *To friends* You all can stay, I need to go home and work on homework, no big deal. Bouncer: It IS no big deal. Get the F out of here. Go cry somewhere else. We did end up going to another karaoke spot but I def feel it in my core that is not the right bouncer for such a fun place!

Ricky J.

Yelp
No T-Pain!!!??? No fucking with it ... Also the price was no disclosed until after we had finished like. It online or in person they simply refused to tell us idk if that's just bc we we're brown who knows

Marina D.

Yelp
Establishment was nice, rooms were nice and had good song selection. However, there was ZERO price transparency anywhere online, on the phone, or when there for our reservation. It is pricey, $180 for two hours for the smallest room of maximum 7 people, not including tax or service fees which totaled to $211. Would not return due to pricing and being unclear with customers

Yelp
Came here last Sunday, July 2nd spontaneously with some friends. Pandora was completely empty and we were the first one inside. We had the entire bar to ourselves for most of the night, a group of seven. It was fantastic being able to do whatever we wanted, sing on stage, mess up, get drinks at the bar. The DJ got some mad singing skills. And the bar lady was cool too. She made us excellent and strong drinks. I believe her name was Amy? I was pretty drunk I forgot. But she and the DJ were super cool. My entire group had a lot of fun just being drunk and being at Pandora
google avatar

Priscilla S.

Yelp
My friends and I came here for a girls night & it was so much fun! The crowd was great & it was a cute venue. We were able to get a seat section on the couches near the stage which was really nice! My friends and I sang a couple songs, danced most of the night, met some really cool people, and had some really good drinks! Overall it was a great experience & we would definitely do it again!
google avatar

Stefanie C.

Yelp
Never would have thought I'd do karaoke so spontaneously! After having dinner and drinks with some friends at Pawn Shop, we decided to keep the party going at Pandora. Their well drinks are just fine. Felt like I was in a nightclub. The best part is really the whole logistical operation in terms of seeing the entire library of songs from your phone AND the queue of upcoming performers. Great vibes. Cool DJ. Would totally come back again and organize more group outings here.
google avatar

Katie B.

Yelp
The private themed rooms are a lot of fun--with a huge selection on songs including your current top hits and their music videos! What a great way to hang out with a group of friends, family or coworkers. There was only one bartender for the whole place so service in some cases was a bit slow. Don't believe there's a food option but you might be able to order and bring your own food in. Also, it's located in Tenderloin/Civic Center so not an area to hang around outside.
google avatar

Dakota T.

Yelp
Came here for a friend's birthday party, they rented a room for 3 hours and we had a great time! The room was spacious and fit up to 30 people. The drinks were also surprisingly reasonable for a place like this, they even have drink bucket specials. One thing I will say is though, we were there at 10pm on a Friday and the main room was dead. Now knowing that I probably wouldn't come back here unless it was for a private room.
google avatar

Anita T.

Yelp
Enjoyable karaoke spot off Market Street. We were here this past week with some friends after work and it wasn't all that busy. There's an open karaoke with its own little stage that happens on the main floor but it wouldn't start until like 9 so we went with a room. Pros: Fairly modern song selector screen - all touch screen and new, easy to search songs, no huge books or binders to have to flip through. Has the actual videos that go with the songs instead of cheesy stock video. Decent, renovated bathrooms. Has most of your typical popular updated music. Cons: Song selector can be buggy (lost our queue at some point for no apparent reason) and at times the video would freeze. The touch screen would keep triggering if you're scrolling up and down. Appreciate the cleaning of the place but the smell of cleaning solution was overwhelming in both the rooms and the main area - it's been days and my jacket still smells like it!
google avatar

Zuleyma P.

Yelp
This place is so much fun with a group of friends or family. The area where it's located is SF Zombie downtown nasty but the good thing there's a parking garage right across the street. For Pandora you need to upgrade the music choice more like Apple Music. Not to make choices! But besides that fun place.
google avatar

Melissa C.

Yelp
Pandora is located near Union Square right on Market street, so public transportation is probably easier since street parking would be very limited. My friends and I came to Pandora on a Wednesday night for a party of 8. We made a reservation for a party of 8 which came out to a rate of $85/hour, and a party of 6 is $55/hour so a bit high of a price jump to a party of 8. Tuesdays have a discount of half off so it's definitely more worth to go then. The front desk to check in is on the bottom floor and Amy was very helpful in helping us set up our room, giving instructions of how to use the karaoke system, and taking care of us overall. The rooms are clean and spacious, and Amy taught us how to use Pandora's new touch screen system which was easy to use. You can scan a QR code to order drinks which they bring to your room, or you can go upstairs to the bar to order. The drinks are pretty strong and came out to about $20/drink. Overall, Pandora is a really fun place for karaoke and I would come back for the good vibes!
google avatar

Nina Z.

