Panera Bread

Our most outstanding visits here are when Journey waits on us. This morning was no exception. She single handed filled an order with both bakery & hot food items plus a couple of hot lattes super fast. We so pleased to be able to enjoy the hot beverages with our food, which does not always happen here or other locations. I even got to observe her gracefully dealing with a rude customer. I highly recommend that Journey be promoted. She’s a great training example for new hires, as well as old timers who could use a fresher. Please thank her for making this morning’s visit one of our best among Paneras in Oklahoma, Kansas & Texas that we have frequented over the past several years. Way to go!

Frustrating!! Expensive and seems the portions are getting smaller and smaller. Facilities are Clean & Food tastes fine as expected. We spent 39$ on two meals - each was a bread bowl with 1/2 sandwhich. I would say Avoid the bread bowls they barely give you a scoop of soup. :( As for us - We will probably limit our visits in the future.

Really nice location w lots of seating , lots of cashiers , fast service, very inviting place. Large metting room too. Across from a park w a pond too so it really is a nice lunch meeting or work from home place. Staff was very friendly and helpful..this is my fav location near tulsa. I like owasso ..small town feel big city amenities. Drive thru also.

Always have great service at this location. And it’s standard Panera food (great quality). I enjoy a large coffee (coffee club) and a pecan braid. The sandwiches and soups never disappoint. And I’ve never had a baked good I don’t like. Restrooms and facilities are always cleaned and well maintained. The tables are cleaned quickly. The Wifi is always working, too. This is a good location for meetings. Ample seating and ample parking. The staff is always very helpful. I will definitely return.

I ordered the grilled chicken avacado BLT, the menu said new recipe so I asked what that included. I then asked to modify to just the original recipe with mayo, grilled chicken, avacado, and the BLT ingredients. The woman taking the order was super nice and said that was no problem. I get to the window and another woman asked if I got the “grilled chicken chipotle sandwhich” I said no and told her what I ordered and she was super nice and said “so you want it cold, no cheese or peppers (this is the new recipe)” I replied “Correct, cold, BLT ingredients, avacado, and the grilled chicken, and mayo as well” she understood. And asked me to pull out of the drive thru to bring it out to me. Super nice. THEN get all the way home, NO BLT INGREDIENTS. I got chicken, bacon, and avacado, and a chipotle sauce… sad. $23 with the soup and it’s wrong. 👎🏼

Continues to provide tastefully healthy menu options, good service and nice atmosphere for dining with friends. Over twenty years in two different states, whether breakfast or lunch.

The quality of the food has gone way down. I worked there many moons ago, when it was St. Louis bread. I don't know what happened, but the food is so bland and gross now. It is so expensive for what you actually get. The bagles are still good. Only occasionally will I go eat here now. It is just so bad.

Although there's some differences between the Tulsa store and Owasso, the food we ordered was right on top. I personally have been at the Owasso store many times in the past. Now that we're permanent residents here, we will continue to go to Panera's.

Got this today this is what was on the half a sandwich after I removed the lettuce and tomato. My daughter's bowl was about half of what you get at other locations. Unfortunately this is the norm at this store.

We drove through. Paid 35 dollars to receive wrong orders and a 15 dollar bowl over half empty. It looked like someone's trash. It is too pricey to have employees not even try to give the proper food. I have small kids and it's night and I don't have the luxury to go back in to fix an order I had to pay for right then but not receive what I ordered. Disappointed and this seems to be a constant at this location. Don't think I'll be going back. I can't afford it.

I love Panera but, one of the ladies almost spilled hot soup on me. I love y'all but what the heck.

I go to Panera in Tulsa all the time and enjoy my meal with them. The one in Owasso is very dirty. The tables are sticky or greasy. The soup was cold and you could see dirt or food on the outside of the bowl that was just nasty looking. I will not go back to the one in Owasso for a long while.

This establishment has a lot to learn about etiquette. I picked up my friend from the hospital who couldn't walk so we use the drive-through. It took a little while to order because she was having a difficult time understanding the menu due to being the first time there I ordered the new bacon tomato sandwich and she ordered a ham and cheese will receive the order, we also got two small cups of soup. We decided to eat in the parking lot opening the sandwich it had no mayonnaise no mustard no nothing that was the ham and cheese. I went to go eat my sandwich with the new bacon and tomato and it literally had two tiny pieces of bacon on it, and my soup was cold, we drove back through the drive-through to let them know that we'd like some mayonnaise and stuff for the sandwiches and a man came up to the window and said he understood we were having a long time ordering and next time we should come in if we were going to take that long. I politely let him know that my passenger could not walk and that we chose the drive-through because of my disabled passenger. Evidently they don't know anything about Americans with disability act, and the manager was very rude and uncaring. This place can definitely use some etiquette and hire somebody that understands management.. this is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this establishment. The quality of service has gone down, and the management is extremely ignorant to Americans with disability.

3 out of the last 4 times they haven't had the bread to make the specific sandwich, seriously? The job is simple, have the supplies to make the sandwich. Do not advice going here.

