I would give it 0 stars if I could because why and who in their right mind thought it was OK to put GLAZE like CINNAMON ROLL GLAZE on a sandwich ??!! The whole thing is sweet and inedible. They used cinnamon roll glaze instead of mayonnaise. Have the day you deserve

Worst Panera ever. Terrible staff takes 20 minutes for bagel always have empty coffee Every time I try to use the restroom there are several bums homeless people bathing and destroying rest room. There are several dogs every day and the place smells horribly like dirty dog. Worst managed Panera in country. Bugs everywhere. Feet stick to floor as you walk from not being cleaned.

I had the pleasure of visiting this Panera Bread location for the first time. Even though I’m a local and part of the neighborhood, I hadn’t been to Panera in years, and I was absolutely delighted by my experience—especially thanks to an incredible server named Amy. Amy was simply amazing! As a server myself, I truly appreciate great customer service, and she went above and beyond. She took care of me in a way that no one else does anywhere else. She was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience. She guided me through the menu, explained everything with such warmth, and made me feel valued as a customer. We need more people like her in this world! Employers should know how lucky they are to have someone like Amy on their team—she deserves to be celebrated. Bonus points for the bathrooms! I had very low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and fresh they looked and smelled. Overall, this visit was a 10/10. I will definitely be coming back. Huge thanks again to Amy for making my day with her outstanding service!

A young gentleman (I don’t recall his name) who’s melanated (black), skinny who works around 4 - 5 PM on Saturday was so kind, patient and had such great customer service helping me through the menu. I had to write a review about his customer service the chicken soup is very fresh, hot and delicious too I love it thanks so much.

My family and I haven't been here in awhile so we decided to have subs for lunch. I had the Italian cold cut, my husband had a hot sub which was turkey with bacon and our son had the Philly cheese sub. We both had a small order of French fries and a sprite to wash it down with. Their sandwich bread is always fresh and soft. They put enough onions, tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise as well as mustard on each sandwich. It was lunch time when we came, but the workers are really fast and they got everyone's order correct and smiled as they prepared the delicious subs. If you are a "Sub Lover" you will definitely love this sub shop. The prices aren't as bad either because the employees give you enough meat and toppings that will definitely fill you up and make you forget about the cost of the subs. They have breakfast subs from 7am to 11am and from 11 am until 9pm Monday through Saturday, they have the different variety subs. They open from 11am to 5pm on Sunday. My family and I will definitely be back. Next time I will choose the healthier and lighter menu which has the garden salads. The chef salad which includes lettuce, tomatoes, onions, black olives, ham, turkey and cheese sounds great. I added photos of subs that myself and other customers ordered.

By far the worst Panera I have ever been too. Man at front counter is very rude. The place is disgusting with homeless people inside. The food was not very good. I had the avocado toast with tomatoes. And there was barely avocado on it. The one tall guy in the kitchen was nice. But that’s it.

An average Panera. Same menu. A bit slow to prepare most items. Satisfactory service. The outside tables don't seem to be cleaned very often

I like that it's close by and have the same selections online. I always get my order quickly and the staff is very friendly. They have updated the inside a bit to make it more spacious to sit down and eat. However there tends to be a lot of homeless people outside on their outdoor seats. So that may deter people. But my order was good and they used fresh ingredients.

Food is ok , but the whole place is really dirty and smells like you are eating inside a public subway toilet, really bad managers should step up and only tenants that are eating should be there it looks like a homeless camping ground. Or have a cleaning crew .

I had thee worse food poisoning last night ! I feel awful and spent like 12 hrs in the bathroom! I called the store to speak to the Mngr and spoke to the asst. Mngr who made me feel like I was lying ! He told me u can't get symptoms less than 24 hours which isn't true at all bc I've had this happen to me once before ! So idk what's going on w their salads or if it's a safety concern but I'm calling the health department tomorrow

I was so pleased with this last minute order I had to place with Tina the mgr at the Panera on Biscayne Blvd! She and her incredible staff prepared this large order in 30 minutes!! to boot they did it with a smile on their faces! now that's customer service ! I will always place my order (next time with advance notice) at this Panera ! this manager was professional, calm and got the job done for me despite the many customers they had at the shop!

