Panera Bread

I’ve always wanted to come to this location with a man I love. Cant go wrong with Panera bread with me. Especially when I had a gift card! My go to is the broccoli soup. No spoon for me, thanks! I love dipping their French baguette bread in the soup with every bite. The staff is so friendly and courteous. Fast service too. We ordered for pick up but decided to eat in. Would definitely come back here, I always do.

Bae always wanted to bring me to this Panera. We finished our yoga class and panera is just downstairs. We got 2xs pick two combos. Bae ordered the brocolli cheddar soup and the goddess sandwhich. Bae would right?! She says she loves it, it is one of her favorite things in the world. I got the onion soup and chipotle chicken avocado melt. Mine was yum. The onion soup came out at the right temperature. Has a nice consistency and a heavy onion taste. The soup would benefit from more cheese, but I am still satisfied. The sandich is a healthy portion. Bae ordered an additional french bagguette. Goes great with the soup. Plenty of seating. Came back on Aug 16 after yoga. Service was very pleasant. See photo 7 for what we ate. Bumped up overall rating from 3 to 4 12/22 - Came here after yoga. Bae treated to mediterranean and southwest salads and sandwhich.

It was my first time in this location and I definitely enjoyed my meal. First of all the cashier was very helpful and patient! The cooks in the bag were very kind and sweet! The new blueberry lemonade was out of this world! So good! I definitely have to say it was better than Wendy’s strawberry lemonade drink! The only thing I didn’t like was how the chicken inside my salad didn’t taste fully cooked or if they were to change it to chicken breast cooked in a different way or maybe longer it would taste more juicy! Despite that I definitely would suggest that location. Can’t wait to go back and have more of their food and drinks!

Plenty of space offers the possibility of semi-privacy. Clean with very nice ambiance. Kinda stylish even. Absolutely delicious food! All of the above should be after paying $45 bucks for a chicken sandwich, grilled cheese, Mac & cheese & 3 drinks.😂🤣

Way too overpriced for what you get. A tuna sandwich is really a vegetable sandwich with a light layer of tuna spread across the bread like it’s mayonnaise or something. Big time rip off.

Best Panera in the city I’ve been to so far. Especially compared to the one normally have to go to which is a disappointing one star that runs out of bread and items by noon; that likely doesn’t even make it. This Panera restores my faith in the company! It’s clean, has a quick work flow, and the food is fresh. There were no kiosks in this one which I found to be odd but the app worked perfectly and they got the order right which is good. Come in and get your points up!

I mostly go during the breakfast hours and I see many of the same folks. Additionally the morning manager is the best. She’s begins the counters kicking in and on the floor. The front staff is amazing and polite. I’ve been there for lunch a couple of times it’s crazy busy ( not for me) . I’ve tried everything on the breakfast menu , of course I have favorites but you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. I would say the sandwiches could be a little bigger. As one of anything leaves me looking for more. My wife seems content with the portion size so maybe it’s me. I very much enjoy the Asiago bagels toasted with butter and the cinnascramble with sausage. One pitfall is the 1.86 for a small container of cream cheese. I’m used a a bagel store smear so the one little plastic cup portion is barely enough. Overall I love this place. Vinny

Employees were nice and welcoming. Place felt clean and peaceful to eat while relaxing. Food taste good. Usually get lemonade or Green tea to drink which is tasty.

Melissa is the best and the staff. Service is fast. Great place to meet up with friends.

Ordered a mocha latte and got a regular latte bc the staff didnt feel like refilling the chocolate pump

*3.5/5 Suburban Paneras are the student's paradise, a hearth of bread bowls and Pick 2 deals, a blissful third place between home and school/work -- nothing but good and sweet memories for that Panera. Panera in the city, on the other hand, in New York City herself -- with her plentiful cafes and bodegas and mom-and-pop shops -- begs a different question: why bother? Super fair question to ask (the answer: proximity and a place to sit). This Pick 2 deal feels like extortion when the spot one block down has sandwiches for half the price and double the pizzazz. Alas, the food here is reasonable and dare I say tasty for a Panera. Chicken noodle soup was nice on a chilly day, as was our modified Chipotle Avocado Melt. And the apple was shockingly crisp, beyond my wildest expectations. The Panera itself is a bit crusty, and empty, but what gives. It's not a suburban Panera after all.

