Reality vs Pictures in the app. $6.89 for a tiny yogurt parfait, and it used preserved fruits, not like the picture. It was spoiled. $3.99 for avocado toast. okay, but not even a quarter of an avocado in it. Other Panera locations had better classic avocado, don't know what happened. Got a refund. Walked over to the market, got a sourdough, a whole avocado, and Greek yogurt instead and had to make my own avocado sandwich🤣 The Employees are cool. They are trying with what they got.

This was my first time at panera. And. The restaurant itself was okay. The restaurant could have used a little bit of cleaning. Maybe a little less A/C it was a bit cool in there, We ordered a cup of chicken noodle soup, a cup of chicken wild rice soup and and a half turkey avocado BLT sandwich cut in half and 2 drinks a small sprite was not good tasted like seltzer water. My mom got a Pepsi instead, and I had a small half and half tea/lemonade. All that for $38, the staff was pleasant and helpful, it's a good place for a quick bite and the music wasn't bad.

The employees here have a really bad attitude towards customers and act as if they are being forced to work. Often, when you arrive, you'll find that the coffee is finished, and they don't bother to refill it. They are very slow.

Not fair that they don't have closer to 5 stars. The food has always been good and staff always friendly. I've spent a lot of time here it's a great place to hang out and eat an unhurried meal and work from my phone.

This particular restaurant has gotten worse over time. I don't know if it's new management but the employees have gotten sloppy & lazy. I've received great food in the past but this one just broke the camels back. I waited over 40 minutes for a souffle just to receive one with a yellow gooey substance that isn't egg nor cheese. Terrible!

I will never return here. I can't believe I was charged 10 dollars for this "bowl" of soup. I'm taking my business to tender greens. A quart of delicious soup there is 14 dollars. For a quart! Ridiculously overpriced here at panera. Holy cow.

I enjoy eating Panera Bread Sausage and Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza, Toasted Frontega Chicken, and today I enjoy eating the Turkey Sandwich which is really good and healthy. So this is a good place for Lunch. They also have Salads and Soups. You can do In Person to place an order or you can place an order online. You can choose which side order you want like Chips or Apple. And if you download the Panera Bread App you can get points for a free meal.

Order Uber eats app would not let me choose the type of bread. Call the store was told .I can only do on app That's not good customer service The app is for choosing .you prepare the food ( the correct thing to have done is get name on order & fix the style of bread I want

Ok I can dig this place only cuz the don't ask don't tell free refill policy. They have outlets yo! Nowhere in LA has them anymore. Don't come for the food and you'll be ok. The coffee and tea is more reasonable and better than Starbucks. I can dig it.

This location is okay for studying since they have outlets, which was helpful, but I experienced many of the same issues mentioned in previous reviews. You have to order from a kiosk, and there's really no one available to help or guide you, especially if you're not familiar with the menu. I haven't been to Panera in a long time, so it was hard to remember what items were good. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was a big issue. The bathroom was not clean, and the table I sat at had a lingering unpleasant smell. There were also about 3-4 homeless individuals sitting in different areas, which made the environment feel uncomfortable while trying to study. On top of that, there was a dirty plate left on a nearby table for over an hour. Since we were trying to study, I ended up moving the plate over to an empty spot table to make room for my other classmates to study since the plate was still there. When I received my food, there was essentially no service beyond that. I'm only giving this location two stars because the food itself was good and I was able to study there for a couple of hours. I used to think Panera was a better sit-down fast-casual place, but at least at this location, it really isn't. Safe yourself a trip and get it to-go.

​Unfortunately, my experience was marred by a serious cleanliness issue. The seating area where I was attempting to eat had an extremely strong and foul odor--specifically, a pervasive body odor--that made it very difficult and unpleasant to consume my meal. ​This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, especially for a dining establishment. It raises significant questions about your regular cleaning and sanitation procedures. ​I hope you will take immediate steps to address the hygiene standards and ensure the seating areas are thoroughly and regularly cleaned.