I love the chicken noodle soup at Panera Bread. I always come here whenever I am at North Miami. I ordered chicken teriyaki and chicken noodle soup. This location is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and courteous. Fast and efficient service as well.

all coffee drinkers are some sorta snob in some kind of way.. (stop lying to yourself..) my thing in the morning is iced coffee.. let me say again, "iced.." i've mostly stopped coming here anymore because no one seems to understand that you have to brew it the night before so it has time to cool such that when you add coffee, you still have COFFEE!! not extra wet brown water.. aventura?? no problem.. medical center?? no problem.. (tho i expect there would be a riot here if the coffee wasn't up to snuff..) i'm tired of being disappointed.. if north or south isn't on the way just go to dunkin

I ordered an onion soup in a bread bowl They give you a round bread and a cup of soup on the side for $10. I switched it to a bowl size they give you the same amount of soup than the cup and fill the bowl with croutons and call it a day by giving you a piece of bread in the side it's terrible. What a steal. Never order that there not recommended!!!!

Fancy casual Classic Panera. Options have changed since I've last come but in a good way. Healthy and tasty options for everyone. Best food here will always be the soup. Almost customer to employee interaction. So self service kiosk at your disposal for a quick lunch

First time at this location, service was good and the best part my pastries was fresh and so soft best I've had in a long time so much better than the previous locations. Keep up the amazing job in your products being fresh.

Panera has a very easy system to navigate, if you decide to place your order by yourself using the fast line, or you can choose to be assisted by a cashier. I have visited this location in the past and the restaurant is always clean and arranged nice and tidy. We ordered using the register located at the entrance. My favorite is the Cuban sandwich but they were out of the meat so I ordered the half turkey cheese sandwich and a chicken noodle soup. My significant order got the Mediterranean salad. Tasty, hot and fresh ingredients. Panera bread taste always delicious and never disappoints!!!

Just left this location after asking for a refund. While waiting for my food at the pick-up counter I saw roaches crawling on the counter. Will not ever be back here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They never open the store on time, employees are rude, coffee is cold, food isn't great, place is dirty, I saw roaches there many times, what else can I say?!

Repeat after me: Bread bowl is bae... I'll message round with the pear salad but inside I know the panini and soup combo is the way to go. Lunch is their forte and I obviously have indulged here plenty of times to acknowledge deliciousness in every bite. The macaroni and cheese here hits differently after morsels of the baguette have been used to scrape up the sides of the cheesy goodness once the plate is clear. You can even use the bread to dip into your soup in the event you were feeling a flaca mood and opted against the bread bowl (I feel ya, it's a lot of carbs.) The service here is super friendly and they always offer a helping hand to quickly expedite you through your ordering process. It's located on the southeastern corner of Biscayne and NW 125th Street with plenty of parking. Who doesn't love Panera ?!

Online order never arrived but tracking said it was delivered. I called and was told by supervisor Ms. Brown it's not a Panera problem but doordash problem and hung up on me!

I love Panera. I always have. I walked into this location for a late lunch and was happy to see that they weren't slammed, also surprised to be greeted by an automated ordering system!!! Awesome!! The ordering system is super user friendly, very easy to walk through alone, and efficient. Then I just waited for my buzzer and Bam! All ready to Chow down. The portion sizes I swear have gotten bigger but I'm not sure. I was unable to finish my 1/2 & 1/2 but man o man YUMMMM The staff at this location are welcoming, efficient, and personable. It's convenient to my house and parking is plentiful.

I literally just left this Panera bread 10 mins ago with a take out order. To my surprise I had a bug in my soup and hair in my salad. This is absurd on top of having to take precautious measures for covid you'd think they would be a little better. I will be uploading the picture of the bug in my soup and hair in my salad this is disgusting!!! Mind you I have been on hold on the phone for 12 mins now waiting to speak to a manager.... call me a Karen whatever but this place needs to be cleaned or shut down. 12mins later... I spoke the manager heather she was nice and wanted to make it up. But unfortunately my appetite is gone after seeing these things in my food. If deleted I have screen shot or proof of post & will post the post again.

