As usual, food is fresh. Service is fast. New items. Would recommend the chicken strawberry poppy seed dressing salad. Healthy, affordable food. Wonderful cookie and pastry selection. We chose 2 items for approx $15.

Feel ripped off. $14 for 2 tablespoons of tuna and pile of lettuce? No thanks. And this is the 3rd time this has happened. We’re all hurting in this economy, give us what we pay for and stop trying to rip us off

Great for breakfast or bringing a pastry for co-workers. They have a nice bread selection, the egg tart is tasty and salads or sandwiches are good. Service is nice. There is an outside place to eat, almost park-like among the trees. Had lunch recently, tuna sandwich had a nice sourdough bread, not dry. Caesar salad was a nice complement to it.

Honey, let me spill the tea on this Panera situation. ✨👑 Two stars, and that's being generous, sweetie. Now, don't get me wrong, their Sip Club has me living my best hydrated life. Those lemonades and teas? They're giving me life, darling. And those food deals? Mama's saving coins left and right. But the moment I sashayed into that dining room, I knew something was off. It's looking more beat than my face before I put on my lashes. The ambiance? Honey, it's giving "forgotten dressing room at a community theater." And let me tell you about the Mac n Cheese catastrophe. I ordered it thinking I'd get some cheesy realness, but what did they serve it in? A bowl that looked like it had been through more than my wig on a windy day. Dirty doesn't even begin to describe it, sweetie. I'm disappointed, Panera. You're serving looks with those drinks, but this queen needs cleanliness to go with her carbs. Get it together, or this diva might just death drop right out of here for good. 💅🏻🎭​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Best Panera for working/studying throughout the day. Plenty of seating locations (inside and out). Unlimited sip club is great. Service is great. Food comes out fast and fresh. Although not fancy, I really like panera’s selection of healthy affordable food. App is great for ordering and seeing clear nutritional/calorie menu information (even for customizations). Staff makes an effort to make sure tables are clean and cleared. Chill atmosphere. Feels almost like a local community hub with the variety of people coming in (families, groups of teens, elderly & middle aged, old friends catching up).

Great selection of baked goods, sandwiches, coffee and more. Danish, coffee cake, cinnamon roll especially good. Daily coffee program a nice addition. Friendly efficient staff. Order for pickup inside or brought out to you. Nice outdoor seating area when available.

Came to Panera to get some studying in and use my Sip Club drink! I got a Pomegranate Hibiscus Tea which was refreshing with very subtle flavor and low in sugar. I then tried a bowl of Mexican street corn chowder with a side of chips which was very warming and tasty. The food itself was good, although I wish my bowl of soup was more full considering the large bowl size but it was still yummy! Some things to consider when studying here: free wifi (but sometimes a little spotty), tables were not very clean so I ended up wiping down different surfaces I used before using them, bathroom is code-locked so you need to ask a worker for the code. Service was nice when requested as well. I'd come back again! edit: try the potato chips in the soup for an extra crunch!

So excited to try this new drink. It had fresh cut strawberries & basil in it. It smelled so inviting & it tasted so refreshing. I like it better without the ice in it because it's less watered down. This drink is going to be a good one for everyone to enjoy!

Panera is shining! With unlimited WiFi and healthy food options, daily made pastries, comfortable seating, ample outlets, and WiFi it's my go to place to work with colleagues or myself after work.

I'm a **weekly regular** at **Panera Bread** for a quick drink--usually a coffee or iced tea--so I thought it was time to finally write a review. Overall, this location has become my go-to spot when I need something fast, convenient, and reliably good. One of the things I love most is how **clean and organized** the space always is. Whether I'm grabbing a drink inside or picking it up through the **mobile order** system, it's clear that the staff here really take pride in maintaining the place. Even during busy hours, things seem to run smoothly. Speaking of mobile orders, the **pick-up process** is always quick. I love that I can place my order ahead of time and know it's going to be ready when I arrive. They also have designated areas for mobile pick-ups, which makes it super easy to grab and go without the usual confusion of navigating a crowded counter. Service is usually friendly, and even if it's a little busy, I've never had any major issues with wait times. Sometimes I wish they'd offer a bit more variety in their drink options (more fun flavors?), but overall, I keep coming back because it's reliable and easy. In short, **Panera Bread** is my go-to for a quick drink fix, and with their fast mobile ordering and consistently solid service, I'll keep stopping by weekly. Just wish I could mix it up with a few more unique drink options!

