Some meals don’t just feed you — they romance your senses. Pangea Kitchen delivered exactly that.
We started with the Burrata Toast, and it was an instant show-stopper. Fresh, in-house made mozzarella paired with roasted tomatoes and basil, served atop perfectly toasted bread that was crispy and buttery on the outside, warm and cloud-soft in the center. Every bite was rich, bright, and impossibly satisfying — the kind of starter that quietly sets the bar very high for what’s to come.
Then came the star of the table: their Pistachio Pizza, baked in an ultra-hot oven until the crust reached that ideal balance of blistered crispness and airy chew. It featured their fresh mozzarella, a silky pistachio purée, delicate ribbons of prosciutto, and a drizzle of hot honey that tied everything together. The flavor play was exceptional — salty, sweet, nutty, and spicy, all dancing in perfect harmony. Each bite felt intentional, layered, and indulgent without being heavy.
Pangea Kitchen has mastered the art of elevated comfort food — approachable, yet refined. You can taste the care in every component, from the house-made cheese to the thoughtful balance of flavors.
Highly recommended, and a must try for foodies in Evansville!