On 9/20/2025 @ 6:37PM/ Culver City/ Cafe #204865 We asked for our table to be cleaned. Instead my husband was given a paper towel to clean the table! My husband is too nice. Once we finished I asked for a manager. Frank who said he was the manager came over. I told him that no one came to clean the table and we were given a paper towel to clean table ourselves. And Frank said it was a SANITIZED towel. I said you are the employee! We are customers! You could tell there were no lights on in Franks head as he did not think what he did was bad customer service. He did not even apologize. Albeit late in complaining, I will not forget Frank could not be bothered to do his job. As a matter of fact I saw Frank standing in the restaurant talking to someone for an extended period of time. What is going on in this joint????

Panera bread for the win with the best chicken noodle soup.. I was under the weather for a few days and ordered this chicken noodle soup every day ate it with the bread dipped the bread in the juice...it was my comfort food. If you haven't tried the chicken noodle soup please do!

### 2024 review 11/100 ### Sip Club membership is 100% pointless... and a total waste of time... 8 out of 10 times I come in, they are OUT of hazelnut coffee. And I'm not the only one who is unhappy about that either. This is an ongoing issue at this location. I have brought it up with the managers on duty and even suggested that this issue can easily be addressed by having multiple carafes so there are full freshly brewed hazelnut coffee always ready for customers. By the way, that is how they do it at OTHER Panera locations where u much prefer to go for my coffee and have a much more pleasant coffee experience with better customer service too. Nope. Still no action or improvement over years. I am not very fond of my "neighborhood" Panera :-(

Panera is a great brand, good food nice new restaurants. But the service is never up to standard. I had to let the the person that took my order know that this place is very unwelcoming! While I was in line I saw three employees. One that was busy with a large order ( she saw me and rolled her eye as to say oh great another customer) another walked by no smile and the person that looked like a supervisor or manager just got off break. I waited over 2 minutes in line. Not one person greeted me . Hey I don't want them to serve me immediately, but a simple someone will be right with u would b great. They are ALWAYS understaffed. The soup and salad is always great no complaints. Service is superb. It's great eating inside or outside, and the teas are tasty.

I love Panera, and no change in my opinion, but this location. Two stars for my food and my friend's. I came to this location with my friend for lunch. This front counter cashier was somehow having a bad day? She gave us a bad vibe, and she didn't even care to ask me for a side choice. If you are not happy with your job, why don't you go back to college and get a better job? Don't take it out on us customers.

Gotta say, love this place. Love the healthy yet comforting food. Love the easy to order screen. Love the text pick up area system. Love the calm. relaxing vibe where people are on lap tops doing work and unhurried to leave. They have coffee too so it's like a coffee shop with actual food. Nice service too people were laid back and helpful. Love the juices too that aren't too sugary. Comfortable booths too. Just wanted to give a shout out. Prices are fair too. Thanks Panera. You made my lunch pleasurable and fulfilling. Also, free chips were a nice touch.

Food was amazing went there for lunch. The tablet is convenient to place your order or ordering with the cashier. The place was calm and clean, a perfect way to enjoy lunch with the family.

It's been awhile since I last set foot in this Panera because I was mad about a previous rewards email offer they would not honor because they said it required an online order to be able to use the offer, despite no mention of an online order requirement in the terms listed in their email nor on their website. I am still mad because I went in today with an email offer they would not honor because again they said it required an online order despite no mention of an online order requirement in their terms - see photos of offer and term photos attached. I am done with Panera and their Bullsh*t offers and no future offers are enough to make me ever want to go to Panera again because I won't support any business that has no integrity about its own offers. As I was leaving, I couldn't help but notice their soda dispenser was spewing water non-stop which tells me there isn't a lot of care about the business management.

BEWARE! The super slow ice machine at this location is not slow due to high usage. Unlike other locations this location doesn't have their ice machine go thru MONTHLY CLEANING or the common annual cleaning. You don't want to see the mold growing inside.