We went to this location and very unhappy with service. Good is ok but service is terrible. Bread was not take order like we ask. When my daughter come back asking them to toast because they did not - service lady said No we can not do that. What! We asked to toasted bread when we made an order. My daughter she does not want to make to complicate the problem so she took the bread back and try to eat it. When I came ask them to box to go the lady stared in my eyes we do not have sandwiches box for to go and throw paper to me. Wow, I can not believe- please go some other location- not this - services are terrible.

This is one of the better Panera Bread locations I've been to. Although it is a busy restaurant with crowded parking lot, the food here is consistently good. The turnaround time is also much quicker than other locations. Sometimes I'll just order from the app in the parking lot, wait about 5-7 minutes, walk in , and the order's there on the shelf. The employees here are friend and welcoming. I wish I got her name but the lady who was bringing out the food to the tables was such a hard worker. She was hustling to get orders out and at the same time made sure the tables were cleared and clean for the next guests. I am bummed that Panera no longer has the tub of mac n cheese as an option in their family feasts meals with the two half sandwiches. That was such a good deal!

Panera is Panera! This location has ample seating but the bread sells out quick! Luckily we got another variety that was tasty with the Turkey BLT we got. The ingredients were fresh-- the salad was crisp, the tomatoes were juicy, and the ham mixed well with the softness of the bread. Ample parking near the front and cute interior. We got our food quick and it was an overall pleasant experience on a weekend morning. It is a great study spot with lots of variety in drinks. Sip Club is prompt at this location and keeps you hydrated and healthy while working! Additionally, the staff are very kind and hardworking at this location, and other Panera locations as well. I will definitely be back for the value duets, BLTs, and of course, the unlimited SIP Club!

There's not much recommendable here. The coffee pots are often empty as are the soda fountains. Then I have to wait for them to refill and it takes up so much time. They don't keep your order. I ordered a coffee but work got in between and when I got there an hour later, the coffee cup was gone. It's not like they fill your coffee, they just give you an empty mug to fill yourself. Very annoying. And the latest, what's with this bagel? Does it even qualify as a bagel? It was the flattest disk I've ever seen.

I really enjoy coming here, free wifi, cozy feel, food arrives fast and has great prices. I come here a lot and the staff are pretty nice, they don't often make mistakes, and the food is tasty and healthy. I love that there are so many options, both for ingredients and combos, and that you're able to customize ingredients online. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick and comforting meal!

If I could give this Panera 0 stars, I would. I cannot, with good conscience, recommend anyone go here. We ordered from the kiosk and there was no direction as to where we had to pick up our drinks. We received the text alert that our food was ready, but it took 15 more minutes of waiting at the counter for it to show up. I was handed a bag (that I'm glad I checked) that only contained half the order. When the other half was ready it was on dine-in plate instead of to-go. I asked for it to be wrapped up to go and the girl behind the counter threw (and I'm not exaggerating when I say that) the apple in the bag. When we finally sat down to eat the au jus was thick as gravy, the turkey club had huge globs of mayo (my husband through it in the trash, it was that inedible) and my salad was wilted and old with fatty, rubbery chicken. 0/10 do not recommend!

Panera Bread. To be fair we have eaten here from time to time but not in recent memory. We come here on occasion for one thing only. The rustic sourdough bread is really good. Light, fluffy, great crust, sliced thick or thin, not much more you can ask for. That being said we do not bother coming after 11Am as they tend to be sold out. Also the lunch rush can be hit or miss and parking varies based on time of day. Service is fast, friendly, and on point.

We decided to try breakfast sandwiches and were disappointed with the quality of the food. They seemed old and dried out so will not be doing that again. Sorry However lunch is much better.

I used to love this place. Now every time I decide to give it another chance after months of not going back, I'm reminded why I stopped going here. Cashiers are never friendly, answer my questions wrong. I feel like if I don't tip on what ends up being a $30 order for 2 sandwiches that my food will be spar on. What's more is that for a $14 sandwich, consistently, the meat and other things in between are a single sliver. It's ridiculous how cheap they are.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Panera is terrible! Do not do any sort of online/ doordash order here! A 7.5 BILLION dollar corporation can't even load up a sandwich. Super stingy I basically got bread, a slither of condiments, and a sprinkle of protein. These pictures says it all! I should of learned my lesson the first time! I repeat- do NOT buy from this location!

