Papa Deeno’s Pizza

The pizza here is better than excellent. And the chicken wings are extremely flavorful. They get my order right every time! Plus, everyone working here are very nice and friendly. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone! I just wish they had opened sooner. 👍🙂

The people who work there are so nice and welcoming! Their pizza crust, sauce and meats are delicious. They sure do load it with a lot! Go support and order. Also love that it’s halal!!

I had such an amazing experience here that I will never go to another pizza place again. The staff is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to please their costumers. The restaurant is insanely clean and they have affordable prices! They have a very wide selection of items on the menu. My favorite has to be the veggie pizza! It was the best pizza I ever had! I loved the quality and cleanliness of this establishment I will definitely return because they have the best food. 10/10 service they treated me like family! I am constantly recommending others to this place! 100/100

Finally, a great pizza place in Arlington! Fully halal menu as well. The pizza and wings are really good and cooked consistently the same every time. The pizza is well balanced, dough is always fresh and topped with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. The pizza sauce also tastes great! You can taste classic italian herbs in it. The wings are very crispy and have always tasted fresh as well. The owners are friendly and the food is great. This review is well deserved.

ED: Now closed (pic taken 11/21/23). Another pizza place will be moving in I don't care for their pizza. The dough didn't seem quite properly cooked on the three different pizzas I had. The staff was very nice both times I visited, though, so I was just going to leave it at that and wish them well. Today, I figured I should at least try something aside from the pizza. I swing by at 12:39 - lights off. No sign re emergency, temporary or permanent closure - nothing. The third time is not the charm.

I had such a wonderful experience here. Staff is very welcoming. They are so attentive and I have never had a bad experience. Best pizza spot in the dmv!! The pizza was piping hot and tasty. The owners make sure you leave here 100% satisfied. Everything on the menu is delicious. But I specially love the buffalo hot wings, veggie pizza and philly cheesesteak. The flavor was to die for. I never had anything like it. 10/10 recommend

-Chewy crusty -Incredibly salty (my lips are burning and dry from it) -Overwhelming garlic -Where are the toppings?! they value engineered their toppings and hid the tiny amount of them under the cheese creating a homogeneous pizza where both of them with different toppings taste the same. I suppose the tons of salt and garlic helped with that. Very disappointing.

This is a new spot that recently opened up in Arlington right on Columbia pike near George mason. Amazing food and service. See my ratings below: Ambiance: 4/5 - Small location with a few seats, but they just opened up so that's understandable. Price: 5/5 - The beef patty was $3, Calzone was $12 but everything had a great portion to it. No complaints Food: 5/5 - If you go here make sure to get the Jamaican Beef Patty. It is so flavorful with authentic spices and for $3 that's one of the best deals around. The mango habanero sauce they have packs a solid punch so if you can't handle the spice opt for more mild sauces here. The garlic knots were also perfectly cooked. They were soft and melt in your mouth when you eat them. The food is top quality! Service: 5/5 - The owner is very nice and cares for each customer as if he has known them his entire life. Very happy with my experience.

I got the XL one topping pizza with mushroom and I loved the extra hint of garlic for approx $24. For reference: Large is 14" XL is 16" My husband (from NY) wouldn't rate it quite as high as me but that garlic butter over the edge of the crust really sealed the deal for me!

The pizza was delicious!!! The steak-n-cheese was delicious as well. The customer service was really good. The atmosphere was nice. The location was really clean and organized.

Honestly, a great pizza spot. Truly nice people, good location and pizza was very fresh, tasty and delicious. The problem comes in the ordering/signing up. We signed up to get a free cheesy bread upon your first order. The coupon code would not work. No matter how many times we tried it- just kept saying it couldn't be applied with any other coupons...but we didn't have any. Frustrating but whatever. I mentioned it to the gentleman when I got there as it could be a website issue and he was super nice and apologized/said he would relay it to the manager. We DID pay extra for cheese, bacon and spinach in the three cheese pizza. However, there was no bacon and there was literally 4 pieces of baked spinach on top when we got home and opened the box. Not really a topping but more so a lite garnish haha. The margarita pizza was also missing basil and it didn't have mozzarella pieces on it but what looked like/tasted like burrata cheese or ricotta. Couldn't really tell but it wasn't mozzarella. They were still both great pizzas and we enjoyed them. But paying for one thing and getting another does kinda suck. Will definitely give this place another shot because they are SO nice and welcoming and the pizza is great, but I will 100% check the order before I leave next time (even though I hate being that person)

our second time here so u know it had to be good got the Hawaiian pizza both times and it tasted even better the second time which is crazy. Not too greasy and the crust is not too thick just the way I like it. And yes pineapples on pizza

Got a delivery order on a Friday that was delivered in about 30 mins (although I live very close by). Ordering on their website was super easy, I got a medium pepperoni pizza and 8 BBQ wings. The wings were amazing with the perfect amount of sauce on them. Literally textbook perfect wings. Pizza was also very flavorful, not too greasy. I have no doubt I will order from here again!

Great pizza. Happy to have a good local pizza joint in the area. Will be coming back here for sure.

The pizza and garlic twists were wonderful. Definitely a good place to eat while visiting.

I ordered a plain pizza and added sausage as a topping. This was my first time there. The pizza was so beyond tasteless, it was disappointing. The only way I knew there was sausage on there was by seeing it. There was no flavor or taste whatsoever. To make things worse, it was $16! If you are someone who likes pizza with zest, toppings, and flavor, DO NOT order pizza from here.