Yelp
Actual rating: 3 1/2 stars. Love the themed rooms! Main reason why I chose it, plus the fact that they have the private karaoke rooms AND stage karaoke. Decent English song selection and easy to use touch screen system. You can order drinks from the room via their QR code system or just go upstairs and grab drinks form the bar. Service was welcoming. Probably the most hospitable service I've ever had at a private karaoke room experience. I appreciated that the employee took the time to explain how to navigate the touch screen system. They do charge an automatic service fee and a credit card fee (is that even legal?). There were twelve of us in a medium-sized room, and we each ended up paying around $28 for three hours once all fees were accounted for. It is not in the greatest part of SF, but the Powell Street BART is conveniently located next to the club. Plus, they have a security officer at the door who's checking bags, so I felt pretty safe. My biggest gripe was the reservation system: TLDR: Save yourself some time, and email them with your phone number, how many people will be in the room, date, and if there is a particular room you would like to have booked. If there are any reservation issues, email them. The whole ordeal: They want you to email them in order to make the reservation and it takes them about a day to respond. At one point, I had to adjust my reservation and instead of having the ability to adjust the reservation on my end, I was prompted to call them. I called multiple times and no one picked up, so I left a voicemail. I did receive a callback the same day, but they told me I had to upgrade my room, even though their website clearly stated the room I had already booked could accommodate up to the number of people I had requested. I'm not sure if the employee was misinformed or trying to upcharge me. No matter the reason, I left them a voicemail back telling them that I was told the room could accommodate up to fifteen people and that I'd like to keep it that way. I also emailed them about it. They adjusted the number of people, but erroneously entered in the wrong timeframe. This time, I didn't bother to call them and just emailed and they were able to fix it. So in total, it took a total of four days to get my reservation right. Overall, cool ambiance and nice selection of songs to choose from. Just be aware of the service fee and credit card fee. Also, don't bother calling and just email them in regards to reservations.

Arthuria P.

Yelp
Absolutely disgusted by this place. 0/10 would ever come back or recommend anyone to come here. No parking, situated in Tenderloin (worst part of SF). Homeless and tents directly outside entrance, guy from tent asking if he can steal our earrings to sell? Upon coming inside to celebrate a birthday reservation made a month in advance, we get told not only the room we reserved is fully booked for the evening, but we need to wait over 30 minutes for a different room to open up. No compensation, extra time, or drinks were offered. We eventually get inside, and our first microphone suddenly stops working, along with the room appearing different than what was advertised online with pink ambient lighting. Then, once that gets fixed and we lose another 5 minutes of time, the 2nd one also runs out of battery. Aside from the $120 cheapest price for the smallest room, it's actually NOT $120. They have automatic 18% service fee added to the already overpriced cost, which includes no packages or bottle service, then have the audacity to ask for a gratuity! If you want to get drinks, (nothing outside allowed, not even water), be prepared to pay 4 different fees, ranging from Service fee, automatic gratuity, additional tip, and order fee on top of the overpriced drink. Looking closer to $200+ assuming 2 people. Bathroom doors did not close shut, sinks were not working properly. Overall horrible experience, you go to entertainment venue to have a good time & celebrate. That did NOT happen here. Will be filing with BBB, so other potential victims don't also get trapped.

Yelp
I came here for a friend's birthday party and had a great time. When we got there it was a little bit chaotic checking in downstairs for our reserved room but it was sorted out in a timely manner. We got the Patron room and proceeded to sing our hearts out. The staff were great at checking in with us whether we needed more water or alcohol. The selection of songs was quite extensive. I'm knocking a star off because friends wanted to sing Lizzo songs and they didn't have any of her popular songs (??!!)
google avatar

Farrah F.

Yelp
Great times/ Fun Vibes!! right when you walk in the bar is to your left and the everyone singing on the right. You can karaoke with everyone here. We had a big private room for a birthday party ordered bottle service. Everyone drank and had a great time.
google avatar

Misha T.

Yelp
I think there's private rooms downstairs but we were rocking out in the public karaoke bar upstairs with like 2-3 other people. While this sort of karaoke is more fun with more people, we went in the middle of the week and I'd imagine it's a little more popping on a friday or saturday.
google avatar

Ricky C.

Yelp
Fun! Fun! Fun! Most fun I had in awhile, our new spot. Wouldn't want to check out another place after this. All the rooms are so cool, I didn't want to leave.
google avatar

Tiffany D.