Tried to use the soup promo code and the cashier stated this store isn't honoring that promotion. When I asked why, he just shrugged like I didn't matter. Poor customer service....

I honestly really appreciated going to this Panera location! The diversity in workers present at this location (Latinos, Asians, African Americans, etc) was very significant to see! The workers were also quite polite and respectful! I also loved the array of pastries, drinks, and savory food options this Panera Bread possessed! Very well stocked up in food items. The setting of this Panera Bread was also quite inviting, having a coffee bar, drink dispenser, etc available! I would recommend going to this Panera Bread location! Support Mountain View workers!

Quick service (at 3pm) and plenty parking. Good customer service. I enjoyed the squash soup (on the sweeter side) and the apple chicken salad. The restaurant vibe is neat as one can work on a laptop while eating and the seating arrangements provide privacy. It's a bit pricey but was worth it.

Panera Bread is a restaurant that offers a wide variety of beverages. You can find fresh fruit juices, teas, and coffees among your choices. Especially delicious latte and iced tea options stand out. Beverages perfectly complement your meals. Better than starbucks!

Disappointing- was the name of the game for our trip to Foster City Panera Bread for Soup & A Sandwich. The Sign said- "Basil BLT - we expected a Bacon Lettuce & Tomato sandwich with fresh basil included- we ask that the bacon be well cooked warm and crispy. Small cup of soup and ice tea. It arrived at our table - the soup was small but not hot at all. The sandwich bread was nicely toasted but everything in the sandwich was stone cold. Hence bacon was cold and greasy- and there was no fresh basil on the entire sandwich!! We purchased two orange scones and they were fresh and delicious. Only good thing that happened that trip was enjoying those nice fresh scones. Service personnel was a group of young people who seemed depressed and unfriendly. I've noticed in the past if the staff is mediocre the boss is mediocre- not doing their job encouraging these young people to develop any kind of work ethic. SAD!!!

Love Panera, and appreciate the option to have a place to get work done and have Wifi available but also have substantial meal items on the menu, not just light cafe munchies. Service was fast and polite. There were many available tables when I went on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't too loud.

I've now tried Panera bread in NorCal and SoCal. At either ends of CA, Panera bread delivers hot and cold-brewed coffee with an extra hint of flavor that keeps me coming back for more! I've tried iced coffee, and hot strong and regular, as well as hazelnut. I like my coffee with plenty of cream and sugar, which, to me, is the perfect addition to this already strong (pun intended) coffee. With the coffee club rewards program, you can get free coffee every day here. The Socal location I've visited includes refills and the self-serve stand is open to add creamer, milk and sugar freely, but in the Bay, this is closed and no refills are given. While I love the refill option, I understand why this location would not offer them these days. Panera bread is a definite favorite of mine, no matter what part of California I get my coffee from :)

Ordered chicken sandwich. Got it all dressed up but they forgot the chicken. Told them, they said they'd make another. After waiting awhile somone came to tell me to o get it (he came to get me, walked me to it and pointed to it). There's BARELY ANY CHICKEN in this. It's an absolute joke.

Had an unfortunate experience here this past Monday. I placed a pick up order for 5 people in our office. When I arrived my order was ready and brought out to the car. When I got back to the office, I distributed our food to those that ordered. A few minutes later, our President and CEO (hospital organization) found a bug in his sandwich. Of course he tossed the sandwich and in finding that all others tossed their food as well. I called the store to let them know and I kindly asked for a refund. The manager let me know I had to call customer service and they would provide me with a refund, but she wasn't able to do it herself. I called customer service and they were experiencing a high volume of calls = long wait times. I waited on hold a few different times without being able to reach anyone. I called the store manager back and let her know this was an inconvenience having to wait on hold all day. She said if I felt comfortable providing her with my credit card info, she can refund me for the sandwich only. I asked for a full refund for the order because 1.) Panera Bread isn't cheap 2.) I went out of my way to drive there (there's not one close to work) 3.) I, as well as my company orders from here often for catering. I let her know this was disappointing to hear since we are regular customers. I tried calling customer service again without reaching anyone. I sent an e-mail through the customer service form online and still have not heard back. Corporate automatically redirects you to the standard customer service line without physically speaking with anyone. I am overall disappointed with their customer service and unfortunately our company will no longer be ordering with them.