I ordered at the kiosk. Food was not sent to the table ended up waiting 20 minutes for the food only for it to cold. This is not my usual experience at other Panera Bread locations. I will be avoiding this one at all cost.

I love this location! I have their unlimited sip club and use it daily. The managers are all super friendly and helpful. They also keep this location very clean and always have an A rating from the health inspectors. I don't see why their yelp review page is so bad when they have the most kind and caring employees I've ever met. They even help out the local homeless community by allowing them a place of refuge in the colder months as long as they don't make a disturbance.

I love Panera! This location especially is clean and O.M.G the service here is amazing because of the employees! This one woman named Sara is such a sweat heart, she made sure my mother and I had the best experience and we had everything we need, we both wanted to come back again sooner thanks to her! Please give Sara a raise she goes the extra mile to make sure customers like my mother and I are 100% satisfied, even giving us a compliment. Anyway, I definitely recommend this place, food is very fresh and I don't get bloated after eating like I usually do. The only small issue I would say is that sometimes random people come from outside and ask for money. This is pretty rare and only happened to me once but it is not really Paneras fault so I can't blame them.

Sandwich was very good. HOWEVER the macaroni and cheese was soupy, cold, and hard. I have never experienced macaroni and cheese so bad in this location. This was today around 4:40pm-5:00pm. It was seriously so bad, I could not eat more than one macaroni piece.

Staff is rude, they will treat you like you're bothering them. Capriotti's Sandwich shop is a block away and ten times better and friendly. Also, the restaurant was dirty.

Service is very slow. There was only one person handling most of the services. Placed an online order and still waited 15 minutes just to have it handed to me. Person who waited before me was here for 20 minutes. One employee was just walking around back and forth not bothering to help. Very very slow service.

A sandwich and two salads for almost 50$? The taste isnt bad, and the breads pretty good, but its definitely not worth how much they charge.

I hadn't eaten all day so I was very hungry. I had a hankering for Panera Broccoli Cheese Soup so I made an online order for curbside pick up. While on the website it offered me the Pick Two option so I decided to throw a salad in. My order was on time as estimated , however the associate let me know they were out of Bro. Ch. for the night and he'd taken the liberty to. Substitute for wild rice and mushroom soup. I was so let down because my main purpose was the soup, I told him I just wanted to cancel the order. He was very kind and so understanding, he was sincerely apologetic and encouraged me to take the order complimentary and he would cancel it still. Although this soup is not as comforting as the BC, it was still satisfying and more importantly tended to my physical needs and I didn't have to figure something else out while feeling the weakness and pangs of hunger. These days it's rare to come across genuine representatives that care, listen, and identify opportunities to ensure customer appreciation. Frank was so warm and empathetic, what would have normally caused frustration, turned in to elation. I knew I was hungry but didn't realize the extent of that hunger until after the first few bites. My whole being is grateful and appreciative to him for having the foresight to understand my needs , I was literally close to fainting. I will be back to this location again and again as a result. Thank you Frank for creating an exemplary personal experience for me and Panera!

I was craving sweet treat and some coffee so I stopped in at this Panera location. There is often a bit of a line to the register but there is almost always a self-serve ordering kiosk available. It's also really easy and efficient to place an order on the phone app. My favorite flavor of Panera coffee is their Hazelnut and it was out when I was there so I had the light roast instead, and a Chocolate Chip Muffie, which is just the top part of a muffin! (The tastiest part, too!). There is a large seating area and several patrons were working on their laptops, but it was not noisy and easy to have a conversation.

Dirty floors in Culver City Panera. Hair and bugs in food. Dirty tables. Manager Adan refuses to clean tables. Eat at your own risk to danger. Germs can enter your body. ​ Food is not fresh. The manager Adan cleaned counter with old dirty rag then handled sandwiches. ​Dangerous unhealthy place.​

Stopped by Panera this morning and decided to give the avocado toast a try. I was extremely skeptical because while avocado toast is fairly basic a lot can go wrong and after a few bites my skepticism materialized. Worst avo toast I've had in my life. It was completely flavorless. The service was okay. I asked for no everything bagel seasoning and that request was not met. The screen said my order was ready when in fact it was not. If you're on the fence about trying the avo toast, do yourself a favor and please don't.