I am a creature of habit at Panera Bread. I am a big fan of the Pick 2 . My go-to Pick 2 is always the creamy tomato soup and the side of Fuji apple salad. I also select a nice piece of baguette, so I can dip this in my soup. When I decide to eat in the café, I always order ahead, rapid pick up, grab my bag off of the shelf and have a seat in the dining area. It's just so much simpler and faster. Just don't forget to ask for utensils if you decide to try rapid pick up. This particular café has customers that sit for hours on end. Luckily, there is usually ample seating. It's pretty clean.

A cockroach was suddenly on my table today, surely a byproduct of the hot season and the sanitary conditions of the restaurant. Something people hear about at various places, but must see to believe.

I always enjoy coming to this location - it's always busy but it never feels packed. I have always loved Panera's iced green tea, which is very refreshing, but I've found a new favorite item. Have you ever tried the Lemon Drop cookie? Not only does it have a nice, subtle lemon flavor, but it also contains white chocolate chips! Delicious. One criticism - I think it would be helpful to label pickup areas with signs from the ceiling. I've had issues picking up dine-in mobile orders. Clear labeling would help with efficiency.

Great location near transit and close by restaurants and all. Convenient location when in the area. Service is quick and friendly staff ...came in to order large coffee to go and got it really quick. Glad to see indoor dining has opened up again. Clean inside too...now I know where else I can come when in the area and craving for Panera...don't forget to try their new menu items and be a Panera rewards member! Perks add up with purchases.

Dirty and nasty. Trash all over the store. Inattentive staff. No one called our name when food was ready. Disgusting customers coughing all over the store not covering their mouth and letting their kids throw tempertantrums. Respect your health. Don't come here.

Quick lunch at Panera in LIC. Baja warm bowl with chicken is good itself. Ice coffee is garbage!!! Taste like water, look at the color!!! Ice coffee flavor drink??? Don't even bother!!!!

The service and food here is really good. The staff is very friendly across the board. Special shout out to Jazleen! When she sees me, she always grabs my large cold cup without me having to ask for it. I don't know how she is able to remember all the details but she does. It's those kind of things that make stopping at Panera to get my breakfast a great experience!

Food and service is great the people who work in the little neck branch seem really happy to be there. I love the sip club I hope that it stays permanently but there is one thing that bothers me I see people filling there thermos without checking in I hope that they don't ruin the sip club because ultimately Panera bread is trying to be profitable

This must be the only location that i had never had issues with dining inside the indoor cafe. It's more than just a safe place, feels like home away from home. Staff are always on point!

Here's the thing, if you're a student, do not come here. They will not lower the volume on the obnoxiously, loud music that they know how to turn down, but they won't on purpose. Sometimes the cashiers are very slow, don't think they've been trained properly. They looking at their iPad screen like this is their first time seeing an iPad screen. It's cold, most tables AND seats are dirty and don't get cleaned or a quick wipe down is done. Food sometimes hits, Sometimes. Lastly, which is the worst. Every time I place a mobile order, I see my food behind the cashier and I look at them and I try to get their attention because there's no one else. (there's never anyone else around besides them, so I'm assuming it's their job to also be handing out mobile orders when people get there) and I tell them that I'm here to pick up and they still make me wait... That's why I got a mobile order babe, so I don't have to wait.

Just left this place today I order a Caesar salad was so disgusted I had lettuce and too hard crotons you can't bite into no cheese on salad they supposed to have the cheese that go with ceasar salad I was so upset if I didn't live away I would bring that salad back but I was home and feeling hungry so I ate it the only thing was Good was the soft bread they gave me and I come here all the time I was so dissatisfied for the way they made my salad

Panera has the best soup. My go to soup is French onion soup anD the broccoli cheddar. The service is always great here, yes my orders can be wrong sometimes but they have no problem fixiNg it. The staff is very friendly and the dinging area is clean. Great for families. I love sitting by the fireplace here.

In general I expect chains to be pretty consistent, that's sort of the point- you know what you're getting regardless of where you are. Not this location. The only thing they get consistently right is getting it wrong. French onion soup, for instance, no bread and no cheese. Asian chicken salad, wrong dressing, no chicken. Broccoli Mac and cheese, no mac. The French bread they remembered, too bad it had a bite taken out of it.