Straitforward ingredients. Not much flavor but it's healthy. The turkey bacon smoked gouda sandwich was really dry. It's a large portion. I think the best part was their branded potato chips! Not too salty and very crispy. I prefer food with more flavor and sauces. I would stick to salads or soup here.

Came for the new chicken sandwich. Totally average just like everything else. Skip it

Not sure if it's just this location, but Panera Bread is advertising $1 delivery fee without mentioning a $5.12 "Convenience Fee" that only shows up during payment. They claim: "The Convenience Fee offsets certain costs associated with online ordering including technology development, marketing and administrative activities." The total fees comes out to $8.12 with the $2 charge mandated by the county. This does not include tips for the driver. The "Convenience Fee" is just sneaky and bad policy. I won't be returning.

I stopped by here for my favorite: half sandwich and half soup combo. This time it was Tuscan grilled chicken sandwich and creamy tomato soup. On a day like this, feeling like autumn is here, it hit the spot. Every time I come, I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like it. The sandwich bread was perfectly toasted, still soft and chicken was tender and the sauce was delicious. I got another bread as a side to dip into my soup. YUM! So, yes, it gets busy around lunch time, but the line moves fast and the servers work hard. Check it out for lunch next time you're in the area.

Kadirrrr, this place is one of my favorite bakery! I go there for everyday to get a hot coffee and bagel, it is sooo delicious!

I ordered a take-out breakfast at the Panera in Mountain View, CA. When I got home I discovered a PLASTIC straw in my order. First of all, they should be more environmentally aware than to be using plastic straws. Second, it is ILLEGAL in California to dispense a straw without a specific customer request. So, Panera is environmentally ignorant and violates the law.

Indoor dining is slowly making a comeback which is really nice and long awaited but this Panera Bakery location in Mountain View has many clean outdoor tables for dining to choose from as well. So whether you want to eat a delicious breakfast sandwich indoor or outdoor, it's no problem. The staff here at this location are friendly and polite as well. Its a win win!

Don't order the signature chicken sandwich! One bun one hunk of chicken greens aoila sauce (so sparce it was so dry) greens and some round things that might of cheese flavored! And a bag of chips yuck I wanted a Apple ! All in all a very big disappointment! Never again!

I usually don't post a reviews but this one I want to warn all customers. Please ensure that if you will eat from Panera that you inspect before biting. Today I bit into their tuna sandwich and I bit into something very hard that chipped my tooth. I opened the sandwich and discovered a drywall screw in the sandwich. Yes, I could not believe it as I seemed to have been planted. I brought the sandwich back to the store and the manager refunded the sandwich and took down my information for a report. I felt that there was no care as it was very transactional. I always heard about weird things like this happening to my food but this was a first time for me so be aware of what you eat.

Comfort food, love their veggie soup with the sourdough beef sandwich (with horseradish) it's really good! Their service is okay, I usually take the food to go, it's my comfort food, nothing fancy but it works.

This is a chain restaurant, but the food quality is pretty good. I placed a mobile order for lunch, and the order was waiting for me when I arrived. It was well-assembled and neatly wrapped. There is also wi-fi available if you need to study or get work done.

Which NONE of the following do you not like? Sourdough bread bowls. Jalapeño cheddar bagels. Mediterranean veggie sandwiches. You pick two option. Panera consistently delivers and they have freshly baked goods to take home with you like the Tomato Basil Loaf. Panera is on the short-list of fast-food chains. They give you a free birthday pastry too! Can't wait to try their flatbread pizzas soon!

Bad service. I received a wrong item and only found out when I got home. I called the store to get a refund. But the manager told me to call back a few hours later in order to do it. I called as scheduled and gave her the credit card number. Then she said she would do it, and then she hung up on me without finishing the refund process.

I love their food I usually get the Napa chicken salad sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. yummy. sometimes the ppl are friendly and sometimes not. so I guess if your into the service part depending on their mood? we take our food to go. lol never really paid attention until last visit several ppl there not just for food but, surf the web. over all I always liked Panerai bread no matter the location. food is great.