Yelp
So cool! Not in the brightest of neighborhoods, but if one wants karaoke outing, it's fun here! Not only is there private rooms to sing your heart out, there's also karaoke in front of everybody on the level floor! One can opt to be on stage to karaoke out and have the audience watch and sing with you or simply be on the sideline to sing along or be a bystander. There's a bar and can bring your own food in. It's like going to a club, but for karaoke style!
google avatar

Angelo C.

Yelp
Friendly staff and the private rooms were clean. However, the issue that I have is that it's not really karaoke. You play the literal song and sing WITH the artist. Kind of beats the whole purpose of karaoke.
google avatar

Ernesto N.

Yelp
This place is awesome and vibes are amazing! Its easy to sing along no matter where you are in the room because they have a screen facing every direction. The only complaint I have is that the mic volume was consistently low. Not sure if this is how it is normally or if it was a one time thing. Despite not being sober, I remember multiple instances where I wished I could hear the singers voices.
google avatar

Joel Christian A.

Yelp
Best karaoke spot in downtown SF. Two bars with reservation only rooms and a public karaoke main floor. Wanna sing remorseless, top floor. Wanna sing with friends away from the adoring crowds, book a room! Friday and Saturdays most busy but open most nights. Regulars come Monday and Wednesday and don't disappoint! Parking garage across the street otherwise Powell Bart or Uber in
google avatar

Nikki M.

Yelp
Super fun environment. I was part of a birthday where we rented a private room for a few hours then joined the main crowd upstairs to sing on the big stage. The only downside were the drinks were pretty expensive but it was still an overall fun time and I would come back.

Yelp
This place has really interesting room themes and I like that they're open late and you have the option of performing publicly in the lounge or reserving one of their many themed private booths that comfortably accommodate a range of group sizes.

Yelp
A good friend booked a room for ~15 people for 8 pm on a Thursday. We arrived and were taken to the room by a really friendly staff member. She explained the equipment and how to order drinks, and left us to it. The song selection is great and includes a lot of karaoke classics ("Bohemian Rhapsody," anyone?) as well as current Top 40 hits. Drink orders were delivered quickly and we all had a great time!

Yelp
Make sure you tip the Bartenders directly in secret. Management will pocket a portion of their tips otherwise. Other than that, it was a great time. NIce place!

Yelp
Great experience! Went with the soon to be bride and groom before the wedding. We got a private room. They had a blast!

Yelp
If I could put NEGATIVE 5 stars I absolutely would , this establishment is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & lacks customer service as a person of color I feel as if my group were racially targeted and refused service please save your money go some place else ! Unfortunately AMY was a horrible manager & refused to count the cash my group were trying to put together to rent a room. I asked for SUPERVISOR & she gave me another managers information & I have left numerous phone calls & emails regarding the TERRIBLE service received & emails bounced back & still no returned call. That give no regard for the terrible service they give. Not only are they potentially racist I see plenty reviews on here stating the same if not similar concerns I am expressing ! I can update if there's some sort of concern addressed but this place is full of crap.

Yelp
I've only been there twice but it's probably one of the funnest places I've ever been. Unfortunately, when I tried to go for a third time last night, this security guard refused to let me in because came up with this bs idea that I was taking other people's drinks which was Absolutely weird, wrong, and disgusting. When I asked him to show me any proof he said back the said "back the fuck off before I beat the shit out of you". Then started using hurtful slangs and slurs towards me calling me an r-tard and a fag. Despite that one security a-hole, the rest of the team is pretty nice

Yelp
Our party had a horrible interaction with the staff. There are several karaoke room venues in SF. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The staff treats clients as guilty , while themselves criminally overcharging. PANDORAS BOX INDEED!!!!! The alcohol is egregiously watered down! The gratuity is ALREADY INCLUDED in the price gouging; don't be fooled to pay a penny more. An *empty* mini champagne bottle was brought in by a member of our party, it had come from the Fairmont Hotel Christmas event up the hill- which she filled with a mini glass of the $25 caramel colored water which the hostess gave us when we ordered a rum and coke. This fact was monitored on Pandora's private room spy cam. AND YET: we were charged $75 - SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS "corkage fee," the hostess played tug of war with our friend, and to add insult to injury, yanked the practically empty bottle out of her hands, even dumped the watered down, $25 "rum and coke" we bought from them. A "corkage fee" is for when you bring in your own alcohol *AND DRINK IT TOO* - the manager should know their bitter staff is in a foul mood and treats clients like enemies. Like inmates. I see a common thread in all the one-star reviews; gentle reader, I hope you heed the warnings of these fellow fleeced patrons. This is one of the best arguments for reading the yelp reviews before visiting a place. The manager or owner must get tired of compensating for the horrible, bitter, prison-warden staff.