The rudest cashier. I have the sip club and I had a question about an email I received. The cashier told me she wouldn't help me because they were very busy. I tried to explain and she asked me if I wanted to order or move along. What? Luckily the manager walked by at this time and took my order and answered my question. What is wrong with people?

Nope! This place has gone down hill. Prices are higher and the quantity are smaller we tried their new salads, they were okay, but super tiny. The place was a mess, floor was so sticky and dirty it ruined my appetite. Drink station was dirty and it just makes you think; if it's this dirty everywhere- no telling what the kitchen is like . Won't return

Made an detour for breakfast as I waited for a particular store to open. The Chipotle chicken wrap DID NOT disappoint! I was pleased with the flavor. The staff was nice and helpful and was clean and organized especially with it being morning rush. That wrap will be in rotation for me that's for sure!

Always great food and service. Restaurant is always clean. Wish they had more gluten free options.

This is not a loaf of bread it's bits and pieces . This location is a joke . Owasso do business at another location for quality and service

Went to Panera in Owasso this morning. Asked for a cinnamon crunch scone. Hadn't been to Panera since COVID hit. The drive through lady was very rude when I asked for one. How was I to know they didn't make them any more. She was uh we haven't made those since the lock down. First of all I had no idea there was ever a lock down in Owasso and second how am I to know this. Rule one for customer service is to never berate in customer explain to them that it is not on the menu anymore and would you like something else? This will be the last time I ever come here again.

I ordered soup and picked it up. 3 miles away at the office I pop the top on my French onion soup and it was cold , like 40 degrees nasty cold. The flavor was not good and there was two pieces of onion in it. I will not be back! Fat boy was extremely dissatisfied

When you get sick from eating something while at the store. Plus had a to-go order. I returned it. The manager (Teresa) was rude!! I'll be calling corporate . I remember when this place used to be called the St. Louis Bread Company, before the company changed all the restaurants to "Panera" outside of the St. Louis metro area. Paneras from Vegas to D.C. have been all the same, that I can tell. They have your basic offerings of muffins, salads, whatever. The difference is, in Oklahoma, every Panera is PACKED. You'd think it was the only restaurant for miles. I swear, people talk about this place like it's haute gastronomy. Regardless, they make a killer bbq chicken salad so that's why it gets three stars. The fact that 3 salads is nearly $30 is what keeps this place from getting 4 stars. This place is busy, especially on the weekends, so get your food to go, because it's nearly standing room only. P.S. There's no 3G coverage in the area, so good luck checking in.

Too expensive. Food was so so. Didn't like soup. Sandwich was kind of bare and dry. I don't get what the hype is. The only thing that I saw was good was how the restaurant was set up. I really liked the way you could sit in a relaxed homey way and not always at a table.

I go to Panera on the daily, and I am so tired of them saying the online orders are ready when they are not. It's incredibly frustrating to come over from work just to wait in line since they don't put the orders On the pickup shelf half the time. INFURIATING.

The last few times I have been to any Panera- not just this one- I have found it overpriced and the food disappointing. We were tired and didn't want to cook dinner so we stopped at this Owasso Panera. The Tuscan Grilled Chicken looked really good on the menu so I ordered that with the summer corn soup. As you can see from the photos the sandwich was MASSIVELY disappointing and a bit soggy. There was not much chicken and the greens were absent. The soup was ok though. My husband got a grilled cheese which was disappointing also. Our bill was $25 and for this much money I expect a LOT better. I am crossing Panera off my list for now- you are better off going to Panda Express next door :(. I have photos here so you can see the sandwich.

Gross bathroom!!! Smelled like urine and all the garbages were over flowing! Who wants to eat in a restaurant when the surroundings are filthy!

I really like this place. All the food is great and always have a great time going there. My only issue is sometimes I'll order for pick up to find out that they ran out of what I ordered and provided a random substitute. And since I rarely check, I find out when I get home. So, sometimes that works out and other not. I just wish they would make note to give me an option before I leave so I know without having to check. Or fix the online side so I don't order things that aren't available.

Inside is pretty busted since the drive through was out in. Just looks unloved. Call ahead doesn't save much time. The app works well but drive thru takes forever.

We love the food. One big complaint is the prices keep going up and up. The you pick two used to be a great deal but not so much now.

Well went through the drive up and order sad to say went all way home they left half order , called and let them it's was the one thing went there for so ended back and they full went beyond bright it to car and also gave us a treat on them , well done customer service

Made a "rapid" pickup order only to find that the dining room is still closed and the only way to get it is to wait in a mile long drive thru line. Wtf. Why is it still closed? In Oklahoma? Nothing else is closed. I won't be back. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went in and ordered 1/2 salad, 1/2 sandwich with a drink and a side, it was going to cost me 16.78 so I said NO THANK YOU and did not eat while the rest of the group I was with unhappily finished their expensive meals.