They forgot to put TURKEY in the TURKEY sandwich and then refunded without tax. CHECK YOUR FOOD, or don't buy from them.

The food is very fresh at this location. I love how spacious it is. The customer service is good at this location. I highly recommend stopping by you will not be disappointed.

I have been to this Panera several times in the past years every time I had work in Culver City, it would be my go to after my Covid Test, then Sony Studio then here. The management always nice, one time it was late at night and they even offered me cookies to take home for the holidays, just be mindful as Sunday their hours starting at 7 AM instead of 6, I had to wait in the car once, their space is pretty nice, cozy and quiet perfect when you need to be away or working on your laptop.

It's clean and the food is good, that's it. 7 a.m. Saturday and the only available coffee is decaf! And no half & half, only almond milk (which does not lighten coffee appropriately, says me). A shame as in theory and when we travel back home to suburban Chicago, we love Panera. It is our go-to every morning. This is just sad.

The Panera Bread at Brigham and Wonens Hospital on Francis St is outstanding , the food is always fresh and your order is always on time Pasa the manager is outstanding always courteous, helpful kind and professional ! Pasa and his team always provide outstanding customer service ! Thank you so much Pasa and your team for all your hardwork and outstanding service ! It is so much appreciated as this is the only Panera Bread I would go to it is above the rest

This is what happens when you cut all of the FOH staff and make your customers guess their way through an awful POS system. I used to like coming here even though the food was mediocre at best. It was easy to get in and out and the staff was friendly. Now you have mediocre food and no staff. Literally no one behind the counter. I won't be coming back.

They are thieves and beware of the Panera app. I ordered 2 bowls of soup with chips. I paid for the 2 large bowls and the app changed the order to 1 large bowl and 1 cup and changed the side to bread. I rechecked the app and the price I paid was indeed for 2 large bowls of soup but received 1 large and 1 small. Its disappointing and shocking to realize the app or someone at the store is changing orders like this. I don't recommend.

We went inside for some Brocolli Soup and some of the Turkey Sandwiches. Nice ok Panera location . Like the soup which was fresh and delicious. Customer Service was not the best. People were not very attentive. But, it did not spoil my day. I continued with my lunch and split. So, cant win em all.

Super happy with this location. Gina, the manager, was friendly and personable at the register, food quality was great. I will be back to this location. Others just aren't the Panera I remember as a kid, but I'm happy I found a good one!!

The cashier was super rude to me and called me out with a rude tone telling me I should've used self checkout and rolled his eyes when I said I'd tried but the machine wasn't working... stunned by how badly he messed up the short interaction of me ordering and paying for soup. I'm sure the location is fine otherwise, but they need to hire some nicer people.

Some Panera are run like a well oiled machine. Some are a real disaster. This location falls squarely in the later. A line with five people. I just needed cream for my coffee and it took 9 minutes. Meanwhile, we can all see four employees way in the back laughing and making a single sandwich. I've seen many odd things like this at this particular location. There's an obvious lack of quality management here.

Food is good... but all the times I have been here there was always a hair in my sandwich or soup. The soup is never piping hot, it's always just lukewarm. They seem to be out of stock of items every visit and the staff does not wash their hands after using the facilities. So I'm sure we have all been exposed to the staffs urine or poo hands at some point. I would not suggest this location to anybody.

Well i ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich and they gave a soggy small sandwich made by a 5 year old... This is worse than cafeteria food. What they have marketed on their website is clearly a false picture of what you think you're getting. I'm embarrassed for them. I mean I actually paid $10 for this hahah what!!! I also ordered a chicken noodle soup bowl and It was all broth and 2 pieces of chicken. Lol. I think someone is working the wrong job here cause clearly they don't know how to make a proper food order. My 9 year old niece could do better than this! Honest waste of money. I've been to many Panera Breads and this one is definitely not it...