Not a great experience. Ordered the soup bread bowl and they didn't have plates (???!!!) so put it in a to go bag, the soup serving was so tiny. Got a fruity tea and it just taste like water. Not a happy gal, oh well I guess we won't be coming back.

I swear I'm so over this place. Its the closest Panera to my home so I keep going there but I'm so done. I've had my orders mixed up so many times, placed orders online which were never even started by the pick up time, rude service each and every time - literally it's always something! Today I ordered delivery and paid the outrageous delivery fee for a chicken salad sandwich and a bear claw. Bit into the sandwich to discover it was only bread, lettuce, and almonds with a few slices of saucy chicken thrown in. No exaggerating pics attached. We all know how Panera chicken salad sandwich should look. The staff here never gives any Fs and I guess it's even worse when u order delivery. Of course no one answered the phone when I tried to call about it. I'm done.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but I cant take it anymore. This place has been spiraling down hill for a while now. there is nothing better than consistency within a restaurant and this place lost it. Been living in this area for about 5 yrs now and within that timeframe is when it's happened. I've ordered thru their app many times and EVERYTIME, I kid you not, there is something wrong or missing. They just cant get it right! WTF is so difficult about reading a paper with an order and following through with what is prepared? They are lucky the aventura location isnt closer because I'd be going there instead. GET IT TOGETHER PANERA OF NORTH MIAMI !

Soups, Salads, Sandwiches, Coffee, Tea & the best Apple Pie Scones in the world. That is what comes to mind when I think of Panera. This is my go to Panera and it has been for years. I usually come and bring my laptop and just sit here for hours either studying or browsing the web while I eat. It's so peaceful inside you lose track of time. The food is always fresh and on point. The Broccoli Cheddar soup from Panera has my soul so it's a must, ALWAYS. Everything from here is great honestly and if you don't like it don't be shy to let them know. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I don't think I've had a lot of bad experiences in this location and if I had it was always resolved so no complaints on that department. I do have 2 complaints 1. The WiFi is super slow 2. The parking here sucks!!! The parking is shared with TJMaxx, Jivanna Nails, Ross, Walgreens (mentioning the super busy stores) so Imaging the hassle to find parking, fight for the parking, finally park but wait.... you can't exit the car because they're narrow and Miamians can't park to save their lives. Rather than that, love this Panera. It is still my go to.

I've been to this location a couple times and it has never been super busy. You have the option of ordering and paying on a couple of tablets or going straight to the counter if you don't feel like being antisocial. The customer service here though has always been subpar. There's always chairs available inside and outside with a couple umbrellas. They have it set up where you can even have your private little area if you want to work or do homework. I've been a couple times to just do that since they provide free wifi. At my most recent visit, I went ahead and ordered the parfait and fruit cup with my sister on the tablet. I went to the pick up area and saw my name on the list of to-do orders and waited patiently. Waited and waited... and then checked the display for my name to find it had been deleted and we never got our order. We got one of the staff members and let them know we never got our order and my name was no longer displayed. They immediately went to get the receipt order and as I watched I saw that both cups were in the refrigerator ready to be grabbed to give. I never want to be ridiculous but we could have easily gotten our order in a second but instead waited 15 minutes and had to ask for it. It's not like I never want to return, because I probably will, but little things like that make customers not want to because you can't do something as easy as get food out of the fridge.

Very rude at the pickup station. I don't think they're getting enough training to interact with costumers. Sad.

Just came home from a quick breakfast from this Panera Bread location. Firstly, I was greeted by a, what appeared to be, VERY new trainee/cashier. After repeating my order several times, her colleague/trainer assisted her in placing my order: egg and cheese on brioche and a cafe latte. I got neither correct. Apparently the cafe latte machine (?) was not functioning and I received an unexpected slab of a "meatish" looking substance . . . sausage patty? . . . I received a regular American coffee (very good, tho) since the machine was broken . . . I looked at the menu and saw that I severely overpaid for a regular coffee . . . I was going to complain . . . but why bother . . . from the 2.5 star rating before this review, they know they're not very good at what they do.