30 minute wait in the drive throughout absolutely ridiculous. There was no way for the other cats to get out we were all stuck waiting. I have never had such a horrible Panera experience

Friendly staff, great experiences. If you order the same thing more than twice they remember and sometimes prepare it for you when you walk in. Excellent service and food. If you're in Owasso, make sure to stop by this location.

The middle of the afternoon on a Saturday and they are out of bagels. There were some sitting there but they weren't cooled. I asked about bread loaves and there were only a couple. I was at the bagel counter ordering but had to go to the food counter to pay. Then, had to walk back down to the bagel counter because they didn't know what they had for sure. Back down to pay at the food counter. Then, waited again because the were out of cream cheese and had to go to the back.

Stopped by and I thought I was in for early Halloween party !!! One girl was in a black leotard with black cape and another girl was dressed in a Whattaburger top ! And these were the employees!!! Am not sure what that was all about ! When you first walk in you go to the breakfast bread counter! So there had to be another sandwich board! Found it ! No employees directed us to it ! I ordered turkey, avocado and BLT sandwich! My sister ordered half sandwich and soup ! She got sandwich but no soup so had to remind "server" of soup! Finally got it ! She said it was good ! Customer service was not good! Tables were dirty and not cleaned when we first walked in !

Attempted for about 30 minutes to place an order on the website just like the phone number directs you to do. After 4 attempts of it stating it couldn't process my request for a pickup in the future I became quite upset and just drove up to the location. When I got in the door (now 15 mins before close) Riley met me at the register. I immediately told him that I wasn't happy and what I had gone through over the last 45 mins. He diffused the situation and was very professional. Go here for great guest service! Skip the app until they fix it

This place is awesome! I had a bacon egg and cheese panini and it tasted awesome! Wasn't to expensive either!

Horrible service, kitchen totally overwhelmed, clueless help at the counter and a buggy automated order system combined to create 40 minute backlog. Manager unable to cope. Requested cancel simple order and left.

I always love coming here! My go to is the broccoli cheddar soup with the French baguette; I definitely suggest it. The service is comfortable and friendly. Love this place! Dependable and quick and worth the $$

I just picked up an order for a large Mac and Cheese and when I got home the container was 1/2 full. I'm assuming when you charge $8.95 you would get a full container. Check your order before you leave!!

Today I gave this place another try after observing a few times how things have changed. Last time they messed up my order charging me extra and they forgot to give me bread on the side. Moreover, today I tried the new Tuscan chicken sandwich and it was bland. They forgot to put the lettuce inside, the tomatoes looked and tasted like boiled tomatoes with no flavor, the chicken inside was dry and flavorless, and my side of mac and cheese was super hot on the sides but cold in others. The other one I ordered was cold, could they be microwaving it? We got a plastic spoon instead of silverwear. So without complaining we used the single use plastic spoon we got as a knife to apply butter on our bread. Oh and no music today as a plus. So I am dissatisfied. On the bright side, the personnel was kind and nice and they did what they could to fulfill my needs (I got lettuce and my bread when I requested)

Compared to other coffee shops in the Tulsa metro area, I give this a C+. The music on a Sunday sucks. The chai tea (which, chai *means* tea, but I guess it's not Panera's fault that their target clientele doesn't know this) is weak. One black person came in while I was here, and EVERYONE stared at her. WTHeyo, people? Sheesh. So - nothing awful, but nothing special, either in the way of food and service, and atmosphere is great if you're white or pass for it. P.S. - the bathroom didn't stink, but it did not smell neutral or positive, either.

The food was fine but the bathroom was disgusting pee all over the floor never coming back her again...

The group of ladies that greet you in the morning are great. They make a point to remember your name and the things you like. Very fast service and the food is good! My new morning stop.

i came here last week and they didn't have baguettes. i come here this week and they still don't have baguettes OR broccoli cheddar soup. their cashiers don't know what they are doing and are always constantly out of a certain item. we got free cookies though

Used to come here before work at Kohl's and JCPenny. Would spend time on Wi-Fi lol. The food here is kinda expensive and the Wi-Fi started getting worse and worse.

i love panera bread! their food is delicious, but they are a little pricey. i love their broccoli cheddar soup with a baguette. i recommend this place for a nice lunch with a few friends. it is quiet and definetly my go-to for a feel good meal.

I haven't been there in a while but every time I've been there things have been great. Also I'm paralyzed meaning my legs don't work so I'm in a wheelchair and they've always been very helpful.

I've been in here twice with two different friends, I had the cheddar broccoli soup in a bread bowl and item was amazing then today I got the blueberry bagels! I got plenty and freezer bags from them which are nice and I loved the customer service!

I love Panera Bread's atmosphere. This place is very clean and just nice for a little bakery/pastry/soup/sandwich/tea place. They have free wifi as well. The typical patrons seem to be business looking people and young adults. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Very sanitary facility. Bathrooms are very clean. There's even an inclosed area for group parties or company meetings and such. They have a few outside seating areas too. The pastries and sandwiches are just so dang good! Man I love everything that I've ever eaten there. I don't have one bad thing to say about Owasso's Panera Bread. 5 STARS*****
