I have been in love with panera since forever.. however I had a really disappointing experience at this Panera location. My familys order was mixed up and thats no big deal we just needed to speak to someone and get the issue resloved, things happen. However, the "manager" named Tiffany (which i have never seen before until this day) was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping me sort this out or helping any of the customers around me out, she spent most of her time attempting to sadly flirting with her coworkers, completely ignoring the growing line. Not just that, but she was loud enough saying disgusting things for me and my peers hear it. When she finally did re-acknowledge us, she was rude and dismissive—and again- not just to me, but I noticed the same treatment toward other customers as well. It felt like she didn’t care at all about providing decent service. Honestly, I’ve always liked Panera, but this experience left a terrible impression. She was just so unprofessional. Someone that acts this way shouldn’t be representing the brand, especially in a manager type of position. It was just tasteless and not classy, my situation never got resolved and i ended up just leaving with my parents.