So i gave this Panera another chance ... i placed my order on the kiosk machine as soon as i walked in. There was only 1 person ordering in the line and they finished after me. After waiting 16 minutes (not exaggerating) my food was ready and i unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't check my food... See the pictures so you can see what my grilled cheese looked like. It was burnt and all the cheese was on the outside , there was barely anything inside of the sandwich. I will NEVER come back to this Panera again.

These people have no idea what they are doing. Staff looks at you like you're speaking Chinese to them when you tell them what you ordered. I ordered on the device and it didn't go through so I explained to them what i ordered and they couldn't even place the order for me and they had no idea what i was talking about when i said the item. They told me to order it at the same kiosk. I found it so rude. They are unfriendly and seem to have just started working here. So annoying, and now the meal is taking forever while my mother is eating hers alone. Don't come to this Panera. Not worth it dude.

Hmm. Beware of order clips in your coffee! I was nearly finished with my coffee but needed to reheat the last bit and to my surprise there was a line clip floating inside my cup. Had I not looked inside and just heated it up I could have blown up my microwave because of the metal. I overlooked the small piece of paper in my salad but this I simply couldn't. Concerned

I posted a photo of what we ordered vs what we go. The manager said oh the salad looks like more in our photo because it was fluffed. We didn't even get 2/3 of a bowl full and they said that their food never looks as good as the photos because they have professional chefs prepare it and professional photographers take the photos. They said they could not do anything about it. Kind of strange how we used to order from Panera all the time and the food (including salads) looked pretty close to the photo. There are posts about Panera doing this all over their facebook page with different food items (jipping them), promising a gift card then not delivering on it even months later. Sad. Never again will my family go there

It was my first time and I love the food! That is such a great spot to have a quick meal! Broccoli and cheddar soup is everything. Must try! However, I gave 3 star because of the stuff. They are really rude at pick up station. They do not look at your face, you have to ask your food because they will never tell you if the food on the counter is actually your order. They put random plates on the counter and wait for customer to ask the order. We have been told that soup bread bowl was finished at the pick uo station; instead of the cashier telling us they ran out of it. Food is tasty but they need improvement on customer service and internal communication.

Wrong order! Placed for rapid pick up - got back to my office and it's not even my order! Food I can't even eat! WTF I've tried calling 4 times with no answer and endless rings! Hate this service for what use to be one of my fav cafes. NOT ANYMORE!! Won't ever be back and will tell everyone how terrible the service is!

Ahhh the smell of lovely bakery bread, deli meat and sweat..smells like Miami and I love iti! This place's been such a staple in this plaza. First left Anna's Linens, and then that weird store that sold aquatic stuff, Marina I think (ya'll know I'm lazy so I've never been in it)? So many great stores came and went, but this place, the Ross, Walgreen's, and Office Depot still remain. The food here is pretty consistently great,and the service here is usually fairly good, which is so so rare in Miami and people really have to know and I've got to call it out. To tell ya the truth, I actually don't think I've had a fight with an employee here ever (*claps and hands them an Oscar, "Least Miami, in Miami"*). Okay, enough with the Miami jokes, we get it people here are...vibrant. On to the other Panera stuff! It's a nice space (free WiFI, you cheap college kids) to work, to have a meeting, or to go on a lunch date because unlike other Miami establishments (Darn, I can't stop!), it's fairly quiet here so you can actually enjoy a conversation or two with someone (no way, actual human contact that is not screaming/yelling/honking in this city?!!) The food here is also pretty good. The pastries here are always lovely (cheat sheet, usually they have a special where you get a drink, but add a pastry for $1, worth it!). I also know I can come here and get the same Turkey Bacon Bravo I've gotten for years; however, they've recently not been putting enough meat in my sandwich, but they're really nice when I go back to their food counter and be my normal rude self and yell "Where R the MEATZ"? Even I'd slap myself! Good on you Panera for dealing with customer's like me...and half of the Miami population (Aww I just can't resist ;) So customer service, check, nice pastries, check, ooey gooey broccoli cheese soup in that blessed bread bowl, check. Ding ding ding; we have a winner!! You know what, this place is so nice, that perhaps it can change people. Perhaps the people of Miami can learn to be as polite and courteous as the employees here. Maybe, just maybe, we can start using turn signals here? Naaaah, but it was a nice thought! Anyway, enough with my rant, go get your broccoli cheddar soup in a bowl already!