Ordered for nostalgia purposes...yup still definitely over rated hospital/airplane food. Even with a list of what we ordered for takeout they still forgot a whole soup order. The way they definitely just ripped apart with their hands and threw it in the bag was honestly funny lol

This place is a joke. The people working here don't care about anything but wasting people's time. The tables are all dirty and the cashiers take their sweet time. I ordered the soba with chicken broth. Uh... it looked like soba noodles in canned soup or rather tasted like it. I could've put more effort into it for $10. They upcharged everything for what canned or boxed soup and some vegetables? I won't be eating that again or even trying this location again.

I love my neighborhood Panera. This is the best location for quality. Actually it should be same every where but I have had experience in past where the quality is not as good- Bayside location. However, it's lovely there but not upto my expectation. This is so far the best. I love their seasonal soups especially Autumn squash soup. Healthy options and reasonable prices with emphasis on accuracy. They have some good deserts. Btw, their breakfast menu is also nice. Not many options for vegetarians but overall decent. One thing to consider, Long waits in line. It's awfully packed after 3:00 because of neighborhood schools. They should open more cash registers. Bathroom can be more clean also. Service is pretty good. Always ready to help and satisfy the customer. I simply love Panera Bread !

Erik with the pink hair was super friendly and upbeat when taking my order. I also saw him multitasking and helping with pick up orders. I was just complaining that every establishment has had such poor service and bad attitudes I left here with the opposite feeling!

I will never return to this location again. Today my fiancé and I both ordered the tomato soup. Unfortunately, her's had a piece of plastic bag in it. It was gross! I'm trying to add the photo now Also, I thought the soup was made fresh, but I guess they just pour it out of a plastic bag??

I don't know why they got just 3 star, but for me exactly I gave them 5 star. For almost 13$ I got soup, bread and sandwich, and really soup is delicious, my sandwich too. I can say something bad. Inside very clean and good atmosphere. Yes this kind fast food but really better than just burger and more healthier.

It starts at the counter when you walk in to place your order, seems like the number one requirement is to have an attitude. Why is it that all the employees have suck a sour look on their face, No Good morning, How are doing, etc... For this reason, I'll try my best not to support this location

New manager seems like she doesn't know what she's doing. Received my rapid order 15 minutes late and her excuse was my order fell through the cracks and wasn't looked at. It's not the first time. Also, I was the only one asked if I had my vaccination card and ID to stay. I waited to see if she asked anyone else and she didn't. Very poor management. Bright side is that there is someone named Miya who knows how to take care of people and is very professional.

I really like the rewards program that Panera offers with their members. And I like their lobster roll in the summer. They are not stingy with the lobster. I wish they would change up the menu more often though.

This is a big Panera Bread on Steinway Street. Good for people looking for a place to stay for a little while. I came here craving for a salad with avocado. I got the pick 2 with a lobster roll and a small chicken salad. It costed $25! That's pretty expensive. The food took kinda long even though there was no one ahead of us. I was expecting something nice and good for the price, but our food look meh. Not to mention they looked nothing like their advertised photos. The lobster roll was more like half a roll. The salad looked really sad and stale. I came here for avocado and got 3 tinny little slides of avocado. One good thing I have to say is that the lobster on the lobster roll was real lobster chunks. I just wish it was a normal size roll.

I usually eat at Panera and have a generic experience but this time was different. Not sure who the gentleman who helped me was, but he was excellent! It doesn't take much to have a nice experience but he was great! 03/06/21 around 11 AM.

Love it very calm and quiet. Service was great and it was fast. Definitely coming back here!

So so so slow. Ten minutes late for a rapid pick up for my boss. Coffee and a muffin should not be this difficult

Do NOT order delivery from here. I've ordered twice in the past two weeks. Both times, i received an email that it arrived, but it was nowhere to be found. Last week, it finally arrived 15 minutes later. The soup and sandwiches were lukewarm. Today, after the initial check, I waited 20 minutes then went out again. It was just sitting in the hallway, cold. I called and they apologized but did not offer a credit, or a reimbursement for the $4 delivery fee plus $5 tip, which would have been the courteous thing to do.

I reallyyyy want to like this location, but the problem is that they are always swamped (many schools & families in the area) and it seems like they are often understaffed. I find myself enduring longer than normal waits for when I do rapid pick-up AND for when I order in-person. I'll see lots of pick-up orders pile up behind the counter and there will be nobody to actually bring them to the rapid pick-up shelf. In addition to the line to order in-person, there will be a growing group of people on the side waiting for their rapid pick-up orders, which causes a lot of commotion in the front. Whenever I've gone there is only one person taking orders, which leads to a long line leading to the door. If they had a person for each cash register AND an assigned person to quality-check pick-up orders/bring them to the shelf/make drinks, I think that would be a start.