The staff are fine but they scammed me twice w a gift card that doesn't work I spent 200 dollars and they won't let me use it and they won't refund me THIS IS the second time I've been scammed here !!!DONT BUY THEIR GIFT CARD

1) I will NEVER go back. 2) This used to be more of a restaurant where you sat down, someone handed you a real menu, and a server brought it to you. 3) Their board menus are confusing, and even more confusing was their "pick 2". 4) This is really what PISSED me off. If you've seen some of my other reviews, I really like Margherita pizzas. They had a "flat bread" one, so I ordered it. My name never showed up on the screen while I waited in the totally impersonal pick-up area. The guy yellwd.my name. Then he tries to hand me a CHEESE pizza and says, "sorry, they are cutting tomatoes right now." I said I wanted the tomatoes and where is the basil. I wanted to throttle him. They took it back and stuck tomatoes and extremely little basil, so I had to ask for more. The pizza was bland, and their tomato sauce literally tasted like ketchup but even more watered down. 5) Half the tables had left over dishes that hadn't been bussed, and there was food on the floor. YUCK.

Great food and service! Always on point when I visit this Panera. Clean, friendly and welcoming.

Well, let's start with the biggest reason for me to be here. The Sip Club! 15 bucks a month and free coffee & drinks every 2 hours they are open. Thats a great deal. Now it's not EVERY drink on the menu is on the SC list for free but a decent selection is. The West Covina location is where I normally go and I do have a few gripes about it. 1) keep on eye out to refill the coffee jugs. The Hazelnut is empty a lot of the times I have come in. 2) can't something be done about the tiny space that is the so called station where all the things you need to complete your coffee, For example the half & half, almond milk & soy milk, sugars,coffee stirrers, napkins, cup sleeves (which r always empty) cup caps etc. etc. is way TOO SMALL maybe 2 people can complete their coffee at 1 time while a line of 4 or more r waiting and waiting and waiting to do theirs . This is ridiculous and should be remedied! Put together a larger area West Covina .... HELLO, are you listening WEST COVINA? Honestly all Paneras I have visited are the same but WC is my home base. A lot of you out there have got to agree with me!

I ordered the Turkey Avocado BLT sandwich and this is what I got. It's literally only bread and turkey. Is this a joke? Were the employees playing a prank on me? Someone had to look at this, package it, and give it to me to-go. I would have rather gotten the wrong sandwich than to get something like this. This is disgusting. Needless to say, I will never come back here to eat again.

Ordered take out of Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup, Ciabatta Cheesesteak, and Toasted Garden Caprese Grilled Cheese = Warm bread and melted cheese. Brought it home and had to put butter on the bread and grill it myself. Ciabatta Cheesesteak = BARELY any cheesesteak. All bread, little meat. Caprese - the thinnest sliced caprese ever, NO basil, all ice berg lettuce. All bread, very little anything else. Bill was over $40, and we are all still hungry. Won't be returning.

Not sure if it is this location in particular, but soups are never hot. I told the manager of something concerning, and he seem to not care. Why be a manager if you don't care about your customers and their input. Saw a worker, walk out of the bathroom stall without washing their hands, and went straight back into the kitchen Let's just say I won't be returning here again, and hope yelp does not remove this post

I'm still hungry. The portions keep getting smaller and smaller. That was not worth $18! The half tuna sandwich was like having an appetizer.

Honestly not sure when Panera became kiosk based but asking for a TIP when the guest uses the kiosk and there is NO service at all. Nobody at the register greeting ppl. The pastry case was empty like bare. Look pretty sad. The one employee was arguing with a guest about a refund. You sit and wait for your name to show on a screen. Very impersonal, cold, no service, very empty location. Definitely won't be back.