I see a lot of bad reviews but I actually really like this location. It is a little pricey but I wouldn't be eating this on the regular. The staff has always been nice to me, the managers are also nice, the people who frequent here have also been friendly, so I really don't have any complaints. I enjoyed bringing my laptop, putting on my headphones, and tuning out. It's quiet enough that you can stay here for hours working/ studying and no one really bothers you. Pretty cool place in my opinion.

I have not been to this panera. Bread in 2 years for a reason. They gave the worst customer service. They're either all young people who are walking in to work hung over because they don't show any type of life. Or the fact that they even care about your order. They always forget to ask for my number if i'm a member or not. Management is horrible because it's a black lady who sits there and mingles with the rest of the staff and doesn't even acknowledge the customers. And they talk about personal things cause I can clearly hear it The only reason I went back today is because I wanted to give it a second chance. I thought that by now there would be some changes cause. I cannot possibly be the only person that feels this way. Same thing rude they Speak quick and on a low tand they're so nonchalant as if they're almost asleep The people in the kitchen are always cursing and complaining about something. It's not a cheerful environment at all. There's one Hispanic girl that's from Venezuela. Who seems to only mango to other Venezuelans? Because I thought she was mute when I was talking to her. This place makes me wanna go back to starbucks In the neighborhood The other panera bread's more up north are nicer people cheerful, and they don't act as if we need them more than they need us. This environment is gloomy and dark. And it should not even exist but it does. I sincerely hate this particular panera. Bread on thiscayne boulevard, a 122nd street.

This place is filthy, the floor is so sticky, coffee is cold and the microwave so dirty, ceiling tiles are dusty which lends itself to assume the kitchen must also be filthy.

Horrible. Just horrible. I really wish I could give them zero stars. Customer service is the worst. They usually only have one cashier, even during the lunch rush hour. One time I waited 20 minutes for some thing from the bakery that the cashier could've stopped for one second, bagged up and handed to me. I wasn't even waiting for anything to be made, no hot food from the kitchen. I decided to give them another chance today to go into order something once again from the bakery only because my son loves their cinnamon rolls so much much. Well, after standing in line for 10 minutes watching utter confusion and chaos both behind and in front of the counter I had no choice but to walk out. Customers were being rude with each other, simple bakery orders were not being fulfilled in a timely fashion. I couldn't tell the difference between management and just a regular lost employee soul. Nobody seems to care about anything here. Honestly they need new management and new employees. They need to just shut this place down kick everybody out and start over from scratch. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business the past few months. It wasn't always like this. It used to be a great place to go and have breakfast or lunch with the family. Now it's just zero stars awful.

Panera offers a bakery for your sweet tooth, quick fresh light meals at a reasonable rate, and free parking and free wifi. Excellent place to work on your computer and snack. Friendly staff, clean, and always a seat available. Come casual and hungry. Outside tables mean you can bring your dog too, but not inside. Readily accessible too.

Failure on every level. Cashier: not giving drink cups to anyone. Some are in line at the food pick up asking for Cubs. ( no one answers them ). All will get Bread without being asked for there choice. Food pick up counter: Not ones I got my order correctly. Mgr: today no exception... as I try to make sure, I see sandwich and a soup missing... ( I'm getting 4 orders for me and my staff at the office ) Excuse me ( to Mgr helping handing food out ) I'm missing a soup and a sandwich... she replied: what exactly. Me : not sure .. but one soup and a sandwich... she replied: So how do you know you are missing something. I got to my office.... the order was not complete ‍