Panera has the best bread bowls and cookies! Everything is super fresh and baked on the premise. I highly recommend coming here for bread, pastries, even the sandwiches and salads are incredible- you really can't go wrong with anything you get from here! Also the staff are so nice and accommodating!

So normally I love Panera and this review is NOT about the food but the Manager. My Sis and I went there yesterday around 4p. We entered with my pup who was in a pet stroller. I have openly brought my pup into Panera dozens of times in her pet stroller, as they don't have any sign banning dogs. I double checked after yesterday. Anyway, we went in and ordered. The Manager asked me if my pup was a service animal, she is not so I answered no. My Sis then said, we are taking out, we aren't staying and the Manager said the dog will still need to stay outside. Was I annoyed, yes, but I didn't say anything and went outside while my Sis waited for the food. My Sis did make a face but didn't say anything. The reason I am complaining is not because I was asked to wait outside the reason I am complaining is that the Manager, started talking about us to another co-worker in front of my Sis. REALLY?!?!?! She said, "I know they were annoyed but it's my pet peeve when people try to sneak things into the restaurant." Well, I DIDN'T TRY TO SNEAK my pup in, if I did, I don't think I would have walked up to the counter to order food with my pup facing the employees. The Manager's gossiping within in earshot and in the open is extremely unprofessional, especially when we complied. When she saw my Sis heard the entire conversation she scurried in the back not to be seen again. The Manager made the situation worse. I will find a new Panera.

They are open for business. And nothing that I wanted to order was ready. 7:00am. There should not have been an issue. Choose to go elsewhere. Can't keep giving this place a chance.

Just made a lunch order online of 3 items - a pick 2 and 2 bread bowl soups. The order arrived late and I received NONE of the 3 sides that was supposed to come with the items. Terrible!

Wild give zero cars if I could. Always put the wrong soup in the bag if you order different types. They need to pay attention and give the customer the right order.

Hi I just ordered a chicken and broccoli soup with the chipotle sandwich. As soon as I got finish eating I got up and ran to the bathroom to vomit. There food is nasty please don't order from here. U will be sick like me. No stars giving. I had to put one star smh. Please don't don't order from here.

I was going to say one of the best, IT IS THE BEST. Coffee is always fresh and good. Choice of milks, sugars, artificial sweeteners and plenty of napkins, stirrers etc. Now the rest. Pastries are fantastically delicious and always consistent. Breads are some of the freshest and tastiest in town. Tables are always clean including the carpeted floor. Lots of comfortable seating even when crowded. Employees are polite, knowledgeable and always ready to help. I visit 4-5 days a week but it should be 7. A great place to enjoy your food and drink.

The bagels still sit there out in the open and I am sure flies land on them throughout the day and they probably go stale faster. I wish they would cover them. Also I came here to get a salad one evening and I saw one of the guys go in the back with their plastic gloves on and they returned with more supplies and they didn't replace their plastic gloves and they continue to grab croutons for my salad with the same gloves they wore when they went in the back to get more supplies. Panera Bread can be better if they just read the reviews of their customers.

I ordered the cheddar broccoli soup and enjoyed it very much! Panera never lets me down!

When I received my order and opened the bag, the first thing I saw was a piece of bread which looked like partially eaten without being covered. My sandwich was made incredibly messy and my pizza was cold. Under this world health crisis the way my food was packed was so questionable. Of course I didn't eat the piece of bread. This tells me that this location has the employees who obviously don't want to work and don't care about anything.

I have complain about Panera bread. When they put pasta primavera in their menu on (February 2015 ) the size of the bowl was big and the price was 8.79 plus tax. I went to Panera bread and i ordered pasta primavera again last thursday night. I was shock, the bowl was small The price was same ( 8.79 without tax) .They serve the pasta with soup cup. They claim they always serve with small size. Which is it is not true. They want serve less with same price. They want to fool customer and cheat. Also it show, they dont respect their customer. Thank you Panera bread.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite spots to go to when I want to eat and work at the same time. This location is good for me close to the subway and bus. Staff is nice and helpful. Food is always on point. The place is good enough in place. Not so overcrowded. The reason why it wasn't a 5 star was due to the bathrooms I know half the time is not there staff not cleaning, it's the customers that are filthy but they have to be on top of there restaurant beside that this Panera bread is one of my favorites