I'm new to this Panera location in MV. Met a friend there and was Impressed by the attentive staff, wide menu and cleanliness of the restaurant. My friend had the chicken bowl I had the butternut squash soup and grilled cheese both we would order again. The other reason I wanted to write a review was I lost my wallet under my table, but didn't realize it until I got home about a half hour later. I called the restaurant and spoke to Maria the manager. She remembered us and went to look around the table and found my wallet. I was happy everything was intact, including cash and cards. We all know what a hassle. It is, if we lose our drivers license or a credit card, so THANK YOU for your honesty and kindness. MARIA will definitely be back!!

It's has been a long time I have not ordered at this location. I placed the online order and went to pickup. It was sealed and ready for pickup. I ordered the steak & cheese sandwich. I went home and opened the package, surprised !!'n Where is the beef!!!!!! It was relatively very plane sandwich I added some arugula other stuff, Sandwich was flat and it did not look like anything like their website picture. Either the bread was too big or there were not enough meat in it. All cheese where melted and there were few pieces of arugula in the sandwich. Very disappointed, I had to add other ingredient into it to fill up the gap. The meat was chewy and not a good quality meat. It was a total disappointments, It was not worth $11 - I could do much better with a good burger joints It's something management should be aware of

Another Panera bread location cutting portions to cut costs. I ordered a bowl of cheddar broccoli soup. It came 3/4 full. See picture. Last week I ordered a bread bowl which is supposed to come with a Bowl sized soup, it came instead with a Cup size soup. It barely filled my bread bowl half way. Give customers what they paid for at the very least. That's all I ask. Update 9/13/2020: They left out an entire order of tomato soup. It's not in the bag but it's on the receipt. That's 3 out of 3 disappointing orders where they don't give you what you paid for. I don't know why I've gone back. I won't be now.

Shout out to the hard-working staff at this location. I've only ever ordered food to go - sometimes for my family and sometimes for my work, so I can't speak to the dining in experience. But for catering, they have always been accurate and efficient. The one and only time they were a little late (and only by a few minutes) they were profusely apologetic and made it up to me. The morning staff has always been friendly to me. My co-workers always rave about the breakfast and lunch they receive. I've been coming here for years and have never had any major issues. Good job guys!

The best thing about Panera Bread, as its name implies, is the bread! I'm especially a fan of their baguettes, which you can get as a side to any dish, and these freshly baked loaves are so chewy both inside and out, making these a potent rival to some other breads you can find at other chain restaurants (looking at you, Cheesecake Factory)! Of course, the food here will do in a pinch as well--while nothing particularly special, the salads, soups, and sandwiches make for a quick and simple meal. On my last visit, I had the spicy thai salad with chicken, which came with chopped romaine, bell peppers, edamame, sliced almonds, and crunchy wonton strips, all tossed in a light dressing and topped with sliced chicken with peanut sauce. Not bad flavorwise, though the chopped lettuce was rather wilted and had seen better days, while the chicken had obviously been sitting around for a while. I also tried the fuji apple salad with chicken, made of arugula topped with red onions, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, and dried fuji apples; as well as the steak and arugula sandwich. So while the food here is rather predictable, there's something about the casual atmosphere that makes Panera a staple of many American suburbs! Short story: come for the bread, and stay for a quick meal when you need it!

Overall, the customer service is amazing. The self-check out was easy and customer friendly to navigate. There were buzzers available to register our number for our meal. The staff brought us our meal as we waited at the table areas. The hazelnut coffee was warm and fresh. The sandwiches also tasted fresh. The environment is chill, clean and well organized.

Been ordering the premium family meals every week. The portion (half sandwiches) is perfect for my daughter and me. We usually eat the full size salad (Fuji apple is our favorite) with some bread. My daughter makes cute slide size sandwiches with the salad, which is super delicious!!!! And we save the 4 sandwiches for the next day. It also comes with a huge portion family size soup, and a whole full size baguette!!! We usually finish these later for light dinners. For someone like us, it yields 10 meals. What a great deal! Of course, we love their brownies!!! Thank you, Panera. PS, They are also so courteous in packing the croutons (for the huge soup) in small individual packages. PPS, we love that every thing was recyclable.

Panera has been my most frequently visited place during COVID-19. Online order is always quick and easy, they also do curbside pickup, super efficient and smooth, never had a problem with my order. They sell some fresh produce, milk and cheese besides the usual Panera stuff. And get the broccoli cheddar soup in case you are hungry.

Very nice location of Panera bread I really like the customer service that they welcome you were very warmly every time Definitely need to try a few more things on the menu that are new to me
